First of all I would like to comment that the frequency of Shivneri bus between Borivali (Mumbai) to Pune is very poor. Almost after 1.5 hours.

So there’s a long wait time at the bus stop. Moreover on the Western Express Highway the stops are not marked at all. Only those who know it know it. There should be a marker or bus stop flag erected somewhere at the stop.

Those who are planning to catch Shivneri at Vile Parle east, look for other options. This is because now they have started routing Shivneri from the Santacruz airport where it gets full. You will wait for hours at Vile Parle Sai Baba mandir and you will not get a seat in Shivneri.

This is shared in the interest of Mumbai Pune travelers

    I have Booked shivaneri bus from swargate to Vandana Thane for 4 passengers bus has left from swargate at 3pm and reached at khalapur food mall at 6.30pm Bus driver name Rahul Dagade not declared bus time for break then we get down for break and within 15min we came back and then we came to know bus has left without us Then we came to Thane to other bus of shivneri but this case driver fault completely

    I Mrs Monica Sathe booked Shivneri for Thane from swargate pune with my daughter and my friend with her daughter bus left at 3pm from swargate and reached at khalapur food mall at 6.3pm for break then we got down from bus for 15 min break and when we back we came to know bus was left without taken us bus driver Rahul dagde has not announced inside the bus while left from food mall we want refund for the same
    they stop buses to eat free food and once their eating over they are always in hurry.

        Booking Date: 23/11/2023 time: 11.44 am

        I was booking ticket for MSRTC E Shivai Bus starting from New Shivaji nagarpune Bus stop till nashik dated 25th november 2023 with Departure time as 10:30 hrs. After filling all the details and making payment via debit card i filled all necessary card details, the amount was deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. I haven't received any ticket in my MSRTC account nor any mail from MSRTC.
        Ticket was booked for 1 people costing total amount Rs.525/-.
        Kindly initiate the refund in my respective bank account.

          We reserved a seat for pune in shriwardhan-beed st. From redbus app. Timing at my place nizampur pin-402120 was 8 am. But st went before time approximately 7 38 am. So my son missed st. It was mistake of driver n conductor. I attached e ticket.

            Dear sir/Ma'am,
            I was traveling from thane to pune on 20th November at around 8:45 and I bought 2 tickets for which I paid 790 in which 760 was cash and another 30 rupees was gpayed to the collector whose name is Manisha Gund. We thought we lost our ticket but I'm pretty sure we kept the ticket with us and when we checked turns out we had a fake ticket which dated on the 1st of October while I never even travelled during that time. So I would like to file a complaint against Manisha Gund as she was extremely rude and she knew we had made the payment but yet forced us to buy another ticket please look into this. The bus station was thane, vandana bus depot. Thank you. I would've submitted the false ticket picture but she collected that ticket from us.
            Also they were only accepting cash I usually pay by debit card but this time they said they'll only take cash

              I booked tickets from Pune to Amravati on the MSRTC Portal for Shivshahi seater, but there was a problem with allocation of seats so I had to cancel them.

              When I booked the seats (40, 41, and 3), the system showed different seat numbers initially (1, 42, and 43). This confused me, so I cancelled the tickets within a couple of days.
              I booked the Front seats in advance so that I would not have to sit on last remaining seats, but due to wrong display of seat numbers I got last seats.

              It's been 17 days since I cancelled, and I still haven't received my refund. This delay is causing me a lot of trouble. I really need my money back soon.

              My Cancellation Voucher Number is 49050659. Please, I need your help to sort this out quickly.

                Bus was suppose to reach Maitri Park Stop @ 10:46 om but it came 1:30 hours late. After 1hour of journey the tyre got punctured so to fix the puncture 2hours were required at Panvel Station. After crossing the ghat, at Lonavla Stop passengers noticed 2tyres of the bus punctured. At 3:30am, again the bus was taken to remove the puncture. All the passengers were asked to stop at the Lonavla Stop. The bus was supposed to reach our destination stop at 6:11, but we waited at Lonavla Stop past 5hours.
                A serious attention is requested to be taken as the valueable time of passengers is hindered as well as the booked tickets are no more valuable. To add on, the conductor also filled the bus with extra passenger than the actual capacity.

                    Date 13/11/2023 12.50.21 Shivneri bus M 6780 Mumbai Maitri Park to Pune Station conductor issued compulsorily 515 Re bus ticket to my 87 year old father. He is supposed to charge 10 Re.He cooly says you can file complaint if you want to. My father had aadhar card and Maharashtra Driving Licence as proof of identification. despite this the conductor wrongly issued ticket. please refund 505 Re

                      My father is a senior citizen 1937 born. At 12 56 pm at Chembur he was wrongly charged 515 rupees from Chembur to Pune. He has an aadhar card and driving license as forms of identification. The conductor at Chembur refused to accept his aadhar card and wrongly charged him 515 rupees instead of 10 rupees.Please refund excess amount 505 charged.

                        The bus seat is broken! It is totally in recliner position not standing still making it very difficult to sit ! I’m on a 5 hour long journey, how am I supposed to sit when the bus is full and my seat is damaged ! It is so pathetic to see such a basic problem arising and worst part is officials not maintaining buses and solving these basic comfort problems . In a bus aren’t seats the most major part with the prespective to passengers . I’m having terrible back pain as I’m not able to lean on the sit as it’s just going back . How ridiculous it is to pay such hefty amount and still be treated in so unfair ways. Why would anyone prefer buses with such worse condition and the cherry on the top, bus was late, the curtains are damaged, so now in this scorching heat, I’m on the window seat on a damaged sit to which I cannot even lean and relax . How am I supposed to sit like this for more 4 hours ?! So pathetic to see that officials only CARE about money and providing service but doesn’t give a ### about the comfort and basic manintensnce of the buses . Very much disappointed will never travel by Shiv shahi anymore . At once will prefer general bus but not this

But instead, ordinary bus with bus number MG 20 GC 3512 was provided for the journey. As the fare of Shivshai is higher than that of Ordinary bus, I would like to have my refund for excessive fare.                             Today I travelled from Solapur to Ausa from bus no MH 06 S 8696 a bus from Nanded depot.
                            I have a very bad travel experience and as conductor and driver dropped me 2km apart from my destination.

                            They are telling lies that bus will not go to the bus stand by saying that they dropped me around 2km away and then they went to bus stand with bus without me

                              Ticket no.[protected]
                              This ticket was booked on 9th October, 2023 by MSRTC app. After that this ticket was not show in my tickets section in my MSRTC app. I was cancel this ticket because of sudden issue. But because of not showing ticket, I was'nt cancel my ticket.
                              Please resolve thos issue as soon as possible.

                                    I recently tried booking a ticket online from Pune to Chopda for November 9, 2023. I made the booking on November 6, 2023, but my payment was deducted, and I didn't receive a ticket.

                                      After payment website directly got redirected to home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received ticket on mobile number as well as email id.
