Address: AVC MOTORS BHATINDA

I have sent my vehicle PB 03AM 8910 at AVC Bathinda for repair of noise complaint in my AC in second week of December 2020 and it was informed that it has been rectified. Total payment for service and repairs was ~Rs 8000/-
Next when vehicle was started problem has in fact aggravated.
On contacting service center it was informed that issue will be resolved but till date no resolution and response from AVC Bhatinda.

IT MAY BE NOTED THAT WHENEVER I SEND MY VEHICLE FOR REPAIR AT AVC MOTORS BHATINDA FOR REPAIRS IT COMES BACK WITH SOME OTHER PROBLEM OR SAME PROBLEM AGGREVATED.
ALWAYS I HAVE TO SEND VEHICLE BACK TO SERVICE CENTRE WHICH IS 40 KM AWAY FROM MY RESIDENCE. YOU WILL AGREE THAT SENDING VEHICLE TWICE MEANS 160 KM OF TRAVEL TIME AND ATLEAST 4 HRS OF DRIVING TIME WATED.

NEED RESOLUTION OF ISSUE AND AVC MOTORS BE ADVISED TO CARRY OUT JOB EFFICIENTLY SO THAT SUCH HARASSMENT IS NOT FACED BY CUSTOMERS.

ELSE THEY SHOULD PROVIDE PICKK UP AND DROP WITH DIESEL EXPENSES BORN BY THEM.

    Hello sir I have a Mahindra commercial vehicle. There is a warranty on the top of the vehicle. Even then your service center does not give a warranty, does not give a reason, speaks without courtesy. It will take fifteen days to give the vehicle at the service center. So far no answer. There is no response to contacting your customer care, If the vehicle is in the service center for fifteen to twenty days like this, how can we pay installments?

        Dear sir, with much of excitement I booked my Thar on 4 oct 2020 with an initial booking amount of 21000/- in my company name of Dara projects p ltd, Delhi .
        I booked Aquamarine color but then I quickly changed my mind and opted for mystic copper color which was being informed to Delhi dealer Koncept Mahindra on 7 Oct 2020 .on email With in 3 days of my original booking .
        Now issue is dealer is saying that mystic copper will be delivered in August 2021 whereas Aquamarine will be delivered on jan 1st week 2021
        I’m unable to understand how come Aquamarine cooor is available and copper is still in waiting of more than 8 months . Where as I revised my color choice in just 3 days of my original booking .
        Whether my dealer didn’t informed Mahindra co timely for change in color .
        My Humble submission and request that if top management looks into this matter as we only want mystic copper color in the month of January . We will be highly obliged if Mahindra addresses this issue and we as customer should not bear delay in delivery for 8 months by simply changing the color in matter of 3 days of original booking .

            TUV300 AMT / Running vehicle auto moving to Neutral mode

            My car run 57000 KM's and all the services are done at the Koncept Mahindra service center. One or two time also went to Sterling Mahindra. Last service was done at 53000KMS at Koncept Mahindra, Narsing pur, Gurgaon.
            On 18th Dec, 2020, while going to office, vehicle automatically moved to Neutral mode without shifting the gear. I noticed when I tried to accelerate but it did't. It stopped than I re-started and moved on. after running...

              The rust at the edge of the bonnet start a year after purchase. I have been highlighting this to India garage at every visit. They offered me new bonnet with 15 percent discount since the vehicle is out of warranty. Very disappointed to see the quality of steel used. Expecting a favourable response. This has been highlighted to Mr. Mahindra over the twitter.

                My car XUV 300 was accident on dated 09/12/2020 next day I handover my car to Mahindra Service Ambala Cantt.
                But till then there is no progress for servicing the car everytime they have a excuse that they don’t have the spare parts of the car.
                I am service employee & have a family. Not I have the spare car with me.

                That create lots of problem to me.
                Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

                    I am in process of buying XUV300 Diesel W4 from Gadre Autocon, Akola, Maharashtra.
                    They are asking for incidental charge of 3540 Rs. which illegal as per supreme court also. I do not wish to pay it. But sales manager says its mandatory. So kindly resolve the issue.

                      Dear Mahindra team,
                      I am a regular customer of your company .I own a Mahindra Scorpio s9 model 2020 PB 65AY 4380 and around 2 months ago unfortunately I met to an accidental so, I gave my car for repairs under insurance to Harbir automobile industrial area phase1 Chandigarh pin 160002 dealer code 04. The service center has given a period of one month for repair but when I went after one month they gave us unrepaired car with some old parts installed in it. I am also facing issue in gear(5 and 6 gear is not working). When we talked to service center they said we have ordered parts will come after two months. I am very disappointed with the service and facing very difficultulty in the car so, kindly provide some resolution as soon as possible otherwise I will have to take some legal action against the dealer.

