I was waiting for the bus swargate- Borivali since from 10 am and till 1pm no bus services for the above route was provided. I was spoke the same issue with the depot manager but no positive response got from him.This is the way MSRTC give service's the people I need this issue to be raised at priority.

Today I am traveling from Hadapsar to Akaluj.Bus is very slow.Driver and conductor not clear answer about slow speed.compaint book not kept in bus.Bus no MH11BL9419.Please let me know.what is the reason of slow speed.and complaint book is kept in but or not ?
