I am regular passanger from nasik to sangamner on every friday. There is no bus service available from nasik to sangamner during 9 to 11 pm. During this period two train arrived at nasik road railway station i. E. Panchvati and rajya rani. There is huge crowd waiting for bus to sangamner.
There are 3 shivshahi buses available on the same route but they didn't stooped at sangamner.

Requesting you please add additinal ordinary buses or stop for shivshahi buses for sangamner.

    Myself rahool n, i was travelling from nasik towards malegaon, on dated 23 feb 2018 at morning from bus registration no. Mh-20, bl 3154.
    But at morning 9:30 am while we reached at pimpalgaon, driver and contractor stoped the bus for buying greaps, and the took somuch time, wile public and me asked them to make early because we were getting late fir work, then the both talk very harsh.

      I am mrs. Vijaya raju jadhav, working at pimpalgaon since last four years, i have an advance paid quarterly bus pass, today i was traveling by nandurbar bus,
      The lady conductor who behave with me very rudely and told me that for this
      Bus, this pass won't work so you have to buy a ticket of rs.40/-i request her
      Since last 3/4 year no one told me about it, so you tell me where it's written, but
      She keeps on insisting me to take tickets or you get down, it was
      Very embarrassing and so loudly she was talking to me, i somehow told her
      To take the bus at depo there will get the clarification of this pass, as soon as
      I told her this, conductor left his seat and came to threaten me, as we all
      Passenger and i was getting late, i took a ticket from her, i asked her
      Name and batch no. But she didn't tell me, but from that ticket i got
      Her name smt. A t ingale, bus no. Mh-20/aq-6011 bus no 10245 9c7835

      Sir, we are working under a good corporation and like me lots of ladies commute
      By bus only, the reason is that we feel very safe and comfortable on the bus, but we
      Are daily insulted and humiliated by the bus staff only, so i request you to
      Look after in this matter and let me know, where we have gone wrong and

        I m very frequent customer of our msrtc but i observe from last few days our staff of amravti depo is very much rude and arrogent. I take the pass of shivshahi bus for 4 days in rs 1027 and travelled from nanded to warud and in return journey from amravati to yevtamal at booking counter instruct me to sit at 44 no but same sit allocate to other person that's why m sit less and after that for other bus i waited there 2 hr for other bus. I raised the question about that so give me answer very arrogantly. So please look in this matter and take essential step for better service...

          मोशी, पुणे हा अधिकृत बस थांबा असून सुद्धा तिथे एकही बस थांबत नाही. बस मध्ये जागा असूनही पॅसेंजर ने हात दाखवल्यावर चालक आणि वाहक नकारार्थी हात हालवून न थांबता रस्त्याच्या आतल्या बाजूने एकदम स्पीड मध्ये निघून जातात. आणि प्रवाश्यांना एक ते दीड तास वाट बघत उभे राहावे लागते. क्वचितच (नशीब असेल तर) एखादी बस थांबते, ती देखील यामुळे की या बस थांब्या पासून 50 मिटर अंतरावर एक सिग्नल आहे, आणि तो सिग्नल जर लाल असेल तरच बस त्या सिग्नल ला थांबते आणि प्रवाश्यांना पुढे धावत जावून बस पकडावी लागते.
          कृपया यामध्ये त्वरित लक्ष घालावे ही नम्र विनंती. धन्यावाद.

            My sister mrs kota was travelling from borivali to swargate bus arrival time 6.15 am bus num mh-14 bt 4954 & cunductor no 41761 she had reservation in same 31743716 was nt allowed to search id proof n was removed from the bus in kandavali in road so she got frustated. So kindly tell is it fair to do with alone lady i road. Pls kidly look in this mater.

