I have owned Scorpio SUV for the past 11 years. I am a retired officer from IAF. I purchased my third Scorpio SUV on 09 Dec 2014 from Sterling Motors, Gurgaon. All periodic service of the SUV has been done I have been getting my SUV serviced from Sterling Motors as per laid down mileage.
GSP Motor, Gurgaon has opened a service workshop very close to my factory. Since Sterling Motor workshop is far from my factory, I started using the services of GSP Motors workshop located at Khasra No. 685, Village Kapashera, New Delhi-110037.
I gave my SUV for AC Servicing and some other problems which I was facing with my vehicle. I was fully satisfied with GSP Motor workshop after this service.
My SUV AC stopped cooling on 02 Sept 2018. Since AC system was serviced by GSP Motors, I gave my SUV to their workshop on 02 Sept 2018 for checking and rectification of AC System.
I received the vehicle on 04 Sept in the afternoon. on 04 Sept evening, while reversing my SUV, I noticed that the Camera was not working.
On 05 Sept, morning I took my SUV to GSP Motors workshop. The vehicle was with the workshop for the hole day and in the evening on 05 Sept I was informed by the workshop manager that SUV camera was defective.
On 06 Sept I booked a complaint with Autocop. The engineer from Autocop attended the SUV for camera and informed me that the camera was O.K. However, during the AC system check, its code for activation is deleted. I spoke to Senior Manager of GSP Motor workshop. As per him there is no such code for Scorpio SUV. It is required only for XUV500.
I called up toll free number of Mahindra & Mahindra on 07 Sept. I was told by the lady who attended my call that GSP Motor Gurgaon is no more authorized dealer of Mahindra. When I insisted that she was wrong, she checked with some one and said that she was right. However, she told me that someone from Mahindra will call me to confirm whether, GSP Motor in Gurgaon is Mahindra dealer or not. As usual, I did not receive any call from Mahindra.
I called Sterling Motors and spoke to them about my problem. I was informed by the engineer from Sterling Motor that the software needs to be updated for activating the camera.
I took my SUV to Sterling Motors and in precisely 15 minutes, the camera was working.
I am bringing the hole episode to your knowledge to let you know that a dealer of Mahindra, GSP Motor is running a service workshop with unqualified persons and customer care toll free number employees are not trained sufficiently to provide correct information to Mahindra's loyal customers.
I hope some corrective action will be taken by Mahindra & Mahindra to prevent its image being sullied due to such incidents.

    My name is Shankar Mandiwal. I am from Katihar (Bihar). Brajesh Automobile, Purniea is the nearest showroom from my place so i prefer this for service of my Mahindra Xuv500 and i purchased my car from the same showroom.
    On 10th August 2018 i am going to Brajesh Automobile for the service of my car(Xuv500 w8) which is 30km from my place. When i was on the way to reach there the left tyre of my car was punchture then i tried to replace the wheel during that one of the screw of wheel slipped, due to that i was unable to change the wheel and i reached there by filling air pressure in tyre.
    Anyhow i reached there and submited my car to them for service, dent repair, paint, and some other service work(list of work, photo uploaded). They accpeted the car and open the job card on 17th August and the given delivery date is 30th August.
    But they are unable to deliver the car on the given date and then again i went there on 3rd September and saw my car dented and painted but not in a good way and wheel was in the more bad condition as i submitted.
    For changing my tyre they tried to cut the slipped screw with welding machine due to that they damaged the alloy wheel and then again they took the tyre on leth machine and that was the sucessful step by them.
    During lots of experiment on the tyre they damaged the tyre and alloy wheel(photo uploaded) badly.
    So i request you for the justice and provide me a new alloy wheel and tyre.

    I was buy a mahindra pick form DADA mshindra ludhiana on dated 22.07.2018 but still my registration certificate is pending no repose form dealer also 1 month temporary registered certificate expired kindly provide my registration certificate as soon as possible.

      When we purchased mahindra truck named truxo 31 they gave garenty for average, rusting and regarding service.
      Now there is no average, nor they can repair any kind of faults also truck is dameged from rusting. From last 3 months we are having majour issue in engine pump. They r not able to solve the problem n due to it i have almost lost 3 lakh rs. Still after complaining they are not able to provide proper solution. So where shall i go for complain now. Who can help me in this matter

        Hi mahindra team
        I have purchased mahindra tuv two years back from eram motors, kannur. All these years i have been using only mahindra vehicles starting from 540 jeep moving to scorpio, xylo and then tuv 300. But i am completely disappointed about this car because within 6 months, i noticed that the vehicle was producing an annoying sound intermittently. As this issue continued, i took it to the dealer and after 1-2 weeks they handed over the car to me claiming that the issue is resolved. After a week the same problem arose and my car was held up at the service center for more than 30 days. During these days i had to rely on other mode of transportation and for all these i was given a mere compensation of rs.6000. I am really disappointed to bring it to notice that the sound persist. I had informed this during 20000 km service. They reported that there was no problem as of now. But the sound is heard more frequently now. Iam fed up with this. I want you to make arrangements for replacement of this vehicle with a new one. Hope this would be given high priority.

