Dear Sir,
I am Navas Kochumuhammed Erattupetta Kottayam Dist Kerala, I am your customer since long ago and presently I sold my THAR and looking for buy a new one and visited to Mahindra dealer HORIZON MOTORS Kottayam, They given me quote for new vehicle THAR, and I paid Advance of Rs.25000/- and I got approval for EMI from HDFC BANK also. Now the issue is that your dealer (HORIZON MOTORS) forcing me to pay the full insurance amount of Rs.74, 593/- and all the accessories amount. When comparing to outside we will get the insurance below Rs.50000/- .
So I want to know that is there any condition, the customer should buy insurance from the dealer outlet itself…?, So I planning to cancel my Booking of new THAR MODEL . As a reputed customer I should advice you to please go through the issue and solve if possible. Otherwise people will blame MAHINDRA for these dealers irresponsible.

In that booking and advance form they given deliver date is[protected] but today I spoken ur sale manager Naresh sorry delivery is to late u can choose another variant Wat is that meaning ... my finance already complete.. my EMI already started who can pay that EmI... I already complained my compliment no is CF[protected]
    Plz solve I already given invitations to my daughter birthday on[protected]... I want explanations to delay delivery

      Dear sir/madam
      Greeting of the season. Its very unfortunate to bring into your kind notice that i have booked xuv300 on 19 Oct 2020 with DDPM, Dehradun, Uttarakhand and was assured the delivery of vehicle within 10 days period ie on 28 Oct 2020. However, it has been over 20 days but the vehicle has not come till date.
      I have paid the booking amount of Rs 5000 on the day of booking and also approved the loan from Bank. I am facing difficulties and wasting my money on hiring of other vehicles for travel due to the same.
      Kindly let me know how long i have to wait. If my vehicle is not delivered within this week ie on 13 Oct 2020 i may go for cancellation of xuv300 and thereafter will never recommend Mahindra to any of my friends.

        Forcing for accessory purchase and denying vehicle

        We have booked a new Thar in horizon motors, Kottayam, Kerala on Oct 2 nd .I booked for black 4 seater AT hardtop.Last week they called and ask whether I need grey colour instead of black .if I agree I will get delivery this week and I agreed to it .They ask me to make payement and my loan is approved and ready to disburse.Now I have gone to showroom to pay the margin money.They said I need to buy accessories worth Rs 50000...

        We have booked already xuv 300 5 october 2020 they comment us give me delivery within 20 days and our car come in there showroom and he is sale this car without notification another person and he give me another date 12 nov 2020 but they ask us he gives me another car they doning a shop keeper work first come first serve they are not doing a good job

          I have bought Mahindra Xuv 300 from the authorised dealer vvc motors kothagudem.since the vehicle have meet with an accident and got repaired, the condition of the vehicle was good but the spares which have fixed were not fixed properly.due to long travelling I have got to know this problems.till time I have going on rushing to the service centres but no proper care provided and the problems are not fixed

            I got call from Sanjana sharma 19 th October ([protected])and sheduled for telephonic interview, Again I got call
            From hr([protected])and she said that you are shorlisted for the post of supervisor and demanded 1180 rupees for uniform, shoes, and id card(refundable amount)and I paid to
            Mr.mayank, .Again I got call from
            Akansha khanna ([protected])she said that this call from verification department and asked to pay 5, 800
            For Dell laptop and samsung S7 mobile.i paid to mr. Mayank.
            Again I got call from training center
            Nishanth shukla([protected])he demanded 10, 300 for ICICI bank salary account opening and said that I send bank pass book ATM card by courier along with laptop and mobile.i paid to
            Mr.maynk .And again I got call from nishanth shukla after two days and demanded 9, 700 to courier charges and amount will be refunded in 1hour.and he said you recieve courier by 7/11/2020 at 4pm.I paid to mr.mayank .After 3 hour Nishant shukla mobile is switched off.And trying all contacts I have no one answered my phone call.