              आज दुपारी १.३० वाजतानची सातारा - बोरिवली सेमी लक्य़री बस सातारा डेपोतून पाउण तास उशीरा म्हणजे २.१५ ला सुटली. पुण्यामधे चांदणी चौकाजवळ बसचा टायर पंक्चर झाला. ड्रायव्हरक़डे पंंक्चर काढण्यासाठी स्टेपनी होती पण धक्कादक गोष्ट म्हणजे इतर आवश्यक उपकरणचे उपलब्ध नव्हती, ना आवश्यक स्कील होतं. केवळ प्रवाशांच्या प्रयत्नामुळे रस्त्यालगतच्या पंक्चरवाल्याकडुन विनवणी करून मागितलेल्या उपकरणांच्या सहय्याने व प्रवाशांनमधील काही माहीतगार व्यक्तींचा मदतीने तो टायर सुनारे दीड तासांनंतर बदलून बस मुंबईकडे निघाली. जेमतेम एक्सप्रेस हायवेला लागताच बस इंजीन बिघडल्यामुळे परत बंद पडली. तेव्हा साडे सहा वाजले होते. पाऊण तासाने लक्षात आले की हा बिघाड ड्रायव्हर कंडक्टरांच्याने काही दुरूस्त होऊ शकत नाही. प्रवासी आधीच कंटाळले होते ते जास्त वैतागले. डेपोतून बिघाड दुरूस्त करण्यासाठी माणसे यायला २ ते ३ तास लातील असे सांगून कंडक्टरने मागून येणार्या एस्ट्या थांबवायला सुरवात केली. साधारण १० मधे २ बस थांबत होत्या. असे करत करत सुमारे ८.३० पर्यंत सर्व प्रवाशांची बोरिवली सोडून ठाणे, दादर अशा ठिकाणच्या बसमधे सोय झाली. जी वेळ खरी बोरिवलीस पोहोचण्याची होती. ह्या प्रवाशांना पुढे बोरिवलीस पौहचेपर्यंत मध्यरात्र उजाडली असणार. अपवाद म्हणून काही प्रवाशांना एका बोरिवलीच्या बसमधे आरक्षण असून उभे राहून प्रवास करावा लागला. ह्या सामान, लहान मुले व वरिष्ठ नागरीकांसकट प्रवास करणार्या प्रवाशांच्या भयंकर त्रासदायक अनुभवातून एस्टी प्रशासनाने घेण्यासारखे बरेच धडे आहेत जे त्यानी घ्यावेच पण त्याबरोबरच आपल्या गलथान कारभाराने प्रवाशांना त्याच्या स्वकष्याच्या पैशात दिलेल्या त्रासाचे उत्तर द्यावे.

                I booked my tickets for 19/02/2018 of shivshahi at 13.31pm from dasgaon to mahad . I pay 1458 rupees of six seats. I did payment by debit card. but my tickets is not booked. Only payment is done. So please refund my amount.because of network problem it's happened. So please refund my amount. And take care about it's not happened again with costumers. Please do needful.

                  Bus no mh-o6-s-8103 very bad service very slow running continous beep sound at gear box it start at around 9.15 am and at 1 pm still we are in lonavla, bus is from thane vandana to pune, problem was their in vandana depot itself, then also bus had started from there why?
                  You are troubling customers. Very bad service
                  Waiting for your action and reply, plz dont say sorry we want actions.

                    Travelling from zaheerabad to sangareddy
                    Date 16.02.2018
                    Time 9.30pm
                    After boarding bus in zaheerabad started moving towards hyderabad, asked to ticket to sangareddy, conductor replied it will not stop in sangareddy, u have to get down, it is repetitive observation by conductors after 9pm they don't allow sadasiivapet, sangareddy passengers to board, if any one boarded, conductor force them to get down, same happend for me, conductor stopped bus asked me get down after travelling of 3kms (Outskirts), driver told no problem u can sit, conductor will issue ticket, then conductor went near driver and convinced him not allow me to board, finally they stop bus for 10min until i get down, i got down from bus in outskirts of zaheerabad at 9.30pm in darkness again walked back to bus stop to catch another bus. I felt it is in acceptable behaviour of conductor
                    Posting this with belief msrtc. Will look into the issue to avoid this type in convince to pasengers

                        Hello, I am traveling in shivshahi bus from MSRTC. I was booked my ticket on MSRTC portal. I have booked 12 number window seat but when i am traveling actual seat number 12 is non window and 11 number is window in bus. That happenced 3 times with me. Please correct the seat number on portal or in bus.

                        The Shivshahi bus of MSRTC going from Pune to Nashik today, 8/02/2018, which departed at 2:30 pm from Shivaji nahar(Pune) had a break failure while going to Nashik. This is pathetic and so dangerous. Please take actions and keep your buses serviced regularly. This is shameful on your part. All the passengers were at risk.

                          I already booked my ticket from sangli to shivajinagar of sangli to aurangabad bus (Bus no. Mh11bl9260) and bus departure time from sangli bus stand was 6:15am but when i reach to at 6:08am bus already left the sangli bus stand before its actual departure time. So worst service march is giving to their customer. Then immediately i contacted sangli bus stand control room and they have given me the no. Landlines no. Of next to next bus stand ie. Islampur bus stand where this bus is passing through. Then i immediately called to islampur bus stand and asked to stop bus at that station only. Then i immediately get in into the another bus going to islampur from sangli and i have again paid 70rs fair from sangli to islampur for this bus mh 14 bt 4819 even though i already paid this fair charges for bus from sangli to shivajinagar bus. So i want my 70 rs money refund back from msrtc and msrct should take necessary punitive actions against this conductor and driver that is my wish.

                          At latur bus stand controller was not present on sit security guard was sat at 01:10 Am. He was speaking wrong words when i asked for information of bus.

