Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — i am complaining about failure to avail the seat after online reservation

We are daily passenger from barshi to solapur and solapur to barshi . We daily use online reservation facility to book tickets. But when we came to the station before time of departure, we can know that our seat number already alloted to others by conductor. Since we are very tired of this facility. I think The duty of conductor is to take report of reservation seat no. and thereafter allot the vacant seat no. Due to failure of conductor's duty we have suffered so many time this type of wrong facility. Please give the specific direction to the concerned authority to implement correct procedure.
