Inproper behaviour of staff of service center malappuram.classic motors malappuram. Very irritating sevice by the staff i give the bike for tje service on 10/10/16 on sunday. Iam not here for last 10 days. No phone calla from the dealer had made me yet. When i go to the dealer they told me that yhe mechanic not come yet for one week, what i for to get my bike in good condition

    I had given my car for serving and had seek help of the relation ship manager who was assigned to me by company for guiding my family. But this manager was not at all co-operating but was misbehaving with my family in my absence. Secondly, i am also doubting the way he has handle the servicing of my car and has falsified the bill. I request a competent authority to look in to this matter

      मैने महिंद्रा की गाड़ी dec 2013 quantoc8 ली थी
      जिसका cluch काम नहीँ करता अनेकों बार काम करवाने के बाद भी हालत वही है गाड़ी मात्र 55000 km चली है 11_10_2016 से ये गाड़ी mahindra के work shop auto world sitapura में खड़ी है सरे parts बदलने के बाद भी गाड़ी की हालत वही है आज 19_10_16 तक भी गाड़ी सही नहीँ हो पायी हगाड़ीकी ये हालत 2014 से ही है जिसकी शिकायत cusatmar care no par भी 2015 march में की गई थी

        Hi, this is Phanendra Senapathi from Visakhapatnam.
        I'm your coustmer I own Mahindra Xuv w6 since 2015 August I've been serviced by you around 80k kms Nd spent around 3.5 Lakhs I'm not not satisfied wid your service. Service centres in Vizag not at all satisfactory they are charging too much bucks! I can explaine, I bought my vehicle in 2015august Nd I faced problem wid front stud wid in 2 weeks they dint even gave warranty I've been charged for dat but wen bought vehicle dat turbo noise was coming wen I asked to them they are just saying its sounds same but coming to 50k service they are saying your turbo is in problem i complained about it same wen I bought Nd I've been serviced all the da services, repairs in show room itself but they dint even feed da data in da system Nd now they are quetioning me dat I was not regular during my service periods they are refusing to replace trough warranty, I also faced gear box problem at 70k kms they dint give me da warranty for da gear box. I paid 75k for gear box ! We all own atleast 11 ( Xuv ) Mahindra vehicles ! We are not at all statisfied wid your service! Nd show room keep on calling us for service rating Nd ask to give good rating I don't get wat is going on in servicing pattern.

          Sir,
          I, with most regret to buy this car, intimate you the following remorseful facts for your perusal and immediate redressal:-
          1. I purchased one orange KUV 100 K-6 REG NO.DL 8C AN 7611 FROM YOUR AFORECITED showroom in July 2016.
          2. The car started giving various troubles from the day it was purchased like:-
          a. It gave serious noise from its front suspensions all the time when brakes were applied.
          b. In R.H.S. two doors, water was accumulated and spilt over when the doors were opened.
          c. Its A/c fan always gave irritable noise all the time.
          d. The music system always gave wrong information due to which we got stuck in a mess many times.
          f. The average of the car is 8-9 KML against the claim of the company for 18-20 KMPL. The car runs at the cost of BMW whereas the customer like me chose your car for fuel efficiency and many other minor and major faults which gives rise to my conclusion that this car is a junk and company should stop manufacturing it.
          3. I had booked MARUTI BALENO before buying your car. But when i visited your showroom, Mr. Sumit, sales person fraudulently convinced me to cancel MARUTI BALENO and buy KUV 100 instead. I got mesmerised by his fraudulent commitments and mischievous promises and bought your car instead and got MARUTI BALENO cancelled.
          4. I made first complaint in your Wazirpur service station on 08/10/2016 and sent the car to your Wazirpur service station on 08/10/2016 for repairs of all the defects. Mr. Gurpreet service advisor had attended my car. I was promised to get back car the same day after repairs.
          But the car was returned to me on 09/10/2016 stating that all the defects have been fixed and now the car was quite O.K.
          But when i took the test of the car, to my utter surprise, the car was having all the defects and nothing was done by your service station except washing.
          5. After 09/10/2016 i made many complaints in your service station where M/S Neha, Kakoli and others totally misbehaved with me and used to disconnect my phone most often and they were not in their seats to pick up phone calls and I kept ringing with no reply.

