Respected sir/madam

My car Mahindra XUV 500 W8 ( Vehicle number: KL 24 J 8002) purchased on 27 SEP 2014 from TV sundaram Iyengar & sons kaimanam, Trivandrum.On the day delivery onwards while driving we noticed that there was compliant in clutch, suddenly stopped car while changing the gear/slow.AT that time we informed the showroom they checked and told me that there no problem and all.Then after 1year while driving there is sound suddenly stopped the car and informed service centre they checked tell that there was complaint in clutch and we paid almost around 20000 money for that.After 3years same issues happened we paid lot money for that also.Now also I have a complaint in starting problem of my car, engine light was on we changed the battery and all, bt there is no use, I am not satisfy about the work. Some problems of vehicle are found.
1) Vehicle engine light was on and starting
2)Break, clutch are not smooth. Etc.
So I request to company to check my vehicle and solve the problems.
This is not good for customer who trust on Mahindra and Mahindra. Kindly solve problem ofmy vehicle and clear the issues regarding this.
So please clear all the problem ASAP

    I had personally visited the showroom n booked Thar. I was offered 9 months waiting.. which i agreed.. i was in touch with the sales person Mr Sachin. Regular updates i was requesting n he was very slow in responding.. then in May 2021 he gave me bumber of sales leader Mr Sarvesh... and he told it will b december delivery.. i told jim to update any change and try if possible.. to which he told will try.. Numerous messages and calls were made.. however response was not at all inspiring.. Its my first Mahindra vehicle and im already getting to know brands service credentials..
    Mahindra must atleast educate your staff to how to deal with customers..very sorry Mahindra.. thumbs down

      This is Mr. Zeetendra salai and I m facing a huge problem with my mahindra thar. I bought this 3 years ago and now clutch, break are giving problem they are getting harder I cant drive properly

        We purchased XUV300 on December 28, 2020 at Sutaria Automobiles, 1021, Fort Rd, opposite Deshpande Petrol Pump, Raviwar Peth, Belagavi, Karnataka 590001.
        Vehicle registered number is KA22MC1116, the issue occurred on 13th March 2021, it's been just 2 and half months of we got a problem with the clutch stucked itself and wasn't working then, I gave car to resolve the problem at Mahindra Authorised Service Centre of Chrome Motors, NO:320/4, MYSORE ROAD, OPP BHEL - GATE NO:2, BANGALORE, MYSORE ROAD, Karnataka 560039, they took 3days to fix it and said master cylinder was leaking and they replaced it. After the replacement again we got same issue with the clutch and another issue occurred was gear wasn't working while driving at highway it was threat to our life that time somehow I managed, it's been just 6months since we bought this vehicle. Kindly request you to replace the vehicle, if it is not done I'll sue the company in consumer court.

              My vehicle num GJ01RG6074 was serviced on 26th May, General service and complete clutch work at punjab Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Sola, Ahmedabad, Gujarat and spent 28500. I have started experiencing gear problem, wherein gears were getting struck, went to service center June first week and it was fixed, but later within week started experiencing more problems wherein all gears at getting struck. I have been running pilkar to post and calling everyone to fix the issue but no response, this is the pathetic service and totally disappointed... Again I hv been asked to pay extra 5000 to check the problem... Do you understand the pain I'm going through, vehicle has just ran 300 kms max from service date... Let me know what are you going to do.

                We had book XUV 300 W6 in March 2021...after waiting for 4 month we got to know that car will be delivered next month with degrade options in entertainment unit... It's was shocking and didn't accepted from india company mahindra...

