आपल्या वर्धा शाखा उन्नती मोटर्स, येथून बोलेरो पिक अप CBC 1.3 PS 4 * 4 हे मॉडेल 8 फूट मध्ये बुक केले होते, तरी आपल्या वर्धा शाखेला हि संपूर्ण माहिती व[protected] ला बुकिंग ची रक्कम 5000/- ची पावती पण देण्यात आली व आपल्या[protected] ला गाडी देण्यात येईल असे कर्मचारी यांनी सांगितले तरी त्या तारखेला गाडी न देता दिवस भर बसून ठेवन्यात आले व 100060 /- रुपये घेऊन घेण्यात आले .पण गाडी मिडली नाही व दि.[protected] ला गाडी देण्यात आली. दोन महिन्यानंतर गाडी देण्यात आली परंतु यात गाडी देतांना 7 फूट चे चेचिस देण्यात आले पण बुक करताना मला 8.30 फूट असणार असे सांगण्यात आले. तरी मी तक्रार करण्यासाठी गेलो असता मला हाकलून लावले. कोणीही एकूण घेण्यास तयार नाही व पैसे पूर्ण बँक ( AU Small Fiance Bank LIM ) कापण्यात आले आहे. बिल व इतर कोणतेही कागद पत्र देण्यात आले नाही. तसेच बुकींग केलेल्या पासून माझ्या पैसे चे किस्त पण सुरु झाली आहे. आपण मला माझी 8 फुटाची ( चेचिस ) गाडी देण्यात यावी . नाही तर मला ग्राहक मंच मध्ये न्यायालीन, फोजदारी तक्रार दाखल करावी लागणार.
टीप:- सोबत पैसे भारलेल्या पावती जोडली आहे.

    श्रीमान जी पिछले महीने मैंने महिंद्रा xuv300 अमरजीत सिंह गिल के नाम से खरीदी थी बहादुरगढ़ लोहचब मोटर्स जिला झज्जर से। वह गाड़ी अभी एक महीना भी नहीं हुआ है बीच में दो बार उसकी बैटरी बिल्कुल डिस्चार्ज हो जाती है अपने आप। आज बार-बार कंप्लेंट करने पर भी बहादुरगढ़ लोहचब मोटर में एजेंसी में और बहादुर लोहचब मोटर में वर्कशॉप में किसी भी प्रकार की कोई सहायता नहीं मिली और कंप्लेंट भी मैंने किया हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर भी कंप्लेंट किया आखिर में पूरा दिन बीत जाने 8 घंटे के बाद 2 लड़के आए जिनके पास ना तो लैपटॉप था ना टैब था बिना किसी इलेक्ट्रॉनिक डिवाइस के आकर खड़े हुए जो कि कुशल कारीगर नहीं थे। आज पूरा दिन मेरा बीत गया यह महिंद्रा कंपनी के लिए शर्म की बात है और मैं और मेरा परिवार मेरे दो छोटे बच्चे 11 वर्षीय और मेरी पत्नी हम सब बहुत परेशान हुए पूरा दिन बाहर जाने के लिए तैयार बैठे थे गाड़ी स्टार्ट नहीं हुई बार-बार बुलाने पर भी अजीबोगरीब से सवाल पूछते हैं कंपनी वाले मदद नहीं करते इनके खिलाफ एक्शन लिया जाए और मुझे मानसिक तौर पर पीड़ा पहुंचाने का कंपनी की तरफ से मुआवजा दिया जाए नहीं तो मैं कंज्यूमर कोर्ट में केस करूंगा । कर्मचारी फोरमैन मिस्त्री कोई भी संतोषजनक कार्रवाई नहीं कर रहे हैं और बहादुरगढ़ लोहचब मोटर के राकेश जो भी वहां की वर्कशॉप के हेड है वह बिल्कुल बात नहीं सुन रहे हैं और मुझे उठ पटांग बात बता कर बहला रहे हैं जो कि मेरे साथ चीटिंग है। सभी के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए और मेरी गाड़ी तुरंत ठीक करवाई जाए और बैटरी बदलवाई जाए या फिर उसका चार्जर बदलवाया जाए।

