Sir, I was travelling on 15/07/2017 from Narayangaon to pune in the bus no. MH 14 BT 3798 (satana to pune).the bus was left the narayangaon bus stand at 8.50 pm. I was to get down at khadaki railway station so i asked the coductor to give the ticket of shivaji nagar and get me down at khadki railway station because the bus will reach at late night. But conductor refused hence i took the ticket up to Nasik phata. However that night rajgurunagar ghat was blocked and all the vehicles were moving like snail.the bus reache at Nasik phata at 12.10 pm . I request the conductor to give the ticket of shivaji nagar and drop at khadki rlw stn.because at that time it was heavily raining and PMPL buses and autoes were not there, the bus conductor shown mercy and ready to give tickets but he told me that if bus driver agrees. I humbly requested to bus driver saying it is heavily raining and i could not get the bus and auto also at the mid night but he very arrogantly and rudly rejected ny request I again and again requested him but unless and until i got down he did not start the bus. Sir I want to add that only Nahik depo drivers and conductors are behaving like cruel.
Since that incidence i make a complaint on telephone to narayangaon depo, nasik main depo and satana depo and I want to know the name of that driver so that I can lodge the complaint against him but no body helped me.from satana depo somebody gave me mobile no.of depo manager Mr.Kamble I contacted him three times on his mobile he neither responded nor called back it means that your msrtc is not so carefull and attentive for passengers complaint
I again request you that you must take strict action against that bus driver and let me know what action you have taken against him . Further I am going to lodge a complaint againt MSRTC in Consumer court that you have not displayed a board in the bus that on which stop the bus will stop. The passanger should know the stops of particular bus. All this resulting in msrtc is loosing their business.

    I am traveling from pune to nashik on 12 august 2017 due to a long weekend there is rush and there are no extra buses to cope with the crowd and also the online booking is possible from redbus application also so all the seats of the buses are already full and there are no seats left for the current booking customers. So please solve this grave problem. I reached shivajinagar bus stand at 9:30 am and came to know that all the seats o[censored]pcoming buses are full there are no seats left for the buses till 11 am. How every traveller can book tickets online?

      Bus no. Mh-14-bt-3218 from shirdi to aurangabad at time from 6:00 to 8:00, driver of the bus cannot drive well, he fight and abuse passengers, he fasts bus at very high speed effect of that some passengers fall from their seats and some have serious blood injuries when some people ask him about that he abuse them and fight with them, he threaded them to kill them, also the condition of bus is not well, somes seats are permanently broken, because of his bad driving, if serious action can't be taken the we complaint st mahamandal in court, this is serious issue, i want that st mahamandal remove that drive from his government job of driver of bus no mh-14-bt-3218, this complaint is from all passengers travelled from that bus.

        Bus facilities provided from panvel to apta on evening i. E from 6 pm to 8 10 pm are not on time. When passenger trying to find out the reason no buddies answered properly. Duety person answers us in improperly they give any reasons likes drivers cudutor are on live, driver is due to not brought his tiffin etc. Bus also cancel due to reason that it is in traffic on other route kindly help us on above problem. We are facing this problem sence last 3 weeks. Emoplyeed people facing this problem very badly. Hope you will help on this

          दि, 10/08/2017 रोजी ठीक 13:50 वा.भूम - अर्नाळा ही बस चालकाने थांबवली नाही.सदर बस ही सरळगाव स्टॉप वर आली असता मी माझ्या सोबतीचे 5 प्रवाशी हे डायरेक्ट कल्याणला होतो मी स्वतः बसला थांबण्यासाठी हात दाखवला पण चालकाने बस थांबवली नाही वाहकाने बस थांबण्यासाठी बेल मारली होती पण चालकाच्या निष्काळजीपणामुळे आम्ही प्रवास करू शकलो नाही प्रवाशी वाढवा या अभियानाचे चालक तीन तेरा वाजवतात, तरी चालकांवर कार्यवाहीची अपेक्षा करतो

            Im traveling continuously from pune to nashik and taking bus from nashik phata. I always observe the lady conductor is allowed to private vehicle to use state transport bus stop and taking commission from them.
            This is very guilty behavior of this lady please take action because due to private vehicle, passengers and bus driver are facing so much problems.

