As per the commitment given to me at the time of Booking my jeep on 8th jan 2021 ..that delivery time after booking falls between 18 to 20 weeks .

I have requested at that time that i wanted it to delivered on my Birthday 18th sept 2021.But now your mail states the date of October 21st.i have done the planning as per your commitment but now you are delaying it for 1 month which is disappointing.

I also wanted to bring in your knowledge that there is black marketing of vehicles for premium customers by taking extra 2 to 3 lacs or shown as premium delivery.

I would appreciate and positively hoping, that you will consider my request and deliver the vehicle on the committed date i.e 18th sept 2021.

    First I booked XUV 300W6 Red on 23/01/2021. From Gandhi motors Solapur Maharashtra.
    At the time of booking dealer told me that I will get delivery in one or one and half month that is till first week of March.
    Till end of April I was waiting. Every time dealer used to give me different reasons and different dates. Finally I cancelled that booking. But as I was in love with that car, again I booked XUV 300w8 Red on 29th April. Dealer promised me to deliver car in one and half months. Now it's more than one and half month. He started to give same reasons and new dates of billing every time. Person who discussed with me at the time of booking is not responding to my phone calls and what's app messages. It's very frustrating.

      It is in warranty period it should be replaced

          The way of talking of the manger (Ravindar kumar, Ranchi ) was the worst while i was in a trouble, my key was inside the car and the car got locked so i contacted the manager and his reply was that we cant help you it is your mistake .

            This is Punya Phukan, bought a Thar 2020 model on 1/3/2021 from Biswanath Ashok Auto, North Lakhimpur Assam thar variant LX MT H T Diesel Chassis No. MA1UJ4YC2M2A12216 and Engine No. YCM4A43038 Registration No.

            This 3month old thar repeatedly went Breakdown from the very second day of purchase.
            Till now it failed more than 5times, on upon calling the dealer they didn't responded to our call, they even stopped attending to our call saying it's not their duty for maintenance and care for any engine breakdowns. Even we are forced to pay for RSA. The car was not even driven 6000kms.
            Seeing the repeated break down of engine we request you to replace the engine nor change the car.

                I have purchased Mahindra jeeto plus ON NOVEMBER MY vechile no JH01EA3468 WITHIN 2month only my vechile engine is not started I have complaint to workshop for that but they told me that u paid for engine problem then it solved then I paid and repair my engine my vechile is only 2 month old and my engine not started this is very bad experience for mahindra and your dealership when I received my vechile then my engine vibration is very high then I told to service advisor then he fitted the nuts n all after that it vibration is also going on.

                Again I ll visit your Mahindra titanium workshop in 2June for servicing then my engine is not working well then I leave my vechile to the workshop and service advisor promised me to deliver the vechile on 15 June but no work started this type of service provided by Mahindra

                        Kindly refer to bearing complain No. CF[protected] dated 01.06.2021 on the above sited subject.

                        It is to informed you that I have earlier complain raised through mail that I have booked a car Mahindra XUV-300 W8 (Aqua Marine) on 16.01.2021 bearing order No. OTF21C000566 from Khokan Motor Works Pvt. Ltd. Siliguri (WB), I have enquired many times regarding the status of my vehicle but I have been ensured by the Showroom person that I will get my vehicle within 01 month. It has already been passed 05 month but I have not received the said vehicle yet. Further, a call from Showroom in the month of April’ 2021 regarding the said vehicle billing process is done and the vehicle is on the way and you will get it within 15 days in the month of May’2021.

                        On dated 05.06.2021 a call received from Showroom that your vehicle has been arrived in showroom but without music system and music system is not available in my showroom. On dated 07.06.2021, I am reached at Showroom and I have personally checked my vehicle that the music system has not been installed yet. I again enquired regarding this matter and they have told me that your vehicle music system when will come I don’t know? Further, it is intimated that your representative namely Mr. Sharib who is our area sales manager will look after into the matter and let me that expected delivery date but same was not informed me until. I have many times call to Mr. Sahrib but he is not given to me music system to till date and he is not received my call and not contact to me.

