Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — Cancel ticket and refund amount

I have booked 5 tickets of bus Borivali to Mahableshwer from vashi highway to wai. Ticket no. 1606872. As per MSRTC application, bus has to come on vashi highway at 7.41. Now it's 9.46. We are waiting here from 2 hours. We ask controller of vashi highway about bus then he said you are responsible for online reservation so don't ask. I have tried every contact number registered on Google for customer care but no one is responding. There is no any information about cancellation and refund on app. This is irresponsibility of MSRTC. I want refund my amount of Rs.850
