Dear sir,

Please see my old complient in below.

But still my scorpio backside bumber painting see bubals in many area. Please rectify this problem otherwise i can take action.
Still old patwa abhikaran is change of name in parwati patwa. So that please resolve my problem.


Painting problem
I have purchased scorpio s4+ in november 2015 but your authorized dealers of m/s patwa abhikaran, indore.

I painted all black parts to vehicle colour in your dealer shop in the time of purchase. After one month many areas of body painted paints is automatically remove and i complained your dealer many time they repaired. Still i see door handle paints is automatically removed.

Mahindra paint quality is very very poor.

Please tell your authorized dealer rectify my problem immediately otherwise i can lodged my compliant in consumer court.

      I sent my mahindra xuv500 w8 model for servicing in provincial automobile, nagpur. They did 40, 000km servicing which clearly spells out that wheel alignment had to be done. They did not do it as reason by them was we carried out test drive & wheel alignment not read. When i asked them to give computerised result they refused. Secondly they charged me for disposable cover to keep my car seats cleaned which is there duty without informing me. I have been cheated as this is breach of contract and forced to go to consumer court for the same if my issue is not resolved

        Dear sir,
        My car xuv 500 met with road traffic accident following which i sent it for repair to mahindra showroom in thrissur. It’s been already 1 week since i have left my vehicle there. Still it’s not repaired yet. One of the worst service i have seen in my entire life. Reason for delay is parts are not available and the vehicle can be delivered only after a month. I don’t understand such a big company cannot manufactures small parts. I'll never refer mahindra to any of my friends and not even to the foes. And i will never buy any mahindra vehicles from now onwards. Fed up of your service. Very sorry to say this.

          Well this is to all the Gyaani/Mahagyaani people at Mahindra R&D facility.

          I Bought a mahindra Thar in August this year, the primary function was to participate in Rallies and OTRs, which i assumed this car was made for. Did the Raid De Himalaya, finished it and we were impressed by the vehicle so far. Now 4 weeks back, the car hit a ditch at about 70 km/h and the front left Tyre & steering went totally out of alignment. I went to Koncept Mahindra Okhla(new elhi) and they straight away said that the knuckle has bent. OK i said and asked them to get it fixed, that's when i came to know the part is not available and its gonna take 7-8 days to get the part. i said ok to that too. a week later they called and said that the part is now available but if i want to claim insurance i have to go to their body shop which is Based in Tughlaqabad and Mr.Sushil sharma will take care of my case. Next day i went to the body shop where i was told that this might not be a bent knuckle and i should go to the MRF Tyre shop(which was across the road from there) and get the camber/Castor checked. at this point i started suspecting that even if that is the case why can't Mahindra do the check, after all they are the leading automobile manufacturers in India and they do have all the facilities at their centers, and why didn't the Service center tell me that when i went to them at first. Anyways, went on to get the alignment checked and he somehow corrected the angle of tires and told me the car is fine. Next day i had to take my family out of town and it was about 500 kms road trip, Believe me that was the scariest day of my life. The brakes were non existent, steering was totally berserk and all this time i was just wondering that the car was in such bad shape and it was such a dangerous situation but none of the Mahindra service advisers told me that, instead they just referred me to an outside shop. This was all happening while i was totally relying on their words and doing what they told me to do.

          Now after the horrifying drive, next day early morning i called up Mr.Sushil Sharma and he told me to go to another Koncept Mahindra Service centre located at Mathura Road, Delhi, their the case was handed over to Mr.Raghav who is Service manager at that centre. Raghav told me that he will take 2 days and do a Thorough check of the vehicle and give me a final report about what exactly is wrong with the vehicle.

          BTW its the 3rd week now.

          After two days as promised Mr.Raghav told me verbally what was wrong with the vehicle(Note:no written report was given so far by any of mahindra service centers or body shop, this is all happening verbally) and asked me for permission to send the vehicle back to Body shop for insurance claim.

          Car went to Body shop again for repairs but here comes another twist, Mr.Sushil sharma is no longer working here, now Mr.Mritunjay will handle the case. The insurance formalities began, the paperwork etc. and after 3 days the insurance claim was denied because there was no physical proof of the damage.(Note: Mr.Mritunjay was not available as he had to go attend some training session somewhere) At this point the car was sent back to Mr.Raghav at Mathura road Koncept and Mr.Raghv gave me a figure about the cash figure for repairs needed(Note: end of week 4). I gave them a go ahead and requested to make sure the vehicle is 100% OK and Mr.Raghav assured that it will be by the end of Day yesterday. he called around 5 pm saying you can come and pick up the vehicle and that they have checked and everything is alright now. they changed, Front both sides Tie rods, both front wheel bearing and the Knuckle(Note:this is a 3 month old vehicle). I went and took the vehicle for a test drive and surprise surprise...there was maybe 25-30% improvement but it was still driving [censored] like before.

