We are proud customers of mahindra from 1997 we have a legacy of mahindra suv's but we purchased a scorpio s10 2017 model brand new and within a year the car had wind noise problem. It also had suspension problem it made weired noises.. The front windshield bidding got worn and it started making noise.. The fitting was not done properly.. We did not expect this cheap built quality from mahindra the quality control level seems cheap as such incidents happen how can manufacturers be so careless i want a proper answer to this problem

Order no.[protected] placed on 30-10-18. Goods not received since last one month. Products available at dealers but they are charging more for that. I had paid full amount including installation charges. Please help me in receiving my goods. Every time i contacted at m2all they can't give me a satisfactory answer. Dealers are selling these products at more than mrp. Please arrange the products without any delay.

We maintain the tyre pressure but within 3 months tyre has bent (Apollo 7.00r15 2018). The vehicle has run eleven thousand kilometers only. Please exchange the tyre immediately

I have recently a mahindra thar crde in october 2018 from muktar automobiles verna goa. Its hardly a month & there are some major problems to the car. The car is hardly driven 500km it has issues like the car goes only one side. Secondly the speedometer drops automatically. So we had to get the car to the service station. The staff at mahindra are terrible!!! They hardly have experience and know to deal with the customer neither do they know whats wrong with the car. Ii dont understand if they dont have experience why are they even hired. So this inexperienced service advisers has removed the alternator of the car and is saying that is causing the problem and the alternator needs replaced. Still the problem has not stopped and they are planning to remove another part. Now they are saying the alternator wasn't the problem. I would never recommend muktar automobiles verna goa.

Another fraud came in light by mahindra dealer. The loan agreement number by m&m finance is 3365370 in the name if digvijay singh, in which im guarantor. We gave the vehicle to dealer and asked to settle the loan. He partially settled the loan & without the concent of owner he sold the vehicle without our concent by fradulently changing the docs, here im attaching the loan statement in which it is shown clearly the vehicle reg no ch01bg2995, this vehicle stands regd in the name of akash attri. This is sheer fraud, he fradulently, delebrately changed the papers & sold the vehicle by knowing the fact that the loan is still pending. Same thing he did with my scorpio, which case is still pending with h'ble court ambala.

I have delivery receipt from geneis motor and they assured me that they will transfer my car to next customer name, how ever the car is still under my name in vahan. Nic and also i received the insurance last week renewed to my name on my address and delivered to me. I am stuck here if someone use the vechicle for wrong use, law will blame me for it. I have no idea what to do beside filing an fir against the dealership to faking the commitment and making me suffer emotionally and mentally.

I live at mahindra antheia housong society pune. The administration here are making rules too hard for the tenants to live by few owned residents by their own laws and whats the purpose for us to live in the society. Every society has tenants its common in india beacuse of the huge population but that doesnt make u have the power to make the tenants life miserable. They had now cut the services of the club house for all the tenants now then whats the purpose of paying and staying in this society, and moreover we cant approach for help from the reception desk here because all of them are controlled by few residents who are the owner of few flats, you guys tell me thats how u run a society. Please look in to the issue it will atleast benefit the upcoming residents loving as tenants

I have tuv300 t8 mahindra car i just travel 31000 kms there are lot of problem if i m buy the there should be no problem up to 5 year alest... It you manufacturing 9lac car it should be alest okay but i think your manufacturing is not good... You just make money from people you dont have value of customer... There are no showroom and service available for the car at service center also there are no experience mechanical available and parts are also not available which kind of service your giving to customer... I m very much disappointed from mahindra rise

I visited barbie automobile, chandigarh for the repair of my xuv 6 infotainment. But after sayings that it's service centre does not have the facility, sent me to its vendor in sector 17. The vendor replaced the infotainment box with another repaired box after charging rs.7500. As per vendor these charges are for replying motherboard. When a vendor can do this, it is surprising that your said dealer can not do this. It is only replacing one box with another. I do not know whether the has overcharged me or not. On the contrary your dealer should have charged from and paid to the vendor. It means your dealer is appointing sub dealer for these repairs.
I want this practice to be stopped.

I purchased mahindra bolero power+ sle on march 18. Dealer persons of accord motors chhindwara didnt update me about rsa service. Last week i faced a problem of engine issue in my car that time after having conversations of almost all the employees they finally admitted that there is rsa in my car and i can use it without any charge. Till today i there is not a single call regarding service from mahindra or dealer. Every time when i got issue i called the concerned persons to overcome. I purchased w10 awd on 31st aug 2018.. It has run only 1900km and showing number of problems.. The start stop function is inconsistent. The orvms dont expand/retract on key lock press. The vehicle is swaying to left side while driving. We have to hold the steering tightly. The steering shakes even at 90kmph. The front power windows got already replaced in 1st service. Is this what i get after investing 20lacs? Please do something.

I am also facing same problem.
This is rk singh mob no [protected] of lucknow. My vehicle no up32 jq 1538 have completed only 3200 kms and now the a auto movers service center at chinhat, lucknow has claimed a huge amount towards klatch plate fitment. It is approximate rs 22, 000.00.
I think there is some problem with manufacturing of this klatch assembly or it is knowingly created to run the service and repair industry. I am driving the vehicle since 1996 onward.
Kindly, look into the matter seriously and immediately as the vehicle still in workshop of a auto movers chinhat lucknow.

Problem syatement - (Mh12 dy 6735 logan petrol)
I was facing issue on my car about low pickup which goes further down while ac on and poor mileage.

I had a detailed discussion with sa mr nitin/ deepak on my car problem prior and then sent to mahindra sahyadri workshop, swargate in running condition.

After multiple round of diagnosis, the problem found to be at crank which needs to be replaced and requested part on 1st nov. Its almost a month and half, neither the car got repaired nor any service car provided.

I am literally frustrated while followup innumerable times and without car since 6 weeks. Kindly look into the issue and expedite the process.

Service center in srikalahasti is not providing proper service. No courtesy of responding properly to customer. Mahindra tractor dealers some how sells tractors but don't provide sevice as most of their customers are farmers. Please take action on these idiots.
