One day a woman called me. It's like you's an assistant supervisor at a Mahindra Mahindra company. It's got a job for you. You stopped saying that you have been selected and then a manager called and asked you to pay Rs. 2000 for the uniform and so on that you would like to join.Then came the call of training in which you will be given training near Vellore for which you will be given a laptop and a cellphone for which if you say you have to pay ₹ 9999 then cut off when I say I have no money then when I make that recurtier call they do not take any one after that No information available Please humbly ask me to recover my money somehow I have to condemn you for cheating by keeping two companies with two variant companies doing something Please Please Please Please

    I have bought kuv 100 in feb 2016
    Starting from its purchase i had lots of issues right from engine malfunction, clutch failure to rusting issues.
    Hats off to service team, especially mr subroto jana and mr anada bharali, who listened to my complaints and related with my problems everytime and kept my faith in mahindra alive.
    I went to consumer forum also but still mahindra assured me and i was consoled once again.
    Now when i sent my car for service a video had been sent to me from service advisor showing the rusted parts of my body.
    The same parts have been changed in past having same rusting problem.
    But this tym they are saying that u have used ur car for 4 years so have to pay.
    My question/ request is that how come the same part gets rusted everytime that too with in a span of 2 years only. Cars are meant to be run for 10 years at least in my opinion.
    Plz have a look into my case and also check past service history and relate with the pain which i have gone through despite purchasing a new car.

      Dear Sir,
      Good Evening!
      Myself Datta Gavit owning vehicle Mahindra XUV 500 W9 ( Vehicle number: MH41 AZ 2507) from Jitendra Automobile, Pathardi Phata, Nashik purchased on 27 October 2019.The accident happened on 10 July 2020 to my vehicle. The vehicle repairing started after 17th September 2020 due to delay by insurance company ICICI Lombard. Upto 23rd October 2020 repair work mostly completed. I took road test after the repairing, but I am not satisfy about the work. Some problems of vehicle are found.
      Ex. 1) Vehicle engine fireing going roughly.
      2) The engine noise get at driver seat very roughly.
      3) The stearing movement is not smooth.
      4) Some noise get in second rows left door above 80 speed.
      5) Break, clutch are not smooth. Etc.
      So I request to company to check my vehicle and solve the problems.
      The insurance company demanding charges on claim, which is informed by Jitendra showroom. Why I pay the extra cost informed by insurance company? I take 0 Dept policy, full covered offer policy. This is not good for customer who trust on Mahindra and Mahindra. Kindly complete the work of my vehicle and clear the issues regarding Insurance claim.
      So please clear all the problems ASAP.

        Dear Sir,

        Ref : KA 02 MJ 0276

        I had left my XUV 500 W8 for servicing at India Garage in whitefield for 100, 000 Kms on 20th Nov 2020 and the vehicle was delivered to my home on 21st Nov 2020 and paid an amount of Rs. 21157/- towards the service charge, today when my family left to Mysore for a family function, on the way the vehicle started giving some noise if the speed reaches 60kms/hr. we had a conference call with your advisor Mr. Theerha Prasad and my son who was driving, your mechanic informed us that it could be a bearing sound. Hence I had told my son to stop the car check with local mechanics on the way, hence my son stopped the vehicle and started checking if there is any ply on the wheel, surprising we noticed that they have not at all fixed the tires with nuts, only one nut they have fixed. This was shown to your advisor through the video call, attached is the image of the same. This has become the safety concern, if something had happened to my family who would take the responsibility . is this the way the service advisor delivers the vehicle.

        We need an explanation and someone has to take the ownership and give us compensation for trauma which my family is undergoing in Ramanagar.