              Complaint regarding booking of thar

              I booked Mahindra Thar at Mahindra dealership bhurawala himmatnagar on 2/10/2020 and paid a booking amount of 20, 000 now I got a call from showroom that my expected delivery date is 4/05/2021 and when I inquired they are now telling me my booking is done on 22/10/2020. I have a receipt of booking on 2/10/2020 and it's attached below. Please help me....

              On 19.09.2020 I brought a brand new Mahindra Scorpio s9 BS6 from Sikkim motors Mahindra it’s 1200km old now. There’s a engine light, OBD light and def error warning at my instrument cluster. On visiting Mahindra workshop twice they’re unable to detect the problem. This is very frustrating for me it’s been hardly one month I have to face such a situation.

                उपरोक्त विषयक सादर अवगत किया जाना है कि मेरे द्वारा आपके डीलर डी डी पी एम के माध्यम से नया बुलेरो वाहन क्रय किया गया है।
                उक्त क्रम में सादर अवगत कराना है कि उक्त डीलर के माध्यम से जो बुलेरो वाहन मुझे प्राप्त हुआ है उसका एक टायर पंचर तथा कट लगा हुआ है जिसकी की सूचना मेरे द्वारा डी डी पी एम के कर्मचारी को उपलब्ध करा दी गयी थी परंतु आजतक उनके द्वारा मुझे नया टायर नहीं दिया गया है
                महोदय उक्त डीलर के द्वारा नया वाहन देते समय भी वाहन बिना समुचित साफ सफाई एवं धुलाई के मुझे दिया गया है

                उपरोक्त को आपके संज्ञान में लाया जाना अति आवश्यक है क्योंकि इस प्रकार की घटनायें आपकी छवि को धूमिल करती है

                  Please find below point wise detail:
                  1. I was facing problem of battery discharge after 8 month of purchase of vehicle (XUV 500 WO 11 Auto, purchase date 28.04.2019 from Premier Automobile Haridwar Bypass Dehradun, Vehicle No. HP 17 F, 1103) dated 31.12.2019 and inform to service centre and took the help of Road Side assistance. Than register same complaint when send vehicle for next service which was due on dated 31.01.2020. And my battery was under warranty and there was no response from Service centre. Subsequently I faced same problem in Sep-Oct 2020 and getting support from Road side assistance and when send vehicle to workshop dated 28.10.2020 and ask for correction. They replied that your battery is out of warranty and you need to check with Supplier and get it rectify. And Supplier denied and mentioned battery is not in working condition and need to replace and suggested to claim from Mahindra. Surprisingly I was reporting same to Mahindra team (Mr. S.N. Parashar, Workshop Manager, Mr. Deepak Pal, Warranty Manager, Mr. VImal Service Engineer) and no body responding and picking the phone and repeating same that battery is out of warranty. However when I m going to by for new battery of same they are providing 44 month warranty than why Mahindra is giving with 12 month warranty. Need clarity and justification. I was struggled for 4-5 days continuously with these guys and getting no response and finally replace with new battery. Now I need claim from Mahindra for same. Request you to take this on priority and provide me solution. I already raised my complaint (Complaint No. CF[protected] dated 30.10.2020) on toll free no. also but didn't get any reposne till date.

                    I have tuv300 2015 model t6 registeration no. Dl8cal2386 . Paint and part quality is poor my car fronted right and left side both fender is rusted and all doors rubber lock is rusted and rubber is out for doors my contact no.                         I'm having KUV K8 car. I've met an accident so I went to Carewell Motors, Chhani road, Vadodara to claim insurance. They're telling that they don't have spare parts physically we are having it in computer records only and we have to check.
                        I waited there for 4/6 hours no-one has given me a single reply.even they don't listen to their Customer Care manager!
                        The works manager has told me that I'm new here I don't know anything.
                        And the accident in charge was not giving any proper response and said to leave my VOR car there for 15 days without watching my Car's condition and damage.and why should I leave my car if my car is fully in running condition My car has just bumper and lower cross member damage.
                        Local mechanic had told me that if he would get that parts he can do that in just ONE day!

                        As I'm also from automobile line n I'm an ex employee of Maruti udyog Ltd. and General Motors I know what's the whole procedure of an accident.
                        I'm requesting to to do needful for me as soon as possible. Or else do avail that parts from any spare parts distributor in Vadodara so I can solve my problem from local mechanic.

