      Car no. Dl 12ck 3259. Dear sir, i had bought mahindra tuv 300 (T4+). A week ago at 09/08/2016. The day of delivery when they handovered me the car the car was heating and i said to mr. Amir (Car advisor) but he said that diesel engine cars get heated ownly. After 2hours i called him at phone but he said the same. After the sunday of that weak we take it to that synergy cars. He setuped a appointement at their service centre., then they said that the engine has got cieze and it would take about 4 days or more. Because the engine will be moved out and then it will be repaired. So sir if new cars will require repairtion in 5-6days then what? Sir i want to claim through you that please take an action and say the synergy cars to deliver me new car of same modulation. The cars deler name

        Thanks for responding my complain.
        Person came from president motors, updated AMT software. He said it will work. I hope it will work.
        But he has gifted me a scrach on vehicle It is on driverside near rear light of vehicle. He take away vehicle for atleast 15 minutes for test drive.

          I bought a kuv k6 from zuliakha motors, vela cherished 2 weeks back. Engine no rbgzf31048 and chassis no ma1va2rbcg6f94290. I have square patch on my left side rear bumper around 12 by 12 inch. Looks as if they crashed the car some where when took for registration or had happened during transit. Wat annoying is they didn't even give me a penny discount and i have to bare da damage on my new vehicle. I am seriously thinking about taking this to the consumer court as the dealer doesn't even bother
          Replying to my calls. Once they get the
          Money they don't give a thing about the customers. I hope making complain to
          You guys will help in some ways and not
          Like zulekha motors. Thank you.

            I purchased mahindra verito vibe d4 in january 2016. I purchased a yellow board vehicle and one of the main reason to purchase this was mileage.
            But i have been observing that the mileage within the city does not cross 13.
            Being a diesel vehicle, its expected to be at least 16 in city.

            When i complained about this in my first free servicing in bangalore, i was told that it will improve after 2nd servicing. But unfortunately after replacing the air filters and oil change etc. It still remains at 11.

            What could be wrong? What shod i do to improve the mileage?

              This is very sad moment for me that i have write after all to mahindra officials for his representative very bad service to the customer.
              I vineet kumar belongs from shamli u. P. From a farmer family, and committed on my own business with a staff 0f 25 person. I am a precious customer of mahindra tractor and mahindra bolero.
              I vineet kumar purchase a mahindra scorpio on the name of my brother mr. Priywart and change our car brand from hyundai to mahindra. This deal was done on 17.06.2016 with mr. Virender ([protected]/[protected]) sales person at a to z automobiles muzaffarnagar, and car paper (Temporary and bills) was owned on 21.06.2016. Papers are attached. Mr. Virender was request to us that company (A to z distribution point) employees give the service to complete the registration formalities, and handed over the rc to you with in a month. I request to mr. Virender that i need a demanding no. I. E. 7777 in any series, if you are not able to manage the same no. Then we will do our formalities by own to book the same no. Mr. Virender give us faith that the same no. I will provide you from baraut rto office. After one day mr. Virender demanding for rs. 16000/- for the slip of 7777 series no. Same day i will handed over rs.16000/- to him for the same. Next day he confirm to mr. Priywart that your no. Up 17 l 7777 is booked now & you can tag your number plate on the vehicle for the same no.
              On his word we were designed a number plate o[censored]p 17 l 7777, in this duration mr. Virender demanding of registration charges i. E. 10% of the ex. Showroom price, we excuse on that for 7.5% of ex. Showroom price which is legal. He promises that he can provide all the slips of x amount which i paid on registration process. After that on 7.7.2016 we handed over rs. 97000/- to mr. Virender representative at baraut, which came specially to receive the amount from meerut to baraut. And rs/- 25000/- which is extra paid by us on the time of purchasing the car reimburse from agency by his own (Mr. Virender). The total amount (97000+25000+16000)= 138000/- paid to mr. Virender by my own for the registration formalities, and this guy used this money on his personal use.
              Mr. Virender was not clear about the actual position of registration and missguide us on every step. We regularly followup to mr. Virender till today, but we not received any positive response till today. My car is running 11000 km on last 56 days, means on average 196 km per day. Dear officials can you imagine the problem which we were faced from last one month due to a non-registered vehicle running on the road. Several times we faced the traffic police and paid penalties. If any miss-happening / accident get placed in this situation, who will the responsible for all. Can company officials/ representative gives his hand for our support or give us the claim for any kind of penalties.
              Today morning mr. Virender told me that your no. 7777 is not booked, if you want another no. Then i will help you otherwise you can take return your papers and money, i was socked to listen all of this. A guy misguides us from last 45 days and i am running on the road by my own risk and cost. How disgusting is this. These kinds of representative degrade mahindra’s fame and name. I am a customer of mahindra not a virender. I need justice on that.
              I need a support from you/ officials that take it seriously and on priority, that do the needful for my papers/rc of the car earliest. Book my no. 7777 as per commitment of mr. Virender, your representative. Or return my money / police penalties and mentally harassment charges with interest. Otherwise i will knock the consumer court door.
              And till now onwards all the road penalties, claims will be paid by company or company representatives.

