I am really frustrated with the service staff at Shiva auto ghaziabad.
I came here at 8:30 am and till 11:10 am no body has touched my car.

    I’ve booked a Red colour XUV500 from Anant cars showroom in Bangalore on 20th Jan 2021, they’ve promised me the delivery before feb 15th and disbursed 70% amount before that date.

    Now it’s 20th feb and they’re asking me to wait for 15 more days to get a confirmation about the production (not even delivery)

    Dear Sir,
    We have finance two scorpio S5BS6in the month of November 20 from our Indian bank(e -allahabad bank) pakur branch, but after completion of more than two months we still not received, invoice and insurance copy of that vehicle.
    The vehicle are finance against quotation of "TEKRIWAL MOTORS PVT LTD" Near Muffasil Thana, College Road Godda GST NO 20AAECT7269F1ZE, to Mr Sandip Singh and Mr Niranjan Tiwari.

      As a genuine customer of your Mahindra car manufacturer company ptd. I have a appeal to your authority concerned that kindly upgrade ground clearance of your car XUV300 #180 upto 190. Specially front side of cars.Interestingly I have booked yesterday above said car at Iconic Mahindra showroom Naharlugun ((AP)but it's found that your car XUV 300 ground clearance not suitable for our hilly state like Arunachal Pradesh and others hilly state and my all friends

        I have Book a car XUV 300 Model W6 diesel on 30.01.2021. I have also made the half payment at Lohchab Motors Rohtak, Haryana. I was given the date of 18.02.2021, but the delivery is not given to me yet. And they further told me that delivery of your car may takes long time even more than a month or two or three. Please take action in this matter.

            I would like to notice your attention regarding delaying of Vehicle repairing [ Order No. RO21A006289].

            Actually, the estimated delivery date was on 19th December 2020, but the vehicle is not yet delivered, and the strange thing is that the work is not started yet.

            We are frequently visited the repair shop (ERAM Motors Pvt. Ltd) to speed the work, unfortunately we didn’t get any clarity on the same and the outcome of our discussion was pathetic.

            As the vehicle is an integral part of our Plant Nursery for goods movement, we made strenuous efforts to go ahead with our business without the own vehicle. So, I am requesting you to do the needful for delivering the vehicle at the earliest, otherwise we compelled to go with legal formalities.

            Expecting your favorable action for the fast delivery of the vehicle from your end.

              My car no is MHO2 DG 7193 - XUV 500 MODEL 2014
              IN 2018 Feb, I noticed that the music system CD player and USB is not operative. it was working fine before.

              the authorized service center at Goregaon west informed that Mahindra has upgraded the software version...but they are not able to upgrade it on my car. the problem continued since then.
              again, on 16th Feb 2021, the service center told that they cant do it.

              my complaint :
              if the version is upgraded by the company, then it is their duty to have it done on my car! or provide the customer an option of NOT upgrading, so that his original system works!
              now here I am, having paid for a system but not being able to use it, because the company changed the version - that's not responsible behaviour!

                We have booked a Mahindra XUV 300 Petrol W8 Optional white color model in Unnati Motors Viman Nagar with the name of Hirkani Wable on 14/02/2021. Waiting period is of approx 45 days. We request you to please look into this as we want delivery on 3rd March that is the birthday of my husband. I and my husband were part of Tech Mahindra in Hinjewadi Pune for approx 3 to 6 years. We will be thank full to Mahindra team if you can arrange the delivery by 3rd March. Also all the people in Unnati motors are very cooperative.
                Expecting a positive reply aslo expecting the delivery by 3rd March to stay with brand live Mahindra.

                      I booked a vehicle on 7dec by paying 10000 as booking amount at shuhul automobiles private limited jammu.They told me that they will deliver with in 25days, but till date i have not received the vehicle.

                      Whenever i call call them they just give the next date.
                      Their way of dealing with customers is informal.They dont even bother to ans my calls.
                      This is the first time i am buying the mahindra but its a very bad experiance.

                      I would request to please deliver the vehicle with in this moth only.

                        I have given my W8 XUV500 at Mahindra service centre at Patwa Indore for a specific knocking sound. That sound observed while stopping the ignition. Except rectifying the sound entire general service done. I have show to other dealership also but they were not even able to hear or understand the knocking sound. I don’t know whether Mahindra is having any expert mechanic and if not whether they can rectify this mistake in their factory. Pls guide.

                              I have purchased Mahindra Xuv 300 from Abhinandan Auto zone LLP on 28th October 2020 and paid the fee for registration too but even after 3 months from purchase of vehicle, Rc copy and number plate have not been given.
                              Every time i try to contact with the concerned person he comes up with a excuse and promises to deliver the same in a week or so.

                                Iam prakash chhetri R/O JNV Pakyong having no.Sk07p 1383 and I had purchased Mahindra bolero bs6 vehicle on 30.09.2020 now kms is 3000 but I am cotinusely visited Mahindra workshop regarding my vehicle problem and I also give the video along with photo when my vehicle have problem and my cooling is leakage due to not properly done in 1st servicing in last day in my visit there is no any small spare part available in workshop and give requisition it may take time for one month .my clause senser ( Micro hybrid) is not working and its part gear senser is not available in workshop and its take a month to deliver.i herewith enclosed video and photo.

                                    I had booked my mahinda xuv 300 w8 optional silver color on 25th dec. So this agent confirmed me that the vehicle will be delivered utmost by 15 days that is 10th jan. And it was my 1st marriage anniversary so i had planned my trip all the way from my home town to bangalore just to take the delivery of my vehicle on this special occasion. It has been more than 45 days now, they are still not confirming the exact date when the vehicle will be delivered and when will i receive it. I had to cancel my trip because of these people and my anniversary plans got cancelled. Still i am awaiting an update from them. Never do they call or give any update and it is me who has to follow up everytime.
