I am the owner of Mahindra Marazzo car bearing registration No.HR20AP7480. There are two three defects identified by me while driving so I have sent the vehicle to the mahindra workshop at Hisar (workshop of supreme automobiles) and conveyed the defects to the staff that:-
(i) Front bumper locks were broken and bumper be fixed
properly.
(ii) There is noise in front excel or from somewhere else
which driving the vehicle off road.
(iii) While breaking it seems that something hits from engine
side.
(iv) and service of the vehicle.
But it is a matter of great concern that despite of conveying the defects to the staff except servicing the vehicle my all defects are as it is. In addition to it, it is also pertinent to mention here that even the car was not washed properly. This is a matter of great concern and the workshop staff is not working properly and the customer is not satisfied.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve my vehicles above discrepancies at the earliest please.

    I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from one of your service centers(india garage Poonamallee)

    A week before, I dropped my [xuv 300 w8 optional] [ TN12 AL4509]

    at india garage (Poonamallee) for fire accident, but still now there’s no reply or call the service centre.so today i called the concerned person at the service centre to know about the process, but the person( nanda kumar ( india garage Poonamallee ) not at all responding properly and replying vulgarly with abusive words. Saying that i can’t do anything go and speak to the concerned insurance person.
    I need a speedy reply from Mahindra and india garage about my car service, if not I will raise a complaint over Mahindra and india garage under Section. 2(11) of Consumer Protection Act 2019

    I wonder if this is standard practice at your shops or this is the usual feedback that you receive from your customers. I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales and request from you to

      I am Dr sabyasachi sinha from malda, west bengal. when i went to s n motors, mahindra showroom malda, west bengal, India, the salesman give a quotation, which include the incidental charge of 3540₹. but as far as i khow this charge is illegal as per suprime court. so how they can charge this?

        Bought this XUV 300 on December 2019. It's been the worst experience. Stranded on the road twice already. There's some electrical failure, break locking failure ( cannot start car ) and now there's coolant oil leaking. I was looking for to having a great time.woth Mahindra but turned out to be a desaster. No proper customer service as well. Really hope I find some justice aa I beleive in the brand just for one name @anandmahindra sir.

          I have bought my Mahindra xuv 500 in may 2019.
          Within 24 hrs of my purchase i had taken the vehicle to service centre for wheel alignment issues. After rectifying the issue, the vehicle was handed over to me with an assurance that things are in order now. i still kept on getting my vehicle inspected for wheel alignment during my every service at auth service station at Jhansi. last month when i parked my vehicle i suddenly noticed that the threads of both front tyres of my vehicle have worn out from the inner side. i noticed it for the first time as the thread on the outer side were fully fit. I immediately took my vehicle to Mahindra service centre, got the tyres replaced and raised a query of defect. However my request were put down by quoting that the vehicle must have got an impact otherwise the toe angle can't get disturbed this much.

          With this as a background my request is...
          1. if people seated far away can comment on the probable reason of defect then may be people in workshop can check the vehicle and confirm their hit and trial method of fault finding.
          2. Mahindra should include wheel alignment check as one of the checks in scheduled service of vehicle after various km running limits.
          3. I will again request for my suitable action at the end of Mahindra Company for change/ compensation of cost of tyres.

            Even after canceling the order, the money has not been paid yet. It's been over 1 month.

            I had booked Mahindra Treo Yaar SFT. I was told 1 week's time, but due to not coming for a month, I had to cancel the order. A month has passed since I canceled the order. I haven't received my booking refund yet. Please get it done as soon as possible.

              Need to fit camera for the existing display.
              I think this is possible with software update on existing display. But dealer says that you need to purchase new display. Required resolution on the same

                In December 2020 . My complaint is the tyre of the vehicle is blast in ever 35 or 45 days ...only 7.5 kuntal weights .
                Please repair the manufacturing defeat

                If their is no action about my complaint i take serious action about the company.
                Every time i complaint to the showroom but the don't take seriously

                  My vehicle XUV 5OO W11 @ TN66 AB 8282 had a problem for a long time. i.e. when the vehicle crosses 120 KMS speed the steering wheel will vibrate in an unusual manner.

                  For this complaint, I logged into your service centre on[protected]. And they have generated repair order no. RO22A002014.

                  Still the complaint was not sorted out.

                  Kindly rectify the complaint and deliver my vehicle immediately.

                      I went for servicing of my Mahindra Bolero ZLX after 20, 000 Kms while I faced an issue with the Hand Brake. The service center delayed the service for 2 days saying that they don't have requested the parts. After 2 days I had to get the car back without replacing the hand brake due to unavailability. They did not even tell me about the seriousness of the issue or the consequences it would have in a long run.

                      Now after 30, 000 Kms I went for my first paid service and they handed me an estimate of around Rs. 50, 000, saying there has been significant damage to the vehicle because of the faulty hand brake. Moreover, they insist on keeping the vehicle for another 3 days because of the unavailability of parts. The estimate included servicing & parts like Disc Brakes, Drum Brakes, Suspension, and so on.

