I book car of mahindra in nov 2020 at Shuhul automobiles pvt ltd.(RAM PAL SHARMA) And they assured me delevery date by feb2021.In jan company announced updated price but also announced the booking done before 30th November 2020 get inaugural price . So the dealership manipulated all the booking of november and punch all booking in jan and feb . My punching done on 9 th feb 2021 i:e 4 months after my booking date . I logged the complain in mahindra and the asm of company verify the fault done by dealership and accept and assured me priority delevery . But after that it gives only dates and assurances i paid the whole amount to dealership and also pay 6 installment to bank . Write so many mails to Company but nobody from company or dealership respond . It is the major malpractices done by company and dealership to either give premium or updated price to dealer for delevery or cancel your booking so that they can sell their vechile on updated and premium price . The max wait time at this time is 10 months for vechile but at the time of launch when i booked the wait time os 3 months amd now 10 months gone till i book the car. Who will pay the price of harrasment and mental tension which company and dealership give to me..

    This is to express how the dealers at Madurai ruins your reputation in the industry.

    My name is Hemalatha Kannathasan, I have enquired about getting Bolero N10 white color.

    They are very rude from first call and not even ready to send estimation.after several try they send estimation and we enquired about availability.

    Excutive Mr.Madan and Sundar promised that they have vehicle ready and I need to make full settlement with in few hours then they will do all formalities and deliver the vehicle on August 3rd.
    I was force to send full payment on 31st Infact due to their stress I was send all payment midnight 31st because of waiting time to send bulk payment on RTGSS.

    I have called August 2nd to enquire delivery status and no one picked up the phone.after several hours of continuous try Sundar pickedup call and told your vehicle in Dindugal it will reach in one hour.I have called after one hour then he made a big story saying driver can't come inside city during peak hours so he is waiting outside city limits and I spoke to driver personally don't worry your vehicle delivery tomorrow. I have voice calls record for all the above said conversation.i can produce to consumer court or media if needed.

    I have called August 3rd to pickup vehicle then they said sorry sir we don't have vehicle ready. I spend whole day talking to so many people in the same outlet. They offered me free insurance for their mistake and told me to wait until August 12 because they have a vehicle coming on 10th August and our N10 also there.i have waited for August 12th. When I called Aug10th now repeating same story. This time different, they saying instead white u can take silver or instead N10 I take N8. What the hell 🙀 As a customer I choose what I need and I paid full amount 11 days before and still struggling to get my car or payment back.

    I am writing this letter not only settle my payment but also inform how bad they destroy your brand name here.i request swift action for such a fraud unethical practise at Madurai Kappalu station.

      Good noon sir,
      I am a mahindra car owner from bhiwani haryana, i visited the mahindra service centre several times regarding some repair and maintainance issues for my new car . But the response and the workalibilty regarding the comsumer complaints is very much poor and disappointing here . They always try to neglect the genuine repair and maintaince problems in the vechicles and never care about the realistic issue in the vechicle .
      The advisors never tell anyone about the service and maintainance feedback forms and the fill up the feedbacks by their own . Their behaviour is much rude .
      I request you to inquire about this as per the norms .
      I hope to get a positive reply and a satisfactory action regarding this issue

        I have booked XUV 500 car at Mahindras Registered dealer Shuhul Automobiles Srinagar and deposited 1 lakh rupees as booking . However due to some financial issues I couldn't purchase the car. Now the company is denying to cancel my booking and not refunding my booking amount

          I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from one of your service centers(india garage Poonamallee), i already sent a mail 15 days before for not responding and replying properly about the service.

          On 14th july, I dropped my [xuv 300 w8 optional][TN12 AL4509] at india garage (Poonamallee) for fire accident, till now I didn’t receive my car(11.08.2021) its been almost a month but still they are asking for more 2 weeks time for service saying that the car parts are not delivered by the company (Mahindra). Thought the damaged part is front bumper but they still saying that the part is not delivered by the company. Iam paying my due of 23000 without using a month. So iam going to raise a complaint over Mahindra for poor service.

                Maine 08.06.2021 ko apni scorpio s5 claim & repair ke liye chandamama motor Hajipur me jama kiya.15.06.21 ko gari receive kar ghar aa gaya.us samay gari 2850 km chali thi.Meri gari bahut kam chalti hai. Chuki abhi bhi 3100 km ke karib hai. Local me chalne ke dauran driver dwara bataya gaya ki gari pick up nahi bana rahi hai lekin bandi hone ke karan kuch chek nahi ho paya.08.08.21 ko siwan mahindra agency ke staff se dikhane per pata chala ki iska egr tuta hua hai.jo sirf service work ke samay hi tut sakta hai.Mera dawa hai ki Hajipur agency me service ke daura hi egr tuta hai.