I also deposited a token worth 21, 000 on the day of the launch, 3rd october Following the same, The Indraprastha Automobile Wazirpur branch of Mahindra called for the pickup of the car on the 10th of November.       I had booked a new Mahindra XUV300 W8 Optional car on 17.10.2020 with Shiva Automobiles, Patparganj, Delhi. At the time of booking I was given that the delivery would be made within 3-4 weeks or may be even earlier. As such, I got my loan sanctioned from the Bank and even submitted my Loan Sanction letter to the dealer.
      Now even after one month, the dealer is not assuring me for the delivery and is not committing to tell as when I would get the delivery of the car. Further, my EMI would be starting on 5th of December. Now this has caused me mental and physical agony as whole of my commitment has got disturbed.

      The dealer may be directed to make the delivery of new car at the earliest and/or pay compensation for the false promise due to which I am suffering mentally.

        Till the booking and amount was paid
        they were nice
        After booking amount was paid
        no upadating of vehicle, no phone response, phone was been cut by the manager multiple times
        This is not the service we expect

        Planning to cancel the booking
        Due to this service
        What service i might get after the vehicle arrives !!!

            I had booked a TUV 300 on 14 feb 2020 by giving a booking amount of Rs 40338/- .Aditya motors Bhubaneswar. At that time the vehicle was not available in showroom. Then the lockdown was started. I waited a long time but the vehicle was not available as per the sales representative Ashis Nanda.Then I decided to purchase a Bolero B6 opt. instead of TUV 300 and talked with sales representative Ashis Nanda. Then he gave the Bolero quotation. i financed the vehicle amount in Axis Bank after that some of the disturbance was created between you and the Axis Bank regarding the term and condition. Finally I harassed and purchased the vehicle from Minreva Automobiles Bhawanipatna. I attached the photos of the vehicle. This type is harassment and rude behaviour by sales representative Asis Nanda is not tolerated. So I request you to refund the booking amount as soon as possible to my account.

                It is really unfortunate that i have to bring to your notice the performance of my vehicle is really not as expected from Mahindra. i purchased the vehicle for my family use, and last year i took a long trip to Kerala and at about 250 Km away the clutch was giving a problem and i had to change it, this year again i took a long drive and now the engine is giving a problem and on review they are estimating about 1.10 lakh to rectify for the problem, i have just driven 48K km so far and surprised to face such a lot of problems in the vehicle. Actually from the day we bought the vehicle we had the starting problem which was supposed to be rectified at every service but until today the problem is persisting. i have always serviced my vehicle in an authorised dealer for which you can find the history in your records, inface i do the service before the required KM, for ex since i was driving to another state, the service engineer requested to do the 50K km service even though it did not reach the required km for service.
                I think you had given me a faulty vehicle in the first place, it is traumatising for us to have problems whenever we take the vehicle for a long drive, is it not fit for long drives??? i need your immediate attention on the issue and give me a solution for this faults and guide me how to go about. waiting to hear from you soon. vehicle number TN02BC8098.

                  I have booked 3 cars 2 XUV 300 and one XUV 500 from J S GROVER KANGRA, Himachal Pradesh.I got the first delivery on 9th of nov 2020 but they took the payemnet 2 days before the delivery of the car even my booking amount was 50000.Same the case they asked again the amount but i refused to give before the delivery so what they did they postponed my car delivery which was supposed to be on 14th nov as i have given the boking amount on 21 oct.I talked to the dealer and they given me the AGM number MR. KARTAR PATHANIA and he was so rude and my experience was so bad with him.he used the line YOU WANT THIS CAR THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT OTHERWISE CANCEL THE BOOKING WE HAVE ALOT OF CUSTOMER.I want you to please look into the matter

