I travelled no. of times from kolhapur to Pune by shivneri. Bus stops at Malabar hotel at Satara. This hotel us very dirty and unhygienic. I asked driver not to stop here but he didn't listen.
The hotel staff was also arrogant. The bus was stopped they for more than 1 hour.
The ticket is attached for bus details. Bus no. 0212 time 15.00
Request to find some safe, hygiene and good hotel for stoppage.

    Bus no. Mh14 bt 2113 this leaves from dhule to indore at 12pm as the time shows but its stading in the bus stand of dhule from last 1.30 hrs neither conductor nor driver has come yet. This is really not acceptable all the passengers here are loosing there patience, we all have some work in indore or other places we are wasting our time here. This is totally unprofessional from maharashtra bus service.
    MSRTC bus no. MH40AU6411 from Chikhali to Mumbai is holted near about half an hour for changing bus driver and conductor. On asking for delay to conductor and driver who aligheted at pimaplgaon answered very orrogantly. They said this is our rule to hault bus for half an hour. As midnight time this is not fair to irritate passenger.

    I am travelling from shivajinagar pune to Sangamner by bus no. 1626 Pune shirdi Shivshahi Bus. My ticket no. is 321 issued on today I.e. 05/06/18 at 12:38:08..The said bus belongs to Kopargaon Depot. The airconditining system of the bus stop working from rajgurunagar I.e.khed .
    We are travelling from shivshahi bus departing from shirdi to panvel..there is a leakage of water from ac point which is causing trouble to all passengers.kindly do paper mantainance before sending the bus ..

      Dear sir,

      I am adv prakash chavan, facing below problem in phaltan st agar depo

      1) driver is not available and he is coming late
      2) driver is available and st is not available.
      3) st is not traveling on time particularly non stop swarget.
      4) as per some of the staff of st, due non availability of electrition person, they are facing problem every day, particularly on monday.
      5) sudden cancellation of st without any proper reason.
      6) bad condition of bus... Particularly today i travelling from phaltan to swarget by st no mh 07 c 9558 driver s s chavan. Gear problem in the st still he is driving st. But all travellers are in danger to travel in such a bus.

      We are facing problem every day. We suggest you kindly start digital punching facility at st depo for regular presence of staff. And kindly remove aforesaid difficulty for safe and timely travel. We hope, you will take serious note for resolution of all above issues.

      Today also Non Stop bus time was 8.30 amand Phaltan Depo management released bus on 9.18 am. What is the ridiculous management of Phaltan Depo. No any progress in management and behavior. Required serious action against Management persons. Today management has given bus no MH 14 BT 4198 which is not good and not well conditioned for transportation.

      Request you kindly take serious note for strong action.

        On the login page of msrtc after entering username and password even if the captcha is entered correctly it doesn't get matched.
        Kindly look into this complaint with priority and take some immediate action.
        Because of this bug we are not able to book any tickets neither we are able to view the maharashtra state govt buses.
        Please give high priority to this issue.

          On msrtc website written about 4 days aavdel tethe pravas scheme. It states that on last day of your journey if schedule time to reach the destination is before 12 am of last day of 4 days pass. If in case bus late by any reason consumer is not affected to issue ticket.
          In my case i was travelling from solapur to wardha by shivshahi bus "pandharpur to nagpur" on[protected] i caught this bus at 9:00 am from solapur and actual time to reach the destination at wardha was 11:15 pm. Due to traffic reason bus reached destination after 12:00am. So that conductor demanding ticket from yavatmal to wardha. As i already said to them on your website clearly written as if in case bus late by any reason consumer is not affected to issue ticket.
          But they clearly said to me that we didn't obtain gr about this and i didn't accept what is written on msrtc website this is fake. With conductor night shift employ of yavatmal bus stand sat in helpline counter of yavatmal bus stand.
          I made one audio in my phone conversation of me, conductor and helpline counter desk employ of yavatmal.
          It's my complaint as well as request to pass the gr terms and conditions about 4 days aavdel tethe pravas scheme
          My pass[protected] to[protected].
          I book ticket on 9 jun on martc online bus booking app.
          but bus was not coming that day but on the martc app thay get payment .
          So as I do not use that service and also I do not cancel the ticket please refund my cost .

