Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — shivshahi bus complaint

I am traveling from Amravati to Nagpur in Shivshahi Express the driver is continously on phone and also he is doing chatting which is very dangerous while driving. This person is physco behaving abnormal his name is Dimbe. I have observed him so many time as I am frequently traveling on this route

I am Samarth I am traveling from Pune to Solapur shivshahi bus serial number:-018692 in this bus driver and conductor are allow to people on standing position please make sure you have to maintain your service .It is creating problem to other passengers

Driver is very lazy. Bus is also slowly. Big problem .band kara service. Nahi tar driver change kara. Bangar service

Sir Jintur pune shivsahi is stopping at ram nagar daily it takes stop of 30 min passager from Mantha require 1&half hour by paying Rs104 to go 60km were as private vehicle take rs50 and reach in 50min please make sure stop after Jalna Dist

Travelling from pune to Amravati with Shivshahi services. I regreat spending so much money and that too not just for one reason.
1. Driver and conductor allowing boarding of people even though there is no place to sit. People are standing and their luggage is kept in unsafe manner disturbing people who have spent so much money in advance reservation hoping for safe and hussle free journey.
2. Bus stops midway, reason unknown. May be the bus is not working for some reason... People are just waiting. No response from conductor and driver.
3. In 13h journey it is not ensured that people get enough biobreaks. And the washrooms at dhaba are not at all clean.
4. I have written this long complaint but have no idea weather this will get consideration anywhere or not and weather these problems will be solved or not.
Please improve or STOP these services. Mentioned things are just basic services expected from Shivshahi.

I had board from nagpur bus stop in umred akola shivshahi bus on 2nd of May at 11 o'clock the driver even didn't know how to drive the bus and also didn't know the route the bus conductor told him the route on every turn... That results into bus is one an half hour late... Very bad service

WORST EXPERIENCE
Bus driver was driving very rashly.
Driver and comductor doesnt even know the route. We have told driver numerous times to drive safley.but driver continued with rash driving.
Other services are kind ok but i regret i spend so much to get this band service and putting my life into RISK

I am traveling to arni from yawatmal,
Ac is working like almost off, we the passengers talking about the problem to driver V A WANDRE ( umarkhed agar ), but he is doing nothing, kindly take action, as we Are paying extra price only for our comfort.

I'm travelling from Pune to Nashik along with two of my cousins by Shivsahi bus .
Bus No MH09 1280.
At4 pm.the bus stopped at a very filthy n unhygienic place for a tea break.
The place was already crowded n toilets were so dirty.
On asking the driver we learnt that they are already issued coupons were they are to stop the bus.

On 26th May I was supposed to travel by Shivshahi at 4.30pm to Sangli. Katraj condictor didnt let me know that bus was cancelled and made me wait till 5.30pm.
When I asked he behaved rudely and argued.I called Swargate Staff they also did the same.
After arguing he made me seat in another same route bus near male candidate. How can you be sure about safety of girls when your staff is behaving like this? This is hopless system.
