I had purchased a new Mahindra Maxi Truck on 28 December 2020, barely 3-4 months ago. However, I am deeply disappointed with it as its mileage is hardly 5-6 Km/Per Kg of CNG. Though, company claims that its mileage is between 15-17 Km/Kg of CNG. In the past 3 months, I got the vehicle checked three times at Concept Mahindra, Sector-2, Noida, the place from where I had bought it. I myself went with the driver to make them understand the problem of very low mileage. Every time, the technical staff there checked the vehicle and assured me that it will be fine afterwards. They had told me that it will be resolved after first service of the vehicle. However, even after the 1st service was done, its mileage did not improve. I am sorry to say that the problem still remains unresolved. Due to this problem, I am having financial losses as well as mental stress. .

Mahindra and Mahindra is a reputed automaker of India. Though I had several options, but went with my decision to buy the vehicle from your company, which is 'Made in India', as our Prime Minister always appeal to buy 'made in India' products.

I shall be grateful if the problem of the vehicle is resolved soon.

      I put my car for service, and i have to wait till the parts have arrived for 1 month. So when i came back after 1 month the problem of my car haven't solved yet. The service workers were not sincere in there work i didn't show any progress in there work. I"m not happy for the service they provide me. I Ain't buying any of your company car in the future if you didn't keep the customer happy.

        1. Clutch plate changed after 80K Kms.
        2. Clutch plate again changed after driven by same driver after 900 KMS.
        3. Agency again charged full amount from customer.
        4. To the best knowledge agency had charged the second clutch plate change amount from company also.

          I booked an XUV 300 W8 variant on January 7th, 2021, but till today, i.e., April 11th, 2021, I haven't received my car yet. They told me at the very beginning that by February end I'll recieve my car. I'm very much disappointed with this. Everytime I call the dealer to ask them about the car, They just keep giving me the same excuse that it isn't in stock right now! I want to know what's going on! I need my car soon. Have waited a lot. Mahindra do something. Help ASAP!

              We have purchased E Car Mahindra E Supro in January 2019 from your showroom in Enikepadu, Vijayawada, in the name of Tulip Garden Charitable Trust. The vehicle has a 2 years guarantee and we are using the vehicle with registration number AP 16 FL 1638. The Vehicle is used for daily activities related to children in our Home.

              Our car in the service point :-

              1 ;-14/05/2019 to 20/05/2019 6 days
              2 ;- 30/10/2019 to 8/11/2019 7 days
              3 ;-15/02/2020 to 6/3/2020 20 days
              4;-25/4/2020 to 2/5/2020 7 days
              5 ;-12/06/2020 to 15/07/2020 34 days
              6;- 30/09/2020 to 18/10/2020 18 days
              7 :-5/11/2020 to 19/11/2020 4 days
              8.12/12/2020 to 19/12/2020 5 days
              9.In this up till now 7 days in-service point.

              For every day in service, we rent a car so the costs are terribly high.
              and the service people can not repair the car properly.
              It is always the computer which gives troubles.
              I hope someone in the Mahindra company is able to solve this problem.Till now it is very disapointing.

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I bought XUV300 registration No - DL12CQ 9112, on April 28, 2019.
                After few months, clutch half paddle remain stuck during the driving. When I visited the workshop, of Koncept Mahindra, in Sector- 2 NOIDA, they told me to come with proof as they don't find the issue and advice me to make video of problem while this happen. I requested them that this would be dangerous and could lead to accident, but didn't cared. I regularly raised this issue with them but every time they refused to inspect making excuses that they didn't find any issue in clutch plate. You can confirm with the RO numbers.
                RO21A008180, RO21A008323, RO21A008921, RO22A000215.
                Now, When I left the car for third free service, I got the call that my clutch has been burned and need to be replaced and the amount need to paid will be Rs.28, 000. Request to consider this complaint on priority basis, I have suffer a lot. I'm big supporter of MAKE IN INDIA movement and refer numerous friends to buy this Brand.
                Hope you understand and will take immediate action who doesn't cater the customer issue and problems.

                  I have given my S.U.V for repairing to Royal motors service center jagtipota, kalikapur, kolkata problem was oil and coolant got mixed, They repaired that and called us its ready please pickup your vehicle.
                  so we went and paid the amount and picked my vehicle, when i was returning home i felt my vehicle is not responding as earlier Pickup Of vehicle was low, i instantly called to my service manager he said not to worry come after two days we will fix it.
                  when i returned my vehicle for fixing this problem they diagnosed it that i will have to change my turbo, and they are saying that vehicle is out of warranty so they wont repair it free of cost .
                  so i just only want to say that if there were not this problem earlier when i gave it for repairing but when they returned me i faced that problem it means the carelessness is from service center side and as my vehicle is out of warranty they are trying to charge me for their mistake.
                  i really need help in this matter, cause if your vehicle is out of warrenty service centre can charge you for anything?