                In the month of july i bought a tuv 300 t8. On 14th august my vehicle's rear glass broke into pieces by itself. I am attaching some pictures.

                And i want to know whether the company is going to replace the glass? When the glass broke it made a sound like firecracker. I suppose it is a manufacturing defect and the company will replace it free of cost at the earliest.

                  We have purchased bolero sle on[protected] and last month only completed free servicings. In the month of june 2016 the silencer pipe detached from engine. I have asked the showroom people to replace but they did welding instead of replacing. The same issue was raised yesterday. The vehicle is using by Central Powergrid people. So kindly replace soon.

                      Sir,

                      I own Rexton RX7. The air conditioner of my car was giving abnormal sound. When the car was given for service the service supervisor was duly informed for this problem. When the delivery of car was taken, the reason for the problem was informed that dry leaves were there. The problem came in two days time itself. Again the said workshop was notified, on the assigned day neither car was picked nor any call was received for any regret. A call was received from Sector 64 workshop about the extended warranty, the position was apprised to said person then only a call was received from that service centre. The car was picked another complaint of sound from the door was reported to the service supervisor. This time car was returned without repairing the defects, car was having stains of grease and driving side door couldn't be opened from inside. Again supervisor did not feel it necessary to call me rather on my call I was told the part is not available and the car would be picked up again for the necessary repairs.

                        I have been facing problems with my vehicle since the day 1 of purchase. Already the clutch plate has been replaced by your company. I have been filing complaint with your toll free since 14th august and have received no assistance till now. I am feeling cheated by purchasing a mahindra vehicle. I was stuck in the middle of the road on my vacation to kasauli, himachal pradesh and despite repeated requests, no assistance was provided to me. I am feeling very helpless. Now also as i am calling the mahindra service centre, they are just trying to befool me and are saying please give us some more time. It seems they have used all sub standard material in their cars amd it is just a waste of money to spend on a mahindra vehicle. Please provide a solution to my problrm.

                          I own above stated vehicle, registration no: gj-05-jp-4651.
                          On[protected], saturday it stoped on the centre of road full of traffic. On screen it show only neutral. I tried to start vehicle by changing gear, but failed. For 05 minutes i was literally feel helpless. Then i move key to off the engine and started vehicle once again. Fortunately it was ok.
                          Before same happens in reverse gear for atleast 05 times. I already complained at local dealer president motors, surat.
                          Please provide solution so that once again i may not stuck in traffic.

                            I hve a complaint against kerala mahindra dealers which name is eram motors... I gve my car for solving one complaint... I paid 4500rs... But i got the same complaint again... So i gve my car in another showroom.. N again i paid 4500rs again... But still i have the same complaint.. N ur service executives r very lazzy n poor for diagonosing the real problms... N we couldnt get gud responds from ur executives we couldnt get them in phones... So i lost 9000 rs for my car maintaines n still i hve the same complaint... Kindly solve my problms n gve instructions to ur all staffs n executives for giving gud services... Thank you...

                              We took tuv 300 t8 by jan and facing problems since then... 1st turbo ooze leakage and then it was replaced then we installed rear bumper in kodai cars later everytime the car starts the bumper clashes silencer creating heavy sound wen left to service they said they corrected it but it only lasts for only 2hrs and later same problem then at the third service they said they wil give a seperation betweeen e them which ended up resulting in heavy smoke from silencer wen examined they kept a plastic board as seperation and as silencer gt heated it created smoke later they did smethng else but still problem continues... After 2 days of 3rd service power steering oil got decreasing and wen examined oil box was perforated and damaged wen i called them they dint respond and its been 20days still i didnt get any response... Worst service by kodai mahindra cars tirunelveli...

                                  We first inform in govadi office about our vehicle problem. From govandi office they send mr. Rajendra technicle person. He checked the vehicle and inform us that vehicle has some error. He has to check that vehicle in workshop. He told us to call towing person to tow the vehicle up to workshop.

                                  So this is not our company's decision to send the vehicle (By towing) to workshop.
                                  I am not pay to towing payment.
                                  Please look into the matter.

                                  I purchased kuv 100 2 months ago and now its drum was bended 4 times even though it is in young suv catagory and the problems on braking system cannot be rectified by the service

                                      I am the owner of the above said vehicle and between 13th June to 16th June at least 3 calls has been received by my driver from your Lakhimpur office that how the vehicle is after servicing and my driver replied that i have not get my vehicle serviced hence the question is of no use.
                                      That on 11.08.2016 when my driver visited to your service center at Faizabad Road Lucknow near gazipur police station the service has not done by your authorized service centre and it has been informed that R.O.is showing 76142/ k.m.and your vehicle was serviced at 76000/ on 11.06.2016 against the facts that last servicing of my vehicle was done at 30, 000 k.m. and todays running kilometer shows 36000 k.m KINDLY CHECK THE ENTIRE ISSUE AS WELL AS THE NO OF THE ABOVE SERVICED VEHICLE ON 11.06.2016 .

                                        That time low pickup.. I went kodai service center nagercoil.. They clear error but repeatly same problm for last two years. Kindly refer your technicians slove my problem. I trust mahindra but l don't like my vehicle Tn74AE 7128
