Yesterday I got call from dealer to collect the vehicle. On approaching the dear the vehicle is without music system and in duty conditions. I am being told to take the delivery and come after few days for music system installation. I told this fool dealer it is better to give the vehicle without tires. It seems mistake from my part by selecting Mahindra vehicle. It is requested to kindly see in to the matter seriously otherwise I will be forced to approach consumer court.

    I have some issue regarding my vehicle service (vehicle no-HP12K3126), which is done on 16th Aug 2021 by simla Automobiles ghumarwin hp. I need some clarification about my bill and availability of parts. My requirement of part is:-
    Break Disk Pad Front -1 Set
    Real Break Lather _1 Set
    Shocker Bush_
    Staring Bush-
    these parts are Not available, service charges and Material Charges(Material Changes During Service) are same, bill attached for your reference. 80, 000 Service labour Charges are 2336. is this your service for 80, 000 KM filters and oli change only? Actual KM 77379. Please clarify how much time will be taken for Filters and Oil change 4, 5 or 6 Hrs. We are working with you from so many years and we believe in you but this kind of service is not acceptable. Kindly Look in to this.

      Vehicle was given for service of 80, 262 km on 23/07/2021 showing check engine light and was returned after service on 29/7/2021.The engine again showed engine light after 2000km and there was missing .and fumes .The vehicle was toed down to Thekkemala service station on 13/08/2021 and they have not yet confirmed the complaint yet and vehicle is still not delivered till date.The Service is very poor and they are not aware of the services of this XUV vehicle whcih has run 80000 km .They r not in a position yet to detect the complaint.
      The mental agony caused to me being a senior citizen aged 67 years is

        While previously getting our XUV 500 repaired the mechanics of the service station attached a nut with fevi quick which was extremely unprofessional on their end. Their careless decision has led to the wearing down of other car parts such as the belt of the car and the turbo. We have been Mahindra customers since 1992, although the unprofessional behaviour of the owner and individuals working in this particular service station have forced us to buy the new Tata Harrier.

          I book mahindra thar in srs Mahindra showroom thanjavur before I cancelled the booking for some personal issues but the SRS Mahindra showroom dealer don't respond properly for refund amount how many times I ask for this refund amount totally disappointed & frustrated with SRS Mahindra showroom thanjavur.

            I purchased a car Mahindra XUV 300 O top model Petrol was suppose to pick the car today also as of now haven't picked up the car and still have payed emis of 2 months in the month of Aug 1st week.
            The car has not been ready they have kept the car since months and when We told them that today we will be picking up the car 16th August they came and said that we hace to pay 15k more, there was no such commitment of paying any extra amount then why have the company asked for the payment.
            Mr Tiwari General Manager of Tirupati Store in Kanpur has mislead us and miscommunicated about the amount. Kindly look into the matter as soon. As we are already paying 75k extra for the car we booked on feb and was suppose to review in Navratri but Tirupati due to earning profits made exuses in paying the money so that they can earn.

            Mr Tiwari has resolved the issues thankfully. I am glad that he taljed about it and was really helpful in all the things. Now I don't have any issues regarding my purchase. I am satisfied with his efforts and hardwork.

              XUV 300 rattling noise from front right suspension

              I have purchased MAHINDRA XUV300 W8(o) from Auto Centre Korba(C.G.) on 13.07.2021 and within just 15 days I noticed two major issues which has not been resolved even after 3 visits to the service centre and I’m being restless for facing such issues in a 14lac newly bought car.

              1. Huge rattling noise(khad khad khad khad) from front right suspension while driving over small bumps or uneven roads. Even at lower speeds( 30-40kmph)....

                    महोदय मैं पेशे मैं एक छोटा सा कारोबारी हुँ, मेने आपके महेंद्रा डीलर, आत्माराम ऑटो एंटरप्राइजेज 37 बाई पास अरटोनी आगरा से दिनाक[protected] को स्टेट बैक से कर्जे पर एक Sकॉपियों-S5+ अन्य उपकरणों के साथ ही लगभग 15.50+ गाड़ी परचेज की थी,
                    महोदय गाड़ी को अपने शोरूम से निकाल दिया, ठीक 2 हप्ते मैं मुझे 2बार सीट कबर के लिए चक्कर कटवाए गए, ठीक 3 माह लगभग बाद क्रोम(हेड लाइट, फोग लेम्प, बेकलाइट) को जंग लग गया, महोदय 19 मई 2021मुझे गाड़ी ड्राइव करते हुए समस्या हुई, मैं तुरंत अपनी गाड़ी को आत्माराम महेंद्रा लेकर आया, जिसमें मुझे मेरी गाड़ी की फिल्टर बॉडी पंप खराब कहकर बिना वारंटी के कहकर मुझे 3959 का बिल यह कहकर थमा दिया गया कि आपका डीजल खराब है, महोदय मेने पूछा क्या यही डीजल खराब है या आपके वर्कशॉप मैं और भी गाडीयां है, उनका चेक करा दीजिए, महोदय 9 गाड़ियों मैं से 7 का डीजल एक हमारा जैसा ही था, 2 गाड़ियों का अलग था, खैर वो भी छोड़िए, आज गाड़ी को एक वर्ष भी पूर्ण नहीं हुआ है, साउंड डिस्प्ले अपने आप चलते चलते बन्द हो जाता है, गाड़ी मैं आपके महेंद्र से लगा हुँआ सारा क्रोम जंग खाया हुआ है, आपसे आग्रह है, या तो मेरी गाड़ी मुझसे कबाड़ के भाव आप ले लीजिए या मेरी इन प्रोब्लब का निपटारा कर दीजिए, मेरी इतनी कुब्बत नहीं है, कि बार बार मैं आपके महेंद्रा औटो प्राइजेज आ पाऊं निराकरण करें, उम्मीद है आपकी मेहरवानी होगी

