Purchase T6+ model of TUV 300 in MAy 2016. 15000 KM Run. On 24th January 2017 on highway vehicle engine gets stall suddenly in running condition. Today 29th January 2017, till Mahindra Authorized Service Station in Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, not able to find out problem and dot have any confirm status or information for the same.

Pathetic.

    i had vis narain automobiles on11 jan 16 regarding purchase of mahindra XUV 500W 10 model
    i had requested for a test drive at 1100 hrs on 13 jan 16 which i requested for a change to 1500hrs same day due to official commitments
    the dealer rep told me that he will call me back but he did not
    on 14 jan 17 i again called the dealer and inquiresd abou bthe test drive before i finalise the veh as TATA HEXA otion also is there now, but till date trhere has been no response from the dealer.
    the whole incident iam writing to u to highlight the lacaidisical and unresponsive attitude of this dealer which is detrimental to the professionalism o[censored]r company
    may request u to kindly look into this matter so that no other customer is treated in this shabby manner

      Mahindra XUV poor service

      Today I gave my XUV 500 at Concept Mahindra Sector- 60, Noida for 1st service. I gave my car at the service station at 11:15 to Mr Ashutosh who gave me a good service. The SMS mentioned the collection time for my car as 2:30. But Mr Ashutosh told me to collect it at 3:30 which was fine with me. I reached the dealership at 3:45. Ashutosh told me that the car is being washed and would take 15 more minutes. I waited for one and a half hour to...

      -i purchased a suv from kamleshauto wheels pvt ltd -etah, U.P(mob-[protected]), in oct 2015,
      - during heavy rain on 17/7/2016 it got damage due to building lay down on car.
      -i have also registered a f.i.r against the same incident on 18/7/2016.
      - kamleash auto wheels pvt ltd- etah (U.P) provide my car in january 2017
      total bill amount is inr 390938, company claims for only rs316670, balance amount is charged on us.
      ? why we reposible for paying such amount of rs 74000 as we have zero D insurance cover from the new india assurance co. ltd( policy no.- [protected]).
      apart from this company not providing following doc.

      1- copy of surveyor report.
      2- list of bill for consumable items.
      3- list of bill for non- consumable items.
      4-list of items and bill for wich compny claims to insurance company.
      5- list of items and bill for wich company not claims to insurance company.

      and there are many problems remains in my SUV like-

      1- ac cooling preset not working.
      2-sheet mounting cover blocks are missing.
      3-driver side door alignment out, air comes inside after closing the door.
      4-driver side second door alignment same problem.
      5- front no. plate missing.
      6-mahindra logo alignment out.
      7-new body cover missing.
      8-many screeches on dash board.
      9-auto diesel fuel door not working.
      10- rubber sheets and door lock are not proper.

      i am unhappy for this careless behavior and services of m/s kamlesh auto wheels and mahindra & mahindra.

      i request for refund my amount which is UN-necessary charged by the company.

          I had purchase a KUV 100 on 19.10.2016 and it was told me that the original RC will be provided within 3 months, but now three months has passed and I have not received the original RC, due to non receipt of original RC, I am getting problem from the bankers and also facing problem while driving .
          I am continuously follow up with the distributor M/S, Shiva Au CaR (I) PVT.LD 90, Patpar Ganj Indl.Area, Delh-110092 but they are not taking any strict action to get the same and every time ask give some more days and entertaining properly, even disconnect the phone also.

          Sir, such type of poor service after sale cannot expect from such a reputed organization . I therefore, request you give the necessary instructions to concern M/S/ SHIVA AUTO to get my original RC by monday i.e. 30th of Jan 2017 Regards, Mohan Lal Dogra Mob.             From the begining vehicle is moving to left side.already 3 services over in Nizamabad Service Center. we reported 3 times in Nizamabad service center, they kept vehicle 6 days (from 20.1.2017 to 25.1.2017) with them, but the problem was not rectified.
            We are kindly requesting you to solve the problem as early as possible.

              We booked a Maxima Mini Van for our school with Konecpt Mahindra, Sec 63, NOIDA (UP) with rupees Rs. 51000/- on 07/12/2016. Delivery of van was promised shortly. When we asked for delivery of van we were told that they have sold whole lot to some one else and no 2016 model is now available. We were offered a 2015 model van which we did not like. We insisted on delivery of our booked van and objected how could they refuse to deliver now and sell to someone else without informing us, they cut sorry and offered 2017 model likely to come or get refund of the amount. Being pained over their unprofessional approach and act of breach and dissatisfied by the dealer, we decided to get refund. To our great dismay, we were handed over a cheque for Rs. 49000/-.
              In this connection, we inform you that:
              1. Booking conditions don't prescribe for deduction of Rs. 2000/-,
              2. The refund has not been sought by us but advised by the dealer on non delivery of the vehicle.
              3. The company has committed a breach by non delivery of the vehicle and not informing us before parting with our booked vehicle.
              4. There is no response to email or telephonic calls.
              5. Services of Koncept are highly wanting, treacherous and unbecoming of a dealer dealing in an auto product of renowned manufacturer. As a result, we have changed our mind to purchase two buses of Mahindra make n switch to our company for the purpose.

