We purchased our kuv 100 on Aug 2016, registration no being (WB08C1899). It was a moment of excitement for our dream car but it turned into a nightmare from the moment we purchased it. The reason being :
1) very very poor mileage
2) vibration in the car when the engine started which could not be resolved.
3) difficulty in turning and parking due to very poor curvature.
4) now to our horror the car is catching junk from all sides and the condition is such that it can become dialapilated anytime . (Images attached)

We belong to an average middle class family and we cannot replace our cars at a short interval due to budget constraints. We purchased this car trusting Mahindra as our family. Please look into the matter and provide us relief at the earliest so that our trust in Mahindra is not broken.

We have been trying to upload the Images but somehow it always shows "File to large" even though our file size is just 2.8 mb. Please look into the matter.

          That the said vehicle has been purchased through the Authorised Dealer: M/S. Aditya Motors, (Unit of Aditya Car Automotives Pvt. Ltd) NH-5, Bampakuda Phulnakhara Cuttack on dated. 13th January, 2021.
          That on 10-Nov, 2020 and 9-Dec-2020 myself and the Authorized dealer representative of Mahindra and Mahindra (Sri Satya Swagat Mohanty) had a conversation about purchase of a vehicle which will be manufactured after December, 2020 and the model no. would be of year, 2021. After conversation, the representative of Auth Dealer has agreed to deliver me a vehicle (Mohindra Bolero B4 BS-VI) of manufacture year 2021, accordingly he (Auth Dealer has supplied the quotations relating to the vehicle on each date where the vehicle cost has mentioned as Rs.9, 20, 232/- only). After discussion we waited for a new manufactured vehicle of 2021 model.
          That The representative of Auth dealer (Mr Satya swagat Mohanty) has assured us that the purchased vehicle has been manufactured in the year 2021. as we waited for the vehicle which has manufactured in the year 2021. And we have paid the extra cost of Rs.16397/- (in total Rs.9, 20, 932/- + Rs.16, 397/- =Rs9, 37, 329/-for the vehicle as it has manufactured in the year 2021)
          That, Though I paid the due amount vide Money Receipt No.37674 dated 14-1-21 and the Vehicle ((Mahindra Bolero B4 BS-VI, vide Engine no:XKL6M60272, Chassis No-MA1XM2XKXM5A22240) has handed over to me with the vehicle invoice, Sale Certificate and the connected documents to me. In all documents the dealer has mentioned the Month & Year of manufacture is January, 2021.
          That, The Vehicle has registered with RTO/DTO:Bhubaneswar-1, vide Registration No..OD02BP8915, accordingly we got the Smart Card and Paper R.C. through Postal. When we checked the same the Month & Year of Manufacture of the said vehicle is of DEC, 2020. (Though in the sale certificate the date & year of Manufacture is of Jan, 2021 as we both has agreed to buy the vehicle which has manufactured in the year 2021)
          That I have informed to said Auth Dealer about the Registration Certificate Book, he took the original RC and Smart Card and insurance copy from me by hand for correction from the RTO and related agency. After some days he sent the insurance copy with correction of manufacture year of Jan, 2021. But till now he has not handed over the RC Book and Smart Card after due correction with manufacture year 2021(the original RC and Smart cards are with him) and now he is saying that it is the fault of the company, do whatever may be you want.
          It is total cheating by the company and the dealer with me, though you were supplied an old manufactured vehicle and cheated with forged documents (i.e. the sale certificate, sale invoice etc).
          Therefore it is requested for exchange of the old manufactured vehicle with the new one which has manufactured in the year, 2021 as we also not being using the said vehicle which has delivered by you.

              TUV 300. Purchased in Aug 2019. Improper AC vent at leg space of driver and co driver. 25% air comes inside 75% passes out. Indecent vents. This fault Not expected from MAHINDRA, who are known for perfection.

                    Hi, i purchased bolero bs6 (o) FROM HIMALAYAN MOTORS SRINAGAR TENGPORA J&K, and after 4900Km of driving that is after 2months of purchase my clutch got somei issue while driving and produced smell and smoke. i complained to helpline no of mahindra and finaly i was asked to get it repaired on chargeable basis. this is totally redicolous from mahindra side only 2 months old car had clutch issue and i was asked that it would have happened due to rough driving. i want my car should be repaired under warranty despite of clutch being wear and tear part from your point of view as i suspect that partially faulty clutch and pressure plates have been fitted.
                    i have lodged a complaint in national consumer department. docket no of launched complaint is-2583227. consumer court has asked me to revert them back with mahindra's response.

                      Infotainment system of my XUV-500 W-10

                        As this car i bought for my sister wedding and we very near to wedding date.

                          I purchased new jeeto in Rajahmundry Andhra Pradesh m&m showroom about 11 months back, while selling the vehicle the company people promised me about the service.
                          On 25th of jan (AP39TF 2892) the vehicle just stopped in the middle of the road, with the load, and I Call the service people, they asked me to tow the vehicle to the service centre.
                          now the best part is, on 3rd of FEB I got a message authorised repair
                          1 Till now the repair was not done
                          2 people does not respond
                          3 m&m people call me for EMI
                          please take the necessary action

                            I have booked Mahindra Thar on 4th October 2020. At the time of booking i was told that waiting period is of 2 months. Now its been 5 months completed and i have not delivered my vehicle. Whenever i contact local dealer he give me new date and new month. People who booked in November 2020 is already using vehicle. Difference is only that they gave some premium for delivery which is wrong. i never expected this from Such a big company in Automobiles.

