I have booked a bus ticket for SHIVSHAHI Date :[protected], Bus service no :- M6984/0. Departure time & location (12:08 Rahata - 16:25 Nashik Phata). I did the payment money got debited but ticket is not booked. Kindly look into the issue ASAP and provide me with the refund.