          Sir,

          I am [censored]ha w/o shibi sasidharan who is the owner of tuv300 (Kl04 aj 4376) purchased in august 2016 from tv sundaram & sons paravur, alappuzha,

          We are having many problems from the beginning itself with the unusual sound and also pulling towards left. We are totally disappointed with the service of mahindra.

          We had give our vehicle in august with the same problem and the discomfort with the sound got rectified and prevailed the uneasiness in driving as it moves towards left. Again we took the incharge for test drive and found out the same problem and put the vehicle there for rectification.

          Even after 3 days they couldn’t rectify and informed us that ekm team would come and pick the vehicle for servicing. So far no one has contacted and for us to take it is impossible as the fittings are all not tied well.

          Kindly find some solution for pulling towards left as it will tear the tyre well and lose the alignment.

          It’s hardly 2 years and totally disappointed with mahindra!!!

          Hopeful in rectifying the solution at the earliest.

            I have been complaining for quite a few time (Almost a year) about my kuv100. The front wheels of my car have been making a noticeable noise for a very long time. It's not that the company service has been bad, they have tried a lot to rectify this discrepancy many times. They have tried changing the shock ups, armrest, ball joints, but changing them would still not help in getting rid of that noise. The company needs to look further into this problem as it is a huge concern for the safety of me and my vehicle on the road and it may lead to some bad incident which cannot be good for any o[censored]s.

            The company needs to take a serious look into this matter and rectify it as early as possible.

              N april 2017 i purchase mahindra tuv300 t8 bronze colour from mahalaxmi motors c. B ganj bareilly. Today im facing lots of problem regarding my car. My car is actual running around 30, 000km but it shows around 50, 000km and above. The meter of my car is unbalanced and crashed and may be meter is failed. It show all the entries wrong. If car is standing the meter is go on 60km/h of speed and shows in the 5th gear. My all tyres out 5 they are rub down and not in the running condition. Please take action regading this.

                My mahindra tuv 300 is not working properly. The meter of my car is showing the wrong details. All my car running around 30, 000 but shows 50, 000 in the meter. All the 4 tyres of my car is just vanished and not in the running condition. No response from the mahalaxmi motors c. B hank bareilly. Im complaining from the last month but no one hearing my problems about my car. Please solve these issue’s immediately!

                  Dear sir,
                  We gave our car for service in o. S. Motors, jodhpur on 7 september and my car was in good situation. I gave car on arround 11 am and they gave me back arround 6.30 pm same day. After approximately after 3 km car was failed and reason was due to coolant leakage. We gave our car in good condition and there was no problem regarding this but after failure we called again to service center and they arranged a crane and sent my car to service center. Today the service manager mr. Anand singh is saying that fault was not done from his side and all fault was beacause o[censored]s and yesterday his technician who attended the car was saying that it was his mistake that he did not give proper service to car due to limited time and today he refused that it was his fault.
                  There can be blast also in car as i was driving the car it can be life threat also. Due to there inefficiency or laziness we are facing the problem. We have already gone for 12 times to that service center and my home is arround 10 km away from the service center.
                  Service manager is saying that he is not authorised peroson who can take decision in this matter.
                  We will not give any further payment because it was not our fault.
                  Please look into the matter and resolve because we have very urgent need of car and we have already postponed due to service matter.

                    We have purchase commercial vehicle mahindra imperio in nov-2016. And we are using this vehicle on regular basics and we have surprised to seen lots of rusting in engine room (Snaps attached).
                    As this vehicle used in indore where climate is dry, we are unable to understand how come engine is getting rusting.

                    Please look into matter and resolve this issue.

                      I have done an advance booking 5 days prior to set up a schedule which would help me to manage my time as well as i get my vehicle get serviced back.
                      I got a text message from mahindra that my vehicle is scheduled to be serviced at 9am on 8/9/2018 at tv iyengear sundram kottayam kerala.
                      I have been sitting here from morning till afternoon 2pm now but my vehicle is still lying outside in the sun unattended.
                      Extremely poor feedback from service advisors.
                      Kindly take strict action against this as i am still waiting outside from morning 9 am.

