Dear sir,
Its been less than 3 months since I took mahindra xuv 300 w8(O) vehicle, within this short period I got engine warning light on display and vehicle speed got locked and failed to give acceleration. So I handed over my vehicle to our authorized service cemtre at nashik, its been more than 10 day's since no progress is found and iam without a vehicle and team is not in a position to explain when they are going to back my vehicle.
Have I made a wrong choice by choosing this vehicle. Please help me out.

      I bought this vehical just three months back .. and my vehical stuck on road nd get toe through mahendra near by service center. I hire another vehical in 4000rs my work get stuck.. what the hell is going on in this vehical … wht is this going on with thiS new vechical.. i ll file case against mahindra regarding this..second vehical ll get nit get stuck in just 2-3 months..who ll bear this all stuff now..

        I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership ( Ananth Cars) Delivery date of vehicle was on Feb 2019 received vehicle on dated July 2019. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory initially has faced the issue getting vehicle delay. Later 1st 2nd and 3rd service is been done, On 3rd service we have requested for the noise which is intolerable and nuisance and said the same to service partner of Mahindra Ananth cars hardly I have driven the vehicle in span of 3 years and 20000 thousand kilometer run being such reputed brandlike MAHINDRA and MAHINDRA this kind of local items which will not survive for 20000 thousand kilometer then there is no brand value for the same.

        Service engineer tells us about TURBO is dead need to replace the same which will cost me approximately30 to 40k which will making me to feel like I have been to roadside vendor and purchased later he tells will not be covered which is not good.

        When I am getting it done the service on time in your expertise and I hear TURBO is dead shockingly I am surprised to hear, Yes Extended warranty is not been taken reason was spread of COVID-19 due to which there was no showroom /Service center operated which is no fault of mine.

        I would appreciate it if you could organize to and clear the issue of my vehicle asap running a vehicle for 20000 kilometer and spare is gone is not acceptable at all. The BIG question mark on the quality of your product what ur manufacturing it.

        I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by this week before 25th/09/2022, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through the courts.

          I just want to escalate the issue faced by me very recently.
          I had bought XUV 700 in April 2022, from Nanavati Mahindra, Adajan, Surat.
          And with in few months there is an issue in the car side mirror not working, in tyre there is an big cut and top of that they are not ready to change the tyre also.
          And from 07th Sept, 2022, my car is in theor workshop till time I have not received my car. I don't know how long are they taking for servicing.
          Worst experience I had ever had, never recommend Mahindra to any one.
          Thought its an Indian car so let's take the Indian brand but who knows this is what I will get in return.

              I have booked scorpio N on 30july at around 11.10 and delay was due to your site down. Now I received expected delivery date around jan 2024. I feel like cheated by mahindta. Show me details that the person who are getting delivery earlier than me has booked earlier. It is not possible that I m so late in booking.                 Hello, i have taken a vechile 4 months back..as per govt i need to get govt number plate where i purchased the vechile ..even after 4cmonths doing many falloeups calls no body even bothered and not responding about number plate .where i am beinh stopped by police because of not having number plate ..i hope here i can get the solution.

                  My jeeto has been showing message of def error no start 300 km twice in month in total 1200 odd km run and company maintenance team is saying you should run vehicle twice a week for 1 hour on speed of 55 kmph for avoiding this problem
                  as per my logic this is not a solution for the problem
                  it must be a manufacturing defect as maintenance team is claiming that they had this particular problem in this model
                  i need urgent solution on it

                    We brought new mahindra marrazo car (full option) from pothens mahindra showroom Kollam.

                    Initially it had an issue with the gear box, which is replaced after a waiting period of one month.

                    Still the car is ran lessthan 10, 000 km even after purchase in August 2021(1 year before).

                    Now we facing the issue of check engine symbol in the screen.
                    When consulted with the showroom, they said there is another replacement is neccessary.

                    Another issues is of sealtbelt. Some times driver side seatbelt get stuck and cannot be weared while driving.

                    Very minimal use after buying a car from mahindra, paying nearly 18 lakh rupees and still the parts replacement is going on from the first use.

                    Mahindra showroom doesnt have the responsibility of taking the matter seriously, they respond like the car is 15 years old.
                    They gave an option to give a temperary replacement car hyundai I10(not mahidra car) for our use, that too after 10 days.

