It is very unfortunate that I am complaining on this portal 2nd times.
Earlier I complained about the recurring fault in my suppro. It is not bearing load. Although more than 10 times I have sent the vehicle to the work shop every time we are presented with new excuses . Last time clutch was changed.and I was assured that this problem will not occur again. So many parts have been changed yet, but they could not find the root of this problem.we are charged for no reason Either the staff is inefficient or willingly they are harassing us. Ever time we are given new reasons but we have the same issue that the vehicle is not bearing the load.again we are facing the same problem. Every time my vehicle is stalled for weeks in the workshop. How should we pay the installments, We are in public service, we face serious complaint issues we are losing business, we are loosing trust. We have 5 mahindra delivery vehicles.
But this one is faulty. We are facing serious financial losses. The person who recommended us to buy Supro is also facing serious issues in the Supro, I humbly request you to kindly look in to the matter seriously and do the needful to resolve this issue. Being compelled we have to resort to the legal action. Your early response and result oriented action will be regarded.

Greetings

This is Satya from Hyderabad. I would like to bring to your notice that I faced a pathetic situation yesterday while on the road driving My Mahindra Marazoo Vehicle.

All of sudden in between/mid of the road the vehicle got stopped, break as well steering both locked post that Car didn't starting at all, This is very dangerous bug / flaw in the system . The worst part is no one from the Service Center fixed this issue and when I called them, they are simply saying they are looking into.

The car got serviced just 5 days before and charges for that are almost 17000 INR . When I discussed with one of the technicians he was saying it may be a problem with the battery or belt - But how Break and Steering gets locked if the battery has an issue, in fact during servicing why they didn't check all these. I would like to escalate this to very higher level . Why there is no response yet. from Mahindra Service Department.

I want the car to be fixed with no issues or they need to bare the complete cost to replace what ever the part may be

Till now I didn't get my car back.

We have to submit as under:

We live in Gurgaon, Haryana where we purchased the above XUV 500.

Being Senior Citizen during summer was we stay in Dehradun.

On 23.10.2022, we were to return from Dehradun to Gurgaon.

However, there was some problem in this jeep for which we rang up your Toll No. [protected].

We were made to talk to your Dehradun Service Center ( Mr. Yoagesh Joshi Mobile No. [protected])

They sent a Pick up Truck on which they loaded the vehicle and we hired a Taxi for Gurgaon.

While we are in regular touch with Mr. Yogesh Joshi. But despite 21 days having passed, we have not yet been given any firm date for collecting the vehicle, let alone confirmation of the parts being available.

The specific part which is Oil Cooler is still not available & because of which other parts have been affected, resulting in their replacement also viz.-Radiator, Heating coil etc.

Further I am not able to comprehend how oil cooler part deteriorated within 6 years of purchasing this vehicle.

We have to request you to kindly investigate in to the matter and help us get the vehicle repaired and delivered to us immediately. as the daily expenses on cabs are prohibitively high.

We have received the estimate today & as per that the Oil cooler which had deteriorated & created havoc in the coolant & engine oil is merely worth Rs. 2000..

Whereas we have to spend Rs 60000 to get the car repaired.

We are senior citizens and are in agony because of the above. Least you can do is a substantial reduction in the total charges to be paid for repair of this vehicle.

My car XUV300 went to balajee auto works on 22nd of april 2022 and is not been completely made till date. My contact number [protected].

I submitted my Car XUV 500 W8 in Mahindra agency pathankot Date[protected]. On a daily basis I go to Mahindra agency pathankot but my car paint is not matching with preview color, both colors are different why not paint matching with my old original paint please resolve my problems.

After 3 month of purchase .. Registration is still pending registration number provided by showroom is not verifying in MP RTO online site..and no one from mahindra is giving satisfactory response.

Also at the time of purchase I have been told that second key of vehicle will be provided after 3 months only.. Now 3 months have been passed but mahindra is still not giving me the second key..

It is brought to your kind notice that our Mahindra Bolero, having Registered No. HP01A7668 is parked in your Chamba Agency, Address Tehsil, Village Gholti, Post Office Sarol, Chamba, Himachal Pradesh 176310 due to break Down. The vehcle has been parked there since 26th October and cannot be repaired till date due to not availability of certain part. Sir/madam i booked my mahindra XUV700 AX7LDC2 on 08jan2022 from meerut jay kumar arun kumar and delivery date was between 4 to 6 months and i visited the showroom hundreds of times and requested them to deliver my car but they aren’t giving me any satisfactory answer and they are giving car to others who booked car after 6 months of booking and some of them didn’t even book the car and they get the delivery of the same model as mine and they took the bribes of 50k to 1 lac against those booking and i can prove that they gave ghe cars to other i have proves so please do something about it .

I found the job directed applied for the same then I got the call and they asked me for documents verification after that they told me there will be telephone interview and then I got to know that I m shortlisted
So I had to pay rs 3000 as courier charges which will be refunded on joining date this charges are for uniform and everything they said so I paid the amount

Later they said I hv to pay laptop charges of rs 7500 only dn I'll come to know in which branch I'll be working in
N only than my courier will be dispatched
So I got doubt cz they were asking higher amount
I asked them that I m not interested in it so refund the amount paid
They are saying only when I'll pay full amount I'll get the refund