                    I have purchased a new bolero in November 2020 within a year there have been lots of technical and maintenance issues have been arrived. I had taken my vehicle foe each service in Deep Automobile Azamgarh Uttar Pradesh, But the worst part is they have not provided us satisfactory services and the managers have fooled us even after full servicing of the vehicle immediately the knocking sound from the engine has been a rise and there is no response either from customer care neither from Deep Automobile in Azamgarh Uttar Pradesh.

                      I had booked XUV 300 W8 diesel on 17 June 2021 and deposited Rs 15000/- fifteen thousand to Koncept Automobile Pvt Ltd Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi. Ankit the representative of Showroom done all the formalities and promised to deliver within 4 week. On enquired by me on 20 July Ankit confirmed that my car came at Delhi. Accordingly I given all the documents for loan sanction on 25 July 2021. Thereafter I visited showroom two times since Ankit was not picking up my phone. He assured me that car will be delivered by 7 August but it doesn't look possible. Also not picking my phone. Please do the needful

                                      I have some questions and their answers too but i want to know your approach towards your so called valuable customer? That,
                                      1. why a middle class person go ahead to buy a brand new car with a heavy financial liability of lakhs of rupees?
                                      My Ans: He/She drops his/her old car and buy a brand new car that 1st...he/she can drive a new vehicle without any bad or harassing driving experience.
                                      2nd... 0 (zero) or minimal maintenance at least first 3-4 years, except required servicing as per the company's recommendation.
                                      3rd...Luxury feel.
                                      There may be other reasons too, which very person to person, but for me, it is just about a good driving experience which mainly include the high expectation of quite a less or no chance of breakdown in the vehicle while driving.
                                      Now i will come to the next step.
                                      I purchased a new XUV300, W6 Diesel in Jan2021 from Mighty Autowheels, Bahadrabad, Haridwar (Uttarakhand).
                                      One day i was on the way to destination with my wife and two children (6 yr and 8 months) with required luggage as per family size. I was near MUSSOORRIE (Uttarakhand), Suddenly the engine temperature indicator shows HIGH ENGINE TEMPERATURE with a red light alert and beep sound. I stopped the car and called Mahindra RSA, they came and dropped the car to the nearest service centre at DEHRADUN (DDPM Dehradun). They investigated the car (i dont know what they investigate), according to them they found nothing wrong and handed over the car to me after some days. ok then, but the other side at which you have to take a kind view, Sir.
                                      AT the above event, the odometer of my car shows approx..1500 km. ok from the point of event, i had the onward journey about 200 km and due to some urgent office work i hired the taxi sent by RSA (free for 50 km) for my destination and paid him Rs. 5500 from my pocket and also waited 2 hrs near the road side with my family. what do you think about it????? what a great driving experience a new car gave me????? and also an extra burden of Rs. 2000 was imposed on my pocket when i go to take the delivery of the car by travelling 200 km on hilly road. But i thought it has happened once, ok, let it be. But i was wrong, , , wrong, , , quite wrong...
                                      I was at my destination., same place, , around 200 km from the nearest service centre DDPM Dehradun. I saw ENGINE OIL DROPS under my car, IT was very heartbreaking, but i first thought that it may be my fault, may be oil chamber hit by stone somewhere, but when i thoroughly checked i found that ENGINE OIL leaking from somewhere else... HOW HARASSING IT IS for a customer, the car odometer is just at 3200 km, , and it is the second time a crane/tow machine came and lift the car to the service centre... why...????? the same harrasement againg, , , why sir???? Now i left all my urgent works unattended and came to dehradun with my vehicle to get the repair done in front of me, , but it hardly matter???? why?? Would you please explain me the answer? sir i have lost my faith in this car.. i was very exciting to buy an Indian make car, , and i did so too.. but you gave me the worst experience and mental trauma that when will i have to tow this car to the service centre next time, , , ?? it may me next 1500 kmm ? it may be next one month???? when???? what reviews i should give to my friends now??? pls answer and if you actually have concern in your customer pls show the loyalty to me what you are known for.