                  My vehicle is XUV 300 model ine 2019 I am purchase in vehicle Latur district Latur City showroom in Latur my vehicle number is MH 24 AW 0827 my vehicle purchase De problem nice in dashboard I am regular Sachin showroom and complaint regular but showroom please explain me 20000 km changing my shock absorbers and start but behind me showroom m suppressing the documents and information in not touching in basic problem do not success the clearing my problems and today's explain me your shock absorbers are damage and suggest me changing the shop of juice and estimated 16000 rupees my vehicle running is 40000 km company tyre condition good is private vehicle not commercial vehicle but only 20000 km the fault in gorgeous my problems are not clear in today

                    I had booked mahindra thar and was commited delivery by 5th of january, but i had called regional sales manager to expediate the things for delivery but to my surprise they informed back that delivery will in the month of april .
                    If mahindra cant manage or handle the show why do they take bookings else could havve stopped the bookings .
                    My booking was from hare krishna mulund .
                    I have no trust in mahindra, compared to maruti, hyundai, and kia .

                      Bolero No CG04NG6985 was purchased on 19 Jan 2021 from M/s Ralas Motors, Tatibandh, Raipur. On 16 Jun 2021, indicator of check engine was shown. after that we had sent the vehicle to Wksp for rectification. But till date i.e 22-06-21 the same has not yet repaired.

                      We want please replace the subject vehicle and give us a fresh vehicle instead.

                          We got message from number [protected] person called-sunny.
                          He said we provide work from home jobs, registeration fee-750/- we paid the amount to [protected]@ybl through paytm.Then once registration is done job letter came in and they took address to send laptop, sim and dress and fixed our training for week later.Then next day they said we need to open ur bank account so u need to give 1000/- which will be deposited in ur bank account only.So we transferred the same again to said paytm .And then after that they blocked our number and no courier with laptop and rest came.Now same number msg again for doubling the money in 1 hr.Please take neccessary action.Enclosing the chat history.

                            Vehicle Mahindra Bolero B6 (BS-VI) having registration number GJ-16-AV-2372, purchased on 06.11.2020 having problem of water leaking inside vehicle through Windshield Glass Beading. Vehicle was taken to MEGA Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. located at Ankleshwar, Gujarat for the issue, they had change the beading and charged amount Rs. 1197.00 (Bill No. RBC22A001974) though vehicle is under Warranty Period.
                            No proper response and guidance was given by the representative available at MEGA Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. at Ankleshwar, Gujarat.

                              I have a Mahindra Jeeto Bs4 Model that Purchase In 2019 and also have a Shield Eligible Warranty till January 2022 and this is happening 2nd time for me such a irresponsible behaviour.

                              The same issue was happen to me in Previous Year 2020 and that time my vehicle stand in SHREE RC ENTERPRISES MOTIHARI for 45-50 days and then after I receive my vehicle.

                              My vehicle is reported at SHREE RC ENTERPRISES MOTIHARI BIHAR on 14/06/2021 Monday for Running Repair Service from that time I am waiting for single response from SHREE RC ENTERPRISES MOTIHARI and still nothing.

                              My vichcle issue...

                                Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                I Abdul Rashid Khanday, writing this mail to you with regards to the
                                issue of the warranty on my vehicle XUV 500, which is only on 48783 km
                                right now. Actually, my vehicle had a service due and was under the
                                warranty till March 2020 or till 100000 km. But, unfortunately, due to
                                the lockdown, all the service centers and showrooms were closed and I
                                wasn't able to do the service of my vehicle.
                                Now that lockdown is lifted in our state Jammu and Kashmir, I went to
                                the MAHINDRA Shuhul Automobiles, Srinagar for the service of my
                                vehicle. The mechanic looked into the car and there were some problems
                                with the shockers of my car. He told that they need to be replaced for
                                the proper functioning of the car. They also told me I need to pay for
                                that as the warranty was over on March 2020 (during lockdown)
                                Now, I want Mahindra to look into this matter and extend my warranty
                                and cover the expenses because it was not my fault that I did not take
                                the car for service on time due to lockdown.

                                  Sir my car no. Is DL10CL3613. My car went for service on this service showroom. Their service is so degrading. They took the service money and did nothing. They make fool out o[censored]s and do nothing. One of the windows of my car is not opening as well ! Their service guy parked the car in front of my house and went away and i already submitted the money online and could do nothing! My car is new and have used for 20, 000 kms only!
