Dear sir,

Many buses are running from jalgaon to aurangabad or jalgaon to pune via fardapur dist. Aurangabad. But the drivers and conductors are not taking the hault at fardapur. They don't have the importance of the passenger. They want only breakfast and lunch food at the hotels like akash hotel and kp park at fardapur. They are taking hault for 30 mints at hotels but not doesn't stopping at fardapur. Business of msrtc is going through passengers and if the bus drivers will do like that then very soon the passengers will not be believing on msrtc buses.

So as i am the passenger of fardapur requesting you to please take the actions against those buses.

    Requested sir/madam,
    Day before yesterday ie on 03/03/2018 on saturday i booked ticket of shivshahi bus from parbhani to pune. I successfully did it, but on the day of travel ie on 04/03/2018 at night on time of arrival of bus they announced that the bus can not come instead we are providing asiad bus. But they not provided that bus too.. If shivshahi bus was to cancel then why did you allowed us for reservation?? And what about refund?

      Respected sir,

      As per above mentioned subject i want my reservation amount refund due
      To non travelling in reserved bus because of your management fault.
      I booked my seat from hyderabad to solapur from online, which bus
      Timing was 11:00 pm when i reach mgbs stand (Hyderabad bus stand) @
      10:57 the bus was not there, when i inquired about bust i got informed
      That the bus leaved before timing. So i cant travel in that bus. My
      Ticket number is 31935258.
      I booked 3 seats and now i want the amount back.
      I hope i will get amount back or mail for the same.

      The bus MH 14 BT 3542 hit my car and incurred a chip off and dent ahead of Old RTO Chowk signal on Tuesday 27/2/2018 between 11.00 to 11.15 am (exact time difficult to state) .

      This is the second time a bus hit my car, the first case was near simla office a year back.

      Please arrange to refund the denting and painting charges!

        Hi team,

        I don't know weather this is correct id to escalate this issue but as i found this on your msrtc site hence write to you the same.

        Me and my friends travelled on 20 february 2018 from pune station to ratnagiri by shivshahi bus.in a journey bus stopped at malkapur station around 2 a. M. To 2.30 approx for washroom break but when we got down from bus then we observed that the ladies toilets were locked which is really inconvenience. Same happend while we returned from ratnagiri to pune on 22 february 2018 and the time was 11.00 pm to 11.30. Pm.

        This is really weird situation where drivers stop for such kind of breaks and though on regular bus stand toilets are locked.

        Kindly take this issue as a serious issue or let me know if it's forward to anyone.

        Date 28/02/2018. From 18:45 to 19:30..
        In between this time four buses cross that stop but ...they don't stop buses .

          I booked shivshahi bus ticket for journey on 4th march 2018. Bus was supposed to depart by 3:15pm from kolhapur to thane.
          Even at 3:40 bus was not arrived on platform. I enquired number times at enquiry counter regarding bus arrival status but they themselves doesn't know where bus exactly was.
          Bus arrived at platform on 3:45pm, 30mins late. Driver was not showing guilty for delay. He remained absent till 4pm. Finally one leady passenger went to search driver. She caught him nearby shop chatting with his colleagues.
          All passengers were so upset and angry. I am writing here on the behalf of all those who doesn't able to board a complaint.

          Msrtc please do something and give on time service to passenger.

            Today 02march 2018at kalyan bus depo. Some 2 arrogant person devacant from seat where i was seated. And also push from bus by cheating. During his period my plastic bag remain in bus. I was complaint about said matter to conductor and depo officer no any action taken for this matter. All person through bag from window to catch seat in bus.
            Bus name kalyan - wada time 8.00am
            Bus nor. Mh-44 bl 4573.

              I have been trying to call the borivali bus stop for the past 45 mins and it's either busy or they don't pick up. I have called then exactly 84 times n they haven't picked. I am waiting at the gundavali bus stop for the ac shivneri for the past 1.5 hours. The bus was supposed to arrive at 12pm and it still hasn't arrived.
              I am so angry with the services provided. The bus is 1.5hrs late and nobody has picked up the phone at the bus depot inspire of calling 84 times.

                Sir i travel two to three times weekly from amravati to paratawada. For pleasant travelling i prefer shiv shahi bus. But shiv shahi bus always avoids intermediate stop passanger. Whereas special conductor is placed on amravati last intermediate stop. On 8.2.18 i request to stop shiv shahi bus mh 06 bw 0291 at girls high school sq at amravati at 11am going to paparatwada. But he didn't stop and went direct. At paratawada depo i did written complaint against it and depo manager assured me for quick disposal of complaint and will give penalty to driver.
                Today 1.3.18 i do same request to stop bus no mh 27.. 1633 at girls high school sq. But again he didn't stop.
                On one side from media source, shiv shahi are not getting passanger and here ur drivers are not allowing intermediate passanger and driving empty buses. I request u to pls warn such arrogant driver and let bus should stop at intermediate stops. Pls inform me action taken on [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com

                  Ek dam bakwas system and rules he inke. Are mera date aur timing me confused huva to customer care wale directly bol rahe he paise wapas nahi milenge. Muje 1/2/2018 ki ratki gadi pakdni ki he aur gadika timing 00:15 he to me vahi date select kiya aur date confused me mere 3 seats ke 1326 rupaye ye log directly hahi milenge bol rahe he are ese logonki seva karna bolte ya lutna boltehe

