i want to know the rules regarding traveling of led tv (32).

Dear sir / madam,
I had been charge by conductor of rs 280 (Twice the ticket fair) to carry led tv (32”) while travelling from kalyan to borli. I want to know the rules regarding traveling of led tv (32”). Also please clear my queries as follows:
1) if i had been charged for led then it to be mentioned on ticket that this ticket is for led tv, instead of ticket of 02 persons.
2) if i asked for the rule, it should...

I was traveling from solapur to pune, today i am writing this at 3:50 am. Bus left solapur on time but the driver was stoping the bus in between to take passengers & parcels. And when i asked him to drop me on fatima nagar signal, because of some emergency. Driver and attendent refused me rudely. And the driver was driving the bus so rash. We reached hadapsar at 3am
And the expected timing was 4:30 am. The language of both the driver and the attendent was 3rd class. This happened today[protected] timing of the bus was 11 pm. From solapur to pune. Fu... K those driver and attendent, piece of sheets. I was telling those donkeys it’s an emergency. But those m. # were so rude... I am going to post it on social media also... Plzzzz take some action.

    Hi sir i have bot a new car, for new rules it is mandatory to put fastag tag on new car. This is i have to deposit 600 rs to icici bank, in that i have paid 200 rs for fastag card, but today when i trying to pass mulund checknaka they refuse to accepect the fastag., i am surpised when gov. Is makeing rules and they dont accept. They told me it will applicabel only on national highway and passing thru mulund chknaka i had to pay 35 rs toll why i will pay twice then what facility gov. Is giveing to me and why gov. Is makeing this rules when it is not applicabel in mumbai. Everytime people of india getting cheted like this. I want reply regarding this

      सटाणा आगारच्या बसेस पिंपळगाव बसवंत व ओझर येथे थांबत नसल्याने प्रवाशांची मोठीच गैरसोय होत आहे. ठराविक ठिकाणी थांबा असून देखील तेथे बस न थांबवण्याचा मनमानी कारभार चालक व वाहक करीत आहेत.

      सटाणा आगाराच्या बसेसना पिंपळगाव बसवंत येथे अधिकृत थांबा असताना देखील बस गावातील स्थानकात न नेता गावा बाहेरून काढण्याचे प्रमाण वाढलेले आहे. विशेषतः रात्रीच्या वेळी हे प्रकार सर्रास केले जातात. त्यामुळे प्रवाशांची गैरसोय होते. वृद्ध, महिला आणि विद्यार्थांना रात्री महामार्गावर उतरवले जाते. हे गैरसोयीचे आहेच तसेच धोकादायक हि आहे.

      कृपया या तक्रारीची दखल घेऊन योग्य ती कार्यवाही करावी आणि प्रवाशांना दिलासा द्यावा, हि विनंती
      I travelled by Swargate to Kolhapur 7am bus. Regular greasing of bus & tyre air pressure is outsourced by MSRTC. This shop (tapary) about 25 km begore Satara had not opened. So bus stopped for 45 minutes. Reaching Kolhapur latr by 45 minutes. Is MSRTC bankrupt that thry even can not do greasing & air check?
      I think MSRTC should close down.
      Today 3rd March, 2018- from hyderabad to nanded A/c service, I'm travelling in it, I asked the conductor to put on TV but his arrogant answer is that they will start TV after lunch, I don't know why he said like that, the time to take lunch is more than 2hrs from the time when we entered in bus.

        Hello, i'm from hinganghat dist. Wardha (Maharashtra), i'm daily nandori to hinganghat on my bike, i always see msrtc buses are so fast, today one driver of msrtc almost killed me thanks to god i'm alive, i follow the bus, the bus stopped at jyoti talkies square hinganghat, i asked driver don't to see the bikes on road, he behaving very badly, please do something on this commplaint they also drive fast from dr. B r ambetkar school from bus stop
        Hello, i was trying to booked my ticket on 15 feb 2018 but my ticket has not booked, but from my a/c there have deducated my 1400 rs, below is my ticket no msrtc/tech/213 and msrtc/tech/214,

        as of now it has been 15 days, till now there have not given my money back,

        Bus started late because somebody vomited in the bus. This is private Shivshahi bus. So nobody from private operator available to wash the bus. Kolhapur ST workshop workers are not allowed to maintain this bus as it is private bus. According conductor, he can not give any instructions to private driver.

