The scorpio sle model pb65 m4012. Actually the driver seat window mirror are not working as the motar of the mirror may be bad. Now the raj vehicles agency barnala (Punjab) spare parts manager (Pargat singh) told me that we haven't any new motar of this model and we cannot solve your problem and you can go the other local shop. Also says that its price is 7700 rs as we order from other agency. I feel very bad for this that what can i do now because mirror cant be up and down, it is in the middle. Please solve my problem. Hope you will concern on my problem.

Send one account number, ifsc code, bank details to my mobile number. I also transfer the amount and i also received one offer letter from one mail is hrsneha. [protected]@gmail.com
    But now i have a doubt it may be a fake call and fake offer letter....

    Your service stations are purely just money minded.

    At my 20k service, they did even without asking me lot of things and charged hefty bill. Not sure what's amc services charged in my bill at 20k other than the other labour charges.

    But, fail to address day 1 issues which i kept on following.

    Now at 40k, they focus on the things which give them money and ignore rest of the works but fail to communicate the same.

    It's just not with one service center but almost every single service station is the same.

      I purchased mahindra kuv 100 in the month of july 2016... From that only day i was facing problem with the ac of the car i went several times to the service center but the problem is still there... Also the executives there are not behave like problem solving... Also parts are also not available there and time they take is not fix.. I am fed up of mahindra..

        Newly bought bolero giving regular problem in acceleration pedal, constant heating of the engine, smoke emission through silencer, pick up problem. No improvement in results even after many visits to the service center. A new car is for ease. But it has given constant tension. Couldn't go for a long drive without hesitation. I want o replace it if possible. I am done dealing with problems

          Sir i purchased one scorpio s4 month of october2017.in the name of soumya sarkar thats me. One of my friend reffer this suv to purchase from sonawheel because hehas also bought his bolero from son wheel.
          At the time of convertion with mr. Bipalb the sales person he told us the price is 1126000 less company discount. Also your friend get rs 5000 as reffral money as per company norms because he has bolero.

          But i am not satisfied with his offer bcz i already got better offer in sn motors malda. They are provideing me 6000 extra discount. After this story biplab ready to supply the car with extra 6000discount and 5000 reffreal money.

          He told u you need to clear all payment first after one week i will clear all present dues to you.

          In fact that time sona wheel ceo mr. Manoj varma and all other sona wheel staff also present on that time.

          Today is 9th feb 2018 still the money not recvd from mr. Biplab. When ever i called him he was not respond properly my call given me lots of date come this or that day. But result is zero.

          Day before yesterday i visited this showroom for my friends for discussion of purchase new tuv300 and also discuss this matter with biplab he told me that i am not bound to clear this due. You can chek your invoice everything is settled. On that time clearly i came out with my friends.

          Sir i am jenuine mahindra customer. Belive me every point is true in that case. Please help me out sir. Atleast sir biplab need to punish for this sir.

          I never tell mahindra for feedback time that i am not getting delivery same day what i want. No one person are present for wipe the car after washing.

            I have purchased a mahindra thar crd from cl motors, bhopal. The day on which i purchased the thar i only got the insurance papers of thar. When we asked for the rto number and slip they said they will provide us in some days. Now when we are calling them they are not listening to us and also many a times they do not attend the calls, so i am not getting complete document of my vehicle.

                We had bought xuv w 10 on sep 2017 from shivnath mahindra bhilai after 5000 km first service done and after that clutch padel going stuck and paddle going in side when break applied. We had again visited show room and service center of bhilai after 4hrs of checkup they said it cant be rectified here you have to leave your vehicle at durg service station and they are having very much work load so they will take time.

