Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — poor quality of food and hygiene at restaurants during nasik to mumbai journey

Dear sir,
I allways travelled from mumbai (Borivali) to nashik by shivshahi. Like me many corporate person, senioe cityzen, ladise, families are traveling on this route. During journey bus is taking refreshment break at hotel green land (While comming to mumbai) and hotel jai durga (While going to nashik), hotel managment is not at all maintaining hygiene at toilets and even if inside the hotel. Nobody will dare to order food for kids due to ambiance of hotel. Many times bus is taking break durring lunch or dinner time, but due to hotel ambiance and hygiene only 5 -10 % passengers taking lunch or dinner. Remaining passengers took their lunch or dinner at final destination no matter how late it is. Also the products like biscuits, wafers are avlb with non standard manufacturer. Well reputed mfg like parle, britania product are not avlb in hotel. Even i[censored] take vada pav in hotel u will get stale food (Precooked) stored in cardboard box and cover with news paper and will served u after hitting in microwave. There are many good hotels on said route (Like nashik pune route) but why msrtc are not utilising them? Also if reqd msrtc can think for two seperate stop for luxury and ordinary bus so that ordinaty bus passengers can affort the food
