we own a Ssangyong RX 5, RJ 32 UA 6000 and need Fan belt, Oil filter and diesel filter. i stay in ajmer and it is not available in ajmer or jaipur. i tried to buy in delhi dealership but they refused to issue the parts since the car is registered in ajmer. Kindly help in providing the parts as i am stranded and car is not working for past 7 days.

    I have purchased it from m/s cabs india tours bangalore in aug 2016.
    They have lost manual book of vehicle.
    My registration was done in bhind district of mp.
    I also require changes in ownsership of vehicle, for this i have submitted my registration card (Rc) with one of your dealer in jhansi (M/s natraj automobiles).

    I do not have second key and i'm in severe risk that if this key is lost or damaged i would not be able to operate my vehicle.

      M/s ashok motors... North lakhimpur dealership have not provided servicing workshop facilities to consumers. Without having a servicing workshop how they are running a dealership in here. The customers of dhemaji and lakhimpur district having great problems because tezpur servicing workshop centre is more than 300 km in distance. I think i have doing fault by buying mahindra's kuv100

        Dear,

        As the above-mentioned subject, we have given Mahindra Thar (Vehicle No: DL10CT8153) for regular service at your service station SRI DURGA AUTOMOBILE, 55, Rama Road, Moti Nagar, Industrial Area, Block C, Najafgarh Road Industrial Area, New Delhi[protected] on the last 10th of Aug 2017.

        The guys charged 12, 797 for the service+alingnment+Balancing +Coating and some other things which are needed for the car.

        But they have returned me the car just washed and polished nothing else. No additional work was done which is mentioned above. After I contacted the service manager he said bring your vehicle tomorrow we'll check and correct all the things. Then I stand whole day at a service station and make the alignment, balancing and coating in the car.

        I seriously have doubt that the guys did nothing with the car. The material for the internal body(Lubricants, Small Parts etc.) which they have charged me they did not put actully.

        Therefore I request you please look into the matter and suggest.

          I have recently purchased mahindra kuv 100 four wheeler for own use. Which is not at all satisfied in any which means. Raised a complaint in showroom where i purchased, they took back the vehicle for rectification and returned the vehicle with even more issues with which i cant proceed further and now at present they dont even mind to respond for the issues and further rectification.
          Requesting me to wait till next service which is not at all right.
          Also they are consuming more than 5 litres of petrol in the name of trial during rectification and no repay for that too.
          So i request you to consider the above true facts and help me to get it rectified at their end as soon as possible.

            Not satisfied with your service in your service center there adviser and supervisor is say that mahindra is giving me 3 hour for service time in one vehicle and he is taking 4 to 5 hrs in one vehicle yesterday he is say that i[censored] don't have time so u go and do service any where. My in timing is 11:30 and out timing 3:30 without service. So i request u that u give action on it. Otherwise ur reputation in farrukhabad is so low

            Car XUV 500 W4, HP64B0861 given for first free service to royal automobiles GWALIOR. Vehicle comes back with no wheel covers. After repeated reminders also no one has addressed the problem. Is this the way to treat customers who have purchased a new vehicle and VERY POOR QUALITY OF FIRST SERVICE.kindly intervene.

              I get my car serviced on 19th august 2017 and today is 29th and i have got 10 times call from your call centres which are very irritating i don't know what error your feedback system have that i have to give feedback for one service 10 times each day i got irritating calls from your cc department. Which i am fed-up of, resolve this issue asap we cannot except this from m&m this kind of stupid problem

                Dear mr. Anand mahindra - need your kind attention to the issues i have been facing with my feb’2015 mahindaxuv 5oo w8 over the last years. My car has only run 22, 000 kms till date (Mainly city driven) and it looks like my car has spent more time in your service center than on roads. Frankly, i am now questioning my decision of believing & investing in indigenous / make in india while i had other non-indian made cars available at that time!

                I am saying this cause number of parts/components have been replaced over the last year due to design/build faults as i understand from the service center. I. E. A) front windshield, b) indicator lever near the steering wheel, c) a/c part that was making noise and it continues to make noise even now l, d) door on the right passenger seat due to internal rusting (Currently on-going), e) clutch replaced, f) flywheel replaced g) every time i receive the car from service center, there is something else broken & i end up going back to the service center. H) unable to rectify car drifting to left even after multiple wheel balancing etc. I fear the car will not look the same in at the end of 5 years since i believe most of the parts shall be replaced and i’ll spend more time traveling to the service center. I had a hyundai car earlier and never had any problem for 12+ years.

                Hence i urge you to replace my car to a brand new car rather than changing parts in installments. Please imagine the number days i had to reach office later, taken taxi/auto or asked a colleague for a drop to work or for the number of days the car was not available when needed & the pain & agony i have gone through after investing rs.18.5l in your dearm car! Xuv 5oo has become a joke in my office now due to the above reasons.

                While i love the car due to obvious reasons, due to the recent issues i have frankly lost hope and telling my friends/colleagues against their decision to purchase a mahindra car.

                Due to the gravity of this situation, i wanted to bring to you kind attention.

                  I felt my dream come true after my mahindra xuv 500 w6 delivery date arrived. I arrived at showroom with full of enthusiasm. All my paper was ready and then i saw a dent on passenger door. I asked the dealer to get it fixed. He said that he will get the door changed. Upon waiting for around 4 hrs from evening 4 to 8 car came back from garage. I noticed the door was not changed instead denting and poor painting was done. I asked the dealer then he said that i can take the car now and he will get the door changed in my next visit. I have this in writing as well from the executive. Since then i am following up with dealer and getting new execuses and date.
                  Please help me in getting this fixed.
                  If require i can share the photo as of car where poor painting can be and seen and scan copy of writing.

