Below mention tuv 300 complaint details

1) right and back side body paint feel up
2) vehicle top end rust form
3) lift side door down side rust form
4) overall vehicle inside big noise Abesured in vehicle running time
5) ever time I have given vehicle in service in your local Branch very bad working
6) chasis now rust form started

7) paint colors deferent

Overall we see your vehicle paint quality issues

FYI, last 2 years vehicle old this match of issues we are facing, I am feeling we invested my money in this vehicle

Please reslove the issues immediately otherwise we will call to Mr. Anand Mahindra sir for getting to resolve our problem

      i have purchased 1 auto at 14 jan 2021 from CI auto motors pvt. Ltd. address - near sagar gaire jail road karond bhopal by the name bhupendra mehra. i have also lodged 1 complain with complain number CF[protected] at customer care but no body resolved my problem

      i am facing the issue in my engine from the date of purchase i have visited two time service center as well they are giving my temporary resolution

        Hello,
        im parminder singh . I purchased bolero bs6 on 31 december 2020. Right now there is a problem in front mirror. Mirror is break down without any thing . I went to showroom but no body hear my problem . There is no insurance cover of breakage of mirror . I spent 3000 rupees on replacement of mirror. But i have very bad experience.

The all the claim related issue has been resolve, I contact to Sachin (service department) in several attempt but he is not able to giving the expected delivery. its already been delay.

              I would like to bring in your notice that I have not yet received the Product .I had purchased it for a very special occasion, I was informed by your staff that the order will be delivered on time.

              I made my booking on 17th Dec, 2020 and they committed the delivery date within 8 days. On the 25th of Dec, I visited the showroom again and they changed the delivery date
              and it was not informed prior to me, the new date for delivery was communicated only after a showroom visit.On 14th of Jan, 2021, I contacted the Sr. sales manager and they again changed the delivery date to 18th Jan, 2021.Today I visited the showroom again and they are still not able to promise a delivery date.They are saying we are helpless..the manufacturing unit is not giving vehicle on time .
              I am very disappointed and equally frustrated with the response from the showroom as well as from Mahindra manufacturing Unit which does not providing vehicles to the customers in specific time and I lost trust with Mahindra.

                  I am Amit Khandale, a resident of Daund in Pune district. The reason for contacting you is about the inconvenient and rude behavior given by your Bharane Motors branch in Baramati under MAHINDRA.
                  I suggested to my friend Shri Prashant Suryavanshi to take Bolero car from you, because he was confused about which car to take, then I told him to take Bolero car, he told me to take Bolero car 3 months ago, we met the car as expected, a few days later My friend took the car and drove to Barshi. While driving, the car's turbo suddenly failed and the car stopped on the road at that place ... on the Solapur highway ... I don't understand why, Who, would be responsible, if something bad happened to such a vine? He was very angry that we took the car as you said it was bad and the car went bad. Prashant, me and all these people started talking on the conference call, but what happened was left aside, they said who was driving the car? So the answer is that a responsible person is unexpected to say that from the chair on which he is sitting, but it is not polite. Sadly, I referred Bharane Motors to 2 cars, 1 Mahindra XUV 500 Top Model and 2 Bolero. ...and hear the answer who was driving ... this is the answer ...?
                  Today they have technical people who can solve these problems but this is what all the common man like us will understand,
                  He said, "Bring a car, we will repair it for you from insurance, but instead of that, if life had happened, which insurance would have fixed it properly?"
                  But there is a way to talk about how our customers should be treated, and if it's time for us to tell them, they don't have the right to sit in that chair, because they don't feel right as a dutiful person.
                  Now you judge.

                    Today -20Jan 2021, My XUV 500 W7 Automatic(KL42Q6363 Registration Number )Had a 30000. km Service booking was registered through With You Hamesha App and Time slot was booked was morning 9.00 am.as per that we reached there service center before the Booking Time and Vehicle handover to the Adviser.but they started to attend the vehicle only after 13.00 Hrs due to the delaying to attend the vehicle My Son approached to the Reception and enquired to the lady who was present on the seat and her answer was that =they will attend all the Free service vehicle first then only will attend our vehicle.so after the Service we received the vehicle only at Evening at 18.45Hrs.that means it took 9.5Hrs to do the 30000.km Service.very disappointing.As per With You Hamesha App .30000KM Service cost is Rs.5564, during service estimate service center quoted was Rs.8988plus Tax, but after service they made the bill was Rs16687.79.Only Labour charge they took from me Rs.6532.I am very much disappointed with this Pothens Autos the way made this service for me and i strongly disagree this service cost they took from me especially my Vehicle having shielded warranty for upto 2024 and i paid for this.i am expecting a fair action from Mahindra's concerned Team on this Regard.

