        I have some questions and their answers too but i want to know your approach towards your so called valuable customer? That,
        1. why a middle class person go ahead to buy a brand new car with a heavy financial liability of lakhs of rupees?
        My Ans: He/She drops his/her old car and buy a brand new car that 1st...he/she can drive a new vehicle without any bad or harassing driving experience.
        2nd... 0 (zero) or minimal maintenance at least first 3-4 years, except required servicing as per the company's recommendation.
        3rd...Luxury feel.
        There may be other reasons too, which very person to person, but for me, it is just about a good driving experience which mainly include the high expectation of quite a less or no chance of breakdown in the vehicle while driving.
        Now i will come to the next step.
        I purchased a new XUV300, W6 Diesel in Jan2021 from Mighty Autowheels, Bahadrabad, Haridwar (Uttarakhand).
        One day i was on the way to destination with my wife and two children (6 yr and 8 months) with required luggage as per family size. I was near MUSSOORRIE (Uttarakhand), Suddenly the engine temperature indicator shows HIGH ENGINE TEMPERATURE with a red light alert and beep sound. I stopped the car and called Mahindra RSA, they came and dropped the car to the nearest service centre at DEHRADUN (DDPM Dehradun). They investigated the car (i dont know what they investigate), according to them they found nothing wrong and handed over the car to me after some days. ok then, but the other side at which you have to take a kind view, Sir.
        AT the above event, the odometer of my car shows approx..1500 km. ok from the point of event, i had the onward journey about 200 km and due to some urgent office work i hired the taxi sent by RSA (free for 50 km) for my destination and paid him Rs. 5500 from my pocket and also waited 2 hrs near the road side with my family. what do you think about it????? what a great driving experience a new car gave me????? and also an extra burden of Rs. 2000 was imposed on my pocket when i go to take the delivery of the car by travelling 200 km on hilly road. But i thought it has happened once, ok, let it be. But i was wrong, , , wrong, , , quite wrong...
        I was at my destination., same place, , around 200 km from the nearest service centre DDPM Dehradun. I saw ENGINE OIL DROPS under my car, IT was very heartbreaking, but i first thought that it may be my fault, may be oil chamber hit by stone somewhere, but when i thoroughly checked i found that ENGINE OIL leaking from somewhere else... HOW HARASSING IT IS for a customer, the car odometer is just at 3200 km, , and it is the second time a crane/tow machine came and lift the car to the service centre... why...????? the same harrasement againg, , , why sir???? Now i left all my urgent works unattended and came to dehradun with my vehicle to get the repair done in front of me, , but it hardly matter???? why?? Would you please explain me the answer? sir i have lost my faith in this car.. i was very exciting to buy an Indian make car, , and i did so too.. but you gave me the worst experience and mental trauma that when will i have to tow this car to the service centre next time, , , ?? it may me next 1500 kmm ? it may be next one month???? when???? what reviews i should give to my friends now??? pls answer and if you actually have concern in your customer pls show the loyalty to me what you are known for.

          Purchased Scorpio S5 in May, 2021. Since 1st day manual locking not working properly. Unable to lock doors of vehicle.
          Same was informed to supervisor at Mahindra Services, Hisar workshop on 1st service of 1000km.
          Due to unavailability of lock, they didn't replaced the same and said me to visit after 10 - 15 days.
          In next visit, they said you have installed after market centre locking in vehicle, remove centre locking first then 'll check the same.
          After removing complete centre locking, issue remained same.

              In year 2016 march i purchased my dream car mahindra xuv500 w4 model
              nd driven only 28500km till date
              recently what i saw in my car there is so much of water inside my car which is coming from the top(roof)of the car
              roof was leaking in rainy season
              i m very disappointed wid the build quality of xuv500

                My name is marazul islam residing at golaghat assam.i bought a tgarvon 2 Aug 2021, I was charged a 3400 rs of incidental charge which is illegal as per rto.i bought the same car 3 month before at tezpur, I have not asked to pay such incidental charges there.now why only jorhat dealer asking for such charges which is illegal as per rto.plz look into the matter as quick as possible..

