There is hotel named dhanashree in between pune and ahmednagar which is also a official hotel (Dhana) partner. The foo d quality really sucks. The roti they serve is really of poor quality. The main course also really sucks... They just give a bhaji of 80 which is not really worth 40.

I think this should be stopped, if not stopped the civilians will loose there trust in msrtc.

The hotel is really not good choice for being official partner......

Very worst customer service seen ever, i lost my total 698 (349+349).
Transaction failed twice while booking the shivshahi bus ticket. I'm continuosly trying to call your customer support team even emailed the complaint, not receiving call, no reply to email. No transaction /booking failure message. The support service is totally poor and worst, i'm very frustrating with the issue i'm facing. I've lost money and unable to book the ticket.
Kindly pick the calls and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Expecting cooperation from msrtc customer support team.

I m standing at wardha bus depot since 45 min... I was reached at bus stop at 8:15 pm and it's 9 already... Only one bus came that was full... When asked for availability of bus.. I got reply to wait for 15-20 min. It's regular answer given to me by them... But don't get sufficient bus in time... Very bad customer service and bad bus availability. Request to increase buses from wardha to nagur....

Very rubbish language use with passenger, also he told no any stop taken between swargate to satara. But multiple time he stopped at many places. Bus no. Mh 20 be 3671. Traveling date : 26 april 2018. St time : 5 pm. Bus goes from swargate to vita. As per rule he agree to dont take any stop between swargate to satara. But he take multiple stops as well he stop at surur on food mall from more than half and hour.
We already mentioned above bus details. Please take appropriate action on it and confirm back. Otherwise we will strictly take action. Because for this delay we pay more value than...

Mh14 gd 9620 this is shivshahi ac bus and so called best in class. We booked tickets for 25th april 2018. Departure time from pune was 8.50 pm, but bus came at 10.45 pm to swargate bus stand and left swargate bus depo at 11.15 pm.

Secondly, when we asked about the reaching time at hyderabad, driver didn’t give response. We booked msrtc bus considering, they will make it on time. Next day we have important meetings in hyderabad and now we are not sure, whether we can make it in time or not. From now onwards we have decided not to book msrtc buses. Sorry to say but government employees...

Lately my female friend was travelling from pune to aurangabad via shivneri bus. As she was travelling alone i booked the ladies reserved seat. But when she boarded the bus to her surprise the seat next to her (Which was reserved for ladies ofcourse) was taken by a male passenger. The journey was very uncomfortable for her as sharing adjacent seat to a male passenger and this is the second time this happened with me. Shivneri is kinda premium bus service run by msrtc and one of my trusted one hence this incidence are not accepted from their side....

Today 24th april i am staying in reservation line from 7 pm at 9.30 pm counter closed and switch off outside lights by woking madam even some ladies are in line. Actually timing was upto 10 pm in line. So we are asking why counter closed before 10 pm. He says you go anywhere counter is not opened. So we call iqbal shaikh. Madam also not wanted to speak shaikh sir. How any employee not listening sineor person. Shaikh sir call home 2 times. Finally after 45 minutes he agree give tickets but while giving tickets for every person ticket kept pending for change purposefully and wrong ticket also given...

I have booked 4 tickets from my login id umesh2011 on 23/04/2018 however i have not received advance booking tickets and also not received the amount of refund... I am not sure about whether booking is done or not... The amount of 965.51 is cut from my account but not yet received booked ticket as well as no refund... Satara to vandana thane bus ticket booking. Please reply me about status...

Dear sir
I am regular pessenger from sakoli to gadegaon,
Today morning bus no. Is mh40aq6080
Conductor not stop bus on specific bus stop in gadegaon and asking to take new tickit on next stop.

I am taking ticking from sakoli to gadegaon on 8.30 am but bus not stop on stoppage.

We face many times this problem
Hope st depot taken this seriously for customer satisfaction.

Date 22nd April 2018, I had booking for Shivshai bus from Mahad to Pune - Tamhini way at 6:30 PM.

There was multiple issue as below :

1) Very last moment Mahad depot has change there bus service Shivshai to Semi Luxury.
2) Mahad depot arrange Semi Luxury bus which has 39 seats and Shivshai bus has 43 seats. Mahad depot management don't understand, how they are going to manage 43 seats reservation against 39 seats. Some reservation at Mangaon also impacted because of this that include kid and women
3) This is open harassment for people like me who do online...

