TUV 300 CAR Rain Water leakage to the floor of Driver Seat.

Rain water is getting inside my car since last few years. When it rains, water gets on the floor of the drivers seat of my vehicle.
If it rain the entire floor mat of the driver seat flooded.Showed Mahindras service centers many times but not resolved yet. Wind glass was refixed at the service center this past week at a cost of Rs 4000, but still the problem exist.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I am writing this as a very dis appointed customer of Mahindra & Mahindra. I have owned a XUV 5OO almost 4 years on completion but out of 4 years i am experiencing Water Leakages through Sun Roof from 3rd Year & 4th Year during Rainy Season.

    In this scenario i had to rush to Service Center for its Maintenance Part, last year i had to keep XUV in Service Center for resolution for almost 4 to 5 days.

    My Question Or Complain to M&M is as mentioned below:

    I am having 5 years of warranty period so the service towards Rain water Leakages is absolutely free during this period but what happen after 5 years for period who is going to bear the cost of repairs of Water Leakages post 5 Years of warranty period ???

    This issue is still open & i want a resolution & also a answer to my ? "Who is responsible to bear the repair cost post 5 Years" is it M&M or Self ?

      I orderd the eletric vechicle 1 month before for which i have payed the entire amount by loan on the asked date. i was promised to get the delivery on dates and it was keeping on changing and when i tried to contact them they never answered the phone. i had to waste my time and money to get in touch with them. after continuous followup my vehicle was delivered yesterday without any service books and related papers. how unprofessional is this. as a consumer i was not given a proper explanation to this matter. i took a loan for getting the vehicle and the payment of first emi is due on 2nd of july. this is not acceptable. even after the delayed delivery i am not given all the details or related papers of my vehicle. This need to be corrected and no other consumer must experience this type of service

        Hi Team,

        Hope you are doing well.

        This concern is regarding bolero pikup 4*4 4WDS purchased from Snow View pvt. limited solan.

        From day one we have cleared our requirement that we need a vehicle to make a Recovery Van (crane) to start our small business, but as we went for the approval with RTO to modify it, he said that this vehicle can't be modified as per the Government rules.

        We got to know from sales person that he was also not aware this changed rule, as a sales person it's his responsibility to show us the vehicle which suits our requirement, but due to his negligence or due to his lack\not updated knowledge of his field, he showed us (Bolero pikup 4*4 4WDS) and we bought it which has cost us our time, money and efforts.

        We are already delayed for 1 month 1 one and have started paying the loan installment, we can’t use this vehicle either in personal use due to commercial number or the commercial use as it can’t be modified to make a crane.

            Vehicle not delivered in 1year after Booking

            It's very unfortunate to bring into your kind notice that I have booked Thar LXD MT 4WD HT B6 on 16th Aug 2021 with Unnati Motors, (MIDC, Yavatmal, Maharashtra) and was assured that the delivery of the vehicle will be on or before 12th Mar 2022 (Same mentioned in the booking receipt). However, now it's 28th June 2022 but till now there is no update on delivery.

              I have purchased an XUV 300 from United Automobiles a month back. Just 2 days back I was out to the local market and while my car was parked with my mother and dog sitting inside and I got down for picking up some fruits. All of a sudden, boom the back passenger window glass blew and shattered inside. My mom froze and got scared. There was no collision. I took pictures and shared on the dealers service group. I was asked to bring my car to the service station and was repaired in one day. However, I raised this point with them that is a major quality issue and I was also told my one of their employees (will choose not to name him/her) that he/she has seen the windscreen blowing up of a brand new XUV 700 before it was delivered and that the company repaired it and the customer obviously had no idea about it. Upon me asking why it happened and the reply was due to heat.
              When I raised this point of this being a quality issue, the GM o[censored]nited very casually tells me this is a normal phenomenon and can happen in any car 😳😳 the gentlemen argued with me and refused to agree that this is not supposed to happen. In 45 years, my family has owned from an Ambassador to maruti 800 to SX4 to I 10 but I have never seen or heard something like this. I would like to mention this on their page and will definitely not stop her and escalate this as I am scared knowing that even the windscreen can blow up while I am driving on the highway and it is going to be "just a natural accident" for United.