                    I traveled from nandurbar to pune on sunday night 25th feb 2018 by newly started shivshahi bus at 19:20 pm. Although the bus condition was good considering the ac's and internals, but the bus was very slow. It reached upto dhule bus stop at around 23:00 pm (Usually it takes only 2.5 hours to reach to dhule bus stop). And it reached pune at 10:00 am in the morning (Usually it takes 6:00 am in morning to reach pune). So the bus was delayed by approximately 4 hours to reach pune. The passengers were already complaining about the bus slowness. But the driver/conductor were not having any satisfactory answers. Lot of people were service class and had to goto offices on monday morning but could not reach to offices on time due to this issue. I personally missed offices as i reached quite late.
                    When i pay on my card to online ticket to journey mumbai to khed at sun night 11.45 bus to kurla nehru nagar i proceesed all online term than i put my card details n than process see fail n my money has reduction in my card not give me ticket see the below image

                      I tried to book shivshahi bus ticket from swargate, pune to kolhapur dated 1st march (Bus arrival time - 6pm)
                      Transaction got failed due to unknown reasons but money (Bus ticket cost - ₹366) got deduced from my bank account
                      Transaction time - around 9:30pm, 26th feb
                      I request to credit money to bank account as soon as possible.
                      24 hours passed but still money is not received in my bank account

                          परंतु चालक वाहक प्रवांशांची अरेरावी करुन रोडवर ऊतरवुन देतात.
                          26फेब्रु रोजी एका महिलेने बस स्थानकावर बस घेण्याची विनंती केली असता तिच्या बँगा रोडवर फेकुन तीच्याशी असभ्य वर्तन केले आहे.
                          या सर्व प्रकारात सटाणा आगार प्रमुख सुध्दा दोषी आहेत त्यांच्या सांगण्यावरुन हा सगळा प्रकार घडलेला आहे

                            I am travelling to Rajgurunagar to Manchar for daily basis.. I withdrew Three months pass...
                            But many times while having travel with Asiad bus.. Conductor of the same bus denied to accept the pass & got argued with me in harsh language.. i was requesting him to give me the supplimentory bill for that... But he (conductor) abusing me in the insulting manner.. This is a quite a guilty feeling moment for the comman man..

                              lost luggage in saswad depot bus

                              I have lost my luggage (black carrybag printed as Jayhind collection, having red diary and dresses) on 25th February 2018. Bus number is M7606 ABEDC0. Conductor name is B. A. Nagarg. I can collect the bag from saswad Depot or swargat Depot...please contact me on [protected]..I have something important documents in it. I have tried calling customer care. But I was too late to them to attend that call...please help me getting my stuff..

                              On 25.2.18 at 6.10 i was standing in line of nonstop bus kolhapur ichalkaranji. The first bus tickets finish,
                              During second bus some old ladies were coming between the line, when i told to come in line then rather started shouting on me.
                              The ticket vendor lady was just observing..
                              Thier is no law and order
                              The lady ticket vendor has given ticket to that one lady who was breaking the line and approaching for ticket.
                              This is totally injustice with other passengers
                              I recommend that such lady ticket vendor or staff who can't control public nuisance at public places shall be immediately terminated.
                              I'm traveling in mh 07 c 7080
                              Also she has given around 10 standing tickets in non stop kolhapur to ichalkaranji which is against rules
                              If no action will be taken then i will approach hon'ble courts for justice

                                Dear sir. Shrivardhan bus depot always delay buses at evening time. They always give us reason "bus not available" bus are in under repair..
                                This scenario is not done today only. Please look into this matter. It's seriously need to resolve.. Time is more important to us and convenient as well. If not able to give proper service then please change time table so we can find another way to travel.

                                I have reserved a seat for ahmednagar to pune non stop semi luxury bus. Time for bus to leave was 16:10 from maliwada ahmednagar stop. Now the time is 16:45 and there is no bus officials here have no idea where bus is when it will be at the stop. Please check amd improve the quality how the system works it would be very helpful for people like us who have people like us who have to reach a place on time. Also now they have asked us to seat in bus which has ticket less than rs. 50.00 and there is no refund

                                  I was travelling from aurangabad to pune via shivneri having number 9587. Nearly at 10 am bus haulted at smile stone. After tea n snacks i came out, however bus was departed without any call. Driver neither given horn nor confirmation of passangers was made by the conductor.
                                  This may be confirmed from on duty watchman of smile stone hotel.

                                  Navapur pune bus no. MH 20 BL 3766 ( Navapur Bus Depo) Was not stoped at dwarka stop today at 3:15 pm. Date 19/02/2018. After this bus I have another bus is on 5:30 pm. Can msrtc does not need consumer. So give proper action as required.

                                    On 24th february i have done reservation of 2 tickets for 26th february morning, firstly i got a message my money is transacted but ticket is not booked. So that i have do again booking & money is again transacted. My 2 tickets price was 242 rs with all charges but msrtc took 242 rs from my account again. Please it is a kind request to refund my money as soon as possible.
