Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — Payment Deducted but Ticket not recieved

I tried booking a ticket in the MSRTC website, and although the amount was deducted via Paytm, the website crashed with the error “java.lang.NullPointerException” and no ticket was generated.
This has happened multiple times. Please check and refund the deducted amount.
