We had bought xuv w 10 on sep 2017 from shivnath mahindra bhilai after 5000 km first service done and after that clutch padel going stuck and paddle going in side when break applied. We had again visited show room and service center of bhilai after 4hrs of checkup they said it cant be rectified here you have to leave your vehicle at durg service station and they are having very much work load so they will take time.

So i had visited raipur ralas motors they had taken 2 days and rectified the problem by opening the gear box.
Again yesterday 10000 km servicing done at bhilai shivnath they reported clutch is again stucking some time and gear box is leaking you have to contact ralas raipur and i contacted ralas people they are asking to leave the vehicle for 2 days.
Had i purchased vehicle to leave in your workshop and why this type of problem raising in vehicle

    I have purchased a new balero on 1-1-18. Fro shuhul mahindra. Jammu jk. After receiving my vehicle i have found that this is a faulty vehicle with broken dashboard and clock in this dashboard is also broken. And vehicle is without coolant. It's one ineer pipe is also open. I have a very close escape. My vechiclear was abt to catch fire. When i contact ur service cnter they gave me # xcuses. I am approaching u for necessary action within 24 hrs. I[censored] will not take any action. I will sue u in court. This is my intimation letter

This company dealer in visakhapatnam now merged as ramkartik motors, dondaparthy, visakhapatnam. Spare parts are not available properly and i am surrounding to this office from 6 months for petrol pipe in mahindra two wheeler scooter i. E. Flyte.in that shop mr. Shankar (Ph. No.+91-[protected]) who is working in that office is giving reckless answers and even not responding properly to the customers.
      I am unhappy to giving this type of complaints but there is no other option other than this. I expect that you may take action against this matter, so that your company goodwill may enhance for quick responses.

        Hey,
        Your customer services are very poor. I'hv visited your garage times for the same reason, as my new bolero is 6 months old and i'm having problems with it. It's not being opened properly even scratching the body paint. And even on the result book they have marked it ok. The alignment work is the worst it's also marked ok.
        Astro india mahindra located in bari brahmna jammu.
        They even not wash the vehicle after servicing.

            Few weeks agao I saw an ad on olx regarding job in motor company. Posted by Deepak, number - [protected]. After calling this number, he offered me a job in Mahindra motors for supervisor post and took Rs. 3760/- Via paytm from me for registration. And then he provided me an offer letter from this fraud company (Date of joining - 09/02/2018).
            Manvi Lochab (HR) ([protected])... The number was written on the offer letter, FAKE HR, Is now asking for more money from me for providing laptop and other services (which was never informed before by Mr. Deepak) and is telling that my registration fee will not be refunded. I want my money back. This is a complete scam. Please help.

              The complaints for manufacturing defects have not been attended even after four years.

              Despite reminders and several phone calls the dealer has not bothered to attend to the faults and defects. The dealer has only given false assurances and not replaced the defective seat and the noise in the suspension & body. During the first free service some parts were stolen and exchanged with damaged ones, which was brought to the knowledge of the works mgr & the g. M but nothing was resolved.

              Complaint pertains to ddpm mahindra dealer in dehradun.

                We had a serious problem on steering. The steering axial don't have a correct alignment. We have rise this as complaint on show room but they don't respond. But still the steering pulling me on single side.
                My car runs for only 18k km only. I don't know whether the problem is on the side of mahendra or in the side of service centre

                Now it's 10 feb still the problem persist and the service center does't take care of our complaint, so kindly do the needful.

                Note:Treating the costumer is also so bad.( regarding service center).

                Dear sir, on 6 Nov 2017 I have purchased new scorpio from dealer and he gave me temporary no on 15 Nov as per attached photo.
                I go for no in RTO at 5 December and then I know the late penalty came my vehicle for two months. Please advise us.

                  I took my mahindra quanto (Hr51ax 5130) c8 for a running repair on january 10, 2018 to “koncept automobiles pvt. Ltd (A-31, sector 2, noida). The only problem with the car was that it wasn’t taking pickup on start. My wife drives this car about 80 km every day and there wasn’t any serious problem till jan 09 morning when i realized that the pickup was a bit low and i decided to take it to a service station.