                So i had visited raipur ralas motors they had taken 2 days and rectified the problem by opening the gear box.
                Again yesterday 10000 km servicing done at bhilai shivnath they reported clutch is again stucking some time and gear box is leaking you have to contact ralas raipur and i contacted ralas people they are asking to leave the vehicle for 2 days.
                Had i purchased vehicle to leave in your workshop and why this type of problem raising in vehicle

                  I have purchased a new balero on 1-1-18. Fro shuhul mahindra. Jammu jk. After receiving my vehicle i have found that this is a faulty vehicle with broken dashboard and clock in this dashboard is also broken. And vehicle is without coolant. It's one ineer pipe is also open. I have a very close escape. My vechiclear was abt to catch fire. When i contact ur service cnter they gave me # xcuses. I am approaching u for necessary action within 24 hrs. I[censored] will not take any action. I will sue u in court. This is my intimation letter

                      Your customer services are very poor. I'hv visited your garage times for the same reason, as my new bolero is 6 months old and i'm having problems with it. It's not being opened properly even scratching the body paint. And even on the result book they have marked it ok. The alignment work is the worst it's also marked ok.

                          Few weeks agao I saw an ad on olx regarding job in motor company. Posted by Deepak, number - [protected]. After calling this number, he offered me a job in Mahindra motors for supervisor post and took Rs. 3760/- Via paytm from me for registration. And then he provided me an offer letter from this fraud company (Date of joining - 09/02/2018).
                          Manvi Lochab (HR) ([protected])... The number was written on the offer letter, FAKE HR, Is now asking for more money from me for providing laptop and other services (which was never informed before by Mr. Deepak) and is telling that my registration fee will not be refunded. I want my money back. This is a complete scam. Please help.

                            The complaints for manufacturing defects have not been attended even after four years.

                            Despite reminders and several phone calls the dealer has not bothered to attend to the faults and defects. The dealer has only given false assurances and not replaced the defective seat and the noise in the suspension & body. During the first free service some parts were stolen and exchanged with damaged ones, which was brought to the knowledge of the works mgr & the g. M but nothing was resolved.

                            Complaint pertains to ddpm mahindra dealer in dehradun.

                              We had a serious problem on steering. The steering axial don't have a correct alignment. We have rise this as complaint on show room but they don't respond. But still the steering pulling me on single side.

                              I go for no in RTO at 5 December and then I know the late penalty came my vehicle for two months. Please advise us.

                                I took my mahindra quanto (Hr51ax 5130) c8 for a running repair on january 10, 2018 to “koncept automobiles pvt. Ltd (A-31, sector 2, noida). The only problem with the car was that it wasn’t taking pickup on start. My wife drives this car about 80 km every day and there wasn’t any serious problem till jan 09 morning when i realized that the pickup was a bit low and i decided to take it to a service station.

                                My service advisor seemed to be falling short of his monthly target and hence even before examining the car suggested me a long list of parts that required changing. I insisted that he should first let a mechanic examine and then make these recommendations.in between, the service advisor also showed my car to a reseller who valued it for 2 lakhs (4 years old car driven 96, 000 km)

                                I was asked to leave my quanto for a thorough checkup and within an hour i reached home, i got a call from my service advisor telling me that all those parts that he suggested actually need replacement. That was so awesome. “koncept automobiles” has some really talented guys who can scan the car from outside and know which part is needing replacement.

                                After continuous follow up and few visits to the service station, i was informed on the fourth day that my car’s engine need overhauling and that might cost me about rs. 2.5 lacs. I was shocked to hear this as i expected this to be a minor problem. To take a second opinion, i decided to take my car out from the service station. I was slapped with a bill of rs. 17, 000 for service and checkup. I fail to understand why do they even had to service my car when they knew that the engine is in a bad shape? With all the talented guys like my service advisor, it should not have been a problem for them to immediately identify that doing a service will not do any good.

                                I don’t know what exactly “koncept automobiles” did to my car as i got the car in a really bad condition. There was black smoke from the silencer, hardly moving and there was diesel filled on the top of the engine. Later i was told by another mechanic that if i would have run the car for another few kilometers, it would have caught fire.

Complaints were, 1. Bonnet lost one bush that is why it was one sided.2. Horrible sound while gear shifting. 3. Vibrating sound from the engine side speed above 60km.4. Glow box cover hinge complaint. (That means vehicle's pdi was not conducted) informed all things to them, they taken back the vehicle and done its 1st. Service and not more than that. I don't wand this second hand vehicle with new ones rate.
                                      So kindly do the need full as early as possible.
