Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — change of bus and no refund.

I was travelling from chikhali to pune on 20 september 2018 and i reserved a ticket for the same from msrtc online reservation website. I reserved a ticket for shivshahi bus the bus timing was 9:45 at chikhali bus depot but due to some reason the bus was delaid by two and half hrs and also the bus was changed from shivshahi to ordinary.

34661662 this is my ticket number and my seat no was 12. I demand an imidiate refund of the difference in prices of shivshahi and ordinary.