                  My service advisor seemed to be falling short of his monthly target and hence even before examining the car suggested me a long list of parts that required changing. I insisted that he should first let a mechanic examine and then make these recommendations.in between, the service advisor also showed my car to a reseller who valued it for 2 lakhs (4 years old car driven 96, 000 km)

                  I was asked to leave my quanto for a thorough checkup and within an hour i reached home, i got a call from my service advisor telling me that all those parts that he suggested actually need replacement. That was so awesome. “koncept automobiles” has some really talented guys who can scan the car from outside and know which part is needing replacement.

                  After continuous follow up and few visits to the service station, i was informed on the fourth day that my car’s engine need overhauling and that might cost me about rs. 2.5 lacs. I was shocked to hear this as i expected this to be a minor problem. To take a second opinion, i decided to take my car out from the service station. I was slapped with a bill of rs. 17, 000 for service and checkup. I fail to understand why do they even had to service my car when they knew that the engine is in a bad shape? With all the talented guys like my service advisor, it should not have been a problem for them to immediately identify that doing a service will not do any good.

                  I don’t know what exactly “koncept automobiles” did to my car as i got the car in a really bad condition. There was black smoke from the silencer, hardly moving and there was diesel filled on the top of the engine. Later i was told by another mechanic that if i would have run the car for another few kilometers, it would have caught fire.

                        I purchsed one xuv 500 w10 from eram motors, trichur, kerala on 8th january 2018. That day itself some complaints noticed and informed the sales manager. Complaints were, 1. Bonnet lost one bush that is why it was one sided.2. Horrible sound while gear shifting. 3. Vibrating sound from the engine side speed above 60km.4. Glow box cover hinge complaint. (That means vehicle's pdi was not conducted) informed all things to them, they taken back the vehicle and done its 1st. Service and not more than that. I don't wand this second hand vehicle with new ones rate.
                        So kindly do the need full as early as possible.

                              They dont show respect towards customers and dont care about cars in service rude to all customers, we went to service my quanto in rajahmundry service center they are rude and asked about a part they said it might take a month or more, at the same time my mom saw many other customer who own xuv, xylo cars also asking car to return they say its not done, they says we cant do now if you want take it back! This is not how business need to be done.

                                  With in one year silencer pipe is leakage near engine since one month no any action taken during servicing. I have taken new mahindra pickup gj20v 8999 in the short period. Complain of silencer pipe leakage near engine.

                                    I went for service of my vehicle number up 32 jf 3833
                                    To shree trirupati auto kanpur mall road
                                    As they have given me an invoice in which they have charged labour charges in a free service where as per company policy no labour charges have to be paid and this is the only rebate company provide in free service.

                                    When i saw the invoice i have paid insaid its ok what ever the amount you are charging but ill pay it by my card or through online transfer they said that this is not available and i can only pay in cash this was trully senseless answer i got the wordt service i have hot with mahindra

                                    I have paid inr 4700 amd when i asked that i need a recipet of the payment they sinply said that they don’t provide receipt i need a clarification of the amount i have paid.

                                      I had given my verito car, reg no. Kl33c 9229 for repairing the door after causing damage. It was given to tvs, thellakam, kottayam 16 days back. They had told me at that time that the door will reach from company within 4 days and will be repaired soon. Now after two weeks, they are still saying that the door has not yet reached and will reach in a week time!!

                                      Myself a reputed doctor in kottayam, due to this irresponsibility from your company, i have to incur 500 rupees daily for using taxi. Please take this complaint seriously, and come out with an immediate solution.

                                        We have two xuv, three bolero and one pickup for our personal and site use. Our 3 bolero and 1 pickup are running in different states so there service is done in there particular states. But we have kept the xuv’s for our personal use in ghaziabad which runs on highway. These two xuv’s go on shiva auto car for servicing. We have done our xuv servicing in the month of december but on 27 january 2018 the car stooped on mid road with a sound. The shiva auto car service centre was near so we towed the car there. On 29 january we received a call from service centre that it will take rs. 40, 000/ — i went there and no body was ready to explain what has happened one employee of mahindra said that there is water in the gear chamber due to which bearing is not working, i asked him there is no dent and there was no accident how does the water penetrated in there he said he will ask and will tell me, i waited there for one hour then came back but no one gave me a proper reply.

                                        I want to request you to look into this matter and see if it is a manufacturing defect or they are doing this intentionally to create money. When ever they called for feedback i always said that there is some manufacturing defect since first day i have purchased this car. My car detail is up 14 bu 1179.