                        I would like to bring into your kind notice that i am extremely dissatisfied with the service of your company. It has been very unfortunate that i have purchased a product of mahindra i. E mahindra tuv on………. And from that day i am suffering like anything. I didn’t expected this. This is my worst experience with any four wheeler service. I have been a very delight customer from past 20 years of the companies like maruti, hyundai, tata etc but i never faced such problems. Its seems that you have taken your customers for granted and making panic, fool, irresponsible behavior, fake commitment is the habit of all the departments of mahindra. All the emplyees of the mahindra seems to be like the same.
                        Let me bring in light to my cause of extreme dissatisfaction. On 27/08/2018 my mahindra tuv met with an accident during a bull fight. It took nearly 2 hours to lift my vehicle after being reported to your tole free num. It take a hell lot of time to explain the whole situation to your tole free guy. Even after telling the vehicle number, chassis number etc he was asking non sense question like wether the tuv is automatic or manual, what colour is it. I was in a situation there standing in the mid of a road and instead of helping he was making me more irritated. Cant your system trace from the model num, vehicle num and chassis num that what tuv i am carrying. And if it cannot then its very surprising and shameful. Further they committed to deliver the vehicle on 6/09/18. Till today the vehicle is in service station and the picture is not clear. According to them the parts are not available. They make new story every day. Now they are saying that they have ordered the parts of the wrong model and have asked me to wait. This is a sheer negligence of work responsibility which has caused trouble to me. Tell me, why should i suffer for this?? Is this a joke?? And other company provide the parts in maximum 2-3 days. Mahindra has no parts available with it is another joke and shameful….. The name of the dealer is mahindra autoworld. Daily i make the calls and take the followups. Never ever i have received the call from the service station. Why would they bother?? After spending 10 lac rupees all i am getting is trouble. The fault is from the mahindra head office also. This is because whenever i have received the calls regarding the feedback of my past service experience i have reported my unsatisfaction and trouble caused during such occasions. But no action was taken.
                        Earlier also my vehicle caused with the problem of clutch plate which took 5 days for the service station to repair it. Even then when i received the vehicle that time it was not repaired upto the mark and again it went to the service station. My experience on the earlier service scheduled was the same.
                        I refer the same to my known when i purchased the vehicle mr pradeep kumar saraswat and next week only he also purchased the same. His experience is also the same. I even received the call from your ho that because of this referral i will get a titan watch but i never received it. Yet another fake commitment.
                        Please let me know if there is any way i can get my whole amount back and you keep your vehicle with you. Because its not even one year and i cant bear my time and money again and again for the same. Its my hard earn money which simply seems to be wasted. Let me tell you either provide me the solution forever including the returning of my vehicle with full repair in two days and fulfilling all your commitments or return my full money with interest failure of which i will not hesitate to take the legal action against your company. Needless to mention for the record i have all the call recordings of your representatives.

                            My scorpio is at indraprastha body workshop mundka industrial area delhi since 16.07.2018. According to my service advisor the work has to be finished in 6 weeks. Insurance gave approval to start the work but as its 07.09.2018 nothing has been done. I am surprised that even after 2 months my car is at same place.

                                  Myself sunil kumar mehta. I am writing this to you as i am not satisfied with the kind of service mahindra is providing to the customers. I claimed an insurance claim on 30 aug 2018 for front mirror and the mirror was replaced as the same has been hit by a stone while i was driving. But after 7 days the mirror gets broken (Cracked) itself. As i started, my vehicle on 03 sep 2018, a sound came all of sudden and a cracked line appears on my front mirror.
                                  On 04 sep 2018, i approached mahindra worksop (B5, sector 60), narrated the entire story to them but they are not listening anything. After some arguments, they said me they will forward the case to further authority and on the very next day, they called me and said mirror cannot be replace.
                                  I would request you to please look into the matter as there is no fault from my side. It seems either the mirror has not been fitted properly or the quality of mirror is not upto the mark.

                                  If required i can send the photos of the mirror. Looking for a positive response.

                                    Scorpio no xuv jh01bb 0328, was send to the utkal automobile bhubaneswar workshop on 16.5.2018 for carrying out body work (After accident). After getting confirmation from national insurance and final discussion, the final go ahead was given to start work on 20.6.2018. It was promised that work would be completed within 50 days i. E 10.8.2018. However, till date the scorpio as not been delivered to us. The delay is causing us lot of problem and additional expenditure of hiring another vehicle to perform our work. We have been approaching utkal automobile regularly, but you have failed to live up to your promises and keep giving us false assurances.
                                    Please instruct them to expedite the work and give me a firm delivery date.

                                      Sir, last 8/8/2018, my vehicle no ml-10/b-3641 placed for servicing but not checked up staring oil etc, accordingly on 5/9/2018, evening car is jam at staring, it surprised that my vehicle was delivered me after 15 days on last 24/8/2018 after a small denting or penting, i thing at that time tthey loosed the stating pipe, it is industrial firm and equipment, mahindra servicing centre, ganesguri, guwahati, assam, pin - 781005, please check up my vehicle on their cost again immediately.
