Sir;While buying the said above vehicle why the dealers here in srinagar charge too much on handling charge (from Rs.3000 to Rs 4600 varying amount from dealer to dealer) and install a tape and 2 tiny speakers on Rs 4500 to Rs 5000, also different amount.please reply.A scheme of Rs 10000 is given and the secheme given amount is taken back by way of the 2 charges.they charge transportation of the said vehicle from jammu to kashmir srinagar Rs 2000;Rs 600 for tempory number ;tape stero and 2 tiny speakers for audio output.Why they charge thses 2 amounts. And there is also no free maintenance coupons on these vehicles.please look seriously over this.

      Hi Team,

      This is to inform you that I connected with “Concept Mahindra, Sector 64, Noida” for my Mahindra XUV 500 W10 AT. I was facing some issue which was related to unfamiliar noise while driving specially while applying brakes. I conveyed the same to my advisor “Mr. Kamal” from Concept Mahindra workshop, Sec 64, Noida dated 3rd Jul, 2021.

      Car went for the examination and Kamal conveyed that there was some issue with the brakes and he has successfully identified the issue and resolved it on the spot. However, when we received the car after respective solution car still had the same noise issue coming from brakes. The same was conveyed to our advisor and on his suggestion we recorded the same noise and shared it with him.

      No further action was taken and result of it ended in brake failure. I was driving in Noida Expressway last evening (dated 8th Jul 2021) and suddenly when I applied the brakes I was not able to stop the car. And car screen notified us with “Brake fluid low”. Somehow I managed to pull the hand brake and stop the car.

      I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very disturbing as for god fake if I and my family were at highway or on long drive, the situation could be uncontrollable.

      Yesterday (10/08/2023), I did have repair n Servicing work of my Scorpio S10 bearing reg. No. AR03C 8055 at Iconic workshop near ISBT Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh, I was charged Rs. 70K for replacing of front wheel disk brake set, rear brake drum, coil springs, brake shoe, brake pads, shock absorbers, Bushing replace etc..after work completion n check by their employees, I paid the bills and signed docs shown by them. Problem is when I was driving back to itanagar my residence, I HAD BRAKE FAILURE, the brake pedals got pressed n does not come up, the vehicle sounded, "attention please, check brake fluid " ..l luckily escaped outward life threatening accident, I used first gear and hand brake to halt before skiding to drain by NH-415 near popunallah, the workshop was closed already when I called for assistance, I managed to call assistance from nearby garages, when checked it was found that there was leakage in the brake fluid pipe, the mechanics of Iconic workshop did not tighten the brake pipe, ...THIS IS GROSS NEGLIGENCE by the employees, I could have died due to brake failure. My family line have been driving mahindra vehicle for decade and we love to drive Mahindra vehicle but due to this kind of negligence by employees we tend to loose hope in mahindra now...This vehicle may be my last mahindra vehicle. The SA was sh: Pradeep Kumar Chetry, supervisor was sh. Bobesh Taw and Mechanic was sh. Tuto Khon. I request "mahindra authority" to reprimand / train these employees else somebody will die one day due to their negligence. Brake Failure is a serious issue...

        I still did not get the delivery. Even if ask over call they say it may get still delayed one more months and that too no sure.

        I am really disappointed with such response from Mahindra dealer

            On 7th July 2021, I have paid Rs 21000 as booking amount towards XUV 500 along with the bank loan sanction letter. On asking about the true status whether the XUV 500 is getting discontinued we have been asked to withdraw the booking but the charges has been deducted.

            First of all it was a sheer cheating and false treatment if the dealer is not giving the true information when a customer is paying 20lacs for a car which is going to be discontinue soon.

                I booked xuv 300 on 18.6.2021 from Wazirpur Showroom in the name of Naresh Kumar Yadav (mb No [protected]) But I am not been able to finalize the car and wanted refund. Now the sales man said that they will not refund the whole amount.