              Hi,

              Shreevallabh Bhatt here. I had a booking of borivali swargate semi luxury bus at 6 am today i.e. 10th august 2017. I had booked this frommsrtc website. As per the e ticket the bus was to reach bandra housing board, my pickup point at 6:52 am as mentioned in the ticket. I was present there since 6:45 on the bus stop. When the bus didnt come, I called your borivali office at 6:50. They were like sir the bus has already passed bandra and the conductor has marked you absent. I was shocked to hear this. How can it pass bandra without picking me up before 6:52 am, the pickup time given to me by msrtc website while booking the ticket. He gave the phone to his boss. He was reluctant, couldnt even hear to what I was saying. I pointed out their mistake politely and he started shouting and yelling. I requested him to allow me to board the next bus on the same route. He denied and kept the call. I tried callimg him several times but no one picked up the call. No one was picking up the call on your toll free number too. After several calls borivali bus station guy picked up the call and shouted at me again. He asked me to check the ticket and tell him the boarding time on the ticket. I told him 6:52. He realized their mistake but instead of giving a solution, he started shouting again and abruptly kept the call. I am helpless now. Even no one is picking call at your toll free number. I feel like cheated. Please reply asap.

                I want to know the one thinks if the government are run the bus for the people, so why the driver are not working as pare their duty for government and general person. Today I am waiting for the Shirdi bus at Shrirampur branch bus stops bus but the Shirdi bus was not stopped the branch bus stops. I can't remembered the bus starting point but it was going Shirdi bus terminal. But bus no Mh40- 5524 time of crossing 8:10 pm. . please take the action about this matters . I am travel with the monthly pass so I'm your regular passenger so please take care about this matter.

                  (1) i am traveling by semi luxury 8.30 am bus no mh 20bl 3260 from pune to aurangabad. The bus is running with a speed of 30-35 km per hour. When asked to the driver he said bus had speedlock & will reach by 6 pm evening. Pl let me know at what speed u lock the speed?
                  (2) entry to shivaji nagar bus stand you get obnoxious smell of peoples urin.

                  Can't u make travellers journey pleasant?

                      While i was travelling from newasa phata to amednagar. I boarded a bus no mh14bt0920 around 2:00pm. There wasn't enough space to sit so i was standing near cabin door the bus driver shouted at me saying i cannot stand near or sit in the cabin. I replied in soft was asking for help but he insisted in arguing, he stopped the bus and started with abusive language. Sir i am a doctor by profession and i wish we have better and sensible working staff in ksrtc.
                      I wish you to take strict measures so that the staff remains humble enough to serve ksrtc

                        ‪bus shivneri 7am departure.‬
                        ‪boarded at pune travelling to borivali ‬
                        ‪fare 526.00 + 54.00 =580.00‬

                        ‪lady conductor asked 780.00 rupees i was surprised i asked her but ticket chargers are 580.00 ‬
                        ‪she said you have to pay 200rs extra for driver i was like why is that?? Then i realised she asking me bribe of 200rs ‬
                        ‪it is not the first time. That i am travelling with my cycle i always pay 54.00 rs extra luggage charge. And when i said i will not going to pay any extra money other than my ticket then she started using bad words in marathi that she might don't know i know marathi very well again she said that she will not allowed to travel form shivneri (I think i live in india where i have rights to travel in government transport without anyone permission ‬

                        ‪its my humble request that some higher authorities should verify such wrong things by themselves travelling in on this route and take proper action against it.‬

                          The conductor at the bremen chowk, aundh pune is a corrupt person. Several times he tries to flees the passengers by not giving them the change of rs 9.

                          This morning, i was waiting at the bus stop, when a bus from another company passed by. When the passengers asked this conductor of the next bus to dadar, he said that it was still half an hour later. So, the other passengers took the bus from a different company.
                          Later, the bus arrived in the next 10 minutes. I suspect that he might be getting some cut from the people of the different company.