                    I booked online from your site SyuoV Mahindra one XUV3OO, W4, petrol, dst silver colour on payment of Rs 5000/ on 09/11/09.Your payment gateway ccavenue confirmed the receipt of the said payment (ord[protected], payment ref[protected].My bank account also confirmed debit of the same.I selected your dealer M/s NR Auto, Kolkata in the said site while booking the car.As yet no booking confirmation has been received by me or the said dealer from the company's end.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I am Navas Kochumuhammed Erattupetta Kottayam Dist Kerala, I am your customer since long ago and presently I sold my THAR and looking for buy a new one and visited to Mahindra dealer HORIZON MOTORS Kottayam, They given me quote for new vehicle THAR, and I paid Advance of Rs.25000/- and I got approval for EMI from HDFC BANK also. Now the issue is that your dealer (HORIZON MOTORS) forcing me to pay the full insurance amount of Rs.74, 593/- and all the accessories amount. When comparing to outside we will get the insurance below Rs.50000/- .
                      So I want to know that is there any condition, the customer should buy insurance from the dealer outlet itself…?, So I planning to cancel my Booking of new THAR MODEL . As a reputed customer I should advice you to please go through the issue and solve if possible. Otherwise people will blame MAHINDRA for these dealers irresponsible.

In that booking and advance form they given deliver date is[protected] but today I spoken ur sale manager Naresh sorry delivery is to late u can choose another variant Wat is that meaning ... my finance already complete.. my EMI already started who can pay that EmI... I already complained my compliment no is CF[protected]
                        Plz solve I already given invitations to my daughter birthday on[protected]... I want explanations to delay delivery

                          Dear sir/madam
                          Greeting of the season. Its very unfortunate to bring into your kind notice that i have booked xuv300 on 19 Oct 2020 with DDPM, Dehradun, Uttarakhand and was assured the delivery of vehicle within 10 days period ie on 28 Oct 2020. However, it has been over 20 days but the vehicle has not come till date.
                          I have paid the booking amount of Rs 5000 on the day of booking and also approved the loan from Bank. I am facing difficulties and wasting my money on hiring of other vehicles for travel due to the same.
                          Kindly let me know how long i have to wait. If my vehicle is not delivered within this week ie on 13 Oct 2020 i may go for cancellation of xuv300 and thereafter will never recommend Mahindra to any of my friends.

                            We have booked a new Thar in horizon motors, Kottayam, Kerala on Oct 2 nd .I booked for black 4 seater AT hardtop.Last week they called and ask whether I need grey colour instead of black .if I agree I will get delivery this week and I agreed to it .They ask me to make payement and my loan is approved and ready to disburse.Now I have gone to showroom to pay the margin money.They said I need to buy accessories worth Rs 50000...

                              I have bought Mahindra Xuv 300 from the authorised dealer vvc motors kothagudem.since the vehicle have meet with an accident and got repaired, the condition of the vehicle was good but the spares which have fixed were not fixed properly.due to long travelling I have got to know this problems.till time I have going on rushing to the service centres but no proper care provided and the problems are not fixed

                                I got call from Sanjana sharma 19 th October ([protected])and sheduled for telephonic interview, Again I got call
                                From hr([protected])and she said that you are shorlisted for the post of supervisor and demanded 1180 rupees for uniform, shoes, and id card(refundable amount)and I paid to
                                Mr.mayank, .Again I got call from
                                Akansha khanna ([protected])she said that this call from verification department and asked to pay 5, 800
                                For Dell laptop and samsung S7 mobile.i paid to mr. Mayank.
                                Again I got call from training center
                                Nishanth shukla([protected])he demanded 10, 300 for ICICI bank salary account opening and said that I send bank pass book ATM card by courier along with laptop and mobile.i paid to
                                Mr.maynk .And again I got call from nishanth shukla after two days and demanded 9, 700 to courier charges and amount will be refunded in 1hour.and he said you recieve courier by 7/11/2020 at 4pm.I paid to mr.mayank .After 3 hour Nishant shukla mobile is switched off.And trying all contacts I have no one answered my phone call.

                                  I booked Mahindra Thar at Mahindra dealership bhurawala himmatnagar on 2/10/2020 and paid a booking amount of 20, 000 now I got a call from showroom that my expected delivery date is 4/05/2021 and when I inquired they are now telling me my booking is done on 22/10/2020. I have a receipt of booking on 2/10/2020 and it's attached below. Please help me....

                                  On 19.09.2020 I brought a brand new Mahindra Scorpio s9 BS6 from Sikkim motors Mahindra it’s 1200km old now. There’s a engine light, OBD light and def error warning at my instrument cluster. On visiting Mahindra workshop twice they’re unable to detect the problem. This is very frustrating for me it’s been hardly one month I have to face such a situation.