                      Dear Team,

                      I have given for the servicing ( Roof checkup ) my new 2021 Mahindra Thar AT.
                      But, they have used my Thar like transport vehicle and with too rash driving.
                      when i visited the Mahindra service center, i have found the scratches on the wheel. and they used the vehicle with out floor mats..
                      very disappointed with Mahindra service. and not acceptable
                      kindly take the action on the same.

                        This is Rajasekhar Tandasa, I have booked XUV-300 on March[protected] at the below location in Hyderabad.

                        At the time of booking the showroom executive promised to deliver on or before 13 weeks of time. Now the 13 weeks waiting period is completed. I am not getting proper communication from the showroom team, they keep postponing the date, not giving clarity on when they will deliver the car.
                        I have some emergency , I need a car immediately.
                        Can you give me clarity on when I can get a car. Please take the high priority.

                          I had booked the vehicle on 15th March 2021 with Anant Cars Bangalore. It was promised to deliver the vehicle with in a month. The vehicle is still not delivered and also have the hiked the price of the vehicle by about Rs. 40, 000 which will lead to increase in road tax and a other related costs. This will increase the cost of the vehicle by about Rs. 100000. Now the showroom is again increasing the price by another Rs. 25000, this will again lead to increase in total cost of about Rs.40000. This means that i will have to pay about Rs.1.5 lacs more than the price agreed by the showroom at the time of booking.
                          This is a matter of concern, as I have lost the trust on Mahindra which i used to admire a lot of its quality of product and good customer relations. Hope mahindra understands this and solve the issue as soon as possible

                                I am facing the heating problem in my KUV100.If I keep starts engine and AC in stationery condition, the temperature goes high while I start to run vehicle, vehicle becomes heavy and after runing of some distance it stops.After 20-30 mint when car become some cold, again it starts. I have changed the radiator also with newone.visited Koncept and Sri durga dealer in delhi.but they couldn't found the problem. What to do whom to approach.

                                  I am Jasbir Singh from himachal Pradesh district kangra wanted to file a complaint against JS GROVER AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD. Kangra .
                                  I booked a mahindra thar AX O MT CT(p) on 6the July 2021 and get finance from HDFC BANK nagrota surian and they cleared DO on date 5the July 2021 and mailed JS grover showroom to release vehicle as soon as possible .Then on next day 6th July we went showroom and starting our purchasing process but they insulting us by making VAS charges and accessories charges mandatory . After lots of efforts we compromise and accept accessories but they have 18 " alloy accessories but wheel actual rims was 16" so it cannot fit into it which was really embarrassing because they told us to use large size tyres after market which was again embarrassing moment then we again compromise and finally we swipe Rs 50000 and booked and they told us to pay rest money of approximate RS 150000 by google pay . Then we told
                                  we can pay you today and you will have to make our car prepared for next day 7th july so that no paper work should be on next day . But when we are on our way to home where we can deposit rest money they call me and said that car exshowroom price hiked and at last they fooled us. Now what was our fault. first time I want to purchase a new car and we get only embarrassment . no member in higher authority in mahinder listen to us. We are from middle class family . we can't afford such type of expensive cars but if we want to complete our desire then was is the fault in this. Please help me if anyone can

                                    Very poor service wasted our whole day and then said the part that is required is not fit for use. We took our XUV 500 W10 after confirmation on call that part is available and they can do the work.

                                    Worst car service experience.

                                      This complaint on mahindra Tractor575 DI xp pluse.

                                      Tire and tube coming out from frt wheel rim at low tire pressure.

                                      Its happened 2times when we are driving the vehicle due to puncher tire pressure keep decreasing and tire comes out suddenly.

                                      Pls help us to resolve this issues.

                                        So this is regarding my personal experience with mahindra service center INDORE (M.P)

                                        I faced an issue in my mahindra XUV500 W10 2019 model which is only driven 15000KM till date… i faced an issue regarding the engine start button as it was not responsive and i could hardly turn off my vehicle… other then this, when somehow I managed to turn off my vehicle it showed a message saying “entering one hour mode”...