                    Hi,
                    I have purchased a new car that is Mahindra Marazzo M4 plus 8-seater from Aditya Motors, Bhubaneswar on 23rd Jul 2021. I have observed my Car rear sensors are not working at the time of taking delivery and reported the same to the sales person and the same has been intimated to the technical person also. But as per sales person Mr Laxmi Narayan Nanda and the technical person it was due to water surrounding the sensors while washing and cleaning the car by the service persons and It will be cleared in a day or two. After 10 days also I have the same problem and rear sensors are not working. So I doubt whether the basic inspection is getting done before bill generation as Mahindra claims. And is it the same after sales service Mahindra claims and gives.
                    So I request it to take it seriously and address my Car issue asap and provides the solution.

                      Sir I don't have any complaints, I want to give one idea 💡 for car fuel related matter that give your customers new way of buying only mahindra car it's possible or not I don't know but why should car don't have any extra fuel calculator that calculate the fuel volume of present rate of diesel or petrol that help your customer to get accurate fuel in petrol station.I don't any car in my house but I think that it's a new idea

                        Many a times, when i try to start my tuv, it takes the self but does not start and vibrates/shakes heavily.

                        Initially, it used to start in the second or third self but now the last week, when i dropped my child at the school and came back in my car, it refused to start at all despite 20-25 attempts (Selfs)... I finally had to leave my car car there only and came back after 3 -4 hrs with a mechanic but then the car started in single attempt only... I have lost all the faith in mahindra brand as this is my first product from mahindra that too with such a poor experience. After searching online, i realised it's a common problem with tuv 300 and many other users have also shared their similar experiences but not resolution as such. The mahindra people simply tell it's a battery problem which is not true.

                          The problem I faced is the following.

                          * Fake commit made.
                          * The car is ready, took the payment of the word, gave the gatepass while the car is not ready yet. Gate Pass Number GTP22A004689

                          *Mandeep, the representative of the dealership, does not even know how to talk to the customer. Very rude staff.

                          * Everything has to be followed up by the customer himself.

                          * Gatepass is given but the car is standing in the dealership for 11 days, till now they do not understand the problem.

                          Please take quick action on this and provide me my vehicle and give complete information about what action should be taken.

                            Sir I bought bolero B6 car in October2020. Recently I had to change wheel due to panchar middle of the way. When I was tring to open the wheel of car the spannner (pana) slipping. I was unable to open the wheel because of that bad tool (pana). I suffered a lot and very disappointed because I used that first time and it's a brand new but damaged.

                                Dear Sir/Mam,

                                We have bought new Mahindra Thar From Karnataka Agencies Udupi, karnataka, with Chassis number MA1UJ4YC2M2A12063, in the month of March 2021 in the name of MR Udbhav Shetty.
                                From May month onwards, we are facing the Gear box issue in the vehicle. Whenever we are taking Reverse, the gear suddenly comes to Neutral with making big sound. We informed the same soon to service centre but at that they were unable to respond us properly. We understand there was a lockdown at that time so we also didn’t pressurised them. Post the lockdown we kept the vehicle at service centre but still they were not able to rectify the issue. In this week again we are facing one more issue wherein Engine oil is leaking & it is reaching gearbox, we have kept the vehicle in service centre again but still they were not able to give concrete solution on the same. It’s really frustrating to us as we are facing gear box issue in the second month of Purchase. So I am politely requesting you to rectify the issue soon and doesn’t make us to escalate the issue further. Hoping a favourable response from your end.

                                      I have booked a Thar petrol manual hard top in March 2021 on my wife’s name- Davleen Manchanda.At that moment, my promise date was 25 July 2021 but now it is showing 4 Jan 2022 which is almost more than 5 month delay from the original promising delivery date. I can understand 2 or 3 month delay but 5 month, not acceptable. It’s really disgusting and disappointing. I was decided to gift her in this year only but now all my dreams shattered because of this nonsense.
                                      It’s my humble request to accept my request and assist me otherwise I have to cancel my order and purchase another car. Please resolve my issue asap.
