Hi i have taken mahindra gusto from kothagudem showroom, bhadradri kothagudem district.

We are struggling with useless staff at the time of servicing every time we give our bike for servicing.

They does not have skilled staff, no water wash, no battery charger. Every time we go there they tell us to replace parts even though those are new.

I feel really really bad to use mahindra vehicles and try to write a complaint in consumer forum.

    If you can get it done properly from outside will give your money back...

        I am a war widow and bringing up two grown up boys in the place like delhi. Where it is not easy to survive just on pension. Specially when children are in the settling stage. I feel i have been cheated by one of the service centres of yours at gudgaon sterling motors co sectoe 18. Though i had mentioned in my call also but i have not got any feedback till date. I am just trying last time though i really dont know how seriously action is taken here also. I gave my xuv for the servicing on 04 feb. I was till the time i visited the service centre next day, not told the exact and final bill. When i called up next day morning at 9:30 not to work on it i was told that work has been already done. I am still not able to understand that when in the evening on 04 feb at 16:30 i was told that the final amount they will let me know. And then without confirming me the final bill how did they complete work so fast as i was asked to collect the car next day evening and in the morning when the service centre had just opened all the work was done. I feel work was not done but they have charged for the things. It was not possible that in the evening i am told that the work has to be done and then 1800 hrs service centre gets closed and next morning i was told that work has been done. I was billed rs 65000 approximetely. And then after a long discussion with the gm service centre i was asked to pay rs 52000. But i am not happy with service and i feel parts have not been changed or they have done things in hurry and i am not happy with the whole thing. I feel after informing them my financial condition i have been cheated. And specially when my husband sacrificed his life for this country. A reputed company like mahindra has broken my trust. I am shattered not only financially but also i have lost my trust on such a big company. It is sad that we soldiers are giving our life for this country and we are ourselves being cheated. It is very upsetting and i feel no action will be taken. But i am just trying if still they have some kind of respect left for our soldiers and their families

          I have experienced fraud billing and cheating by tvs mahindra, kochi in my last 2 visits to the service centre.. The bill has been artificially inflated by exaggerating damages. Pathetic service by tvs mahindra, vyttilla. This is nothing but daylight robbery!! This is poor ethics and mismanagement, while m&m top management gives glowing lectures on csr in major platforms.

          Typical fraud routine as below.
          We give car by 10am.
          Advisor will quote rs6000 for servicing.
          We go back to office.
          At 2pm we receive a call, saying there is a serious damage to a vital part (Gear, clutch etc.).
          We become panicky as this is a vital part.
          Bill is 18000 by evening.

Ajay but he is also involved with gm india garage team hehasn't support to customer, i think mahindra you are the world's worst service i think because u & ur dealers are frauds and you simply closing your eyes because you and your dealers filling your pockets and looting customers

              But i have a complain that they told me to complete the work in 6 days from when i hand over my vehicle to the workshop but they take so much time and i talk to the supervisor and manager but they take no action and also i talk to the mechanic, mechanic said that the company has not given any thing that he wrote on the list. So he need the things for maintaining my vehicle. So, kindly see over my issue.

              I bought a tuv 300 t 8 model in Nov 15. The problem is that the rear wheel start spinning on a slope . And it creates a lot of problem .

                We purchased a tuv 300 (Registration number mh46ap8204) in feb 2016. Within a few days of purchase, the engine of the vehicle stated to overheat. This was happening owing to some issue somewhere (Not identified to date) owing to which the coolest was leaking. It has been almost two years since this issue and we have spent thousands of rupees at the mahindra workshop (G3 motors limited, nerul, navi mumbai), however, the problem has still not been solved. Presently, the vehicle is not even in a position to reach the workshop and is lying in my parking lot. Please help.

                  I have purchased a new tuv 300 t10 car from your kanpur nagar showroom on 1 january 2018. At the time of delivery i have get insurance copy and delivery certificate of the car and sales team was committed to given tr with in 2 working days but spilite followup by me tr has been given on 17 january and it refers 11 january as date of delivery so i could not get registered in rto in our district due to two diffrent delivery date mention in tr and insurance. I several times contact with sales team of dealer but not satisfactory answer given by them so kindly help us to resolve this issue.

                    It is here by stated that in takhat sri damdama sahib talwandi sabo under the management of shiromani gurdwara prabandhak commitee is presently using scorpio car pb03 al 5113 model 2015 (Top model s10). Do not repeat the services of its ac it’s not working properly. Having mentioned that the service of the car has been done from proper authenticated service station of mahindra only. The details for the same are mentioned below:
                    A) date[protected] at avc motor agency bathinda we got our car serviced. New compressor, gas pipes were installed which ended up in total expenditure of rs 46000/-.

