Hi, i bought a mahindra XUV 300 frim shiv auto wings bhosari pune in ocotober 2019.
Owner name is Anubha dubey. The car is driven only 1600 kms though parts like clutche plates, flywheel, master cylinders damaged badly and car breakdown on the road . Car breakdown in Ahmednagar so i need to take to Ahmednagar service center . According to their engineers, it is due to clutch ride but i am not agree with this point. as i am having 10 years of driving experience how this could happen within only1600 km . These parts are not well designed and fixed that is the reason i faced the issue. I anyhow need to get this fix because there was lockdown in evenings. i am asking a reimbursement for these parts. Please response as soon as possible. I am going to post this on social media .

    I booked XUV500 on 18th Sept 2020 and on that time the executive told me that they will deliver the car maximum of 10th Oct 2020 and then they told me by 15th Oct 2020 they will deliver. But after some time when I chase them for the update then they said they will try to deliver my booked car (XUV500) by 25th Oct 2020. First i wanted to know why this kind of fake commitment Mahindra is doing.

    I am continue calling Mahindra Customer Care No with my mobile but no one tracking my this kind delay. Mahindra's Dealer Mr. Sameer is saying that delay is from Mahindra not from the Dealer.

    No response from customer care, every time they are saying they will escalate this issue and they are arranging call for me but for the last 5 to 6 days no one calling me, i am continue chasing for my booked car but no one is calling me from Mahindra.

    I don't know why Mahindra is doing this to me.

      Sir,
      My name is ankur sharma I am owner of xuv 500 which I bought in 2015. Registration no. HP 33D 3192 .My car is went to accidental repair on june 8 2020 in simla automobile nerchowk Distt. Mandi H.P. Since then four and half months are gone but till now the agency persons are saying that your car is not ready because some parts are not arrived and some work has been left to do. On[protected] I visited the agency again to check on my car wether it is ready or not but after four months they did'nt even installed the engine. So I requested them to please repair my vehichle before 15 of October because I am an advocate and I have to go to different courts at different places . Sans my vehichle I am having a loss of money and time . So I called them on 14 that my vehichle is ready or not but I got a same reply that some parts like radiator etc are not arrived and there is some work like painting etc is left . I am having huge loss of money and time without my vehicle. Now they saying that my vehicle is going to be ready on 25 October. I am having a very important work for which I need my car 20 october . If they can't repair it by then they shall give me some other vehichle to operate till my car is not ready or otherwise I have complaint about it in appropriate authority.

        Dear sir
        My father had a mahedra pickup van(AS07C2748) which was sold to Ranjan Mandal notary, as per court agreement the buyer was needed to transfer the vechicle to own. But the buyer was not transfer the vechicle to his own and he exchanged the vechicle at Ashook mahendra dealer at tezpur(agreement copy attached) . The dealer again resales the vehicle to another party. When we got the information about the vechicle we approached ashook mahendra dealer regarding the issue but delear is not agree to transfer the vechicle. We are many times communicated with delear but not got a well response. I want to infrom you that how can delear buy and sale the vechicle without intimating the RC owner. 2ndly if vechicle is involved in illegal activity who is responsible. Agreement copy between Ranjan Mandal and delear is attached here with for you information

          I purchased a new mahindra xuv 300 w8 (o)from Mahindra snowview automobiles Pvt Ltd bye pass, kumarhatti, solan, HP on 8/10/2020. After 3 days, I noticed sudden upliftment o[censored]pper part of left strip located over front window. It was taken to Mahindra workshop next day where it was attended by a mechanic. But, the very next day, same fault redeveloped. Such blunder in new car is beyond expectation. Kindly, take the matter seriously and do the favourable immediately.

              I got my XUV 500 serviced from Mosaram service centre Bareilly on 12 Oct 2020. I am disappointed with service. I paid 19200 rs for servicing and fuel switch is missing and wheel alignment and balancing is faulty. Car is going in left direction. This act can cause serious accident. I want to register a written complaint.and strict action to be taken against the service providers.

                I had asked for many quotation for xuv 300. In every quotation it is mentioned as incidental charges or handling charges. It was of[protected].
                But as we know this is illegal and supreme court has also stated the same.
                After saying the same to the officials they say that it is totally legal and we can defend for it if is taken to the court. We can provide you the formal writing from the Mahindra saying it to be legal. If is such than we should know about this. If hyundai, honda, maruti can waive off this then why can't Mahindra

                  My vehcle is mahindra tuv t10 gj 13am 4345
                  Someday ago car wiring problem resolved but in rear camera distance sentimeter could't show and displayed a system failure
                  Then service center said is little bit senser problem and wiring issue then promissed to bring back after someday and resolved
                  Today 12/10/2020 i am bring back in my car in service center but they called a rajkot or ahmedabad for software upadate.
                  So i have 1 quetion for mahindra
                  In surendranagar service center why not able to a resolved issue?