I am krishna surawar from wagholi. I was registering seat on date 19 april 2018 of shivshahi night express bus for 19 april 2018 and that seats no is 24. But problem is seat is not properly booked and balanced is redundant from my account, it was said if balance is redundant form your account it will be refunded in 3 days. Today is 4th day but i have not got my refunded money, give me response. Refund my money please...

This bus is in very worst condition. Bus has very highly shivering windows, loose upperside head shelf... This create a very high noise while running... It is impossible to seat in this bus... I hv asked to conductor for this... He said... No one caring abt this... And there is no any rule to change a bus or refund a money... If it is not ok to travel. This bus has very poor cleaning...
Please do corrective action for the same.. And bring a rule to change a bus on a same tikit without refund a money.. If it is not in well condition...

I booked ticket from pune to shrirampur. According to reservation, i was scheduled to travel on 21th april 2018 at 2:45 pm. I reached to shivajinagar to travel. After waiting for 2 hours till 4pm bus did not arrive. For 2 hours i was asking why bus did not come, they kept telling me bus is late. At 4:15 booking officer vitekar told me that 2 consecutive buses, bus at 2:45 and 3:45 have been cancelled. They kept telling me that they are not responsible for reservation and there would not be any refund. This is clear case of fraud from msrtc....

Shivshahi bus no mh 09 em 1959 from nagpur to warud time 10 am. Conductor was sitting on passenger seat & not on his seat. I asked for seat he didn't provide me seat. So i had to get down. I was going to katol. Conductor should sit on his sit & not on passenger seat. Because of him i got late for office. To sit on passenger seat is passenger's right....

I travelled from mumbai to aurangabad by shiv shahi bus. The arrival time was 12:30am as per schedul. But the bus arrived at aurangabad railway station at 4:10am. This reuined all my night. And reuined my whole schedule. Not only me all passengers suffered the same. The ride was undesciplined. The driver and conductor stopped the bus at three points. Which wasted 1 hour or more.
Strict action should be taken against this. And i want my money back. As the difference between schedule arrival and actual arrival is 4 hours....

I am travelling from nagpur to amravati on 19/04/2018 at 6.30 pm in shivashahi bus no. Mh 09 es1483, when near aboit 15 seet was book and booking is going on at that time the bus driver come and off the ac and go out and told us it is my bus if u dint want to seat go out, near about half our we are seating without ac, i want to ask is this your customer service orr this bus driver is owner of this bus, please peovide us solution or make sure this not happend again

We (2 passengers) were traveling from kolhapur nasik bus no mh 14 bt 4784
At hotel gurudev before sangamner, while the bus stopped for dinner, we were left behind by conductor even after requesting to wait for 2 minutes since we were about to finish our lunch.
This is total negligence on the part of conductor who acted totally irrisponsibly.
We demand strict action on the driver conductor duo of this bus and also a compensation of rs. 5000 towards the extra expenses required to be borne by us for traveling from this place to nasik by taxi and also for the inconvenience and...

I am SAVITRI BIRANJE from kandivali east.. i was registered seats on date 17 april 2018 of shivshahi night express bus for 5th may 2018 and that seats no are 15, 16, 17, 18..in that having 3 ladies seats ad 1 of is gents seat but problem is seats are not properly booked and balanced is redundant from my account...
I had already complaints to register office at Nancy Depot before one week ago but still they didn't give me any satisfy reply or any helped about this issue...me and my family is unsatisfied this online failure process

I am laxman waghmare, on 18 april 2018 i was travelling from beed to pune. I have with some luggage of two bags of grains each of 25kg. I had given ₹500 note for ticket to controller & the controller given me a ticket with ₹278 of mine& ₹39 of luggage & return me a100₹ note & controller said me that he will give my remained money after a while. But when i asked him about it after some time, controller said me, that you have so much luggage & i can't give you money. But i have already paid for it. I am providing information below.. Please help me...

I travelled by shivneri (Mh06s9483) from borivli-swargate on 15th april 2018 (Etd 8 :00 hrs). This bus was not cleaned at borivli. On enquiry with bus staff /depot manager, it was learnt that, there is no staff for cleaning. You are requested to look into the matter & ensure that, at least for a. C bus proper cleaning is ensured. Also, water bottle was not provided, which i received while travelling from pune to borivli by shivneri on 14th april. Bu sconductor informed that, it was not provided by swargate depot....