                      The Vehicle was sent to service on 17.03.2021 at ZULAIKHA MOTORS PVT LTD, AMBATTUR, CHENNAI 600 058.

                      The following complaints were lodged
                      1) NOISE DURING DRIVING,
                      2)SELF STARTING PROBLEM AND
                      3)AC COOLING PROBLEM

                      The vehicle was delivered on 23.03.2021. For the service They charged Rs 41, 181 vide RO BillNo RBR21B009199

                      Self Starting Problem solved. Noise still present. On AC Cooling Coil the service people sprayed a gel, that arrested the entire AC functioning.

                          My Vehicle is XUV 500 no UP14DD1813 Date of Purchase 10.03.2017, bought from SHIVA AUTOMOBILES, GHAZIABAD.
                          Vehicle met with an accident to save a biker.
                          Vehicle was insured from HDFC ERGO.
                          Shiva representative were not able to convince them for actual accident.
                          We ourself discussed with him and informed him details.
                          Afterwards during the bills generation, he did not paid for Bumper paint, Right side Fender and his paint without any reason.
                          Shiva person forget to make the Bill for Stapnee Rim, which they said Shiva will bear.
                          We informed regularly to show him type, Shive people, do not worry this is OK. We Guarantee.
                          Now once Shiva people need to provide Stapnee, now they are saying Tyre is not working and they are not responsible.
                          Our key is received in damaged condition.

                            I have booked the mahindra xuv300 on Feb 16th from pothens mahindra showroom located at cheranaloor Kerala. The manager told us that the vehicle will be received on March 10th and based on the confirmation we sold our only vehicle. And nobody contacted us on March 10th. We continuously called the number gave to us and nobody responded for 3 days. Then we went to showroom to enquire about the same and came to know that the employee resigned. The manager didn't had any manners to keep us informed about the same until we went and shouted at them. We came to know that we will not get the vehicle on time said by them and the new manager gave us the delivery date as 29th. As we already sold our car to buy your mahindra car but still we managed with car on rent till 29th. But again the trust in mahindra was broken by new manager telling that the vehicle will be received on 2nd April. And now they are telling us that the car still not dispatched yet and giving us option to give 2.5 lacs extra so that you will get the higher option vehicle next day. It seems we will not get the vehicle and it was the mahindra team who told that the vehicle will be received in 1 month and it's already been 50 days. So badly telling you that we don't trust mahindra team anymore and so bad experience from your team. I don't think that mahindra value me as a customer. And please give us a reply.

                            Can your team pay the Rs. 2.5 lacs and get us the car next day as we don't have that much money and we booked a budget vehicle. Please consider Rs. 2.5lacs for the trust you have broken and for the loss you made. Can you get us the car before 2 months??? Please give us an answer

                              Mahindra president Surat convinced me that I will get a car in short time on 16/2/2021.Then told me 20/3/21, then give me new date 5/4/21. And today give me next delivery date for 9/5/21. What is all, I don’t understand. I think I should move to others

I am facing too much trouble without car.President surat sales manager told me that your delivery date is extended.What can I do at this stage?

                                    I have purchased your product Mahindra 457DI Tractor on 09.05.2020 paying full payment with registration charge from MAA BARALADEVI AUTOMOBILES, AUTORISED MAHINDRA TRACTOR DEALER, FCI SQUARE, BHUBANESWAR ROAD, PHILBANI, KANDHAMAL, ODISHA-762001, Mob-[protected], , TIN No-[protected]. But the employees of the show room are deliberately delaying register my tractor. So that I am facing a lot of problem and I am paying fine to Police, Local Revenue personnel and MVI personnel. For several times I have requested the showroom staffs for expediate registration work but they paying deaf towards my request instead they are asking for give them extra rupees(Bribe). Even I have paid 1500 rupees to appease them. it is really put me in frustration, harassments and depression and paralyze the movement of my unregistered tractor. Actually it is too late for registration the vehicle and it is very bad practice from the Mahindra tractor show room staffs. I badly repent to be your customer. It is tool much delay and instance of negligence to give service to customers. How a costumer can wait for 11 months for just registration of tractor.
                                    I home my problem will be solved by this complain.