          Responding hence this letter
          On 1/3/18, i boarded av volvo bus from chembur maitri park to swargate pune
          Bus no. Mh06 s 9763. At 11.50 am. Before boarding, i took advance booking for
          Return journey for sellf and wife. I filled up reservation form with full details
          Including my mobile number. I was issued journey cum reservation ticket
          Pnemooo6751 dated 4/3/18 17:15 hrs. Ticket no. Is 31879683 and printed
          Serial number of the ticket is h 0310037 seat number 17a and 18a amount paid
          Is rs. 882/- i. E. 430/- each.
          On 4/3/18 when we boarded the bus and the conductor came to check the ticket,
          I found that the original ticket was misplaced and i could not immediately locate
          It. I however showed the conductor mobile photo of the ticket which i had taken
          As a precaution and also informed the conductor that i had booked ticket in
          Advance at chembur maitri park bus stand. Despite this they did not check with
          The records or from the computer reservation data and told me to pay for the
          Ticket again. As the bus was about to leave, i did not want other passengers to
          Be delayed and hence i reluctantly paid again for the same ticket. The new ticket
          Issued to me was also for the same seat number i. E. 17a and 18a
          When i reached home, i found the original ticket which was in one envelope
          Inside the suitcase.
          My grievance is that when msrtc has centralised computer system, why the
          Concerned officialls are not checking the authenticity and veracity of the ticket
          Shown on my mobile as well as by confirming from my mobile number and
          Identity card? When the reservatiion system is computerised and i have given
          My mobile number in the reservation form, why msrtc is not sending
          Confirmation by sms?
          Suppose ticket is booked by online system and confirmation is sent by msrtc
          On mobile phone, if this message is accidentally deleted on the mobile, will the
          Passenger be made to buy ticket again?
          I therefore request for refund of the amount of rs. 882/-
          Collected twice from me for the same original ticket.
          I can produce all original tickets for your satisfaction

          I wanted to travel by state transport bus to thane from bhayander, maxus mall, i had waited for about 50 minutes alongwith 10 other commuters, they were there 15 minutes before me..almost more thane 1 hour there was no bus..this is an example of carelessness towards public..authorities should take notice for the matter

            Dear team,
            I am a reguler travelling from bandra to nandgaon (Nanci colony to murud) at 6pm. By doing reservation.. There is a stop at bandra circle (Kalanagar) but st is not taking a stop.

            Secondly in my last travel dt.26th jan 2018 seat no.21. Instead of semi luxury bus you were sending ordinary bus. I am not getting back difference amount.

              Being a regular traveller from supa to ahmednagar, i found that. Many buses are not taking a stop at supa which is located at ahmednagar pune road. Many such buses running with some empty seats. This causes some inconvenience while going to office and returning to home. Kindly instruct conductors and drivers for the same.. It will increase msrtc profit also. If this thing not happened in future take some strict action on employees who are responsible for this

                  I had a booking for shivneri timing 7.01am on 9 march 2018. However the bus had not arrived at chinchwad till 8 am. On enquiring it was informed that the buses for 7.01 & 7.31were being combined due to less number of passengers. Passengers with reservation having appointments in mumbai get delayed due to this haphazard service of msrtc. Pathetic service.

                    I am trying since long phone ie customer care number, but no one responding.
                    Please take serious action who is negligent in his duties as per section 166 of indian penal code 1860
                    Public at large wanted to know is there any bus yo travel. But such negligent persons not doing there duties. It is embarrassing when no one attend you inspite knocking. Hence also direct wrong door to pay me compensation of rs 800/- which i will pay to child ngo.

                      I am travelling in shivshahi bus from pune to kolhapur. Bus has no power supply in mobile charging sockets, no wifi as advertised by msrtc. So whya do we choose msrtc for travelling?
                      If you are advertising and not providing these facilities to customers then it is fraud by msrtc to it's travellers.
                      Plese take action as early as possible

                        DRIVER HAD CONFLICT WITH ONE LADY CONDACTOR IN AMRAVTI.All the passenger know that the mistke from driver side. we solve the issue. Because of drivers mistake the bus unnecessarily hault 30 mins outside Amravti city.

                        But driver threatened all passengers .and driving roughly throughout route .. because of his rough driving 4-5 times the accident may happen.. i tried 24 hr customer care no. Bit as usual no one pick up...

                        So who is responsible if accident happens??

                          Dear sir,

                          We konkan bhavan commuters would like to draw your kind attention that earlier there were two schedules namely 33 and 35 for konkan bhavan from ambernath railway station east. But for no sufficient and adequate justifying reason schedule no. 35 is not being operated although both the buses were running with standing passengers. Presently only schedule 33 is in operation.

                          This route is convenient for those passengers traveling up to konkani bhavan to attend their jobs in time. Although schedule time is 8-30 a. M. Today i. E. 05/03/2018 bus arrived at about 8-55 a. M. That too not to the railway station where regular stop is there. It was parked on the over bridge 300 meters away from the stop.

                          Driver of the bus came down and informed the passengers that bus is standing on the bridge as it is not possible to take turn at the shivaji chowk. I am informing you today, but tomorrow onwards i will not inform you and the bus will be on the bridge only.

                          Other drivers are easily bringing even longer buses up to railway station. Then what is the difficulty for today’s driver whose name was not being given / refused to give to understand to the passengers. Previously one of your controllers had visited along with same problem and confirmed that in case of exceptional situation reverse can be taken easily near shiv dham without any problem howsoever long bus may be.

                          We are doubtful about his skill. If at all there was any technical difficulty with steering system as well as imbalanced suspensions and shock absorbers then such vehicle should not have been sent to the route by v. E. Which may be the cause of accident in future even on the plain road also with high speed.

