I had asked for many quotation for xuv 300. In every quotation it is mentioned as incidental charges or handling charges. It was of[protected].
But as we know this is illegal and supreme court has also stated the same.
After saying the same to the officials they say that it is totally legal and we can defend for it if is taken to the court. We can provide you the formal writing from the Mahindra saying it to be legal. If is such than we should know about this. If hyundai, honda, maruti can waive off this then why can't Mahindra

    My vehcle is mahindra tuv t10 gj 13am 4345
    Someday ago car wiring problem resolved but in rear camera distance sentimeter could't show and displayed a system failure
    Then service center said is little bit senser problem and wiring issue then promissed to bring back after someday and resolved
    Today 12/10/2020 i am bring back in my car in service center but they called a rajkot or ahmedabad for software upadate.
    So i have 1 quetion for mahindra
    In surendranagar service center why not able to a resolved issue?

        I brought my vehicle on feb 2020.after a few days itself indicator and hand break stop function.another interesting fact is that there is no seat belt holder for the co passenger. When we crosses 2000 km one day clutch pedal burned. We spend 3500 to carry our vehicle to the service station also spend 3400 to fix new clutch. I will not recommend this vehicle to any of my friends.

          I wanted to bring this to your attention that cai - coimbatore dealer is charging the incidental charges of 5900 inr as part of purchasing a new vehicle.

          I am getting a lot of posts that it's not mandated and the dealer should waiver the charges.

          Please advise as to when i checked with my dealer they are not ready to waive the same as they are mentioning that is been charged by the mahindra and mahindra end and not from the dealership end.

            I bought mahindra tuv300 t4 in 30 march 2017. I purchased this car with utmost excitement and i had always liked it since launch. But now i think purchasing this car was a wrong decision and i have committed a blunder.
            My car was a week older when its engine ignition started giving problems. Mid way in the road it used to stop responding and with the help of police managed to save from some road accidents. 2-3 times i had to take it to mahindra's service centre but they said all is well. I got my car serviced for 20000 km at pothens autos pvt ltd kochi (Kerala) on 13 jul 2019 and told them about my problem they informed me to change engine starting motor and it causing the issue. But, same problem remains even after changing the engine starting motor, i called the service centre again but they asked me to stop the car for 30 minute and try again. But, does stop the car every time when engine stops in the middle of road and wait for 30 minute make sense? The problem could not be diagnosed. I again approached the service centre and informed about the complaint and this time it was only 27000km mileage the car was total run, which means after changing new starting motor before reaching 7000km i am forced to take my car again to the service centre. I was really disappointed by hearing the new price (17k) of starting motor asked me to pay for resolving the issue by he pothens autos pvt ltd (Kerala) and even if i spend this much money i am sure the same complaint will come again. It was finally they took it seriously when i dropped the keys and said i don't need this car, keep it with you. So this is the way out i am being told. Such unusual problems and the inability to diagnose and rectify them is shaking my faith in mahindra. I tried to contact mahindra through their group communications e-mail id. But nothing has happened so far. Now i am forced to take legal action in this regard.

With out silver box it is not good for me to run my car on road.

                  Xuv 500 service complaint

                  I have sent my vehicle xuv 500 to avc
                  Motors bhatinda for repair of door window. Window motor was replaced. However, when recieved vehicle. Door auto lock system is not working. It is a regular feature with this service centre. Whenever i send vehicle for repair of one item, it come back with another problem....

                  Bought mahindra marazzo in zulakha showroom at velachery, it was more than a 2 week still we didn't got the accessories they promised to give, and also they asked me to sign the document with accessories like car stereo and wheel cap which was mention before signing and still not received to me and also requested to provide fastag still was not given Kindly look after the this and make the needful

                    I brought XUV 500 2015 with pride to own Indian manufactured vehicle & well maintained vehicle only used with care. Kilometres run is around 33500 & every small issue in the car is serviced at Mahindra.

                    I hope now everyone know that XUV's have reported infotainment issue in different forums. I am also a consumer facing this problem. M&M is not ready to accept it as their problem, but inturn wants the unit to be sent to the Manufacturer Nippon for get the issue fixed

                    When I first escalated around 3mts back at Mahindra service station, without even checking they were 100% sure its the silver box infotainment issue. I was told device need to be sent back to the manufacturer to fix the issue. Such a confidence!!! still not ready to Own... Last few weeks I am following up this over mail & not found any responsible reply from the team.