                    We bought mahindra tuv two months back from sterling motor gurgaon and gave our car for first servicing. The first time when we received the car it was so dirty that the guy himself said you should give it back for servicing. Today we again gave the car and same thing happened. Highly disappointed with your services. This is not expected from you guys. Not sure if you car about your customers but we have spent our hard and earn money on this car and trusted you guys for best services. Hope you ll want to have a happy customer back!

                      The vehicle got accident after 5 to 6 days on highway and same we got it back to nafe motors for repair. Till this date we are following for the vehicle and we have not received the vehicle or any communication from them inspite of calling them and visiting them personally.

                      Its very shame for the company that they have the dealer nafe motors who does not care for the customer. We already paying the icici loan for which we paying the emi - 7 emi gone without any stoppage.

                      Kindly let us know what to be done and i[censored] too dont want to give the vehicle than we go to the court and media for the same.

                      Still they have not done the rto passing for the same. All documents enclosed.

                        Dear sir,

                        I have purchase mahindra xuv 500 registration no rj 20 ua 7020 from authorised dealer at kota (Rajasthan)
                        I am not satisfied with the vehicle provided to me since the vehicle cant drive smoothly. Vehicle will not move to our command. Stearing of vehicle is not working properly. It is running left side continually. I had complaint many time at authorised service centre but the problem in car is still alive. The ripes of car's window also shown as removed from window.
                        So my suggestion is diagnose the problem of the car at the earliest. Otherwise i may go to legal proceedings as well as social media. It may affect your business. I could not understand why dont you repair this properly...

                          I had purchased vehicle maxima supro from authorised dealer g3 motors nerul in march 2017.in may 2017 the vehicle was stolen and found after 2 days in parts stolen condition. Insurance claim was lodged. After lapse of 2 months thwre is no developments in repairs and claim settlement. Athe vehicle is on loan from bank of maharashtra panvel branch.
                          I hereby give this notice of intimation that if the vehicle is not delivered within 8 days we would be compelled to lodge case with consumer court against the dealer company and insurance company for the business loss mental agony which may please be noted.

                            Hello i am sheena joji from thekkady, kerala md of jungle park resort. My mahindra supro minivan given for service on 11/6/2017 at kattapanna. My vehicle no is kl37b4545. I was told the vehicle will get done within 20-25 days. Now its more than 2.5 months & my vehicle is not ready yet.

                            The purpose of buying supro minivan was for daily purchase & needs of the hotel. The dealer (Tvs sunderam & iyengar sons pvt. Ltd., kattapana-a sub-dealer of mahindra company @kottayam) & the service centre has no responsibilities for their customers and no proper response for the queries. Dealers don't have their superior nos to contact in case of such grievances. Every time they have silly answers for our questions.

                            Being a reputed company, there is only online option to share the complaints. Even customer care are not acquainted about the dealership of mahindra company in our areas. Service centre has reasons of labor & their family issues.

                            Can you please look into this & take a necessary action?

                            जैसे सडक छाप ठग होते है ठीक वैसी ही आप कि बेची कारो की सर्विसिंग देने वाले डीलर हैं। जब कार बेचनी थी तो तीन दिन मे बेच दी। एक्सीडेंट डेन्ट के बाद 45 दिनों बाद भी वर्कशॉप मे ही खडी कर रखी है। पर ठग एक बार ही ठग सकता है।

                              Sir we having 2 tuv 300 at same date in "sutaria auto center belagavi" we purchased, one vehicle mileage is 17kms, but this ka 29 n 1245 this vehicle mileage is coming 10kms, but we done all service at "hubli sutaria auto centre" before 30, 000=00 kms our mileage 16 to 17... But after 30, 000=00 kms service done our mileage is coming 10kms with a/c, without a/c 11kms.. We done complaint but they saying this much only mileage will come, if we asked while taking vehicle you said it will give 18kms this type asked means they are not responding us n talk rudly with us... Please solve this problem..!!!

                                I am a top gear club as i owned mahindra thar from kochi showroom on the month of june.
                                I enter the details on our website for the registration, but unfortunately it has already been registered. I have not done the registration before. I called your customer care executive and enquired about this matter. Upto this date as i cannot avail the complimentary stay at your resorts because i can't login as i don't know the password.

                                    I own a rexton bearing registration number mp 04 cl 0533. I bought the car in 2013 from ci motors. Last year on the advise of the ci motor staff, i took extended mahindra warranty for the vehicle. I was told that this will cover cost/replacement of various vital parts of the car.
                                    The car developed problem in power steering pump, and it needs to be replaced. Now the gm (Service) of ci motors says, that this part is not covered. I insisted to show me any paper that bars this part to be replaced under extended warranty, nothing was shown.
                                    However i was told that, ci motors will submit the case to mm. They will also raise me bill with zero charge for the part but they will release the car only when i deposit rs. 12000 with them as advance payment (Or deposit), in case mm refuse credit to ci motors.in case the submission is approved, this amount will be still deposited with ci motors and shall be adjusted against my next visit.
                                    This is the quality of service mm is providing? This is level of professionalism your staff is demonstrating. A general manager does not know if their submission will be accepted or rejected??
                                    And on top of all this, i am made to understand that i am mahindra's "high end customer'.