                        In this connection, I have already cleared all the relevant process regarding purchasing of vehicle in the month of May’ 2021. So, kindly sent the music system and hand over the vehicle within 03 days otherwise, I will bound to cancel my order and I will not recommended any one to purchase any kind of vehicle from Mahindra. Hence, it is also intimated that I have many times complain in Mahindra group and customer care through online but no suitable reply me. It is requested that personally look into the above matter.

                          1. I called to VVC MOTORS Hyderabad and this VVC motors located in different place for different works .. service in one place and body works in some place .. first i went one place where they do only service, there i have got number of another person, i called this person he asked me to come, once after i visit they were telling next two days were holidays for insurance, they asked me to come on[protected] upon their call but i didn't receive any call till Thursday, i have called myself on Friday then they asked me to visit on[protected].

                          I have given my vehicle XUV 500 bearing vehicle number (KA19MJ4303)for a front glass change on[protected] they said its finished on[protected], i visited again to pick up the vehicle.. when i reach and verified the vehicle it is parked under the tree on the public road side where the branches fallen on the car upper body and besides there is a tree where i couldn't even open the drive side door.. i couldn't imagine how could they come out of the car after parking the car at that ### public place.. some how they managed to take out the vehicle from there and taken to garage .. i have verified the replaced front glass it was very improper, there was no original finishing and also scrathes on the glass improper inside middle mirror fixing .. car was not cleaned, interior whole dash board was gummy with polish, oil /grease finger prints.. I am also attaching some pics of improper glass fixing.. when i asked them who fixed the glass they said the glass changing work is not done my Mahindra but it is officially outsourced to some (Ghouse) private vendor.. they have done very stupid in replacing the glass .. i don't have any respect towards vehicle / CUSTOMER worry... they miss placed my car wipers, i have cleaned myself my car outside the garage. after lot of discussed they are ready to change the glass again with that stupid vendors.. when Mahindra doesn't have any trained professional for this kind of works what's the point in giving the vehicle in authorized service center.. it is real that Mahindra has outsourced this kind of works.. for they don't care at all how they do..
                          they suppose to deliver my today at least on[protected] but not delivered.. I don't what's happening with my car and where it is parked. They don't have any proper garage itself and doesn't have proper road to reach the VVC motors.. I don't how far you will take this complaint seriously..

                          If i am not wrong you may forward this mail to VVC Motors and ask them to take care and fix the issues ... and these staff will continue to do the same thing and we as a CUSTOMER always suffer..

                          they tell xuv is a premium vehicle .. if they are treating premium vehicle itself like this .. i cant imagine the service they give to lower level cars..

                          I hope i will see better result from this complaint...
                          i never expected Mahindra service is so stupid where XUV 500 considered as a premium vehicle..

                          lot of time wasted for me, upon that extra scratches on the car.. i felt very unsecure with mahindra authorized VCC motors hyderabad, telangana..

                              Dear Auto Mahindra,
                              On 15/04/2021, I placed the order and cleared the advanced payment (Receipt No.: 48SR-BR0000145) of the vehicle (Mahindra XUV-300 W6 AMT Petrol Aqua Marine) to dealer (Koncept Mahindra Pvt Ltd, sector 48 Sohna Road Gurgaon Haryana). On enquiring about the vehicle, the available staff or person in position kept on delaying the dates, thereby failing to deliver at the said time period. While booking it was told the same will be delivered by 8th of June 2021. Now the person is not picking my Phone.

                              Another matter is illegal charges in the name of Incidental Charges:---
                              In the initial time itself while going through the quotation, I have found that Dealer is asking for the illegal charges of Rs 9090 as incidental charges (which are illegal as per the RTO and Supreme court-Notice Attached).

