Inconveniences about the boarding location while travelling through flix bus from Pune to indore.
When I booked through the red bus I selected the boarding point at ginger hotel, mumbai Pune Highway. But the bus operator told to me to board from the wakad location in front of indion oil petrol pump.

While during change the boarding point I was with my family along with my kid and facing much problems.

Kindly request you to take strict action against the flix bus service to put the correct boarding location.