                        I had transferred an amount of Rs 10, 000 as booking amount in CD account of your authorized dealer [protected] SHUHUL AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD JAMMU on 19.11.2020. But owing to some financial crisis I am not able to purchase vehicle .
                        I had applied for refund on 21.11.2020 and handed over letter to Mr. Rajat.
                        I have great regards for BRAND MAHINDRA, but experiences with your authorized dealer at Jammu is worst. Despite lapse of almost one month of my regular reminders and personal visits have yielded no result and I have not been refunded amount.
                        Kindly take up the matter with your authorized dealer and get me my money refunded without further delay.

                          Sir i owned a xuv 300. N the day i recived the car i have problm with the gear it gets hard evey time in cold run.. i showed the car to my residence near by showroom thats in ladakh mentokling the said its because of the gear oil so they changed it .. the problm resumes after that also they said they will call but no response from their side.. n today my car stop taking gear it slips and more over it shows netural in every gear.. when i contact to the showroom from where i purchased they were like u didnt taken the road assistant so we cant do anything even i said to pay them they left me with no solution.. so i have to hire some another crane.. when i parked tge care they checked and said it bl cost whole repair of gear box without checking please help me with this as itz just 1 year old car and its in warranty.. please

                                  I am Ishwar Singh ([protected]/ [protected]) from Bhiwani, Haryana. My KUV 100, Diesel Reg HR 16R-4999 have problem during Ignition of the car. When I switch on the ignition switch, car makes abnormal/annoying sound and whole engine vibrates/wobbles and car does not start. It happens anytime from the first start of the day as well as after running 1-2 hrs. This problem is there in car since initial 500 kms. As per service center "Mahindra Supreme, Bhiwani", we changed the battery but the problem is still there. This problem led us in embarrassing position in traffic or on highway. We have mailed several times to consumer care mahindra but no solution was provided. it is requested that car may be inspected and some solution may be provided. I am attaching two videos which we have recorded in which abnormal sound and non-ignition of car can be observed.

                                    Our Vehicle Details:-
                                    Model – Mahindra Logan – DLX 1.5 dCi BS3
                                    Registration Number – KA 01 MC 8932

                                    The vehicle was recently serviced at the authorised service centre – Ananthcars Auto Private Limited, Bangalore on 20.11.2020 (Invoice No RBR21B003530). On 26.11.2020, we took a road trip to Kerala in our car with senior citizens and a kid. We were at kollam and started to Tiruvananthapuram on Monday 30th November 2020. The vehicle broke down on road at around 10:30 am.
                                    The vehicle was checked at a nearby local mechanic and he informed that there is electric failure and it has to be serviced at the authorised service centre only. The car was later towed to Cochin [138 Km] to the Vayalat Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Marudu, Cochin through Mahindra On Road assistance service.
                                    The vehicle was in the same service centre at Cochin for 3 days and they were not able to start the work as they had only one electrician. We had to cancel our trip and stay in waiting for the car to get ready. After 3 days i.e., on 3rd of December we decided not to wait in Cochin but to shift the vehicle from Cochin to Ananthcars Auto Private Limited, Bannerghatta Road, Hulimaavu, Bangalore 560076 after consulting them.
                                    On 5th December we came back and had a meeting With Mr. Raghavendra Rao (Senior Service manager) and explained to them the condition and the cause. The Alternator belt which was supposed to be replaced every 60, 000 Km was not changed since last two paid services and as the belt was worn out or weak, one of the threads came loose and got wound on to the pulley of the alternator and the wires present in the surroundings [can be seen in the photo enclosed]. It peeled the insulation of 3 wires and shorted the circuit. Because of this short, a 40 amps fuse and the ECU [engine control unit] was burnt or damaged. This is the reason for the vehicle break down and the electric failure. We were personally present there when the wound belt thread was removed from the said wires and the wires were separated. We are disappointed to say that this has happened due to their negligence in conducting the service.

                                    Since the vehicle was purchased in 2007, it is serviced only at the authorised service centre and have born all the said expenses. We have even paid 1, 07, 630/- on 26.10.2017 and replaced the engine harness and the ECU when there was some issue in the vehicle. But this time its solely the mistake and negligence made by the Authorised servicing centre. After going through such an episode of bad experience, we are served an estimated Quotation of Rs. 74, 567/-(QTN21B000494, dated 10th December)
                                    This is totally unexpectable for a loyal customer like us, hence We urge the centre to bear the cost of servicing the car. If not, we will be forced to opt for legal action.