          I am purchasing XUV 500 W7 AT from MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRA Mirzapur branch AGARWAL Auto Sales Bharuhna Road Mirzapur 231001 in the name of Mr. Raj Kapoor Singh. Upon enquiring Mahindra n Mahindra customer care, they inform us it is illigal charges imposed by the dealers. And as per authorities supreme Court order and Transport department public notice " imposition of any logistic/handling charges in the name of incidental charges is illigal". Therefore I request Mahindra n Mahindra to kindly look into this matter. This illigal imposition of charges are against the ethics and it may cause to M n M of loosing its valuable customer.               I bought XUV 500W11O BS6 Registration Number HP63B5651 Chasis number
              MA1YU2XDUL6G12795 from
              Shri Durga Automobiles 68/3 Najafgarh Road Near Motinagar New Delhi 110015
              and took delivary on 19Aug 2020. I hardly drove vehicle even for a month and prior to my schedule service of 960Km this defect came. Although I was feeling some problem and I had a word in Durga Automobile and was told prior to 1000Km service guys will not accept vehicle, so finally when the problem of Regen and limp mode came I gave to service station of Durga Automobile. They said its because of defective DPF, so they demanded new DPF and handed over me vehicle after 13 days. While returning same problem occour so next day they got the vehicle back and again said defective DPF . Since DPF has to come from plant vehicle is with service centre of Durga Automobile sice past 17days. Its a new vehicle and the latest vehicle of Mahindra and my hard earn money I have paid and still paying a loan to SBI of Rs24000/ every month without laying my hand on it. I have written to MD Mahindra waiting for his response. If this problem persists as this is a part which has to do with conversion from BS4to BS6: will the company replace with new vehicle along with the money I have put for Registration and Insurance and accessories. All this is bothering me every night and day. The vehicle is with Service station now for 30days with a day break of 1day when it was handed over after 13day and again took it back.Please provide a firm solution.
              If no solution is provided as it is being given to understand I need to approach consumer readdresal forum as I am patiently watching the company's response.

                I am facing starting problem with my kuv100, after some km run when i switch off my kuv 100 and again if i sart it instantly it start and engin stop instantly after four five try engin start again i am facing problem from long time but at present frequency of this problem is increased i had shown my vehicle many time to star moter at jaunpur up but they are unabel to find out exact problem kindly solve my problem

                  I have an enquiry about XUV300 and phone to KAYAMKULAM branch at Alleppy Dist Kerala . They promised me to come with Demo car at 5.30 pm on 21 Nov 2020 and they waited me til 06.50 pm and come with to silly reason for late. This shows irresponsible and irrespective to customer. I cancelled my deal with them .

                              I have booked Xuv 300 through online mode on 17 oct 2020 order no[protected] through snowview automobiles paonta sahib. I was promised delivery by diwali but it is stillnot available. I wanted this car urgently for my marriage which is to take place on 30th Nov.But still no where abouts of car is know.This is really bad on part of customer service of mahindra for playing with the emotions of common people.

                                  आपल्या वर्धा शाखा उन्नती मोटर्स, येथून बोलेरो पिक अप CBC 1.3 PS 4 * 4 हे मॉडेल 8 फूट मध्ये बुक केले होते, तरी आपल्या वर्धा शाखेला हि संपूर्ण माहिती व[protected] ला बुकिंग ची रक्कम 5000/- ची पावती पण देण्यात आली व आपल्या[protected] ला गाडी देण्यात येईल असे कर्मचारी यांनी सांगितले तरी त्या तारखेला गाडी न देता दिवस भर बसून ठेवन्यात आले व 100060 /- रुपये घेऊन घेण्यात आले .पण गाडी मिडली नाही व दि.[protected] ला गाडी देण्यात आली. दोन महिन्यानंतर गाडी देण्यात आली परंतु यात गाडी देतांना 7 फूट चे चेचिस देण्यात आले पण बुक करताना मला 8.30 फूट असणार असे सांगण्यात आले. तरी मी तक्रार करण्यासाठी गेलो असता मला हाकलून लावले. कोणीही एकूण घेण्यास तयार नाही व पैसे पूर्ण बँक ( AU Small Fiance Bank LIM ) कापण्यात आले आहे. बिल व इतर कोणतेही कागद पत्र देण्यात आले नाही. तसेच बुकींग केलेल्या पासून माझ्या पैसे चे किस्त पण सुरु झाली आहे. आपण मला माझी 8 फुटाची ( चेचिस ) गाडी देण्यात यावी . नाही तर मला ग्राहक मंच मध्ये न्यायालीन, फोजदारी तक्रार दाखल करावी लागणार.

