I am traveling from amravati to nagpur in shivshahi express on 3rd february 2018 at 4:20pm from nagpur. (Bus no. Is mh 09 em 1468) the driver is very arrogant. He stop the bus at hotel in talegao town for 15 minutes, but he didn't drop us at lahoti square in amravati, as all busses are take the stop to drop the passenger at same location. I had reservstion from nagpur to aurngabad on 4th feb 2018 at 7:45 but bus reported @11;00 so i boarded in the another bus which was going to aurngabad so they refused me and staired me down from the bus.
No positive reply from the bus depo after calling them.
Pathetic beahviour.
Ill never suggest to go in msrtc ro everyone.
Having a reservation still no support from msrtc dept after there mistake....

Lady conductor depot vaijapur m b raut did not gave change back 6rs. Always conductors do not give change back this is there extra income. I asked for differential ticket. But she refused to give. You people should keep in mind we the passengers are coming so your msrtc is running. On that even driver conductors won't talk in proper manner. Teach them basic manners. They simply shout and use abuse language without thinking in front of all...

Today 3rd feb 18 i am travelling with shivshahi bus sangli to swargate at morning 5.30 am. Bus suppose to depart on time but due to carelessness of driver but departed 22 min late after that driver stopped a bus and start fighting with another bus driver. Finally journey started at 5.57 am

Now driver draining a bus very rash. It is very risky to whom who travelled in this bus.

I tried to book my bus tickets twice, but it was unsuccessful, and the money is debited frm my account twice.
1st i did payment using UPI address, money debited but booking unsuccessful, later i did using debit card but same thing happened.

Shivneri Stop over at Lonavla on Pune - Mumbai bus.
There are multiple stopover locations and shivneri along with all other MSRTC buses prefer to go to another location, which is shady as well as unhygienic with barely any good option of refreshment.
maybe it’s a management decision to opt for this stopover option, but I would really want to bring it to light to management and everyone else that it’s not to appropriate to...

Msrtc bus mh40y5998 plying from kopargaon to pune. The driver of this bus was continuosly talking over the mobile phone while driving.

He even applied the brakes in a very bad manner to control the bus while talking over the mobile phone a couple of times. He drove carelessly holding the mobile phone in one hand.

Are these drivers this highly skilled to drive the bus with single hand??

I sanjay rajmal zawar booked one medicine sample parcel on urgent basis to ahmednagar by the name of vikas sangale on dated 30 dec.
Till time your ahmednagar parcel office manager is not ready to handover the parcel... Even they are behave with arrogance.
Already i had paid cash at nashik office with extra 20 rs for handling charges... Plz resole my complaint & handover parcel to vikas.

At chandrapur bus stop the officer who issue bus passes is still not on his chair the timing of issuing bus passes is 9:00 am but till 9:20 am he was not in office the school students still wating...

I have travelled from Wai (Dust. Satara) to Katraj (Pune) via extra bus on tuesday 30/01/2018.
I have some change remaining with Conductor. I requested him for change but he didn't had any and his attitude was too casual. Just like come for next 3-4 stations and I will pay the change.
So I requested them again that kindly wait for 2-3min and I will get the change from...

We people daily travel from solapur to ashtamod,
After 08.00 pm there no any local bus on that rout, only solapur to hyderabad bus available, these bus conductor stop only naldurg & umerga, we request every time but they dont stop at ashtamod.
Ashtamod is major junction on this rout. If there is no stop on this rout so please add this stop in etm machine....

On date 28/01/2018 the boarding point of my travel was shivaji nagar pune and arrival point point was nashik dwarka.in bus no mh 14 bt 5002. Fare ₹311 which was more than ordinary bus fare which was ₹230 about costing ₹81 more. The bus was taking halt at every stop as the ordinary bus do. Like manchar, aalephata, no bypass it gone to sangmner and sinnar also then what is the use of paying ₹81 more....

At 3:26pm. The bus going from yawal to chalisgaon.... The conductor are very misbehavior about ladies, old passenger and college girl..... This kind of person are very risky for people, passenger and our department also government.....