                          No technical advisor in the workshop sorry to say I'm coming around 9.30 came some technical issues my vehicle was full service last Friday and already tell my vehicle was overheating not check properly and same problem coming few hours back my experience was so bad in this workshop

                            I was buy a tractor as model 415 nst sarpanch on 12.08.2020 till now I am not found my tractor paper which is required for road to RTO Rule as like Road tax, permit, registration number etc.

                            And i am trying to many time contact to dealer but he didn't respond.

                            I am not able to my transportation work in road.

                                In reference to the cited subject it is bought to information that in the Month of September I Purchased Mahindra Bolero Pikup 1.7 tonne from RAJ VEHICLES CHANDIGARH for my Business of LPG cylinders in the name of ND GARG HP GAS AGENCY .

                                Since the Purchased of Vechicle i am facing mileage Problem in the Vehicle in the Full tank Capacity of the Vehicle My Vehicle is Running Total 420-430 Km with half load of cylinders till the yellow light blinks i.e 420/55= 7.63 km/ Liter which is half the Mileage the company Claims (after keeping 5 Liters of Reserve Oil ).

                                I request Mahindra to KIndly get the Problem Fixed as the problem should not arise in the New Vehicle .

                                  I have purchased TUV 300 T8 in November 2015. Within a period of two years all the bolts and body of the vehicle got corroded. The door frames near the beading and inside the bonnet got rusted and air bubbles have started developing near door locks and at the end of door frames. Inside the bonnet compartment, all the joints were corroded resulting in breaking of metal parts. I have been complaining about this issue in Mahindra service centers at Panvel and Nerul of Navi Mumbai since 2nd free service, but nothing have been done to solve the problem. Two years back they changed the doors and said everything will be OK, but ignored the severe corrosion inside the Bonnet.
                                  The changed doors were corroded again within a period of two years. When I showed the issue to the executives in the Panvel service center last month while doing the paid service, they told nothing can be done since the warranty and extended warranty period was over. However, they also got surprised how a new vehicle got corroded in such a bad way within a short period of time and agreed that It is definitely a manufacturing default. I have been complaining this from the 2nd year of purchase, but nothing have been done so far to solve the problem positively till the expiry of the warranty period and now they are telling that nothing can be done since the warranty period is over.
                                  I have been using a Maruti vehicle since 2002 which is not all corroded in any part substantially. Now I regret purchasing a MAHINDRA vehicle by trusting the name MAHINDRA.
                                  I am afraid to take my vehicle for any ride now fearing safety reasons.
                                  Kindly do the needed to solve the problem and to reinstate the customers trust in MAHINDRA Rise.

                                    We could not address you the grievance earlier due to having festive time of Durga Puja, however please go through the points stated below :

                                    1. The Scorpio vehicle was sent to your authorized service centerComplaint against Servicing Center Mahindra Saluja Retails Pvt. Ltd. at Suri, Birbhum, W.B. for disordering the Scorpio Vehicle (Bering Regn. No. WB07J1148, Making Year :2015, Model : Scorpio M Hawk)
                                    for general servicing having no specific problem on 15.10.2020 the service center called us on 17.10.2020 stating the vehicle was got ready and the bill amount was Rs.5500.00 the driver was sent on 19.10.2020 to bring the vehicle back accordingly

                                    2. The vehicle while returning from the service center after having serviced got breakdown (wheel locked) on way to back home, the service center was contacted to inform the matter, they told over phone that it was happened due to Braking problem and they would come to correct the same

                                    3. They came and attended the vehicle few hours after; but, having inspected the vehicle they told that the problem was due to Clutch disorder, was not for Braking disorde

                                    4. The vehicle was absolutely in running condition having no such problem before sending out to servicing center, the vehicle was therefore made disorder as stated above by the service center itself, the vehicle has been lying in such disorder condition since then at our place without servicing our purpose especially at this festive time of Durgapuja,
                                    You are therefore hereby requested to look into the matter with utmost priority so that the vehicle could be corrected at the earliest.
