[Resolved]  Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Ticket cancellation refund

Dear Sir,

I had booked a ticket no[protected] of Sawantwadi to Nigdi MSRTC Shivshahi bus on 30.05.22 but due to some emergency I had cancelled the ticket on same date Cancellation voucher no[protected].
I had also visited Pune central bus stand for the refund process & they told me that I had got the cancellation voucher so my money will refund directly to my A/C within 72 hrs. but still refund amount not credited to my A/C yet.
I had also emailed on 03.06.22 to their consumer support mail id : [protected]@ebixcash.com but still i have not get any reply from them.
requesting you to please help me to resolve this issue.