                      I brought my vehicle on feb 2020.after a few days itself indicator and hand break stop function.another interesting fact is that there is no seat belt holder for the co passenger. When we crosses 2000 km one day clutch pedal burned. We spend 3500 to carry our vehicle to the service station also spend 3400 to fix new clutch. I will not recommend this vehicle to any of my friends.

                        I wanted to bring this to your attention that cai - coimbatore dealer is charging the incidental charges of 5900 inr as part of purchasing a new vehicle.

                        I am getting a lot of posts that it's not mandated and the dealer should waiver the charges.

                        Please advise as to when i checked with my dealer they are not ready to waive the same as they are mentioning that is been charged by the mahindra and mahindra end and not from the dealership end.

                          I bought mahindra tuv300 t4 in 30 march 2017. I purchased this car with utmost excitement and i had always liked it since launch. But now i think purchasing this car was a wrong decision and i have committed a blunder.
                          My car was a week older when its engine ignition started giving problems. Mid way in the road it used to stop responding and with the help of police managed to save from some road accidents. 2-3 times i had to take it to mahindra's service centre but they said all is well. I got my car serviced for 20000 km at pothens autos pvt ltd kochi (Kerala) on 13 jul 2019 and told them about my problem they informed me to change engine starting motor and it causing the issue. But, same problem remains even after changing the engine starting motor, i called the service centre again but they asked me to stop the car for 30 minute and try again. But, does stop the car every time when engine stops in the middle of road and wait for 30 minute make sense? The problem could not be diagnosed. I again approached the service centre and informed about the complaint and this time it was only 27000km mileage the car was total run, which means after changing new starting motor before reaching 7000km i am forced to take my car again to the service centre. I was really disappointed by hearing the new price (17k) of starting motor asked me to pay for resolving the issue by he pothens autos pvt ltd (Kerala) and even if i spend this much money i am sure the same complaint will come again. It was finally they took it seriously when i dropped the keys and said i don't need this car, keep it with you. So this is the way out i am being told. Such unusual problems and the inability to diagnose and rectify them is shaking my faith in mahindra. I tried to contact mahindra through their group communications e-mail id. But nothing has happened so far. Now i am forced to take legal action in this regard.

                                Xuv 500 service complaint

                                I have sent my vehicle xuv 500 to avc
                                Motors bhatinda for repair of door window. Window motor was replaced. However, when recieved vehicle. Door auto lock system is not working. It is a regular feature with this service centre. Whenever i send vehicle for repair of one item, it come back with another problem....

                                Bought mahindra marazzo in zulakha showroom at velachery, it was more than a 2 week still we didn't got the accessories they promised to give, and also they asked me to sign the document with accessories like car stereo and wheel cap which was mention before signing and still not received to me and also requested to provide fastag still was not given Kindly look after the this and make the needful

                                  I brought XUV 500 2015 with pride to own Indian manufactured vehicle & well maintained vehicle only used with care. Kilometres run is around 33500 & every small issue in the car is serviced at Mahindra.

                                  I hope now everyone know that XUV's have reported infotainment issue in different forums. I am also a consumer facing this problem. M&M is not ready to accept it as their problem, but inturn wants the unit to be sent to the Manufacturer Nippon for get the issue fixed

                                  When I first escalated around 3mts back at Mahindra service station, without even checking they were 100% sure its the silver box infotainment issue. I was told device need to be sent back to the manufacturer to fix the issue. Such a confidence!!! still not ready to Own... Last few weeks I am following up this over mail & not found any responsible reply from the team.

                                  Customers are least valued & not a great experience. I know I have to send 15K to get it fixed... where I spent 16-17L for the vehicle, I can easily spend 15K, but I am surprised no one in Mahindra has customer centric approach.

                                    I have given my vehicle in Delhi Indraprastha automobile for service on 4th Oct 2020. i m very much dissatisfied with the service as washing and cleaning has not been done properly and labor charges are very high. this was the 7th time i gave my vehicle there and every time same issue i am getting since i have been complaining to dealership team but there in no proper response.

                                    After using Honda automobile which has a very good and responsible service center across the country, i moved to Mahindra automobile this time but unfortunately i have a very bad experience with its services.

                                    PS: if this issue not resolved this time i will never opt or recommend anyone to purchase Mahindra vehicles in future
