Dear Sir/madam,
My name is Rajinder Singh from Gurdaspur, Punjab. Recently I travelled to Leh and Ladakh with one of friend on my new Mahindra XUV300 with Registered no -
(PB06AY2211 ) which I bought for 12 lakhs+ amount and is just 11-month-old with only 8500 km mileage so far.
On this trip my car showed up a warning sign called (Regen), I checked the booklet and find this in article no. 5.4 (Instrument cluster tell-tale), first point it says to drive car on 60km/hr for 20 – 30 minutes OR take it to the Mahindra authorised dealer. Please try to understand that maintaining the same speed in hilly areas is not physically possible for any driver. Second point it says that REGEN sign blinks which never happened on my car, but I still tried to find the dealer nearby but my bad luck that no Mahindra dealer was close by and the closest was 70km away and close to my hotel stay. Thank God I reached back to my hotel with my limping XUV300.
Next morning, I tried to start the car to drive to the Garage and couldn’t get it start.
I arranged RSA to tow vehicle and we finally reached the garage “Mentokling Motors, Near SBI, Chaglamsar, Leh-Ladakh) on 12th of September. Next two days I kept going to the Garage and the TECH guy made the mechanics open half the engine of my new car to find the problem, but the car couldn’t be started and I was told that the DPF system have failed and a part called DPF is needed to be changed. On third day I was told that the part is not in stock and has to be ordered and can take few days to reach so I can leave, and the company will contact me once it will be done. I was conveyed that this part is covered in the warranty, but the term & conditions apply (Now what are the terms, till date there is no clarity).
Today I received a call from the garage, and they said the vehicle is ready to collect and pay amount 76000/- . When we buy the vehicle company said your car is covered in 3 Yr warranty.if any defect and fault occur your car is covered in warranty.but now they are not covered my car in warranty .pls help me .
However, after giving you all this incident report I request you to cover the cost of repair in warranty as Already it was a monster amount to buy the new vehicle and it is not even a year old.

        TOTALLY FED-UP with Performance Milage

        I bought an other brand at the same time...still it's fine...

        I was a HDFC CAR LOAN AGENT during 2003 to 2007
        when SCARPIO LAUNCHED during 2004 if I'm right...I was so proud in recommended Mahindra products... even when I decided to take two wheeler for my son I took Mahindra Panther ...but I am disappointed

                Dear Sir,
                I am having Marazzo -2019 model (TN19-AL-4425). I given for 60000 Km service at India garage located at Poonamallee, chennai, Tamil Nadu. It was informed to me that Break disk was damaged and need to be replaced.

                I surprised that within 2 year how it could be, since I am only driving with normal speed (say 80 to 100Km fast) and road condition also good.
                When I asked for warranty replacement, they said Break disk not covers under warranty.

                I unable to track why such issue, is it quality issue or what?

                        I am owning a Mahindra KUV-100 bearing Registration No. MH-46-BA- 0479. On 22.08.2021, I came to know that the main pipe/tube of my vehicle which carried petrol from petrol tank to engine got leaked. I then visited to the authorized mahindra service centre named Salasar Mahindra Service Centre, located at Kolshet road, Dhokali, Thene (west). I have been communicated that the necessary part (bearing part No. 1001CAA15820N) is not readily available. The same would take two to three days. As my vehicle was not able to be taken, I left my vehicle to the service centre. On follow up, everyday I have been communicated that the same may arrive by tomorrow. And after five days i.e. today, I have been communicated that it was a back order and they are unable to say till when the required part will be available.
                        Its really disheartening that such a world famous company provides this kind of poor service to its customers. It seems that there is no value of other people's time. Is it justified at all that just for changing a small part, after 5 days a service centre says that they are not even aware that when they can get the part. How many days I am supposed to keep my vehicle standing at the service centre like this??
                        It is quiet obvious that how unavailability of a mode of transportation, may impact a day to day life in a place like Mumbai. I am working as an Income Tax Officer and It is simply making me difficult to attend my office daily. Who will be responsible for the inconvenience caused because of this?? How many more days I need to wait to get my car back?? Or finally I should visit consumer forum to get the answers and the service which is required to be done by the so called mahindra service centre.

                          I Subhash Yadav own Mahindra XUV300 Vehicle no. HR26EH1098 registered in Gurgaon, Haryana.

                          Mahindra have been my favourite car maker and this XUV300 is my 3rd Mahindra SUV and I have seen the standard of Mahindra services going down day by day specially in my city - Gurgaon, no doubt that Mahindra makes some of the amazing products but their services have become a real nightmare.

