I have enrolled for mgu b. A. And have completed the course in 2016 under enrollment no:mgu/122/sn1206024/005. After completion i have applied for the degree certificate on date 22/06/2019 with all the relvant documents mentioned as well as a online payment of rs. 5000.00 in favour of mgu, but i have still no got any information regarding the same. No response regarding degree certificate and yet i have not received my certificate. Also, no one is receiving my phone calls since last one month and not replying to mail as well. I am doing a daily follow up with them but at times they do not answer my calls. Now i required my certificate to confirm my job. Highly unprofessional behaviour by keeping a student's career at stake and harassing a serving defence personnel. Kindly pls help me to get my certificate.