                              Now as you see in the Quotation - Dealer is charging Incidental Charges
                              When I have called the Sales Consultant of Dealership about receipt of Quotation - I immediately raised that why is Logistic/Incidental Charge been added in Quotation?
                              Sales Consultant reply was it’s a Charge towards--Transportation Cost from Stock Yard to Workshop, Polishing, Cleaning, and Fuel Filling.
                              I said - The Quotation is charged on Ex-Showroom Price and not Ex-Stockyard Price.
                              When the Price is Ex-showroom and not Ex-Stock yard, how can the Dealer charge me Logistics as add on charge over Ex-showroom Price? The Car am going to buy is from Showroom and the Price am paying is Ex-showroom Price which anyway includes everything about Logistics, Cleaning, Polishing etc.
                              But, Mahindra & Mahindra Sales Consultant Denied and replied that it’s Mandatory to Pay this Incidental Charge of Rs 9090 as per the Quotation.

                              I would appreciate if you could kindly look through the matter and kindly resolve the friction being caused which is resulting delay in delivering the mentioned vehicle.                                 My mahindra bolero for third service in Musaram Workshop but mechanic taken fraudly service. I suffered because I was unknown about real kilometer of meter which were given and shown in parameters but service mechanic who are expert for service but also forget what position of service and fraudly taken third service at 22000km only and also damage something in after service like... And again 4th service but not check suspension and tire of bolero effected and also nearabout 5th service remote sensor also effected but fraudly mechanic of workshop suggest for out of workshop service and maintenance for change of cells like battery of cells are damage for change but I'm unknown about matching of remote show what benefits of given workshop of bolero company. Please advise for above problem to yours own workshop for relief of customer

                                  Our vehicle up36t1608 stop at Mahindra work Shop from 172 days due to engine issue, whereas engine warranty ongoing, but no any further revert received from Mahindra team

                                  Misbehave and not response properly and fraudly sent me to out service from given Musaram Workshop to outside for maintenance of remote sensor as like this in past my bloero 3rd and 4th service also fraudly and mishave and not properly check and not satisfied me for bolero service.after service various called by service center and told to customer you are satisfied or not and request if call from company please gives answer that you are satisfied but really not satisfied this is very fraud with customer.

                                      Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                      I am Lieutenant Commander Ashutosh Shukla, serving in Indian Navy and presently posted at Indian Navy's Western Naval Command Headquarters (Mumbai).

                                      I am writing this letter to you seek your kind and urgent intervention in resolving my dispute with 'Hare Krishan Pvt Cars Ltd' Mahindra dealer at Mulund West, Mumbai with respect to delivery of my Mahindra XUV300 W8 (Aquamarine).

                                      It is pertinent to mention that I am already a proud owner of an XUV500(W 10, 2016 Model) and have chosen Mahindra again for the pleasant experience of more than 05 years.

                                      In reference to my dispute over XUV300 following events are listed in chronological order:-

                                      1. 13 Feb 2021 - The Dealer sent his XUV300 for test drive. The vehicle brought to me was XUV300 W8(O). The car brought to me was without infotainment system, because of which I had to revisit the dealer to get its hands-on experience.

                                      2. 14 Feb 2021 - 1st quotation given to me of INR 13, 17, 044. After all the discounts final on-road price was of 12, 70, 000 with matting, mudflap and door visor as accessories.

                                      3. 25 Feb 2021 - I paid Rs 11, 000 as a booking amount. Delivery of the car was assured to me after waiting period of 4-6 weeks.

                                      4. 06 Mar 2021 - The dealer informed me that Mahindra has changed its rules and henceforth all XUV300 will be given only with sunroof. Also, the additional charges for sunroof would have to be borne by me. I had booked W8 over W8(O) only because I wanted car without sunroof. But as per this new rule I had to take the car with sunroof. The new price quoted to me was of Rs 13, 46, 925. After all discount final on-road price was quoted as Rs 13, 00, 000 plus and additional of Rs 10, 000 accessories as complimentary from dealer. The new set of accessories promised were floor mat, mud flap, door visors and tail lamp chrome.