                            I request you to please update me one final time for delivery of my vehicle as i don't have any car right now. My booking is on the name of Sumit Gandhi date of booking is 4th October 2020. Expect reply from you soon.

                                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                It is to state with deep regret and sad heart that my New Mahindra Marazzo purchased on dtd.24th Jan 2020, got major break down and lying with the authorised Dealer / Service Centre. The Vehicle is bearing following details,

                                Purchased at dealer: M/s Neon Motors Pvt Ltd, Visakhapatnam, A.P.

                                Engine No: ESKZM83649.

                                Chassis No: MA1WA2ES1K2M46440.

                                Cubic Capacity: 1497 CC

                                Carrying Capacity: 07 Members.

                                Regd; No: AP 39DT 5569.

                                Above vehicle was asked to pick up for servicing on 15th Feb 2021 and was taken on the same day by the driver from an authorised dealer as stated above. However the driver called me back from midway to the service centre and told that vehicle has been stopped all of a sudden and the servicing centre was asked to provide pick up of the vehicle. Later after receiving the vehicle at authorised dealer service centre, at Auto nagar, GAJUWAKA, Visakhapatnam, on 15th Feb 2021, it was told that after thorough check up details will be communicated soon.

                                On 17th Feb 2021 the dealer called me and communicated that the vehicle has been checked by authorised service technicians thoroughly but found no problem in the electrical circuitry and the company was informed for further necessary action in this regard.

                                On 18th Feb 2021 the dealer called me again and communicated that after getting approval from the company they have dismantled and opened the Engine wall door cover and found that the “TIMING CAHIN WAS CUT” which was clearly a manufacturing defect. It was also communicated by dealer that till date No Marazzo vehicle has been dismantled and over hauled and No spares are also available.

                                In view of the all above, it is understood that for total repair of vehicle and bringing back the same on to the road with 100% originality, the service centre has to dismantle the Engine head, drive shaft, lower arms, suspensions, gear box etc. and after getting the spares assembling back and replacing all gaskets etc and with this the total company fitment has been disturbed and the originality has been completely lost and vanished. It is to state that the engine was dismantled followed by the manufacturing defect in the vital engine part, when the vehicle has run on only 9000 KMs and was on company free service period.

                                It is also to state that, I am in this motor filed since 1982 and owned a four wheeler from 1984 onwards and was using Mahindra XUV 500 from 2014 onwards, prior to purchase of the Marazzo, which was also purchased from M/s Neon Motors Pvt Ltd, Visakhapatnam.

                                I have purchased Mahindra Marazzo during Jan 2020, keeping in view of the sturdiness, performance and reliability of Mahindra vehicles. But with the major manufacturing defect in engine with “TIMING CHAIN CUT”, for my existing brand new vehicle within in no time of one year and during company service period, I am totally upset and disturbed from the day one, with No vehicle in hand, running up / down on hired vehicles with disturbed mind always.

                                In view of all the above, I demand for the daily vehicle hiring charges for my day to day business works from the date my existing vehicle reached the service centre, as well as demand for a brand new Marazzo vehicle replacement immediately.

                                  I am residing in Hyderabad and contacted the nearest Mahindra service centre for the 60000kms servicing of my XUV 500. The vehicle was picked up on 20 Feb 21 at around 1300 hrs and the vehicle was delivered on 22feb 21 at around 1700hrs. The feedback from the service manager was very bad. Initially i was told the vehicle will be delivered on 21st. Then the manager called me around afternoon on 21st and told me that there is some delay and he will deliver it at around 1000hrs on 22nd. Finally it was delivered on 22nd at 1700hrs. The cleaning of the car was really bad and I have clicked the pictures too. This is the second time the same thing is happening with this service centre. The last time I have given my vehicle for servicing, I requested for a full vehicle foam cleaning. After the vehicle was delivered I found that no cleaning work was carried out inside the car but around 2000 bucks were charged for the same. I clicked the pictures and sent them to the service manager after which he sent two guys to clean the vehicle the following day. It also happened that I was over charged for an item and its labour charges whose work was not carried out.upon enquiring with the service manager, he said that it was a clerical mistake. This clerical mistake happens very frequently and it doesn't look like a mistake but a gymmic to loot money from the customers. If only i would not have checked the bill, I would have payed extra. There was no feedback from the service manager side when I told him about my complaints. This is really sad and not expected from a company like Mahindra and Mahindra. This is how you will loose your customers. I have clicked all pictures of my complaints. Expecting a suitable response for my query. Thank you.

                                    Tuv 300 actuator problem AMT

                                    This is regarding the vehicle TUV 300 purchased in 2016. This is purchased by Mahindra Gears and Transmissions under employee scheme. I am working as Finance Controller of the company.

                                    On 19th February when I was about to driving home from plant, I found the gear is not shifting . As the vehicle is AMT, no mechanic was available nearby so I left the vehicle at plant.
