Hello sir,
My name is djitisha khanvilkar grad roll # mgu/122/sn1211004/024 with mgu. I completed my 2nd year ba in 2014 but they have still not provided me with the 2nd yr mark-sheet hard copy. I have been following up with them since 2014 november.
Secondly they have not provided me with the passing and convocation certificate even though i have passed ny 3rd year in 2015. They askd me to apply for the same online where i need to pay an amount of rs.5000/- to obtain the same.
Is it not the university's responsibility to provide the student with the hard-copy of the mark-sheet as well as the passing and convocation certificate free of cost when all the fees are already been paid?
I had taken admission through edulite lerning centre located in powai, mumbai.
Please treat this as urgent as this is hampering my present and future in regards to getting a proper job and perusing further studies.

I have enrolled for MGU BA VFXA and have completed the course under enrollment No:MGU/132/RNS280034/053. So far I have not received the 6th Semester Mark List. My distant Education Course completed through 'Arena Animation, Koramangala, Bangalore. Kindly do the needful very urgent.