                    We need a solution for this matter.
                    Cannot keep the car in service center every month for parts replacements after paying a lot of money.

                    Mahindra company need to check directly about the car is having multiple faults, should check for a recall of the vehicle if it is not usable for future.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have purchased a Mahendra XUV500 W10 car in 2015. My car is travelled only 53000 Kms during last seven. It is regularly maintained serviced by Koncept Mahendra earlier at Noida and for the first time at July 30, 2022 at Mohan Co-operate Industrial Estate, New Delhi. I went for the servicing of my car on July 30, 2022. They have checked everything and changed assembly of front door, but the window switch started problem only after few days. They have also charged for blade wipers, which are become non-functional few days. All filters including ac filters were changed. I have paid 25583/- for this service. Now, air conditioning of the car started problems after few days. I went back to them on Sept 12, 2022 to look into the problem. They told me that entire air conditioning system with all pipings will be replaced and has given a quotation of Rs.1, 22, 000/-. I am surprised with the quote from Koncept Mahendra, ac which was serviced before one month needs replacement of entire ac system after one month. Sir, I am doubtful about the service provided on July 30, 2022. They have charged for ac service, filter replacement and did not inform us about any problem in ac system. Suddenly, they are telling us that the entire ac system needs replacement and asking huge amount. Sir, I am a salaried person, it is very difficult for me to pay this huge amount as I have paid Rs.25, 583/- just before one month for the service.
                          I am hopeful that you will look into this problem and will give me some relief.

                            I purchased a new Mahindra TUV 300 T8, automatic car from your show room in Chennai Anna Salai on 16/06/2016 and picked up a warranty for five years hence. The engine number is “V2G6D23176, chassis number is MAINA2V2EG6D37781.
                            The vehicle has done 26, 918 kms now and has been very sparingly used till date partly due to corona pandemic induced stay at home and substantial road and infrastructural developments resulting in road excavation activities going for a sustained longer period requiring car retention in the garage and virtually making a mockery of the warranty period, expiring in vain.
                            I have a problem with my car when the car stops suddenly and the indicator flashes indicating I need to move the car to the repairer to address the fault. I visited your garage in ‘Guindy’@ Chennai and understood that the car's “Actuator” ( AMT ) needs replacement and that would cost around INR 80, 000/-. Why so soon and that too with so poor mileage on record suggesting issues extraneous; other than normal wear and tear or mechanical breakdown arising out of any accidents
                            I fail to understand that this car which appears literally brand new is having such serious malfunctioning. This appears a serious unresolved issue with majority vehicles of this tribe that came out of your assembly lines in 2016 have this ‘ACTUATOR’ malfunctioning. I understand that the issue is more towards design fault (poor and inadequate R&D support) and should have been a case for product recall immediately. Reputed car manufacturers that are quality conscious and customer centric generally would have quickly recalled cars defective to fix issues than suffer credibility gap with customers whose first choice of cars were the one purchased. Whilst your organization stood oblivious and deliberately deviating the ethical and business demands from being a genuine conflict resolver.
                            I fail to understand that despite knowing the product is suffering from deficiency no attempt has been taken to address this issue shows absolute negligence and breach of good faith.

                            It is not only my interest at stake not knowing how to use safely this car on road but echoing that of innumerable others who suffered buying this defective piece and forced to suffer silently and or paying huge rectification cost that are imposed on us due to poor design efficiency.

                            I am first needing a resolution in respect of this defective piece in my car and what action would you take to instill confidence/ alleviate my sufferings to go forward. I am unable to use my car as the car stops right in the middle of the road/bridges etc. Besides being a traffic nightmare.

                              People take a car like a pickup to do business. Not to keep him in the public center. You tell me sir, it takes months to repair a car like pickup, then how to pay the loan of that car. The car which has been parked in the service center for months. We bought Pickup Car 1.3 Bs 6 on Dec[protected]. Its first service should be at 10000 kms or which I got done ahead of time at 9750 kms. A few days after this, the problem of speed came at 12500 km. Today has been 20 days. The car is not fixed yet. Still it will take 10-12 days to do it right. Now you tell me. I bought a car by taking loan to earn my living. I am really surprised. Whether it is the customer service and quality that Mahindra offers to its customers. Is it justified to pay 10-12 lakhs for such a vehicle? that doesn't even run properly