                      The service center guys are not ready to take any responsibility and suggesting that we move forward with the repairs. I am surprised to learn the condition of the vehicle, at mere 30000 Kms, especially when the service was due at 40, 000 Kms. As a professional, it is their duty to fix any current issue with the vehicle and even let us know the status of any other issue that may arise in the future. Knowing that the hand brake was not in 100% condition they should have told me about the possible issues that may arise due to this. Their negligence could have cost me my life if I had decided not to have a service at this point and waited for the next 10, 000 Kms.

                      It is my humble request to the professionals to perform their job with utmost sincerity. Their negligence not only causes customers like us a lot of hassle but it may someday cost someone their life.

                        Dear Sir,
                        My Vehicle no is KL54F4554, my last service done at Eram Motors Pvt Ltd, Kottakkal, Malappuram, Kerala on 9.11.2020 that was 60000km. At that time I told the advisor Left side shock up sound, Running Steering Lock, Front side sound, Service engine light not working, AC not working properly, Charging Slot not working. I am very much dissatisfied with them. After that only 4000km ran, showing the same complaints. I called the Eram Motors people they didn't even bother to respond back to me. I have never ever seen people like this. I think they cheated me for giving me a huge amount of service bill Rs.36000/-. Bill attached for your reference.

                        I think you will consider my complaint and give a solution.

                          I had purchased a new Mahindera Thar from Indraprastha automobiles on 14th June 2021.
                          This is regarding the poor service of Indraprastha automobiles as till date the car has not been registered & temporary registration has also expired on 13th July 2021.
                          From day 1 of car purchased I had been following up with Mr.Tyagi ( registration guy in Indraprastha automobiles, as told to me by sales team) for registration of the car. Everytime I use to call him for the status he had a simple answer ( aap tension mat lo, abhi to bohot time hai.. ) - In English - sir dont take tension there is lot of time to get the registeration done.
                          After 15 days of follow up with him & not getting proper response, I started my follow up with the sales person, Mr.Rahul Yadav. Spoke to him regularly through WhatsApp or a phone call to get the registration done timely as expiry of temp registration was coming close. But again in vein.
                          Finally on 13th July 2021 I contacted customer relationship Manager Indraprastha Automobiles ( Miss/Mrs AARTI ) to raise the issue as I was not in a position to drive the car due to non registration. On 13th Itself she committed that Registration will be done by tomorrow, that is 14th July 2021 without fail.
                          As Registration was not done she didn’t had an answer to phone calls n queries.
                          Again on 15th she requested me & promised that registration will be done the same day without fail.
                          Finally, after not getting any solution to my problem I had to move to higher authority of Indraprastha, that is the GM - Mr.Vineet.
                          After speaking to him he committed me that it will be done in 2 days no matter what & I will get the registration number along with RC & high security number plate as I was schedule to travel to Himalayas on 23rd.
                          Now we are standing on 22nd & still I dont know what’s happening. Before it was problem of registration, now they have a problem with RC & number plate.
                          I have tried my level best to follow up & speak to Indraprastha team but in vein. Again my travel program will be ruined because of mistakes of Indraprastha Mahindera.

                            We purchased a Marazzo M8 on 10th of December 2018. The vehicle has completed 16k KM as of 21st July 2021.

                            This is to bring to your kind attention that all the four tyres have worn out in a short span of time and within 16k KM, in spite of regular servicing and check ups at the authorized service center in Topsia Kolkata.

                            We have been a bonafide customer with M&M since 2015 when we purchased our first vehicle Xylo H4.

                            Kindly look into this issue and confirm the technical causes of the tyre failure in this short interval and suggest what is the way forward to not repeat such cases in future,

They told me that sensor will be available after 3 days but they are lying me sensor has not reached in workshop at sonipat P.P Automotive from last few days . Please give me solution and take action against the manager and advisor and store keeper . They are not good person and also irritating me . Their behavior is not good . Bad behavior . Please take action against them . Another I will sell my car and in future I will not buy any mahindra car .

                                    Purchased mahindra marrazo demo from karnal, Haryana dealership, Vaibhav Bamba is the owner of this dealership sold me this car and committed that he would repair all the affected things in the car, because at the time of selling some parts is not available like (seat cover was torn, the front bumper was broken, the car tray from middle console was missing) but they have committed to put all these things, you buy a car. But as soon as I bought the car, he started saying that we will place the order, you will have to pay for all whatever you want. This is completely shocking for me that how can someone fool to another person only for the sake of selling the bad product.
                                    I’m requesting you to please take the necessary action against the employees for the fake commitments and selling of bad product.

                                      I have purchased xuv 300, w4 diesel model from your dealer Pothens mahindra at Cheranalloor, ernakulam Kerala.On today at 20/7/21 the vehicle got overheated. I visited your authorised service centre at Pathanamthitta, and enquired about the same. They checked the vehicle and inforned that Due to Radiator leakage the vehicle got overheated.. Very bitter experience from your side.. After purchasing a vehicle within 10 days it shows serious complaint.Are you selling a complaint vehicle to us. From the day after booking the vehicle the we have received very bad experience to the dealer.. Now radiator problem.. Very bad experience