                My vehicle UK07BM6007 front grill changed without chrome during insurance claim and it was promised while delivering vehicle that grill will be replaced with chrome soonest and even employee of DDPM Dehradun given me it as written statement in bill and signed it. After two month now he refused to do the same and asking me to buy new grill and pay 3500 INR for the front grill. Kindly suggest why I was kept in vain and when I refused to take delivery of my vehicle with wrong front grill then why I was given false statements so that I take delivery of vehicle and he can close the issue that's how DDPM Dehradun employee works or is it the work culture all over in Mahindra.

                    I am rohit kumar jha, r/o loharuka green residency, kaikhali, kolkata. i have paid in full for my kuv 100 k4 petrol car to shree automotive p ltd., kolkata on[protected]. the car is not being delivered to me as the registration is pending for about 3 weeks.
                    This type of careless attitude has changed the decision of my collegue mr. k n dubey of buying the same car. he now intends to go for maruti baleno instead. i also request to return my dd and pay the interest amount for closure of loan if you are not delivering me my car by this week.

                    Please also note that i have already been issued the insurance policy for my vehicle by reliance general insurance. as per the quotation, the amount quoted and paid by me was rs. 22 k plus. but the amount stated in policy was rs. 13499/-.

                    There was no explanation from the dealer on my query for refund of extra amount.

                    I am a bank employee and i am loosing on financial front again as i will not be getting petrol reimbursement for the month.

                        Recently i left my car in mahindra service station in gerugapakam(TVS SERVICE)

                        they gave a big bill around 26, 000 plus tax...i gave and just rided 3000 km again radiator hose problem in which they mentioned its rectified...

                        again i gave car to change again they gave few unwanted changes around 30, 000...

                        then i came to know they are new to Mahindra and they have a slab of 30, 000 minimum should charge for Xylo and 50, 000 for XUV and Scorpio...

                        i told them to change everything in radiator...they charged me 8, 000 again including viper motor...i paid and took...

                        in a week my car self motor gone...

                        my car is 76, 000km only done...when they changed gear plates they(dropped from hight) left plywheel ring has a big damage...

                        Now i left my car to a local MECHANIC...he oped everything in a hour his garage is also highly equipped...and he showed me live what mistakes they have done to get frequent service...

                        Intentionally they dammaged few things to get frequent service...viper motor is a local motor which is gone again...

                        gear plate hammered when they fixed...They dont know even how to void they card payment that i paid...

                        i salute Mahindra in VST velacherry and Zulaikha Kizhkatalai...

                        BUT I SPIT TVS GERUGAMPKAM...Please cancel with TVS i Beg Mahindra...

                          On 11 Jan 17, I went for a dinner with my family, after dinner when I started the car I realised that the steering wasn’t moving at all. I contacted a local Mechanic and he suggested me to contact Company’s service centre.

                          It was already 10:30 at night, I Called Mahindra service station at[protected] and explained my problem. They redirected me to Mahindra representative Akhtar Ali (Phone no. [protected]). He was pretty abrupt and blunt with his statement that the Crane is not available.

                          Now it was already 11:30 on that Foggy night and I was on the road with My Family, with no option left, I contacted some local Towing service and they towed my Car to Wazirpur – Indraprastha automobiles.

                          Next day i.e. 12Jan 17 I went to Wazirpur – Indraprastha automobiles, I met Attendant Gurpreet Singh and Explained entire situation to him, Out of no surprise with Mahindra’s Poor service he made me wait for 2 hours at the service station and assured me no charges as the car is under warranty (8866 KMS Driven).

                          They kept my car for 2 days and at the time delivery, they gave me a bill to pay.

                          Car no. DL8CAM9746. / 8866 KMS Driven.

                          This is not the first time I am facing such problems with Mahindra, within the span of 8866 KMS I have faced 3-4 Major Problems and every time I am the one who suffers.

                          No wonder Mahindra is a good company, but my only question to you is “why do you provide pathetic customer service when you know you have made a pathetic car?

                            Above are the details of my car, it is very disheartening to observe
                            the cold n very unprofessional behavior shown by mahinder customer
                            care, dealer at bareilly and road assistance team .

                            i was driving from delhi to bareilly with my wife, all of a sudden
                            rear left hand side quarter glass shear off with no proof of any stone
                            pelting or any incident/accident.

                            Same was immediately conveyed to customer care, road assistance team, they had shown no remorse and ask me to drive the vehicle to near by
                            showroom and get it replaced.

