Subject: Complaint Regarding Unhygienic Conditions at Aatpadi Stop
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely unhygienic and dirty conditions observed at the **Aatpadi stop canteen and ladies’ washroom** during my recent journey with MSRTC.

During the scheduled halt at Aatpadi stop, the canteen area was found to be in a very poor state of cleanliness, making it unsuitable for passengers to consume food. More importantly, the ladies’ washroom was in an extremely unhygienic condition, causing great inconvenience and discomfort to female passengers.
Such conditions not only tarnish the reputation of MSRTC but also pose serious health risks to passengers. As a responsible public transport corporation, it is expected that basic hygiene standards are maintained at all designated halts.
I therefore request MSRTC to take top‑priority action in this matter by either:
1. Ensuring immediate improvement in the hygienic conditions of the Aatpadi stop canteen and washroom facilities, or
2. Changing the designated halt to a more suitable and hygienic location for lunch/breakfast breaks.
I trust that MSRTC will treat this issue with the seriousness it deserves and take corrective measures at the earliest for the welfare of all passengers.