          6. I again sent the car to your service station through Mr. Manoj on 16/10/2016 asking to fix all the defects in the car.
          Sir, now comes the turning point in this sordid tale. Now, Mr. Vineet, service advisor was given my car on 16/10/2016.
          On being asked many times Mr. Vineet told me that my car is ready for delivery by 2 PM on 17/10/2016 for which i got SMS also.
          Mr. Manoj told me on 17.10.16 at 5 pm that he is coming to deliver the car to me. but, Mr. Manoj did not come up to 6.30 pm. Then I rang Mr. Vineet who told me that he again checked the car and found that AC air has started leaking towards foot side of the driver which needs more repairs and hence the car cannot be delivered to you on 17.10.16.
          Mr.Vineet told me that he is unable the understand the defects and he is trying his best and further told that the AC filter has choked and hence noise in the AC whereas, my car has done only 1000 kms only.
          My car is still lying in your service station and I am left stranded without car for the last 3 days.

          PRAYER/RELIEFS SOUGHT

          1. Now sir I pray the following redressal at your end immediately or else I will be left with no other choice except to knock the doors of consumer court and I will file a suit for mental harassment, selling defective cars of Mahindra & Mahindra and duping innocent customers of their hard earned money and for making fraudulent commitments.
          2. You have totally spoiled the virginity and originality of my car as its all vital parts like dashboard, suspensions, doors, and AC have been dismantled/opened up several times and still the defects are prevailing as such.
          3. I will not accept this defective and faulty car anymore as I feel totally deceived of my hard earned money.
          4. Either you compensate me by giving another brand new car (as I do not trust KUV100 anymore) or else I am going to file a suit for compensation of Rs 50 lacs for giving me mental harassment and for selling a defective car fraudulently to me and for making fraudulent commitments and cheating innocent customers like me.
          In the first instance I have brought all these grievances to your notice. I request you to either you redress my grievances as per my prayer reliefs or else I will seek legal recourse very shortly.

            Yes, I felt Mahindra bolero is NO.1 SUV.but for me - I can't merely say NO.1.reason my bolero runs still 5000km.after servicing my bolero started facing Engine Signal with engine issues.I have been thrice went to rectify my engine issue to Mahindra Dealer.but till today remain the same.

            # still waiting to rectify as soon as possible # if fail again...bye bye Mahindra bolero...

              on october 6th i have an issue in wheel drum and gave it to service center on 6th evening and they told it takes 2days for service but from notyet this didnot slove the issue .and they told we can't find the problem .even they are not giving proper explanition .they didn't tell at which date they delever my car

                  Warm greetings. I wish to inform you that I own Mahindra Cars since from 2001. We don’t have any trouble with your previous cars. But now we purchased a new car Mahindra XUV 500 Auto from SKS Automobiles, Salem in the month of March 2016. We are having more complaints in this car and with the showroom.

                  First complaint is,
                  Front Engine Bonnet dislocated and engine sounds more when compared to our previous vehicle (Scorpio CRD, Scorpio Micro Hybrid & XUV 500 Manual)

                  Second one is,
                  Right side front door, mid door dislocated. This makes much noise inside the cabin when the vehicle is in moving position.

                  Regarding this I informed two times the same complaint in SKS Mahindra Salem Showroom. But they didn’t attend my complaint and only oral adjustment is done. I am not satisfied with the service in SKS Mahindra Salem showroom. My car details as follows.

                    I have gone to An any Cars, HUlimavu, Bangalore service centre for service if my Vehicle THar KA51 MB 6712 with pre appoint scheduled on 16.10.2016 but was told my service request is not reflected fir the day and was denied the service.

                    The unprofessional attitude and harassment meted out to me forcing me not to get my vehicle service by An any Cars Bangalore and would also recommend all my contacts not buy any Machines products in the near future

                        I have bought TUV 300 T8 last Thursday (5th august 2016) but from the very first the customer service is worst amd response is unprofessional.
                        1.The delivery delayed for a day where no response which did not help us to get our fancy number.
                        2.They told they will provide the floor matt, seat cover, bumper the very next day after delivey but later they told stock is not available and asked a week permission.
                        Now its more than a week.
                        3.within 4 days after the delivery we faced a issue with the ac in the car, the lights in the steering mounted audio control stopped working, horn did not working from today.
                        4.Took the car to the service centre the spare is not available they say.

                        Note: TUV 300 is a fast selling car and indian make thought everything will be good and spares will be available but the floor matt is not available, the seat cover is not available, the bumpers not available, the sapres for horn, steering light not available.
                        Damn waste of time is this what your product is ? 11 lakh product but no proper response but too much of things like apps mahindra support waste of time. Do what actually customer needs.

                        *I dont trust even this complaint hell no other option.