                            whole incident is narrated to your customer care and strong complaint
                            was raised for same.

                            My wife is in deep trauma and refuses to sit in the vehicle as the
                            glass had sheared off when no incident/accident and she is right also, god has saved our life that day .

                            Since the vehicle is new only and this can happen again also,
                            mahindra showroom at bareilly has shown very cold response when
                            vehicle was taken to them and made no effort to repair same because of
                            which i have to return to delhi with broken glass in this chilly
                            weather which in turn raise our medical expenses also.

                            i had to get that glass replaced by a road side shop as it was of very
                            emergent in nature .

                            the type of response shown by everyone in the above is very pathetic
                            and highly unprofessional. this show the unethical way of dealing with
                            life of customer.

                            i need proper and immediate assistance on this issue as my wife is in
                            trauma after this incident.

                            Please revert back in stipulated time and with proper reply .

                              I purchased an XUV 500 Mahindra HR51BE1118 from Prime Automobile Pvt. Ltd. around one and half years back. Car has been driven 20, 000 km in total. Break Drum was damaged in 15, 000 km. Then it was replaced. Clutch Plate and Break Pad was damaged and it was changed for Rs.32, 000. But still Clutch Plate and Break Pad is not working. This Car's Doors and Trunk has got rusted. Paint has come out.
                              Give us the solution for this. It's only been 1.5 years and I have spent so much and not got any satisfaction. Tell us how much more I should spend. Kindly give me a permanent solution for this.

                                I am Pankaj Khaneja from 1099/22, Mansrover Colony, Rohtak I purchase a Mahindra Quaanto from Lohchab Motors, Rohtak I regularly done Service from Company Service Station. First time some tools (Panna & Jack Single Rod) miss from my car. I complaint for this but no one listen me., In second service some one break front AC Vent ON/OFF Button. I complaint for this they blame on me i break it. But this time too much happen with me, I give my car for service on 28th Dec. 2016. After that I go for Behl (Bhiwani) after 170 KM its show CHECK signal but after some time its disappear. I feel some low pickup. After another day I go for Gurgaon again i feel low pickup. I again go at Service Station on 2nd January 2017 for checkup, they check/Scan every think by Laptop and drive. They say after heating clutch plates miss the pickup. Every thing is OK. After one day i go for Jaipur in between CHECK signal appear on Dashboard I stop my car for half an hour. After that this signal disappear but when I reach Jaipur its again appear continuously. I Park my car in Hotel Basement after 2-3 Hours. I have go some where but my Car loss pickup its not able to pull it out from basement. Its totally dump. I contact a mechanical from nearby, I say about clutch plate as your service station Engineering say me. He change Original Clutch plate. He charge me Rs. 6200/- But After that problem not solve. He change many sensors and wires but problem not Solve I loss three days in this. But a Head Mechanic Shut down a pipe, after that its get pickup. Its totally mistake in Service time which made by Your Service Engineers on 28th December 2016 they Charge me approx 10000/- for Special service after 42000 KM. Please give me favor for it.

                                  I have purchased the mahindra middle class segment car KUV100 K6+ in petrol variant. Company claims its average as 18KM/L but it is not more than 11 KM/L if drive without AC and if AC is on its average is just Rs 8km/L.

                                  I have complaint it several times to the Mahindra they also called it for updation but problem remains the same. Being a car for middle class segment this bad mileage is seriously not affordable.
                                  Very bad release of Team.

                                  Automatic race and chake engin.
                                  A lot of problem.

                                    Dear Sir

                                    By this forum I wish to draw once again regarding to the quality issue of your Service Center A.Auto movers Pvt.Ltd.Lucknow.
                                    I have left my vehicle no. UP32GY6615 at your Chinhat service centre on[protected] vide repair order no. RO17D001741. it was told me that vehicle will be delivered on[protected] at 03.26.PM.
                                    Till now that after passing of 20 days vehicle has not been serviced by stating that parts are not available.
                                    This is not a first time every time i am facing same problem but no body is ready to lisen.
                                    Right from the First day I have informed about to the mileage which is not more than 12.5 KM/ltr. but till date no improvement after 3-4 visit at the same Service Center., the vehicle was purchased on[protected].

                                    Kindly let me know from the authority that they are able to resolve the problem as per your commitment or I have to move for a legal.

                                      I bought new mahindra xuv500 r fwd w10 & today was first free service i put on service center but there was no any deep service, oil sheet changed but old oil was spread in car no washed no clean in first service, i told him seat was loose please done that but till now it was not loose, engine was not washed proper only cleaned by cloth, i nothing found like totally wash my car even i wash better than him...

                                      Great cars. I bought Toyota car and also purchased several spare parts to it (mostly on https://boodmo.com ). I want to add, when you buy toyota it is forever and you won't buy any other brand.