            This is pravin, i am a regular customer of msrtc i have complaint against the maintenance department if ac shivshahi buses. This is really a appreciated service started by msrtc but now buses are outoff maintenance, like ac blowers not working broken, sheat not properly, broken windows glasses. Lack of maintenance on regular basis. We want this buses in proper position.
            During my journey from shevgaon to boisar, bus stooped at sai rudra hotel and they took more money and not served proper food. during that time i called to customer care but their is no any respose (sunday 03/06/2018)
            Please take appropriate strick action against hotel manager (Sai Rudra Hotel) near rayte (Kalyan)

                Dear sir, my self mahesh mahajan, i am the regular customer of msrtc, but it is observed that, we god the worst food as well as rate of that food is costly.
                E. G.
                1. During pune visit by shivshahi, the hotel which name is indifood, kamat hotel, where the rate of single vadapav is rs. 30/-
                2. During mumbai visit by nashik to mumbai central shivshahi, the hotel which name is greenview hotel, where i got the earlier day food, which was very worst quality.

                  Sir, todat (09/06/18) at 7.00 am i was traveling shivsahi from sangli to pune by bus no mh47y0089. I have purchased the ticket from the counter and they have allotted seat no 8 to me. While putting my luggages on rack, i have missed my ticket. I have searched everywhere but i couldn’t find out it. I have approached the counter to get a duplicate ticket. The concerned officer who has issued the ticket to me, was not ready to hear me and they insisted me to purchase a new ticket even though he knew that just i have purchased the ticket. Sir there is any provision for issuing duplicate ticket?.in railways they used to issue duplicate ticket. At last after some arguments i have purchased a new ticket (Sr#[protected]/06/18), for a single journey, 2 tickets i have purchased. Sir this is a grievance from my side. If any justice you can do to me, then please make an inquiry and refund me the additionally taken amount. Humanity is not died, reflections may spark from some where, sunshine is always an expectation.

                    I am daily travelling person from atpadi to sangola. On this bus not a single bus departing on time the drivers and conductors are not following bus schedule they are going for the nashta and all. On this day also the bus time is 7.30 instead driver and conductor is not here at 7.50 also. We must have to reach our place at 9.00 but only because of these unresponsible managing and because of drivers and condustors we are getting late every day bye half an hour. I kindly request you please take a action over them.

                      Mumbai narayangaon st was supposed to come in panvel st depot at 3.15 pm. We are waiting since last one and half hour but there is no bus.. And when asked in depot, their reply was way beyond rude stating that they r not here to give running update.
                      Pathetic msrtc service.
                      No value for passengers time.
                      I condemned the msrtc.
                      Should learn punctuality.
                      The ticket collector .
                      not giving ticket to the passengers but taking money from the passengers.

                        Date:[protected];time:03:27;, sir and i am travelling from shegaon sangli shivshahi ac bus services that has been started by you.
                        I want to bring to your kind notice that th busses are too dirty even the seats smell full of dirt.
                        Behavioir of the driver is not good with the passengers travelling. Not even with the old passesngers travelling.
                        Plz maintain cleanliness in theses busses.
                        Or the same situation is happening as of the other busses
                        Drivers do not drive these buases carefully just jump through the bad roads and try to drive at a high speed.

                          I booked ticket from official web site of MSRTC as per booking timing bus has to leave at 14:15 clock but bus leaved before it's official timing so i missed bus and when i asked same about concern entity they said timing on official web site is wrong . I couldn't argue more as his tone increased. As per departure time bus was not there . When i came early asked about my bus but they said there is no such bus on my route then i showed them my booking they said bus leaved . So there must be some time table confusion with bus stand and msrtc official web site because of that revenue passgers get suffered .for proof purpose i attached my ticket screen shot
                          So i want action or refund to my ticket.

