I am Navas Kochumuhammed Erattupetta Kottayam Dist Kerala, I am your customer since long ago and presently I sold my THAR and looking for buy a new one and visited to Mahindra dealer HORIZON MOTORS Kottayam, They given me quote for new vehicle THAR, and I paid Advance of Rs.25000/- and I got approval for EMI from HDFC BANK also. Now the issue is that your dealer (HORIZON MOTORS) forcing me to pay the full insurance amount of Rs.74, 593/- and all the accessories amount. When comparing to outside we will get the insurance below Rs.50000/- .
So I want to know that is there any condition, the customer should buy insurance from the dealer outlet itself…?, So I planning to cancel my Booking of new THAR MODEL . As a reputed customer I should advice you to please go through the issue and solve if possible. Otherwise people will blame MAHINDRA for these dealers irresponsible.