                        Need to inform you that my name is hernil kumar dhiman, i purchased a new car mahindra scorpio from harbir automobile chandigarh.(25-april-2018)
                        I am having complaint regarding that the top part of the bonut rusted and i register a complain in the harbir automobile on (3-december-2020) regarding this issue,
                        but harbir automobile gave me the car with only doing paint on the rusted part of body,
                        after 20-25 days, i got bubbles on the painted part of the bonut, and nuts of the window also got rusty, and the both roof railing (paint off)
                        So i am not getting any solution of my regular problems,

                          I would like to bring in your notice that I have not yet received the Product .I had purchased it for a very special occasion, we are blessed with a baby girl on Jan 11th.I was informed by your staff that the order will be delivered on time.

                          I made my booking on 15th Dec, 2020 and they committed the delivery date within 8-12 days. On the 28th of Dec, I visited the showroom again and they changed the delivery date to 8th of Jan, 2021 and it was not informed prior to me, the new date for delivery was communicated only after a showroom visit.On 6th of Jan, 2021, I contacted the sales manager and they again changed the delivery date to 26th Jan, 2021.Today I visited the showroom again and they are still not able to promise a delivery date.
                          I am very disappointed and equally frustrated with the response from the showroom executives and I lost trust with Mahindra.

                            Sir, I have purchased Marazzo M6 on[protected] from Tekriwal Motors Deogarh/ Godda Jharkhand. I just drove less than 500 Kms and the Audio and video Display unit stopped working. It started to blink with no picture. We complained to the Dealerr andhe said take it to nearest show room in Dumka. They sent us to Dhanbad and later to Asansol andthe Nikon company said we cannot do any thing. Then we came to the Tekriwal show room in Deogarh.they tried to fix it and the display came on but before we left the show room it stopped working and by that time we signed the 1000 service coupon.
                            On the 5th January the technicians arrived from Deogar and took the unit to be sent to Noida Nikkon. It is now 22 days and we have not got any replacement but we are told that you will know the status.

                            Very sissapointed with the Mahindra Company. We have had 3 Mahindra vehicles but this time is the worse experience we have had with Mahindra not replacing the defective part of Marazzo soon. We regret buying the Marazzo

                              I had given my Bolero for periodic service at horizon motors, thodupuzha, Kerala. They have not done the service properly and not washed the car properly. When I checked inside of my vechicle it was was full of water on the carpet and under the carpet too. When I asked them to clean the vechicle they are not willing to do. And telling that their staff is not there to clean...attitude of staff is also too bad when I complained about this.

                                Dear sir,
                                As I have jeeto vehicle TN 52 K 9982, On 11.01.2021 monday i drive 10 km from my house speed at 35 to 50 km, at meantime diesel low sound will appear so i fill fuel (engine has off), ofter on, start the vehicle it did not start, so i towed to sks mahindra showroom, in salem (tamil nadu) .my vehicle run at 72000 km above.
                                the service adviser checked and they said I suspect the engine is faulty. hence after removing the engine then, i will surely say the problem . it cost parax above Rs. 30000 to 60000 rupee. Suddenly I said to the service adviser, sir it is too much cost but he says after removing the engine we have made cost details. I gave permission to remove the engine.
                                sir, i don't know what it is and i don't have too much money suddenly. Even with small problems, they said line by line, , , , , , .kindly help me.
                                if it's true, I will arrange money from my friends circle.

                                    I have purchased a mahindra alturas G4 4wd on 29 march 2019 from DDPM Dehradun. Reg.no.UK08AU0142 chass no.K6B3151 in the name of Mrs.Shivi Garg. My car is well maintained and all the services are done timely.On 3rd service at DDPM Dehradun I complained about the brakes due to hand break indication on instrument cluster and Mr.Yogesh Joshi service assistant told me that disc pads needs to be replaced but disc pads are not available in the stock and we will inform you as soon as the spare part arrives.Meanwhile you can drive your car.But even after 3 months I didn't get any call from DDPM Dehradun service centre regarding replacement of disc pads.On 8th Jan I have asked for the part from Mighty AutoWheels Pvt.Ltd Haridwar.On 10th Jan I had sent my car to Mighty Autowheels Pvt.Ltd Haridwar for replacement of disc pads.Here I was told that one of rear disc is also damaged due to non replacement of disc pads and it does not comes under warranty and I was charged Rs.7871/- + service charges Rs.388/- for disc.
                                    My only concern is that firstly it was not my fault that disc is damaged.Secondly when the car is under warranty then why should I pay the amount of the disc.I have purchased mahindra car just because of the mahindra service but i was highly disappointed this time.DDPM Dehradun is responsible for this damage. I just want my amount to be refunded orelse I have no other option to move to some legal procedures.
