Dear Sir/Madam,

Let me introduce myself Kubendra Kumbar and I booked the Xuv300 (dual tone/top end) Car on 25/03/2021 from the PPS Motors (Automotive Manufacturing Pvt Ltd (Ground Floor, Shoba Mall Opp: Empire Hotel, Church Street Bangalore-560001.) : Booking reference ID :Ord[protected] .

I got the call from PPS Motors(Mr.Aarfath Khan (sales) and asked for full payment for the next process of delivery.

I have transferred the Payment as below

Rs.10, 000/- on[protected]

Rs.10, 00000 /- on[protected]

Rs.4, 51, 200 /- on[protected]

After collecting the full payment, Dealer updated and committed that, Car will be delivered on 26th Of April 2021.

We are rigorously following the Sales Team for delivery of Car but as of today, CAR is Not delivered.

Initially miscommunicated that the system is not working, it needs to be replaced with a new one from Mahindra & Mahindra .

When we visited the Dealer showroom for Car delivery on 23nd June 2021 and met Branch Head Mr.Dilip and his colleagues, car was short fitted, fully stated that there was problem with Infotainment system so we are awaiting for New Infotainment System from M&M Company and the moment we receive we will fix it and deliver the CAR.

Our Observation:

1) CAR is registered without fixing all accessories - CAR got registered on 27/04/2021 without SHOWING to Customer.

2) Mis-Leading and Cheating customers by stating PROBLEM With Infotainment System.

3) Still Now the CAR is NOT delivered to Me and kept in the dealer custody( By today More than two months is done ).

4) No intimation to ME ( Customer) while availing CAR INSURANCE details

5) Pre delivery checks, reports and pics are requested, till now we have not received.

7) We visited the Showroom on 23/06/2021 and met Branch Head on the same but NO RESOLUTION as the CAR was not READY

Visiting the showroom was a totally embarrassing situation for me and my wife, no one was interested to meet and talk to us including Branch head .After waiting, we met with Branch head agreed for the dealer problem & my loss without NO RESOLUTION as the CAR was not READY

Also after seeing the short fitted car, we even observed that How can a car be driven more than 60 Kms ? ;

I have invested Rs.15, 00, 000/- on Car and My money is with them and My Car is with them...

Who is going to compensate for the losses incurred to me?

If I would have invested I would have made decent profit and here customers are getting GRAET & WOW feel in First Impression.

Kindly look into the same on top most priority and resolve the same...

I selected the Mahindra & Mahindra car because of Indian brand (Vocal for the Local ) and refereed the two friends also. One has already booked the car in the same dealer ; Me and my family are facing the worst experience with this car deal .

Please do mention who is going to compensate the losses incurred to me? We will escalate and we will take it up legally if there is NO Solution from the Company or Dealer.

      Car Allotment issue

      I booked a car from PPS motors HBR layout Bangalore, they allotted a car against my purchase order on April 26, but later lockdown was imposed in the state so they said they are not allowed to make the invoice. I was continuously following up with them and when the lockdown was lifted and the business was open, they said we had sold that vehicle to someone else and I need to wait in queue till they receive next vehicle.br...

        On 24th April 2021 i am booked my vehicle XUV300 W8(O) but the showroom has booked my vehicle on 26th April 2021 my vehicle has reached before 1 month but without infotainment system. Still now the infotainment is not received my vehicle is not delivered to me they are saying still now not updated information they are postponing my delivery
        First they promise to delivery on 13-april 2021
        Second they promise on 16-april 2021
        Third they promise on 22-april 2021
        fourth they promise on 26-april 2021
        finaly they promise on 29-april 2021

          I have purchased Marazzo through India garage dealer from Chennai on Feb’2021.

          I am facing Bluetooth connectivity problem with the infotainment. Bluetooth connectivity with the infotainment is getting disconnected intermittently while attending calls during driving.

          I have raised this concern during the first service but it was not resolved.

          Later I was instructed by India garage service dealer to contact Poonamalle branch for technical support.

          I visited the service centre on 26-Jun’21., their they informed the problem is due to more than three users are connected in Bluetooth maintain two users to avoid Bluetooth connectivity issues.

