I purchased used tuv 300, it is having a rear wheel spinning issue which is manufacturing fault. To rectify this issue they are charging 1 lakh which is manufacturing fault. Please do look into this.

    This is my 7th complaint against this service center of Mahindra. My car was given to mahindra harekrishna service center on Feb 21, 2022 as the car was getting heated up and some alarm came. They said some hose pipe is having leakage and it has to be procured.
    It took 4 days to get my car. The service person Swapnil More mentioned it will take approx 600rs, but when the bill came it was 2798 rs. The worst part is there is some other sound coming from my car which was never there. Also there are some new scraches in my car. It has been a history that whenever I give my car for service here, some new problem they creates. I am fed up of this kind of approach and this need to be enquired please. I am going to write this to Shri Anand Mahindra and ask for justice

      Dear mahindra, last month I went to services SHANGALAYA motors Puducherry.
      I said him want change oil, filters and then just check general checkups. After complete they said near 11000bill amount. Really I shocked. I ask why ? They 40000km just check all that why you get more charges. I decided one thing here after never go service center.

        I bought a new ScorpioN MH 04 LL 8686 which is 10days old.My car meet with an accident for which took it to Mahindra authorised service centre for repair and insurance claim, thier i came to know that my car doesn't have a valid insurance.
        I was shocked, reason my car is registered and as far as my knowledge Vehicle don't get registered without a valid insurance.
        RTO site is showing insurance I'd of reliance general that was provided by the respective showroom at the time of delivery.
        But on reliance general website or customer care it's showing not valid.and when workshop guys checked in system to raise claim it's showing invalid.

        Nanavati Mahindra Vasai team is not supporting even after constant follow up.
        I think I have been cheated.

          Hi I left my car, Mahindra marazzo at VVC MOTORS, LB NAGAR, hyderabad on 26/1/23. It’s been one month my vehicle is not being repaired nor I have been provided an alternative vehicle . Am a doctor by profession, need to visit lot of hospitals. Due to this am bearing lot of financial losses and also mental agony .

            My car has been with Mahindra - Harekrishna Service Center for the past 4 days. The hose pipe of the car needs to be replaced and the same is still not done. The service person says they have ordered for the same, however surprised that it it taking so much time to procure a product. What kind of service is this. Why should the customer wait for so long
            Can we provide some urgent solution

                  1. I gave my XUV 500 HR-26/DE-3934 for accident repair at Mahindra Body Shop, Rama Road, New Delhi in Dec 2022 and received after 21 days from there after repairs.

                  2. Left rear door panel was replaced but it was not fixed properly leaving gap and water easily enters the cabin from there. Also paint/ polish on the door was not done properly. When complained about it, the manager said it is normal and it can’t be repaired now.

                  3. Also while fixing the bumper, the reverse camera has not been fixed properly which is causing me problems.

                  4. I request for help as I am facing problem with them. Also monsoon season is approaching so I need solution to that door gap problem at the earliest. Pl see attached photos and videos.

                      This is ramu from hyderabad. My vehicle is mahindra duro dz model 2012. My vehicle battery has over and need to change along with spark plug and engine oil and the vehicle is in my house only. I contacted raja motors, neredmet, hyderabad regarding home service. They accepted and attended the service. In the service, they changed the battery but not changed the engine oil and spark plug. They charged rs.3000 for these and the bill is attached for your reference. Not changed adaptor that day and promised me to change in the next day without any cost. I have paid 2800 for these items: engine oil, spark plug, battery and service charge. Once i reached from office i have checked the vehicle and found any this all happened in 16.02.2023

                      next day morning i.E., 17.02.2023 (today) morning i was going to office with my vehicle and suddenly it has stopped. I tried somuch but not started. I tried to service person (manager of raja motors) unfortunately he is in hospital. So, i went to nearest mechanic shop and explained the problem to him. He checked the vehicle and opened the spark plug and told "it has gone". I told yesterday only they replaced plug within oneday how it will gone i asked him he told it is not new one sir thats why it has gone. And he showed me the new one and i have compared both. New looks like good but in the vehicle plug threading has gone and looks black. Within one day will it become like that i dont know. He has changed the plug and i have taken the vehicle and move to your service centre. In the middle of the road it has stopped again and i have checked with mechanic. Engine oil is there or not he asked me. I told it is there. Once he checks and told me no engine oil is there sir. And he has changed the engine oil. Discussion of mine and mechanic video is attached for your reference. Once it is ok then i have taken that vehicle to raja motors for asking not changed the plug and engine oil. In the service centre i asked mechanic "have you changed the plug and engine oil" he told yes. Ok once show me the sample what you have replaced he showed the new plug it looks good and i asked him why did you tell me we have changed the plug and engine oil. He didnot respond. I have shown the plug sample what the mechanic has changed, pics and video to them but the who is in the counter (lady) is shouting "you have replaced it somewhere and asking us you people has not changed. That outside mechanic not removed properly. They does not know how to remove. Why did not you call me."

                      i told i have tried and explained the situation. But she is telling we wont accept we have changed all the things. You have changed somewhere and blaming us like that she is telling. Then she asked me " do you require service or not tell me" like that she is shouting. I also shouted on her.