                                    श्रीमान जी पिछले महीने मैंने महिंद्रा xuv300 अमरजीत सिंह गिल के नाम से खरीदी थी बहादुरगढ़ लोहचब मोटर्स जिला झज्जर से। वह गाड़ी अभी एक महीना भी नहीं हुआ है बीच में दो बार उसकी बैटरी बिल्कुल डिस्चार्ज हो जाती है अपने आप। आज बार-बार कंप्लेंट करने पर भी बहादुरगढ़ लोहचब मोटर में एजेंसी में और बहादुर लोहचब मोटर में वर्कशॉप में किसी भी प्रकार की कोई सहायता नहीं मिली और कंप्लेंट भी मैंने किया हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर भी कंप्लेंट किया आखिर में पूरा दिन बीत जाने 8 घंटे के बाद 2 लड़के आए जिनके पास ना तो लैपटॉप था ना टैब था बिना किसी इलेक्ट्रॉनिक डिवाइस के आकर खड़े हुए जो कि कुशल कारीगर नहीं थे। आज पूरा दिन मेरा बीत गया यह महिंद्रा कंपनी के लिए शर्म की बात है और मैं और मेरा परिवार मेरे दो छोटे बच्चे 11 वर्षीय और मेरी पत्नी हम सब बहुत परेशान हुए पूरा दिन बाहर जाने के लिए तैयार बैठे थे गाड़ी स्टार्ट नहीं हुई बार-बार बुलाने पर भी अजीबोगरीब से सवाल पूछते हैं कंपनी वाले मदद नहीं करते इनके खिलाफ एक्शन लिया जाए और मुझे मानसिक तौर पर पीड़ा पहुंचाने का कंपनी की तरफ से मुआवजा दिया जाए नहीं तो मैं कंज्यूमर कोर्ट में केस करूंगा । कर्मचारी फोरमैन मिस्त्री कोई भी संतोषजनक कार्रवाई नहीं कर रहे हैं और बहादुरगढ़ लोहचब मोटर के राकेश जो भी वहां की वर्कशॉप के हेड है वह बिल्कुल बात नहीं सुन रहे हैं और मुझे उठ पटांग बात बता कर बहला रहे हैं जो कि मेरे साथ चीटिंग है। सभी के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए और मेरी गाड़ी तुरंत ठीक करवाई जाए और बैटरी बदलवाई जाए या फिर उसका चार्जर बदलवाया जाए।

                                      I, Ajit Singh Sethi very excitedly filled up the booking of the very new Mahindra Thar on the very first day. I also deposited a token worth 21, 000 on the day of the launch, 3rd october Following the same, The Indraprastha Automobile Wazirpur branch of Mahindra called for the pickup of the car on the 10th of November.                                       I had booked a new Mahindra XUV300 W8 Optional car on 17.10.2020 with Shiva Automobiles, Patparganj, Delhi. At the time of booking I was given that the delivery would be made within 3-4 weeks or may be even earlier. As such, I got my loan sanctioned from the Bank and even submitted my Loan Sanction letter to the dealer.
                                      Now even after one month, the dealer is not assuring me for the delivery and is not committing to tell as when I would get the delivery of the car. Further, my EMI would be starting on 5th of December. Now this has caused me mental and physical agony as whole of my commitment has got disturbed.

                                      The dealer may be directed to make the delivery of new car at the earliest and/or pay compensation for the false promise due to which I am suffering mentally.
                                      Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