                          I've sent my XUV300, 3 times to TROB Auto India, Gurgaon-Haryana branch but they could not resolve the below major issue of my vehicle i have tried talking to the junior manager as we as senior manager but they are completely unprofessional people in this service centre.

                          My car suddenly stops transmission while driving from 30-80km/hr, the gear box of the car suddenly comes down to 1st gear from 6th gear while driving which results in losing total control over acceleration, clutch and ignition of the car. Due to this condition of my SUV I have been in a very dangerous situation while driving on highways and am very unhappy with the service and unprofessionalism from Mahindra.

                          Kindly advise what to do, because I have tried all means of complaints but i haven't got any result so far. My car has just become a show piece which i cant drive safely.

                          If I can't find a solution than my last resort will be a legal action.
                          I am also attesting the proof of last 3 services.

                              My vehicle no - OD-06-J-5577 is getting regular breakdown in a short span basis.
                              Almost 8 times it has been taken by RSA team to the service center. But there is no conclusion. In only 1.7years of my vehicle age I am facing the variety of problem.

                              Either the vehicle is defective or the service center is frauding with me. I want a serious action against my complaint. The service center name is SIDDHI LAXMI MOTORS, District - angul, State - odisha.

                              I want a complete check up of my vehicle. And today also the car is taken to the same service center. I told the RSA team to send my vehicle to my home town to BIKAS AUTOMOBILE. Dist- dhenkanal. But they are charging extra cost. I am completely fed-up about the service.

                              Please check and give me a fresh good vehicle. After complete check up. So that I will be pleased.

                                Being big brand and huge name in SUV market the product quality of XUV500W10 is very poor

                                I have preowned mentioned car recently but I have observed that lot off issue are there in car which is not acceptable at all

                                First of all Mahindra sold XUV 500 W10 as on Sep 2015 to first ownwer and vehicle registration happen in Dec 2021, Being second owner i am become fool by purchasing this car with trusting on Mahindra brand second issue this guys done servicing by entering wrong registration against vehilce chessi number this is big blundered happend at service centre

                                1 Sun roof not working properly

                                2 Water leakage from sunroof and some other areas

                                3 All functioned not working properly - reverse camera / Tyre status not showing correctly / Air conditioned fan getting off in between

                                4 All steel parts parts got junked ( Very surprising )

                                Expecting support for getting this issue resolve else I need to go social media

                                  No information given back regarding the Matter till now.

                                  We purchased the Car for marriage function purpose, if not use full for the date then its waste of money.
                                  if not received back after clearing the issue for the requirement on or before the date of 30th August, and file for a refund and Thinking of returning the vehicle back to Mahindra.

                                    Dear Customer Care Team

                                    This is regarding my most important family member my TUV 300 DL12 CM 3946,

                                    The same we took to home on 16/10/2017 as we all were happy to have our family SUV, then we started travelling and enjoying rides everyone appreciated we all were happy.

                                    But somehow, we are not happy with the services and overall product quality of the vehicle and start giving trouble sometimes diesel dripping from engine area, sometimes pick-up issue, low mileage, hard clutch etc problem occurs specially on hilly areas but those were fixed by the Koncept Mahindra engineers and things were working on.

                                    Now the big incident was happened on the dt.[protected], we were heading towards Rajasthan, after moving around 165 to 170 kms the day on the speed of 75 to 80 kmph, then an unusual noise came from the vehicle then I immediately stopped the vehicle on road side and checked nothing uncommon was found in the vehicle from outside then after 5/10 minutes I have tried to start the vehicle but nothing was happening the I called to RoadSide Assistance through the With You Hamesha Mahindra portal, they provided me with contact details of nearby Mahindra workshop (K S Motors (P) Ltd – Kotputli Rajasthan ), then I tow my vehicle to that location.

                                    Then they took 2 to 3 hours to check the vehicle and were not able to identify the problem, and told me we do not have the TUV engineer available now, after 2-3 day only they can diagnose the problem.

                                    After that I took my vehicle to Koncept Automobiles Pvt Ltd. A-40 Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate Mathura Road New Delhi 110044 on[protected], after many follow-ups and 2/3 visits they called me on 20th Aug-2021 as told me your vehicle engine got seized and waiting for the approval from Mahindra to open the same.

                                    Now till today[protected] the time I am writing this letter I have not got any information from the workshop.

                                    As I have spent 12 lakhs of Rupees and lost the piece of my mind is this kind of the product and after sale service, I am getting from the Mahindra a world-famous vehicle manufacturer of India.

                                    Please look into the matter and kindly help me or advise where I can go should I go to the Consumer Court or I do not have the options now.