                            Busses are not available in baramati and midc bus stand so busses are late more than 1 hour
                            This situation i am facing 3rd time consugatively.

                            Even baramati pune busses quality are not good enough, but msrtc asking more money than quality.
                            Asiad are not worth too dirty busse.
                            And not following time.
                            Kindly take immediately action.
                            Some time they give reason conductor is not available, some time driver is not available,
                            Some time bus is not available.
                            Every time different reson but never bus will run on time.
                            Atlest long destination busses should run on time.
                            We have to catch next bus, train or flight accordingly.
                            Other state buses are very good.

                            This is main reason why msrtc faces loss

                              To msrtc,
                              I have been travelling from jalgaon to nashik frequently but always jalgaon depo gives pathetic buses which are not at all in condition.. Speed of the bus is only 40km/hr.. The journey normally requires 6 hours.. But mh 20 2509 took 8 hours. What a pathetic situation... What we are paying for?? This happens always with jalgaon depo.. I think they intentionally create this havoc...

                                This happened with me twice. I had booked shivshahi bus ticket from pune to nasik and pickup was from shivaji nagar. To my surprise i twice received call saying that my bus will not be coming to shivaji nagar and us going to leave from nashik phata in one instance. During second they were giving me asiad inspite of shivshahi reservation. When asked why they said that it is because of my wrong selection of bus stop at destination. No matter what destination i select. Shivshahi needs to take me. They cannot avoid giving services. How can they take 370 and provide 100 rs. Worth service? I hope to see this stopping in order to ignore the reservation under earning extra money as even when we book online we pay for it and don't get it for free. This is a pain for travellers. If you are giving bus service to common man keep it common and simple. Don't make people run from one corner to another. And don't cheat them. This is leading your brand name down. So please. Stop it right now.
                                The bus no mh 40 aq 6314 was running from nagpur to umred on dated 10/02/18 at 10:15 pm. The bus was stopped neighter by the driver nor the conductor even the the bus has been approved. So many passenger had to suffer the problem at late light. Pleade take the severe action against the driver and conductor. They misbehaved with passengers.

                                  Iam a regular traveller who everyday travels from rajgurunagar to pune and viz. Many a time while returning back from shivaji nagar, pune i get s. T. Bus coming from paithan to rajgurunagar, no mh. 07 c. 7283. Driver of that bus drives very roughly, also does not takes the passengers, doesn't stops the bus on proper stop if anyone wants to get down. He speaks arrogantly upon asking anything. The problem is getting serious day by day and is highly intolerant.
                                  Miraj to pune non stpp bus conductor batch number 18431 conductor has given a wrong ticket without asking to me. And taken money forcefully and rudely behaviour with lady passenger. Not behaving well with lady travellers.
                                  My self Vinayak Mahajan ..I am tried to book jintur to Pune ..shivsahi on 8/2/18 my transition is failed but amount deducted ..then what will I do do for my refund.. please help

                                    मी धुळे आगाराची चाळीसगाव धुळे या बस मध्ये चाळीसगाव (कॉलेज पॉईंट) वरून बस मध्ये बसलो बस मध्ये गर्दी असल्यामुळे मागे सरकण्यास जागा नव्हती तेव्हा वाहक शिवीगाळ करून मागे सरकण्यास सांगत होता.त्यांना शिवीगाळ का करता असे विचारले असता जास्त हुशाऱ्या करू नको नाहीतर तुला इथेच मारेल असे सांगत होता.वरिष्ठांकडे तुमची तक्रार करतो असे सांगितल्यावर तू मला कुठेही घेऊन जा मी तुला दाखवतो असे धमकी देत आहे.

                                      I am traveling from amravati to nagpur in shivshahi express on 3rd february 2018 at 4:20pm from nagpur. (Bus no. Is mh 09 em 1468) the driver is very arrogant. He stop the bus at hotel in talegao town for 15 minutes, but he didn't drop us at lahoti square in amravati, as all busses are take the stop to drop the passenger at same location. We continuously requested him to stop the bus but he didn't stop and said you can drop the campaign against me.
                                      This is not way to behave with the passenger who travel with your services after spending there money for your services. I am requesting you, please take the note of this to avoid inconvenience to the passengers.

                                      I forgot to take back ₹474 when I got down.
                                      When I went back the next day, instead of being helped, I was criticised. It was a Mental harassment situation in a public place in front of all public.
                                      As a respected citizen, I need to complain about this harassment.

                                        I had reservstion from nagpur to aurngabad on 4th feb 2018 at 7:45 but bus reported @11;00 so i boarded in the another bus which was going to aurngabad so they refused me and staired me down from the bus.
                                        No positive reply from the bus depo after calling them.
                                        Pathetic beahviour.
                                        Ill never suggest to go in msrtc ro everyone.
                                        Having a reservation still no support from msrtc dept after there mistake.