                  I Imran Rashid one of your customer of your car Mahindra xuv 300 W4 petrol purchased in the month of feb 2022 at your Srinagar jk outlet Your company claims of 17km/l of millage After comparing and satisfie with the millage then I go with this car but after purchasing my Car give only 10.6 km/l of millage this is totally breach of trust and totaly given me wrong featured information regards this car during purchase I also submit that I am working with govt Department (Govt employee) daily travel of 50 km.                     Dear Team,

                    Kindly clarify the date on which my CAR would be delivered.

                    With a very sad feeling I want to bring to your notice that despite being given a delivery date of 26th June, 2022 for the booking of my XUV 700.

                    Below are the details of the booking and the screenshot of the dates.

                    With just 2 days to go for the delivery the dealership says they do not have any clarity, the Mahindra executive is repeatedly saying the dealership would inform you.

                    Neither the dealership nor Mahindra is taking ownership of the delivery. Let me know who would take the ownership.

                    This date was given to me in April-May 2022, considering the same I sold my old vehicle keeping in mind the dates on which the XUV700 would be delivered to me.

                    It is a lot of inconvenience with no vehicle at home and still no update when will I receive the car,

                      Mahindra Bolero pickup(H38AC7247) got accident and I brought to workshop(Mahindra Prime Automobiles faridabad) on 15 June although got the approval from insurance but still work is not started also they asked me to deposit the 15000 in advance even that they have not started the work now on 23 june they called me to come to remove the body so that we can start the work. It's disgusting how can we remove that body or if they can't even remove that or not told us earlier.

                      They are just charging parking and charging us high unnecessary. Please

                        I have booked ax7 L AT D on 18th OCT 21 and the amount paid on the same date but the OFT number was generated on 26th OCT 21 .and the dealer says that he could do nothing for that. lot of mails return to MM but they are saying that it could do nothing for the mistake done by dealership.
                        so is this what MM gives a reply to the customer?
                        next thing if by any chance the car breakdown then also will you say that we are not responsible for plant mistake?

                              I Purchased a Mahindra Thar LX DMT 4WD 4S HT NAP BLK Having Chassis No. MA1UJ4YC2L2K41214 Engine No. YCL4K36437 Bearing Registration No. OD02BP3300 From Mahindra Aditya Moters, NH5, Bamphakuda, Phulnakhara, Cuttack, Odisha – 754001 on 13 Nov 2020. The said Vehicle was having Manufacturing defect and whenever there was rain, water drops from the front sunvisor from the driver side.
                              I detected the problem in april 2021 and brought It to Notice to the Service Dealer, but the Problem was not Rectified. Then again I Visited to the Service for more than 2-3 Times In the Year 2021 but the problem was not resolved. In the Year 2022 On 10th January I again visited the service station with same complain, they took the Vehicle For more than 7 Days and tried resolving the problem but the problem was not solved, then I got a call from mahindra service advisor, and they promised me to get the Vehicle for one last time and they will completely change the hard top which will resolve the problem.
                              On 22 May 2022, I Took the Vehicle to aditya mahindra With Same Problem, They took the vehicle for about 14 Days, And On Dt. 6th June 2022 Called Me told that they resolved the Problem but not changed The Hard Top.
                              I Have taken the Vehicle from there and after 2 Days there was air blast inside the Vehicle from the front driver side sunvisor and On that night there was heavy rain and water droped From The Sunvisor And Within A Few Minutes It Became A Pool Of Water Inside The Vehicle I Have Important Documents That And Electronic items inside the Vehicle for which I have suffered a heavy Loss. Due to this deficiency In Service on the part of Aditya Moters, I Have Suffered Tension And Harassment.
                              I Request mahindra to Change the Hard Top Of My Vehicle, And Compensate me for my Loss for Mental, Physical Tension And Harassment and do the need full.