                      Firat day of delivery the car showing a settings icon in the cluster we shown to the showroom and they said its shortage of wire inside the car. Its all new car how come this happen

                        Respected Sir/Madam,

                        My name is Amit kumar having vehicle Tuv300 DL10CG3943 yesterday I have booked my service at Sri Durga Service centre Moti Nagar Delhi, and this is the worst experience I got from my service advisor name Israr.
                        Sir, the thing is as simple as that i clearly told my SA ISRAR that you drop my vehicle and I pay the amount of service once I received my vehicle at home on this he was not only rude and clearly said that no I will not let the vehicle move from here you can do whatever you want to do first you pay the amount.
                        Some one please guide me until unless I don't receive the vehicle how do I pay the amount without satisfying myself.
                        He not only rude on phone but when I visit the service centre regarding this matter to GM OF SRO DURGA MR. K K CHAUHN, he again started arguing there with me and with GM also.
                        Sir I want an serious action against him so that one should know how to deal with customer.
                        I hope you will take necessary steps as I am moving this matter to Counsumer court as I have all the voice call record that he made and the way he is arogantly behaving.

                        Thanks with disappointment😞

                              Respected sir/mam,
                              I am S Gajendra Rao from Odisha gajapati district. In order to support my family's financial condition during pandemic I was in search for a job and I applied for job online in Mahindra and Mahindra company where I got response from them and they told me that I was selected for supervisor post with a salary of about 40000 rs . Later I was told to attend training for which I need uniform and laptop which they told would be sent by courier.they told to pay around 850 rs for uniform and around 1450 rs for courier charges . Later I was told to pay around 3000 rs for opening Kotak Mahindra band account . Again I was told to pay GST taxes in airport for the transport of courier to my address. After all these I was duped neither I recieved the courier nor got my job . I was looted around 10000 rs from me citing above mentioned reasons . So please help me get my money back from these miscreants. They were 4 of them named vijay tiwari HR recruiter, Sambhav Jain HR recruiter, karan gst officer and also a health insurance officer who also told me to pay around 10, 000 rs to get insurance money .I think they are running a racket and looting many people . Please catch this racket as soon as possible.i have the voice recording too.

                                I book car of mahindra in nov 2020 at Shuhul automobiles pvt ltd.(RAM PAL SHARMA) And they assured me delevery date by feb2021.In jan company announced updated price but also announced the booking done before 30th November 2020 get inaugural price . So the dealership manipulated all the booking of november and punch all booking in jan and feb . My punching done on 9 th feb 2021 i:e 4 months after my booking date . I logged the complain in mahindra and the asm of company verify the fault done by dealership and accept and assured me priority delevery . But after that it gives only dates and assurances i paid the whole amount to dealership and also pay 6 installment to bank . Write so many mails to Company but nobody from company or dealership respond . It is the major malpractices done by company and dealership to either give premium or updated price to dealer for delevery or cancel your booking so that they can sell their vechile on updated and premium price . The max wait time at this time is 10 months for vechile but at the time of launch when i booked the wait time os 3 months amd now 10 months gone till i book the car. Who will pay the price of harrasment and mental tension which company and dealership give to me..

                                  This is to express how the dealers at Madurai ruins your reputation in the industry.

                                  My name is Hemalatha Kannathasan, I have enquired about getting Bolero N10 white color.

                                  They are very rude from first call and not even ready to send estimation.after several try they send estimation and we enquired about availability.

                                  Excutive Mr.Madan and Sundar promised that they have vehicle ready and I need to make full settlement with in few hours then they will do all formalities and deliver the vehicle on August 3rd.
                                  I was force to send full payment on 31st Infact due to their stress I was send all payment midnight 31st because of waiting time to send bulk payment on RTGSS.

                                  I have called August 2nd to enquire delivery status and no one picked up the phone.after several hours of continuous try Sundar pickedup call and told your vehicle in Dindugal it will reach in one hour.I have called after one hour then he made a big story saying driver can't come inside city during peak hours so he is waiting outside city limits and I spoke to driver personally don't worry your vehicle delivery tomorrow. I have voice calls record for all the above said conversation.i can produce to consumer court or media if needed.

                                  I have called August 3rd to pickup vehicle then they said sorry sir we don't have vehicle ready. I spend whole day talking to so many people in the same outlet. They offered me free insurance for their mistake and told me to wait until August 12 because they have a vehicle coming on 10th August and our N10 also there.i have waited for August 12th. When I called Aug10th now repeating same story. This time different, they saying instead white u can take silver or instead N10 I take N8. What the hell 🙀 As a customer I choose what I need and I paid full amount 11 days before and still struggling to get my car or payment back.

                                  I am writing this letter not only settle my payment but also inform how bad they destroy your brand name here.i request swift action for such a fraud unethical practise at Madurai Kappalu station.

                                    I am a mahindra car owner from bhiwani haryana, i visited the mahindra service centre several times regarding some repair and maintainance issues for my new car . But the response and the workalibilty regarding the comsumer complaints is very much poor and disappointing here . They always try to neglect the genuine repair and maintaince problems in the vechicles and never care about the realistic issue in the vechicle .
                                    The advisors never tell anyone about the service and maintainance feedback forms and the fill up the feedbacks by their own . Their behaviour is much rude .
                                    I request you to inquire about this as per the norms .
                                    I hope to get a positive reply and a satisfactory action regarding this issue