          I dont know why, but again and again i had hopes with Mahindra that they are gonna do a good job no matter how long it will take. but unfortunately the technical know how is non existent

          Now i am stranded with a 4 month old vehicle (out of which it was with mahindra for about a month now) and i have a rally coming on January 4th(Royal Rajasthan rally 2019) with no idea about how i am going to do it without the vehicle.

          If there is Anyone who can help on this issue, Please do.

              We had purchased a mahindra supro in november 2017 with vehicle number kl 09 an 5964 and since then we have been facing issues with the same. The vehicle within an year got rust, the gears are not working properly, imagine the hand brake also not working properly, cracks had come what kind of vehicle are you manufacturing and we are sick and tired complaining to palakkad eram motors for service from where the vehicle was delivered. We need the matter to be noticed and to be escalated wherever it can be because its the hard earned money o[censored]s which we had spent and we need our thing to get resolved.

                During my job search from quikr website page i found job suitable for me in mahindra motors so i applied and provided them related documents with my biodata then i recived phonecall from telling me that i had been shortlisted and i would be interviewed by hr recruiter of the company after my telephonic interview was told that have been selected for the post of senior supervisor and asked to pay rs2500/- towards selection fee then only i would recive job offer letter and asked to pay bank: union bank of india

                  Again i would like to remainding that as our vehicle is use in hospital work (Ecos eye hospital) we are facing problem, but no one is responding from mahindra services, i called to aditya motors bhubaneswar cell no-[protected] yesterday but in response they said we can not help unless bring the vehicle to the service center, the vehicle is totally neutral condition, gear is not work when we said about this problem and writing complaint in online they said as we wish, this is the negative response we received, even we try to contact no.[protected] several time to our local service center (Midway service center, berhampur), to get any assistance vehicle, they did not pick up the phone, so it is absolutely unprofessional dealing with their customer, what should we do now, give us a right suggestion and solve the problem soon

                    T is for your kind information which i want to mention that we have purchased tuv-at-300 from aditya motors, bhubaneswar, odisha, as they are promised to give all kind of service facilities, through nearest mahindra service center (Midway service center, berhampur, ganjam, odisha), but on dated-14th dec.2018 friday we went to midway service center for repairing of our vehicle but in response they said tuv300, amt gear section is not repairable here because they do not have any testing equipment as well as spare parts and we talk to the service manger but we received the same answer form him, they asked us to contact with aditya motors bhubaneswar for where we purchased, as we were contact to the manager of aditya motors, in response he said it was local service center responsibillity to bring the vehicle to bhubaneswar service center even they asked us to pay sum for taking the vehicle to bhubaneswar, as we have been registered our vehicle no. Od07q5775 in rsa facilities, our rsa registered no./uniquesr. No. F6l38273, 11th jan.2018, due to not having service on time we are facing lot problem so hope it should be considerable as soon as possible

                          . I purchased xuv 500 w-11 automatic vehicle on 06 jun 2018 from renowned dealer "koncept automobiles pvt ltd", south extn, delhi through relationship manager mr nitin. During the initial data feeding in mahindra database my phone no was wrongly feeded. It was immediately informed to dealing manager on the spot and we were assured that it will rectify after 24 hrs.
                          2. However after lapse of 6 months of purchase of top end vehicle of such a reputed company and repeated reminders to dealer this small updation has not taken place till date.

                          3. Because of this lackadisical approach i am facing following problems:

                          (A) even after completion of 6 months, i am not able to book a complimentary vacation being offered by your reputed company for esteemed owner of top most model.

                          (B) approach of passing the responsibilities between dealer and mahindra purple club, leading to inconvenience to me of calling up different agencies to sort out the error created by dealer.

                          (C) number of days left for me to avail this offer is only between 27 jan 19 to 28 feb 19, as per the terms and conditions given on leaflet. So i am left with no choices to choose my vacation period as all the time has wasted due to error of dealer.

                          4. It is requested that matter may be looked into. And firstly this miniscule task of phone number updation be rectified immediately to avoid future inconveniences to me. Secondly, the period to avail the complimentary purple club stay be increase till 31 aug 2019.

                          5. Hoping for prompt reply from your esteemed company.

                            I am honour of mahindra scorpio s11 since may 2018. Due to some reason vehicle accidented than it will send to rajendra auto wheels etawah for repair.in this company (Rajendra autowheels etawah uttar pradesh) survey not done properly and not rectified all defects till three month as on 30 may 2018 and we got on 03 sep 2018 while we self go to this company. One tyre also repaired by me which is not add in survey. Serive not satisfactory and charged extra money. If i had no go there than it will take more time. Now what it’s solution else vehicle cash less insurance and i paid extra.