                      How the spark plug will become damage in one day i dont know. If it gone in one day we haveto change spark plug daily.

                      I asked mechanic " have you changed engine oil and spark plug" he didnot give correct answer and kept his face in other way and he is not telling confidently " sir, i have changed plug and engine oil" and he made some repair and handed over the vehicle to me.

                      Today i lost rs 850. Who will bear this.

                      Is this the way the service people are behaving with customers.

                      "i am not satisfied with you service. It is a worst service i faced after bought the vehicle."

                      i am attaching all the photos and videos . With in one day threading will go for your spark plug i dont know.

                      I need a solution for this and i want my amount of rs. 850 what i have spent today.

                      I am attaching bill, mobile number, pics of old plug what you people has replaced.

                        Below are the issue I am facing with my XUV300.

                        Incident 1:- I have purchase my car on may 22 after few days getting REGEN green light this was resolved by Mahindra team.
                        Incident2:- I was going to Ujjain after 20 Km Vehicle limit to speed up 50 Km per hour & engine light coming, after discussion with RSA was drop the vehicle to service centre they have done some correction & I got the vehicle after 2 days.
                        Incident3:- I was travel to Bhopal on 8th of Jan 22 so all of sudden vehicle stopped & when we checked it its temp is high so we called RSA, than they took the vehicle to CI mahindra Bhopal after investigation I came know its due to leakage of coolant its causes engine Jam mean while I am not getting any alarm or indication for the same.

                        Now vehicle is at CI Automotres New Jain road Karond Bhopal & they told me there is some engine work we have to do.

                        So if I don’t get any alarm than how I know we have to not drive vehicle need support on this.

                        Current reading is 5207 & notification comes at 4733 so you meant to say there was no monitoring between this

                            I booked XUV700 from Dee Emm Mahindra Gurgaon in Oct 2022. Sales man said that car will be available by Nov 2022. When I checked again in Dec, he said agla number aapka he hai and will be available by Dec 2022. Again in Jan 2023 he said same. In Feb 2023, I got a status from Mahindra website that my car is at dealership and will be delivered to me on 14 Feb. I am attaching screen shot of my status. I again checked at dealership, they said that your car is not with us. i asked them to provide that in written but they denied. Now nobody is going to help me, neither dealer nor mahindra's customer care. Please help me.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              On 25th November, 2023 I purchased a brand new car Model Mahindra XUV 300 W8 Optional Top Variant, Which Registration No. is DL 7C U 6713 At Mahindra dealer named, Shiva Auto Car (India) Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 94, F.I.E. Patparganj Industrial Area, Patparganj - 110092.

                              Unfortunately on 1st February, 2023 when i was driving the car with my family i found it has not been satisfactory, because suddely i found that car was so heated my all family members at that time some senior citizens and my small kids they all were scared and there was symbol of Engine Check blinking.

                              Next day 2nd February, 2023 i went to Shiva Auto Car Service Center, Situated at Sahibabad, where a mechanic/advisor Mr. Pardeep checked my car and take a time of one day.

                              Next day they told me that there is problem in Engine and your complete engine will be overhauled.

                              Now please tell me how is it possible that a newly two months old car will be overhauled by Engine.

                              Therefore this is requested to you that this was my hardly earned savings which was wasted in a wrong purchase of Mahindra XUV 300 W8 Optional Top Variant.

                              I demand for refund of my amount of Rs. 14, 80, 000/- as well as compensation for the waste my time and money.

                              I look forward to setting this matter amicably, my expectations are high, please don't disappoint me. If the matter is not satisfactory in one week, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through The Honorable Court.

                              Enclosed with this letter are copies of registration card, invoice with photos/videos of defected car.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      With due respect i had booked xuv 700 on 01.03.2022 ( Payment receipt no. 51567 dtd 02.03.2022attached), which was 11 months ago, at Poddar Auto corpo. Pvt Ltd. Guwahati, Garchuk with representative sangeet Kalita. The same was cancelled due to personal reason on 28.10.2022. But still after so many days i have not received the booking amount.
                                      Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