          But the issue still persists I feel the problem is not treated seriously & no proper attention is provided by dealer.

          Expecting M&M teams support for resolving the issue at the earliest

                I am the owner of xuv300 which I recently bought, but vehicle is not working fine which i shared with snow view Mahindra, they did not take it seriously in which case my vehicle is still with them since last 2 months still not in working condition, they are ordering parts 1 by 1 and saying parts are coming fromMumbai, my vehicle is under warranty, i need Mahindra and Mahindra to take serious action against snow view Mahindra Himachal pardesh else i have to burn my vehicle live on Social media tagging Mahindra

                      Respected sir/madam

                      My car Mahindra XUV 500 W8 ( Vehicle number: KL 24 J 8002) purchased on 27 SEP 2014 from TV sundaram Iyengar & sons kaimanam, Trivandrum.On the day delivery onwards while driving we noticed that there was compliant in clutch, suddenly stopped car while changing the gear/slow.AT that time we informed the showroom they checked and told me that there no problem and all.Then after 1year while driving there is sound suddenly stopped the car and informed service centre they checked tell that there was complaint in clutch and we paid almost around 20000 money for that.After 3years same issues happened we paid lot money for that also.Now also I have a complaint in starting problem of my car, engine light was on we changed the battery and all, bt there is no use, I am not satisfy about the work. Some problems of vehicle are found.
                      1) Vehicle engine light was on and starting
                      2)Break, clutch are not smooth. Etc.
                      So I request to company to check my vehicle and solve the problems.
                      This is not good for customer who trust on Mahindra and Mahindra. Kindly solve problem ofmy vehicle and clear the issues regarding this.
                      So please clear all the problem ASAP

                        I had personally visited the showroom n booked Thar. I was offered 9 months waiting.. which i agreed.. i was in touch with the sales person Mr Sachin. Regular updates i was requesting n he was very slow in responding.. then in May 2021 he gave me bumber of sales leader Mr Sarvesh... and he told it will b december delivery.. i told jim to update any change and try if possible.. to which he told will try.. Numerous messages and calls were made.. however response was not at all inspiring.. Its my first Mahindra vehicle and im already getting to know brands service credentials..
                        Mahindra must atleast educate your staff to how to deal with customers..very sorry Mahindra.. thumbs down

                            We purchased XUV300 on December 28, 2020 at Sutaria Automobiles, 1021, Fort Rd, opposite Deshpande Petrol Pump, Raviwar Peth, Belagavi, Karnataka 590001.
                            Vehicle registered number is KA22MC1116, the issue occurred on 13th March 2021, it's been just 2 and half months of we got a problem with the clutch stucked itself and wasn't working then, I gave car to resolve the problem at Mahindra Authorised Service Centre of Chrome Motors, NO:320/4, MYSORE ROAD, OPP BHEL - GATE NO:2, BANGALORE, MYSORE ROAD, Karnataka 560039, they took 3days to fix it and said master cylinder was leaking and they replaced it. After the replacement again we got same issue with the clutch and another issue occurred was gear wasn't working while driving at highway it was threat to our life that time somehow I managed, it's been just 6months since we bought this vehicle. Kindly request you to replace the vehicle, if it is not done I'll sue the company in consumer court.

                                  My vehicle num GJ01RG6074 was serviced on 26th May, General service and complete clutch work at punjab Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Sola, Ahmedabad, Gujarat and spent 28500. I have started experiencing gear problem, wherein gears were getting struck, went to service center June first week and it was fixed, but later within week started experiencing more problems wherein all gears at getting struck. I have been running pilkar to post and calling everyone to fix the issue but no response, this is the pathetic service and totally disappointed... Again I hv been asked to pay extra 5000 to check the problem... Do you understand the pain I'm going through, vehicle has just ran 300 kms max from service date... Let me know what are you going to do.

                                    We had book XUV 300 W6 in March 2021...after waiting for 4 month we got to know that car will be delivered next month with degrade options in entertainment unit... It's was shocking and didn't accepted from india company mahindra...
