Rash driving and negligence of driver in busmh 20 d9982. While travelling from kalamboli highway at 4 pm today. Bus was going to thane & before i could get in driver started the bus & luckily i escaped from an accident. He didnt evenbother to check whether passengers all alighted or not& the bus was empty. Please tell them to stop it. It cost our lives
St buses are not stopping at mira goatan stop inspite of board at stop
from borivali to Thane please look into the matter
Completed ticket booking procedure for booking ticket from Ratnagiri to MUMBAI Dated 2 Oct 2017 21:30 but no ticket was generated or any email received.
Amount of 453 rupees debited.
Please assist in getting my refund.
I have booked a shivneri ticket from nashik to pune for 3rd of October but i cancelled the ticket but the amount is not credited to my account

please look into this and make sure to credit the amount

      Dear sir,

      I was traveling from pune to nashik on 08th of october 2017 from semi - luxury bus, timing 4 pm. We reached around 70 kms from pune and all of a sudden it started raining heavily. During this rain there was a constant leakage of water from the top and also from the windows of the bus. Under such circumstances it is very uncomfortable for a customer to peacefully travel and enjoy the journey. It’s a humble request from my side that you pls check the quality of buses in which customers travel and try to improve the quality. Even if you charge a little more and provide a better service we will definitely opt in for our service.
      For your better understanding i am sharing you the bus details, so that you can check it’s quality and do the needful.

        Today 1/10/17, we are traveling to Pune from Mumbai in shivneri bus. At the Lonavla food plaza bus has been stopped for snacks. But that plaza not providing hygienic foods. We ordered puri Bhazi and got one mosquito in side the puri.

          I am dhanashri, i had book the tickets of bus from shivaji nagar to buldana at 21:15 pm for journey on 15/10/17. Ticket was book for 2 people named as dhanashri and gitangali. I hv madhe payment of rs 1028 through net banking. And i hv book ticket on 6/10/17 and due to some reason i cancel it on 7/10/17. According to rules by excluding dues i hv to got rs 1006 as refund amount. But till now i don't get the refund of cancel ticket. Please pay attention to this. And help me out off this.

          This bus actually has to take a stop at patanbori by pass but the driver arrogently ignored the passengers there waiting for the bus ...I request you to take a note because this has been a serious problem for the patan bori residents ...Thank you

            We wr traveling from pune to ahmednagar... After reaching to ahmednagar driver stopped bus at kinetic chowk... My wife got down n he started bus without allowing me n my son to get down us one km away.. After requesing also he was nt stopping by bus.. N used bad words bc mc

            Such drivers should b suspended for who dont knw the value of people

            If something wud hv happened to my wife then who will b responsible..

              On 07/10/17 at 03:15 pm approx, at satara railway station i requested st bus (Mh20 d1019) to stop. Despite of my frequent requests & despite of total bus was empty conductor/driver didn't stoppped the bus. This bus is for route satara railway station to satara rajwada bus station. Later on i travelled to satara through mahagaon satara bus (Mh12 ef6372).
              I had lodged official complaint to satara st bus station. I request you herewith to take this matter seriously & take proper action against the driver & conductor. All this behavior is against your motto "bahujan hitay bahujan sukhay"

              Panvel dadar the lady bus conductor misbehaved and was talking to me in abusive language and very rude behaviour and was not stopping in any stop despite the bus was 70% empty
              And told me whereever u want to complaint u can i dnt care of any of the officer

                Buses between thane and pune always run late atleast 30 — 40 mins. Today the 7.15 bus for thane from swargate left at 8.15. It has now broken down near chandni chowk. The bus num is mh 06 s 8291.
                The punctuality of your device is pathetic and hopeless.. The state of you buses is pathetic and hopeless.
                Still you charge 500 for shivneri and 230 for hirkani. On way basis do you charge for such incompetent and pathetic service?

                  Please find below ticket booked online (Ticket number) on 02-oct-17 for journey dated 04-oct-17 for bus service "shivshahi" for route nashik-pune.
                  The bus timing was 5.45 am but i was waiting at my boarding point nashik road til 7.30 am still the bus was not arrived.
                  After having a word with bus authorities from mela stand (Nashik road) they informed that shivshahi bus is not available and will not be...

                  It is to bring to ur notice that uran bus depo always cancel the last bus of nad from uran bus depo.
                  We passengers always gets problem and even they dnt declare abt the cancellation of the buses.
                  Whenever we ask ant the bus v get foolish answer from depo manager and controller.
                  After 6:30pm bus v have last bus service for nad at 9:15pm and that also they fail to give proper service.
                  It is a request to take the complaint in grant and take severe action against uran bus depo.

                  It is very bad experience to travel in ST when I am travelling in Mum-bagmadla ST bus which seat was broken. We have already complain to conductor but he didn't react.