                          My earlier complaint filed in Sep'16 wrt poor mileage issues (in my K4 petrol version) is not solved. I am getting 6~7 kms/ltr against 18.6 stated by the company.. Mahindra company service personnel took me in a express highway called 'NICE" road and showed some improved mileage which is not the ideal situation where we have to commute in harsh traffic conditions. Atlest a drop of 10% from the stated 18.6 Kms/ltr is OK but not this 6~7 kms/ltr. Worst thing is Mahindra & Mahindra don't bother to check with the customer regarding feedback. Disgusted with the poor support received.

                          My new car purchased in aug 2016 is giving huge mileage problem. It is giving 6 kms per ltr agst the promised 18 kms/ltr for a petrol car.

                          I am very dissappointed with the decision i took to replace my maruti swift car with this kuv

                          Can mahindra address this and sort out please.

                              We have purchases kuv 100 (mh04-hf-7912) from g3 motors kandivali west at the time dealer told us this vehicle millage in 25 k. m. per litter but since last 2 services i have already complaint about low millage but every time your dealer says we will check and resolved and nothing is resolved by them,, in city my vehicle average is 12 km per litter and on highway it is 16 km pr litter, so i am loosing more money on vehicle running, if you will not resolved with in this week, than i have to take legal action for misleading of customer, and i will claim my losses to the company,

                                Dear sir,
                                I purchased KUV 100 K8 on 4th May 2016 and from the same day I am facing mileage issues.
                                The sales man and brochure claims the mileage to be 13-14 on city and 15-16 on highway but what I am getting is 6 kmpl./
                                When complained about the same I was informed that i need to travel 3000km then the first service will be done and there is some manufacturing defect in petrol model that will be rectified too and after that all will be fineand I will get mileage upto 13-14kmpl. But when I received my car back the mileage just increased from 6 to 8kmpl which is very disgusting. We are from middle class family and spending so much on fuel prices is not possible for us. When complained to the service center, the executive said to come again on Monday and he will rectify it.
                                I am totally disappointed by the car they provided and after sales service they are giving. Please rectify this issue at the earliest or I have to contact consumer forum and lodge a complain against m&m.

                                  On 27 th September i booked a k4 diesel car from durgapur showroom with a condition to provide me the car within 5 th October as it will be engaged at a psu for commercial purposes and the concern sales person namely Anirudh agreed but till date they can't deliver the car . Continueing giving excuses about the delivery . I hardly complaining against the salesman to shake him immediately and deliver my car within 24 hrs

                                    Problem of missing showing fault on the display for which we contacted lohchab motor mahindra agency at rohtak. Where rs 1228 were charged for laptop.

                                    It is not a fraud with customer.
                                    It was due manufacturing defect for which we to pay money and have to suffer..

                                      Hello Sir

                                      I own a Mahindra XUV 500 vehicle, which I purchased in 2013 and the number is MH-12-KE-1709.
                                      During the servicing at G3 MOTORS in Malad in the month of August, , I was told that the Clutch has a problem and the vehicle remained with service center for 3 days, , however the problem was not solved and my vehicle failed to work, the vehicle was to be sent two times more in the month of August with approximate bill of 35000 Rs. Also the vehicle remained in garage for approx. 10 days in the service center. I was expecting the quality work and permanent solution to the problem, given that the vehicle went to garage so many times and for so many days.
                                      However after around 40 days, yesterday my vehicle again broke down in Dadar and I have to get the vehicle toed to your Sewri service center. The vehicle was not moving and lot of race has to be given to move it, , that too at a very slow pace. This is again reflecting the same old clutch and gear problem.
                                      My vehicle is only 3 years old, , has run for 45000 odd km, , and even the loan has not been fully paid, , I find the vehicle quite unsafe as it can break down any time anywhere
                                      My humble request is that,
                                      1. please ask the experienced technician to attend the problem, who can find out the root cause of the problem and solve it, ,
                                      2. Please also let me know, , if the problem can at all be solved, , if the problem cannot be solved and vehicle is not fit to be used any more, , I request you to please let me know,

                                        We have purchased nuvosport amt modal in april 2016, we had an accident on sept 9, 2016, near saputara, gujrat. It was a massive hit by a multi axcel container, still the air bags did not opened, we were lucky to be alive, but if air bags would had opened, we would have felt more safe. So i request the whole mahindra team to take a close look on that problem, as many people are willing to buy nuvosport. Even we have suggested many of our contacts. Our vehicle is still in the mahindra workshop, in nashik. Please do take of all the systems of the new vehicles you are introducing to people. We expect all the support and care from whole mahindra team... Regards mrs smita