                    B) after approximately 2-3 months gas pipe burst which was later replaced again and same
                    Was billed neatly rs 5000/-.
                    C) the ac has stopped working again on[protected] and the company has demanded an amount of
                    Rs 1 lac as we have already installed the same equipment before some time.
                    Company was filed with online report on toll free no, but no satisfactory action has been taken in this regard yet. We would like to bring it to your kind notice that sgpc is a renowned and elected body. A large no. Mahindra vehicles are running under this also. Hence we put forth a request to maintain the above car a. C issues of this vehicle without any charges. Please consider our issue as soon as possible. We shall be highly thankful for the same.

                      My vehicle kuv 100 was having starting trouble. It was given for service at eram motors, kannur jan 22, 2018. The service person has informed that the issue was with starting motor and needed replacement.

                      The vehicle was at the service centre for almost one month. After delivering the vehicle it was seen that the entire vehicle body has been scratched, which as per the service centre was done by a cat and they cannot do anything for that.

                      I have taken delivery of the vehicle yesterday and is still facing the starting issue for which the vehicle was given for rectification.

                      The service centre has not only damaged the car's body due their negligence and has also not rectified the issue for which it was given.

                      Extremely disappointed with experience.

                        This complaint is for incident happened on 17 feb 2018 at deewan four wheelers mahindra work shop in narnaul city of haryana. Workshop lost wheel cap and when i asked about it then they were providing old caps. I objected on same and then one of the employees sanjay saini abused me. I got angry and we went to verbal spat.

                          I have mahindra xuv 5oo purchased on oct.2014 from k. S. Automobile, udaipur-313001 in the name of prem chand hinduja

                          This complaint is regarding service provided from ks automobile, that we are not satisfied with the service of ks automobile from day 1. After sales service of company is 0 (Zero).

                          Everytime when we send the vehicle for service, we face the issue which remains unsolved even after complaining so many times.

                          This mail is regarding the service done by company last time i. E. On 13 dec 2017 of my xuv and nothing has been done in the name of service and added the service charges in bill which is approx. 13000/-. Not even alignment is done and alignment charges are added in bill with labour charges.

                          Performance of vehicle is very poor after the service.

                          Twelve wheel truck mh 34av 0270 engine reopened in one month at Chandrapur Maharastra. no one is taking responsibility by Mahindra authorized dealer m/s Augusta motor. total paid amount 80000 to Augusta motor. after one month apx 1500 km running engine backed. sir how can mahindra market developed.
                          I brought supro maxitruck from mahindra TVS TVM last year. Company executive Mr.Vivek told me, company promise 25km/ mileage for this vehicle but from the first time i got only 12 km mileage what will i do?
                          I had purchased kuv 100nxt k4 plus petrol varient I need to install a music system with display options is the music system with display options available.. please inform me if it is available..I have searched it in every shops in hassan davanagere mysore so now I am complaining it to you guys...

Your dealer star automobile katni representative mr parouha ne meri old car ko 5300000 me exchange me liya aor mujhe koi receipt nahi di mujhe mahindra scorpio purchase karni thi to unhone kaha ki aaoki old car 530000 me exchange ho gayi aor rest amount aap finance company se dila divide. Main agree hokar unko apni bolero de di aor mujhse advanced me 10000 liye iski bhi koi receipt nahi dila.
                            But jab mere ko jo models lena tha wo katni branch me nahi tha isliye maine inhi ki satna branch ko hdfc bank ka delivery order de diya jis per parauhaji ne bade mis behaviour kiya unhone merit bolero ko kisi jay patel ko sale kiya aor 530000 ki jagah 497000 diye baki amount dene se ye mana kar rahe. Meri aaose request hai ki itne bade brand me is prakar ki cheating sahi bat nahi. Isse company ki image kharab hoti aap is complain ko registered kar uchit action le.

                              On 8th feb 2018 bought new tuv 300, t4 model from the delivery time
                              Door & windows are making noise such as if you are sitting in local state transport buses.
                              This noise comes even in small holes and also in low speeds. I have been fed up of this noise.

                              Second day visited to showroom one technical staff said its door trim noise will discuss to engineer come tomorrow, second day again visited to service center engineer take a test drive along with technician and as come back engineer talk to technician and return to office without talking to me. Technician come to me and said that its a regular noise and it come in all tuv as it is a manufacturing defect.