                          Please clarify that who has authorized the driver to declare such things to the passengers without knowledge to the higher officers like controller, traffic officer and depot manager also. We are sorry to inform that tour traffic officers are never visiting the problematic locations to resolve the problem with the help of police department.

                          On reaching to the depot we met and complaint to the controller on duty during that time i. E. 9-20 a. M. Controller was reluctant to disclose his name. We had confirmed that he was mr. S. K. Pawar. Who had confirmed that driver was reluctant to take the bus to ambernath regular stop. And as per him such buses with suspension are difficult to take a turn.

                          We all passengers do not agree with his statement. As a driver i would like to draw your attention including all your technical staff that not only to this bus but even to the scooters and motorcycles also there is suspension. So please advise him to reply in proper justifiable way. Among us many passengers are technically qualified and we are not the laymen.

                          We wanted to record our complaint in your complaint book. But it was not made easily available to us intentionally to safeguard your people. Please ensure and confirm that henceforth complaint book, suggestions and feedback should be made easily available to the passengers not only during the day but also must be available during night along with name of the not only office bearer but depot bearer with a board at the controller cabin in lock, passenger lounge as well as traffic office also.

                          You are hereby requested to investigate the matter mainly with maintenance department and then with traffic department take necessary effective and corrective measures so that we will not get any further opportunity to bother you again and again for the same reason. Eagerly awaiting your written reply at your earliest just not only as a acknowledgement but together with action being taken against defaulters at your earliest. Hope you will give us opportunity to thank you for the same.

                            Dear sir,

                            Many buses are running from jalgaon to aurangabad or jalgaon to pune via fardapur dist. Aurangabad. But the drivers and conductors are not taking the hault at fardapur. They don't have the importance of the passenger. They want only breakfast and lunch food at the hotels like akash hotel and kp park at fardapur. They are taking hault for 30 mints at hotels but not doesn't stopping at fardapur. Business of msrtc is going through passengers and if the bus drivers will do like that then very soon the passengers will not be believing on msrtc buses.

                            So as i am the passenger of fardapur requesting you to please take the actions against those buses.

                              Requested sir/madam,
                              Day before yesterday ie on 03/03/2018 on saturday i booked ticket of shivshahi bus from parbhani to pune. I successfully did it, but on the day of travel ie on 04/03/2018 at night on time of arrival of bus they announced that the bus can not come instead we are providing asiad bus. But they not provided that bus too.. If shivshahi bus was to cancel then why did you allowed us for reservation?? And what about refund?

                                As per above mentioned subject i want my reservation amount refund due
                                To non travelling in reserved bus because of your management fault.
                                I booked my seat from hyderabad to solapur from online, which bus
                                Timing was 11:00 pm when i reach mgbs stand (Hyderabad bus stand) @
                                10:57 the bus was not there, when i inquired about bust i got informed
                                That the bus leaved before timing. So i cant travel in that bus. My
                                Ticket number is 31935258.
                                I booked 3 seats and now i want the amount back.
                                I hope i will get amount back or mail for the same.

                                The bus MH 14 BT 3542 hit my car and incurred a chip off and dent ahead of Old RTO Chowk signal on Tuesday 27/2/2018 between 11.00 to 11.15 am (exact time difficult to state) .

                                This is the second time a bus hit my car, the first case was near simla office a year back.

                                Please arrange to refund the denting and painting charges!

                                  Hi team,

                                  I don't know weather this is correct id to escalate this issue but as i found this on your msrtc site hence write to you the same.

                                  Me and my friends travelled on 20 february 2018 from pune station to ratnagiri by shivshahi bus.in a journey bus stopped at malkapur station around 2 a. M. To 2.30 approx for washroom break but when we got down from bus then we observed that the ladies toilets were locked which is really inconvenience. Same happend while we returned from ratnagiri to pune on 22 february 2018 and the time was 11.00 pm to 11.30. Pm.

                                  This is really weird situation where drivers stop for such kind of breaks and though on regular bus stand toilets are locked.

                                  Kindly take this issue as a serious issue or let me know if it's forward to anyone.

                                    I booked shivshahi bus ticket for journey on 4th march 2018. Bus was supposed to depart by 3:15pm from kolhapur to thane.
                                    Even at 3:40 bus was not arrived on platform. I enquired number times at enquiry counter regarding bus arrival status but they themselves doesn't know where bus exactly was.
                                    Bus arrived at platform on 3:45pm, 30mins late. Driver was not showing guilty for delay. He remained absent till 4pm. Finally one leady passenger went to search driver. She caught him nearby shop chatting with his colleagues.
                                    All passengers were so upset and angry. I am writing here on the behalf of all those who doesn't able to board a complaint.

                                    Msrtc please do something and give on time service to passenger.

                                      Today 02march 2018at kalyan bus depo. Some 2 arrogant person devacant from seat where i was seated. And also push from bus by cheating. During his period my plastic bag remain in bus. I was complaint about said matter to conductor and depo officer no any action taken for this matter. All person through bag from window to catch seat in bus.
                                      Bus name kalyan - wada time 8.00am
                                      Bus nor. Mh-44 bl 4573.
