Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — Did not receive refund

Address: plot no 47,KANNAMWAR NAGAR WARDHA ROAD

Dear sir,
I travel from chandrapur to Nagpur on dt 19th July 2025 @ 11.30 am.
I make online payment of ticket using paytm but conductor says there is some issue and he did not get payment. However payment of Rs 414 was deducted from my paytm. Conductor gave me helpline no and email ID.
My email got returned saying not in service and also helpline no, there is no option for refund.
Today I went to Nagpur bus station but they ask me to go Chandrapur saying that they had no solution for it.
Please help me to get refund.