                              Later meet to mr. Manohar in charge for tuv and xuv section he come to me and take a test drive and said its trim noise and it will be remove after some foam or spunch in trim. Will given vehicle on 15 feb 2018 and said be take your time and with all test drive return to me today he return vehicle to me saying there is no noise.

                              But i m facing same problem there is no voice reduction all noise are as it is. Now he saying bring vehicle again and

                              This is no the way to excuse... We have spent 9.5 lakhs on this car and we expect quality doors & windows... Noiseless...

                                My car xuv 500 met accident on october and got a claim for 4.25 lakhs and rest 75000 paid from my pocket. At the time of claim bodyshop manager hasn’t notice a slight bend in my alloy wheel which happened at the time of accident (Note:changed 4 brand new tyree through jain car automobile showroom - vellore after accident)
                                Due to bodyshop manager’s poor knowledge and carelessness 2 tyres have gone within 20000 km. Now the showroom people are not supporting and not ready to answer a customer’s complaint/query.

                                If a showroom can do anything to a customer, why the hell mahindra & mahindra is issuing its dealership to the people who has poor knowledge about a product.

                                I have seen enough complaints through online and newspapers, nothing is solved till now date.
                                It may be a usual complaint to mahindra & mahindra from random customer but remember each and every customer are valuable in today’s date.
                                Please cheat any customers with this poor service

                                  I nought mahindra scorpio and got voucher of 2 nights 3 days holiday but from last 1 months i am trying to redeem but not able to do this. When i am trying to reach top gear then they are saying please reach to club mahindra but club mahindra says that they can't help me on that because this is vocuher and they don't have any information.

                                  I am trying to book this from last 1month with top gear and club mahindra. But one is the worst executive is fahim he don't want to answer the question just gives a fake promises.

And from the very first day the music system automatically switched off at anytime... Lounched complain in concerned dealer firms and equipments, ganeshguri, guwahati for more than 10 times and they always keep my car for two to three days and take test drive of 50 to 60 km with my fueland tried but still the problem is not cured... I m feeling harassed

                                      I am having a mahindra bolero 2016 model, kl 30d 6139-kerala registration, maroon colour which is having a engineering design default which leads to a stand still in using the vehicle.
                                      1. The design for electrical cable +pressure hose for clutch disk+speedo meter sensor cable are openly done externally with out any protection or guard. All the above said materially are vulnerably open to animal attack or natural hit from the ground.
                                      Average 4 time animal attack has been faced in a single year which makes the vehicle as stand still.

                                      1. If the clutch plate pressure hose is damaged, then the whole clutch fluid will drain out and vehicle cannot b used.
                                      2. The speedo meter cable contains sensors also and if the sensor is teared out, then the vehicle will not start and cannot be used.
                                      3. The fuel injection pump has a defaulted program and every 3 months we have to take it to the showroom for reprogramming.
                                      I am using this vehicle as private and most of the use is for hospital purpose (Mother is a cancer patient and we have to travel 75 kms one ways to her treating hopital point.
                                      Fed up of your vehicle and the dealers are asking high prices for the parts & services.

                                        Sir,

                                        I am completing 5 year with my beautiful vehicle xuv-500 which was purchased at mukthar automobile verna, goa on march 28th 2012.

                                        This is to inform you first three years i was very much happy with the services provided with the leadership with mr. Rahul who was taking full care of my vehicle with his knowledge and experience.

                                        Now from last two years after his promotion the adviser who started giving service to my vehicle for which i am not at all happy. I have also given negative marks and no one called me back after that. My vehicle has been only serviced in verna workshop only you can check my invoice for the same.

                                        This is to inform you that two year back there was a small noise coming from the front right wheel when i apply break and that time service engineer told me that to chance the break pad and noise will disappear, on your advisor advice i had changed the break pad i even asked him that when the break pad had to be changed the warning will be given by the vehicle but he still told me to do so but the problem was not solved and the full amount was charged including labour charges for which payment were made.

                                        But the second time it was advised that some plates to be polished the noise will go and agreed for the same and it was done and was charged for which i have paid the bill but still the noise was coming and was reported when the service call had come but no reply from the service center.

                                        Now, suddenly the noise has increased when i apply break and my vehicle is at a standstill at the parking lounge. Kindly advice me which service station should i go for the services as i feel that the verna service station is unfit to provide the services for my vehicle.