                              Subject : poor servicing and unclear high maintenance charge given by mahindra
                              Authorised service centre giving my feeling that i am being doped by my assigned relationship manager.
                              Dear sir,
                              This is to inform you that i was obsessed with the mahindra suvs specifically xuv 500 and this was reason i had purchased this car choosing indian origin car in spite going for other foreign make cars.
                              But i was wrong when for last one year onwards i had bad experience with your authorised service centre.
                              In year 2016, i went to mahindra authorised service centre (G3 motors nerul) and ask for guidance from my allotted relationship manager with respect to whether i had to service my car. My car had only run approx 20 after my free service period was completed. This was my first bad experience wherein my relationship manager (Devendra) was rude with my spouse. I was out of station and in subsequent week i had to travel long distance.
                              I was asked to perform servicing for 40, 000 km for my vehicle which had run about 25, 000km and heavy sum of about rs. 27, 000 was charged to me.
                              The car run for about additional 10, 000 km in next one and half year wherein i was travelling from baroda to mumbai, in midway a orange indicator light was start bleeping for engine. (Check engine).in midway i went to your authorised service centre in surat and engine was scan in computer. After that the error message was gone.
                              Later on in month november 2018, when my wife was driving from pune to mumbai, the green light for engine was on. Next week we visited the mahindra authorise service centre.
                              The assign advisor asked us to perform the servicing for 60, 000 km but our car has just run 37000 km. Additionally, he also change the break pad (Without testing whether break pad is worn off). The alignment of door & lock on door were also to be checked. During handing over car back to me, he asked us to change turbo charger of engine.
                              When we collected the car after servicing, the car was not washed properly, the door lock was not attended. The engine error message still persists and i was asked to pay 23000 rupees. The break are tight and not functioning well. The service centre did not attended the car and charges heavy service charge.
                              The reputed car company authorised service centre lacks ethics and integrity in work. The advisor commented that if car is taken out of the gate there is no guarantee the car will function well.
                              During purchase of this premium car from mahindra, the sales executive was confidently telling us mahindra xuv 500 car is one of the best car which have less maintenance charge and prompt support for service. But my experience is different, the quality of your premium car is doubtful as i had to change brake pads after 30000 km, battery was replaced and turbho charger need replacement.
                              I am totally not satisfied with support i am getting from mahindra authorised service centre. Need complete investigation on the current quality of car and whether these defects are due to inferior quality supplied by mahindra or all original parts are removed during servicing.

                                Sir/madam,
                                I have booked marazzo m2 in india garage chennai one of your dealer by paying an amount of rs.10, 000/- on 22/10/18.
                                But the vehicle was not delivered on promised date and they told i can go for other options, at any cause they will be refunding the entire amount.
                                But till date, nothing happened. Please help me in getting the amount back.

                                  During my job search from quikr website page i found job suitable for me in mahindra motors so i applied and provided them related documents with my biodata then i recived phonecall from telling me that i had been shortlisted and i would be interviewed by hr recruiter of the company after my telephonic interview was told that have been selected for the post of senior supervisor and asked to pay rs2500/- towards selection fee then only i would recive job offer letter and asked to pay bank: union bank of india

                                  Paid the ransom through my online payment on 04/12/2018 then i recived a fake job offer letter and after 6 days

                                  I hope proper actions to taken of amount rs2500 will be refuned to me

                                    I have booked a mahindra marazo car on 9/11/2018. I have paid full amount on 30/12/2018. But till today i have no received my booked vehicle.                                       My only 16000 km drivend thar (Kl 40 q 909) got chlutch disk complaint and im struck in traffic. My car has 1 yr full garantee for any complaint but now kaloor mahindra sevice centre donot provide it for us. First of all we register these complaint in every services we done, but they only say these is thar system and you dont have any idea about it, what a good responce to a customer. Then now clutch fully damaged.

                                      1. To whom we can register thes complain??
                                      2. Or what will we do??

                                        My name is vinit patel, i am having your product which you call scorpio, as per you it is very bold and solid car, but i am facing lot for problem in my car. Its going to be 5 years of my scorpio, reg. No. (Dl12ca3813). And i dont think that in 4 yrs a car can have that much of problems and till its driven 52000. I am having 2 more car except scorpio one driven 114609 km, and other one near about 71500km till now no problem occured, but in your products everytime something happens, for you people its a target to snacth money from customers by hook or crook, u dnt how how middle family earn money, wel its my last request to you people to check my car properly without any charges because i think its your damage product which came to me, not at all happy with your product and quality. If my issue not resolve i never suggest anyone to buy mahindra products.
                                        Its my request to you people kindly help me out with this issue.

                                        We wish to Inform you that during closing the sunroof my uncle finger got hold and blood clotted. We request you to advice the safety aspects during closing sunroof in case if it repeats to children. We request your kind action and expect your reply favourably. If it repeats then I have to file case in court regarding safety feature .