                                      5. 08 Mar 2021 - I re-confirmed my order for XUV300 W8 Aquamarine to dealer for placing the order to Mahindra.

                                      6. 24 Mar 2021- The dealer confirmed delivery of car by April end.

                                      7. 08 Apr 2021 - The dealer confirmed that dealership was open for 05 days a week and they were functioning at full strength.

                                      8. 08 Apr 2021 - OEM invoice raised by dealer. Engine number and other details of the car assigned for me were now available with the dealer.

                                      9. 12 Apr 2021 - I made a down payment of 2 lakh thereby making a total of INR 2, 11, 000 as my down-payment.

                                      10. 22 Apr 2021 - My Canara Bank loan got sanctioned. No assistance or guidance was rendered by the dealer for processing of my car loan. The dealer showed its involvement only in getting the loan disbursed without keeping me in the picture.

                                      11. 26 Apr 2021 - My loan of INR 10, 89, 000 got disbursed to dealer. The Bank and the dealer both confirmed about this transaction.

                                      12. 04 Jun 2021 - The dealer kept delaying the delivery date. I had to catch hold of the general manager and sales executive to get more information about delivery of my car. The dealer now gave a new delivery date as 10 Jun. On 04th of Jun it was for the first time that the dealer informed me off a new price hike of approx Rs 45, 000.

                                      When all my calls went unanswered, on 28 May 2021, I had personally visited the dealership. Their VP, Mr Avinash Oberoi stated that the 'delays are from Mahindra for critical part (infotainment system). He also in his professional opinion suggested me to ‘contact Mr Anand Mahindra' for my car and later absconded from the showroom. I waited for more than 6 hours for him to return but still no one attended my request.

                                      On 04 Jun I again visited the dealership and met the GM of dealership, Mr Naveen. He started shouting at me and further threatened me of tweeting to Mr Narendra Modi and against Indian Navy. Also, this was the first time that the dealer mentioned that Mahindra has increased the price for XUV 300 and I would have to pay the dealer an additional of INR 45, 000.

                                      To sum the whole matter up, it is my earnest request to you to kindly look into the following issues:-

                                      1. I have fulfilled all my obligations as a customer. My EMIs have also started getting deducted. Second EMI is due in end Jun. But still I have no POC to address my issues and have no clarity on delivery of my car. The dealer has parked my INR 2, 11, 000 with him now for more than 02 months and has got the full balance amount of INR 10, 89, 000 from Canara Bank since 26 Apr 21. I as a customer feel tricked and harassed by the dealer.

                                      2. Why did the dealer get the loan disbursed if the car was not available from Mahindra or was missing with sum critical part?

                                      3. The dealer was billed for a price by Mahindra in Apr 21 (invoice raised on 08 Apr 21), Mahindra raised the price of few vehicles on 23 Apr of which I was informed on 04 Jun and the dealer got the loan disbursed on 26 Apr. As per the above sequence of events why am I asked to absorb this price rise? And now the dealer is further delaying my car asking me to first make the balance payment.

                                      4. Why is an authorized dealer not accountable for its ill and unprofessional behaviour? I made to suffer and absorb everything and dealer is not made answerable for anything.

                                      5. It was the most horrific experience for me and my family members to be mistreated by a dealer on several occasions. I raised the level to Mahindra area sales in charge Mr. Adir Bhatnagar. I am sorry to bring out that Mr. Adir has thus far only given me promises but has not been able to make any progress, making me to escalate the level.

                                      This is a serious lack of professionalism from people at all levels. As a customer I feel failed. The bank says if I cancel the loan my processing fees and Interest parts of EMI is non-refundable, the dealer has no commitment on delivery and is now demanding additional money, the Mahindra Sales In charge has only words but no definite action plan to my complaints.

                                      I request your assistance in clearing this fog. I being on essential duty have not been able to chase the dealer and Mr Adir. Please assist me in getting my authentic Mahindra XUV300 with promised accessories on valid price.