                          When the bus arrived, he gave me a ticket of rs 441. I have him rs 50 change. So, he gave her rs 100 in return and told me to get inside the bus. When i asked him for the remaining change, he reluctantly have some change.

                          This has happened earlier as well when he refused to give rs 2 change when the bus fare was 448.

                          I request you to please take action against him. If someone doesn't ask him for this change, he would definitely be pocketing it.

                            I am booked online ticket from your website as on 5/8/2017 for going ahmednagar to pune for date 06/08/2017 from ordinary express bus time 6:45 am. I reached on station on time and after bus come taking seat no.9 and 10.
                            But after that tcket chaker comeing in th3 bus without memo of reservation and shouting on me and on my mother and ask why u not take ticket i saw him online booking recept but he again shouting on me it is very shamefull...

                            Dear sir,
                            The bus having registration number mh20 bl 2256, left from aurangabad towards paithan unregulararly stopped twice on journey without any reason.
                            1. Vehicle hold at your office nr. Baba petreol pump for any entry made after leaving aurangabad bus stand.
                            2. Unauthorised holding the whole bus passenger for taking tea.

                            According to regular passengers it is happening frequently leading to unnecessary delays.

                            Hope this complaint make responsible person to improve service of state government s.

                              Bus no. Mh 14/bt 1951. Timing 10:13 am panvel to vashi. Me and my father in law (Senior citizens) were standing at khanda colony bus stop. This bus arrived but did not hault at bus stop. We were trying to board the bus however drive did not stop and continue driving. There were one more person who was also with us. Finally we manage to get in the bus. When we told conductor why u don't ring the bell to stop the bus, he told us that he already did that however driver didn't followed the instructions and kept on driving. We thank god that no casualties happenned else who will responsible for such ignorance of services by government st bus driver.

                                I am gaurav sarosiya, right now travelling (Date, 05-aug-2017)
                                From pune to aurangabad, by bus no. Mh20bl3585, bus route is pune to ambad (Jalna). I boarded this bus at pune at 23.30 on 04-aug-2017 by reserving my ticket online through msrtc portal.

                                On the way, it halted at ahmednagar bus stop around 02.20 on 05-aug-2017. There was no announcement from conductor about tenor of halt.
                                The bus left in 4 minutes without counting the passengers. I had informed control room & they asked to wait the bus at tarakpur bus stop. I had to rush there using auto rickshaw by giving rs.100 (More than 1/3rd of the ticket).

                                When i asked how they can leave without counting passengers, they were behaving rudely & saying it was my mistake. Also there was no announcement at bus stop or horn blown by driver. Their behaviour was rude & careless, since they feel that nothing can be done to them.

                                I had this very bad experience, that too in late night. Please take the appropriate action against both bus driver & bus conductor, so that they will never repeat this.

                                  Sir, i am student of engineering college of tala, raigad. G. M vedak institute of technology. I want pass from kolad to tala. But kolad depot controller refuse to issue pass, only on basis that i am computer engineering student (Be). Kolad bus controller tell me that computer engineering students not eligible for monthly pass. Please check and issue my pass.

                                    I am traveling through bus number mh14 bt 3311 from wakad bridge to pune. Bus driver is not stopping bus on bus stop. Everyone is suffering the same problem in this bus. Kindly take some action like warn conductor n driver to stop bus on bus stand.
                                    I tried to reach on mumbai central manager on[protected]. But no use as usual as this is government employees number. Please don't give such kind of service to normal citizen else they will travel through private vehicle coz of service and cheaper rates and less travelling time.
                                    I[censored] people r providing transportation, then give it with at least with the convenient service. Please this is the request of normal janta who is actually frustrated n suffering problem with the government bus transportation.

                                      Dear sir / madam

                                      Here at umred depot district nagpur there is no timing of buses on chimur root.
                                      Buses starts there journey far late from their schedule 30 to 45 min late or 5 to 10 min before of scheduled.

                                      Bus having timing 9 o clock is passing on 8.50 or 8.55 o clock and bus of 9.30 not passed up to 10 o clock.

                                      While make call to depot they were not giving sofesticated answers.

                                      Please do the needful.
