I am writing to lodge an official complaint regarding a failed UPI transaction while booking a bus ticket through MSRTC on 28th April 2025 from Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad) to Jalgaon.
Here are the details of the issue:
Travel Date: 28th April 2025
Amount Paid: ₹424
UPI Transaction Reference No.:[protected]
Paid To UPI ID: shri.066.[protected]@mairtel
Payment Status: Successful (as per my UPI confirmation)
Issue: The payment was deducted from my account, but the conductor's system did not receive confirmation due to a server error.
Action Taken: I paid the same amount in cash and received a physical ticket.

It has been over 24 hours since the incident, and I have yet to receive any refund or update regarding my initial payment. I respectfully request MSRTC to look into the matter and initiate a refund of ₹424 to my original payment method.
Please take necessary action and confirm the status of my complaint at the earliest.
