I booked 2 bus ticketa from pune to shrirampur dated 30th sept 7.45am, but bus got cancelled, we travelled our own no refunds given to us. Again we booked online ticket today 2nd oct 8am from shrirampur to pune same happened today as well. This time they gave us position in later bus, but the last seats.
It is very frustrating to travell from msrtc buses.

    Sir,
    I have booked ticket for ahmednagar - pune journey on date 1/10/2017.
    My ticket booking reference is-
    Trip no - ngrs0180887
    Ticket no[protected]
    Seat no -16.

    I have reached boarding bus stop at 4.54pm. Bus boarding time was 5pm.
    Before i reached to tarakpur bus stop (Boarding station), authorized person has allocated my seat to other person and he refused me to sit on my booked seat.
    He asked me to sit in next bus which boarding time was 5.30 pm.
    Please look in to the matter and try to avoid such incidents in future.

      Dear sir,
      Request you to start boisar -NAshik chopda night express bus 7:00 Pm from boisar so that people can start their journey after 5:30 and Chopda-NAshik -Boisar bus returns at 5:00 AM so that people join their job in morning. This bus was started 2 years back and also people supported such that bus was going full seats booked then why this service stopped. Boisar is full of industry, BARC &NPCIL etc Population is also more but no buses in evening. People and college students faces difficulty to travel also in day time temperature is also more in region near dhule so, people feels best to travel at night.

      So, Please start this service again so that people can enjoy this service again

        Hi this is navnath. Yesterday on 29 sep 2017 i was travelling to shikrapur from chandannagar pune. Conductor collecting tickets those persons who's stop arrive including me. At time of leave i asking conductor return my ticket. But he not returning ticket and speak very rudely. Misbehave with me and passenger.

        Bus no. Mh 06 s8222 bus mumbai to ahmadnagar time evening 6.15. At near shikrapur.

          I am travelling in latur to nilanga direct bus, no. Mh20 be0244. The original printed ticket is 58 and conductor told me 60. I just ignored because i didn't have change of 8 rupee. I thought she didn't have change of 2, but she didn't even told me about the change and ahe directly took 60 rs and left the bus. Is this the right way? Who gave her the rights to charge extra?

            Dear sir/madam,

            I have book 1 ticket online journey from shivaji nagar pune to latur. Date of journey: 29/09/2017 23:15. (Semi luxury) pay amount rs.485.26 payment online. Atom transaction successfully done.

            But does not generate ticket or any message or mail related to ticket confirmation.

            Please check my ticket book or not and update before 12:00pm or refund the amount in bank.

              Bus frequency to warje malewadi from aundh gaon in pune is very low. One bus comes after half an hour and that too is highly overcrowded that we can't keep our feet in it. We have to always skip that bus and wait for next bus hoping that it will have some space and that too comes after half an hour. We have to wait on bus stop for more than an hour to reach senapati bapat road everyday. Could you please increase frequency of bus to warje malewadi atleast during office hours. This is very urgent as 100s of people are facing this everyday.

                  I'm traveling so many time kolhapur to pune yesterday we travel with shivsahi bus, driver stop 1 hotel name share a panjab this hotel belong with hotel raigad inn this surve bad & unhygienic food changing heavy cost, msrtc chang this location. 3time i'm fighting for same iuess
                  Msrtc pls surch new hotel and maintain quality giving cust. Care nu. Tnx

                    The conductor and driver of st maharashtra are assuming himself as a landlord fully owner of at as they didn't talk with passenger with a politely as well as the do not return the chiller money to the customer. Also if someone who is too needy in urgent situation they didn't understand any of passenger. Today i ask to conductor at jam for while the bus was going to morbhawan nagpur i asked him about a local stoppage a village then he directly said me get down from bus that was unexpected for me at that time coz most of the time ignore but today i was suffering tired and weak but he said me numberless words then argue with then anyone can do this also i told him is this your father bus he was also arguing and tried to fight with me and due to this i also said him madarchod... As he also was saying something before my offwods. Also then he throws me from bus so that i used that words. At that time i suddenly pelt a stone but missed. Also bcoz of he o used mom s abuse word so that and he aslo slapped me and driver also came out a force to sorry me i excuses but he tied my collar and telling me about fir i was in hurry bcoz of company works. So as per manager of jam depo i said sorry and gave written sorry letter but that time also conductor using abused language and nobody noticed or telling him. So i urge please give training to your staff about manners. I will definitely tell u private bus staff is better than st bus they knew passenger value. I will never travel by bus in my life and i will slap him when i will get a chance i was alone so that they hold other wise i will tell him.

                      I have booked ticket for the ac shivneri bus for 26/09/2017 from borivali to swargate.
                      Rs. 530.68 debited from my account but ticket is not booked
                      I have to book it n pay for it again.
                      I tried to call customer care number atleast 20 times but it is continuously busy n no one is answering the toll free number.
                      Kindly refund the money to my account.