                            Shivshahi bud don't having stop at sinnar depot and also nashik depot reduced ordinary buses for pune. They also removed many of buses from online reservation portal. From sinnar we don't have any bus with online reservation facility before 6 a. M. While from nashik there are plenty of buses from 4a. M.
                            We faced so many problems while travelling to pune early morning. Buses overloaded at nashik depot only and due to minimum buses for online reservation we wont get vaccant seat. As sinnar is big bustop you must keep pickup and drop service of shivshahi at sinnar depot also.

                              Ac of pune aurangabad scan ia shivneri of msrtc bus no. 9764 is not working.
                              Even driver is unable to recognize the fault. It failed just after vehicle passed the pune city.
                              We request you to please immediately repair it in ahmednagar or arrange alternate bus.
                              It is very uncomfortable as passengers are unable to open the window of bus.
                              Please take immediate action
                              Msrtc pune cancelled 9.30 am swargate to sangli bus without prior notice to passengers. Passengers who did reservation have no option but to wait for next shivshahi bus at 11.00am.Its poor planning by Msrtc. In such cases MSRTC has immediately Refund passengers ticket amount and inform them about cancellation.

                                I am citizen of beed, maharashtra. On 27 may 2018 at 12:22 i travelled from beed to ahmednagar, malewadi through beed - pune bus. Bus colour was purple. Bus no:030279. He took 207 inr whick i think is more but when i returned from ahmednagar to beed the then conductor took only 152 inr... I want the correct information about my fare from beed to ahmednagar... Hope u understand

                                  I alongwith with my daughter boarded the msrtc-ac shivneri bus from swargate, pune to gundavali, andheri (East) @ 19:00 hrs. I discussed with the driver of the bus as to where the bus was going deboard in andheri, to which his reply was the bisleri company in andheri. But apparently i alongwith my daughter were deboarded @ hanuman road bus-stop (11:29 p. M). I had asked my husband to wait for us the bisleri company stop after the coversation...

                                  My family is travelling from broivali (Nancy colony) to pune. We were having reservation of 2 seats. Since we had more luggage we opted for reservation. Ticket number[protected].
                                  There was some mechanical problem in bus due to which all the passengers were asked to board other buses as and when available on the same route. My family has to travel from thane to pune without any seat even when we have paid for seats well in advance. Do you expect we to sand for more than 4 hours??? What kind of service is this?
                                  Before bhigwan there is an authorised bus stop for msrtc at hotel Uday. The hotel is very pathetic. We travel by Shivshahi and still halting at an hotel which doesn't have hygiene at all. Please change the stop . Inside the hotel we get washroom smell. How can one sit at such place.
                                  Wasn't expecting this kind of association.

                                    Msrtc is not well organised like neeta travels
                                    I have booked ticket from msrtc and my friends from neeta travels
                                    Neeta has provided them the perfect address from where they will get pickup from but in msrtc they have just mentioned as ghatkoper east
                                    How will i come to from where feel like cancelling my ticket and booking it in neeta travels
                                    I hope they be as systematic as meeta
                                    Bus scheduled at 5:30. Tickets still being distributed at 5:45pm. Mr.Ingawale inside office and person sitting at enquiry counter were extremely rude, did not have any knowledge and REFUSED TO HELP . There are no display boards on the bus to show destination. Plus, bus is off and no a/c during boarding.

                                      I am traveling nasik to pune. Ticket is 228 and i gave 300 to conducter. He did not returned 2 rupees immediately, not even informed me that he will return me in some time!
                                      So i asked him to please give me my 2 rs. Back. The answer from him was pathetic. He said "are kay 2 lakh repay rahilet kay, deto na nantar ja bus jaun jagewar."
                                      My age is 37 and i am not look like a school boy!!
                                      I think msrtc conductors must have undergo with the training, how to behave with passengers!!
                                      Anyways i got my 2 rs. Back with rude behavior!
                                      I hope at least after salary increments these guys will stop malfunctioning.

                                      On way to pune from aurangabad semi luxury Msrtc bus stops at lilium park.The toilet provided for travellers was in horrible condition.Stiking & doors broken.As mrstc is making it authorized stop to these hotels. It should at least confirm basic necessities are provided.