                  If we are paying this service should not be faced by any traveller

                    I have cancelled my 2 online journey tickets, as per message on msrtc online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 29875364 & transaction id isjhmp[protected] and for voucher no29875380 transaction id is jhmp[protected]. Even after around 30 days from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount of rs.419 for both tickets. Please guide how to go about it.

                      I had booked 2 tickets from mumbai to pune. The boarding was at balwadi at 955 pm. Waited for the bus till 1015 pm. Then headed to hinjewadi and finally to the bus stop near indira school. 3 buses crosed us but were full or going to thane. The conductor seated at the bus stop had no clue what rimw the bus will come. He packed his bags and left as his shift was over. The bus station at swar and shivaji nagar had theor phone numbers not reachable. Bombay helpline number did not answer as well. Very poor service. Finally had to take a private car to xome to mumbai.                         I am not regular passenger and i feel i am lucky that i am not. I travel from kodoli to islampur once in a week. This bus didnt catch the highway. It prefes bad roqd. Its ok. But just tell the drivers to drive gently. They are really careless. They don't care about passengers. Please just tell them to drive carefully. Its really bad road. And it makes me bounce so high. That sometimes my head bumps to the rack up at my head. Please take some action. I really appreciate work of msrtc. And i am really greatfull for this great service. Please take action.

                          I am a daily passenger of msrtc from malkapur to bodwad and vice versa.
                          Many times your scheduled bus is getting cancelled and creating problems for the bus passengers who are travelling daily in it. This is getting a serious issue for passengers because it is the last bus from route of bhusawal bodwad malkapur. And next morning there is students who are waiting to arrive bus for reaching school. So its an humble request that you kindly look upon this matter.

                            मी अनिकेत शशिकांत शेळके आज सकाळी औरंगाबाद वरण पुण्याला सकाळी ५ वाजेच्या २*२ एशीयाड बसने आलो.
                            येत असताना नगर च्या पुढे गाडी आली असता चहा पाण्याकरता थांबली, मी तीथे फ्रेश झालो. बस पुढे निघाल्यानंतर मला urin आली असता मी ड्रायवर ला बस थांबविण्यासाठी विनंती केली, परंतु त्यांनी बस थांबवण्यास नकार दिला. माझे पोट दुखत असल्यामुळे मी त्यांना विनंती केली होती. मग एका passanger ला उतरविण्यासाठी बस थांबली, मग मी ड्रायवर ला सांगून खाली उतरलो. मी urin करून येईपर्यंत ड्रायवर णे चेंक न करता बस पुढे आणली. आणि मला तिथेच सोडून दिले. मला त्या ड्रायवर चे नाव माहिती नाही. तरी याविषयी तुम्ही त्वरित कारवाई करावी. ही नम्र विनंती.

                              I booked 2 bus ticketa from pune to shrirampur dated 30th sept 7.45am, but bus got cancelled, we travelled our own no refunds given to us. Again we booked online ticket today 2nd oct 8am from shrirampur to pune same happened today as well. This time they gave us position in later bus, but the last seats.
                              It is very frustrating to travell from msrtc buses.

                                I have booked ticket for ahmednagar - pune journey on date 1/10/2017.
                                My ticket booking reference is-
                                Trip no - ngrs0180887
                                Ticket no[protected]
                                Seat no -16.

                                I have reached boarding bus stop at 4.54pm. Bus boarding time was 5pm.
                                Before i reached to tarakpur bus stop (Boarding station), authorized person has allocated my seat to other person and he refused me to sit on my booked seat.
                                He asked me to sit in next bus which boarding time was 5.30 pm.
                                Please look in to the matter and try to avoid such incidents in future.

                                  Request you to start boisar -NAshik chopda night express bus 7:00 Pm from boisar so that people can start their journey after 5:30 and Chopda-NAshik -Boisar bus returns at 5:00 AM so that people join their job in morning. This bus was started 2 years back and also people supported such that bus was going full seats booked then why this service stopped. Boisar is full of industry, BARC &NPCIL etc Population is also more but no buses in evening. People and college students faces difficulty to travel also in day time temperature is also more in region near dhule so, people feels best to travel at night.

                                  So, Please start this service again so that people can enjoy this service again

                                    Hi this is navnath. Yesterday on 29 sep 2017 i was travelling to shikrapur from chandannagar pune. Conductor collecting tickets those persons who's stop arrive including me. At time of leave i asking conductor return my ticket. But he not returning ticket and speak very rudely. Misbehave with me and passenger.

                                    Bus no. Mh 06 s8222 bus mumbai to ahmadnagar time evening 6.15. At near shikrapur.

                                      I am travelling in latur to nilanga direct bus, no. Mh20 be0244. The original printed ticket is 58 and conductor told me 60. I just ignored because i didn't have change of 8 rupee. I thought she didn't have change of 2, but she didn't even told me about the change and ahe directly took 60 rs and left the bus. Is this the right way? Who gave her the rights to charge extra?