                        Today afternoon i did online booking of ac shivneri bus from vanaj (Pune) to majas agar (Mumbai).
                        Seat number booked no.10 for 25th sept 2017, 3.40pm pick up from vanaj (Pune).
                        I have paid rs 530.68/- via my bank bill desk gateway.
                        Transaction number is sb498800.
                        Biil desk gateway : bil/[protected]/mumbai trip/msrtc_jici56837.
                        Till now, i have not received ticket details and website still shows seat no 10 is available.
                        Either can you send me ticket or send my money back please?

                          I gaurav vaidya booked 2 tickets online from msrtc website to travel from swargate pune to miraj on 24/09/2017 at 12.15 pm for seat no. 15 and 16. After booking amount of rs.723 got deducted from my bank account but i didnt receive any confirmation regarding ticket issue (Via e-mail/sms).

                            Please maintain hygiene at Nashik New CBS. The smell o[censored]rinals is spread all over bus stop. It's new stand still there is no cleanness and proper management of providing services to customers.

                              I am booking a ticket of kolhapur to (Hinjawadi it park) pune semi luxury (Time 5:45 am) bus ticket no 2 (G)
                              Travel date-03/10/2017 & booking date-19/09/2017.
                              I have allocate this ticket & make payment by axis atm cum debit card payment is done with atom. And its transaction reference no.38727711 and also i provided merchant transaction reference no. [protected] but my ticket is not generate & also not sent on my mail id & my msrtc acount (Manishzope). After that i am check same ticket avaibalality the ticket is available. So please refund my ticket amount 381.35.

                              I travelled on 20 May 2024 from Swarget to Kolhapur by Shivshahi bus no MH6 BW0197 at 8 am from Swarget it brokedown at Pargaon reason gear not operating it reached Kolhapur at 3pm.
                              2) on 21 May 024 I travelled from Kolhapur by Shivneri which started from Kolhapur at 12:45 pm and brokedown at Nagthane MSRTC authorised hotel before Satar reason cooling failed
                              I suffered breakdown on both the ways in my Pune - Kolhapur so failure rate being 100 percent I will suggest don't allow the bus to operate wihout maintenance certificate
                              I demand full refund of ticket I paid 500+525

                                During dhule to chalisgaon we are observed very bad conditions it means never clean last to much year
                                And also we traveling today indore to shirpur bus produce to much sound and passengers not bear to sound

                                This is very bad condition and no busy proper work about cleaning and services
                                Kindly take proper action other wise we will goes in consumer city

                                  I travel from bus from bhiwandi bus depo to thane & Mumbai since 4years.I hav not seen any improvemnt in bhiwandi bus & even zero improvemnt in bhiwandi public.Travelling through Bus became such a bad experience now a days.There is no Queues for bus, No seats reserved for ladies n older person even though it would be written for "jayeshth nagrik "for "mahila"...but den too no seats were provided by conductors which are already reserved for ladies n older person. Bus Conductors give suggestion to passengers to sit in Drivers cabin where some sort of box is made n gear is attached but conductors did not managed d passengers to get their proper seat!!Please I request managemnt of bus to look forward this issue & even I request Bhiwandi public please show some humanity and follow d rules regarding bus so dat v can travel happily!!

                                    I was waiting 8:00am to 9:00am on bus stand phalat no 6 but the bus was not came on the phalat (Bus no 9528 phaltan to pusegaon and bus time was 8:30am) and leave the passengers, i do inquiry with depot master they said that bus was leaved. I complained to depot manager but he talk arrogantly and not given valid reason and ask me to leave, it is happening frquently and passengers getting suffered, due to worst managment. We are supporting msrtc but the department won't support public.

                                    I cancelled my online journey ticket, As per message on MSRTC online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 29601807 and 29597338. Even after around 325days from ticket cancellation date I didn't received my refund amount.Please guide how to go about it.

                                      I am traveling via msrtc bus today 15.9.17 and msrtc bus stop in hotel @7.45 in hotel akash (Msrtc authorised food stop) near dmart satara i take topikana mixed fruit juice mrp is 20 rs but sells person take a 5 rs extra for reason of cooling charges. I found that hotel akash take a extra charges more than mrp on ice cream flavoured milk cold drink chips and packaging materials so i request to you please take a strict action in this case
                                      Schedule No 23 /24/114/132 start this shedule on regular timing on bhusawal to aurangabad rout and to avoid passengers trouble hour to hour waiting.Please take necessary action for to start this buses on timely.

                                        Today while going to my office I met with an accident at the junction of Holycros convent school. The MSRTC driver was driving carelessly without noticing the small vehicles and motorbikes. I stood for a moment so that ai can get a way to cross the lane. When I got the chance I moved along but at the same the bus driver recklessly moved his vehicle without noticing me . Although I was bocked down at the front wheel of the bus but even then he applied brakes lately. However I have taken a photo of his batch bcos lots of crowd has been gathered and they helped me in lifting my bike and myself. Plz record my complaint against the reckless driver and also I am requesting the authority to build speed breakers for a safety reason . Bcos the school is in the vicinity.