                    Customers are least valued & not a great experience. I know I have to send 15K to get it fixed... where I spent 16-17L for the vehicle, I can easily spend 15K, but I am surprised no one in Mahindra has customer centric approach.

                      I have given my vehicle in Delhi Indraprastha automobile for service on 4th Oct 2020. i m very much dissatisfied with the service as washing and cleaning has not been done properly and labor charges are very high. this was the 7th time i gave my vehicle there and every time same issue i am getting since i have been complaining to dealership team but there in no proper response.

                      After using Honda automobile which has a very good and responsible service center across the country, i moved to Mahindra automobile this time but unfortunately i have a very bad experience with its services.

                      PS: if this issue not resolved this time i will never opt or recommend anyone to purchase Mahindra vehicles in future

                          Second time engine got temperature high issue after serving 1000 kms from Serivce.

                              It is intimated that I Surendra Singh Bhati and MR dharamveer Singh dinodiya have purchased a Mahindra XUV 300 w6 on 15 the of June 2020. More than 100 days has been passed but our RC not came due to negligence from bhurewala motors modassa Gujarat. After making of complete payment my Registration process delayed due to dealer is asking for RC of relative for claiming of discount for their benefit. Registration process initiated on 24 th July. 30 days after delivery of vehicle. They keep on pressurised for submitting RC of old vehicle even after we don't own 4 wheeler. However it was not given in quotation to provide RC Me and Mr dharamveer Singh intimate them we are buying it first time in life. On delivery of vehicle. However they keep on delaying registration process so we provided copy of RC. On delivery of vehicle one vehicle is provided without mud plate. They told us that due to hurry they forget it to install. After that they keep on bullying us that they will send it through courier on Monday but 10 mondays have been passed but mud plate not received. 100 days passed but service book of the vehicle not provided. After Roaming here and there we came to know that RC will not arrive till the time dealers doesn't provide u a number plate with bar code. On 10 the of sep we informed to the concern dealer on what's up to do the needful. He falsely reported us that it will come in two days. But 19 days has been passed but till date number plate not rcvd resulting delay in RC. The main culprit is [protected]. Even after total payment now he is asking for rear partial tray payment of 1459 which they promise complimentary on purchase of two vehicles from one show room. And asking additional 1000 RS for number plate. These payments is demanded after 100 days of vehicle delivery. My mudplate is not yet delivered. I made visit to modassa dealer for installation of mud plate but after wasting fuel of 1000 RS from dungarpur he told me that mud plate is not currently available. Such a worst experience from bhurewala motors modassa. I will not wonder if they will demand some more money after 200 days of purchased of vehicle.
                              Please resolve following issue.
                              Penalise the culprit for rude behaviour
                              2. Delay in RC should expedite
                              3. They often cut our phone when we ask for number plate.
                              4. They keep on calling when they needed rc but after submitting they are not responding.
                              5. Service book number plate and mud plate should sent to me to without delay
                              6. They also took 1500 tips on delivery of vehicle as insist upon by them now they are asking 1459 for rear partial tray.
                              Why it is not demanded while making complete payment.
                              7. Why my RC not came after 100 days passed.

                                With reference to above subject that my vehicle no, hr65a3310 bolero p+sle repair order no: ro21a002945 dated 29.09.2020,
                                Dear sir.
                                I had visited in karnal workshop on dated 08.09.2020 after taken appointment from mr. Rajeev sir at that time for engine oil consumption. Finally concluded that turbo charger easy need to replace. But at the present the part is not available in p p automotive pvt. Ltd. So mr. Sumit ji said to me this part is presently not available here. Will be arrived there within 1 week. When i call to mr. Sumit ji. After 1 week he is not response to me for that. Presently part is also available there but my vehicle work is not doing.
                                Then i had call to mr. Rajeev sir head. But no any solutions from his end also. I don't know why it's. My vehicle hr65a3310 always services on time in p p automotive pvt ltd panipat. You may also check with your record. This trouble is coming last 6 month but you have no responses to your end panipat and karnal both. My vehicle is in warranty period. I ll humbled request to you please repair and change the part.
                                We are requested to you please look into the matter and solve as soon as at the earliest

                                  I booked bolero bs6 from shushul mahindra channi jammu when i visited showroom for delivery of my bolero the sales man refused me to provide me bolero he asked me to purchase xuv 300 petrol W8 optional which was available with them. I asked the sales person for its mileage he assured me that it will give mileage of 18 to 20 km per litre but in acutual when i drive the car it is giving mileage of 10km/litre its very costly and i can not manage such a heavy amount for its petrol. Hence its requested to you to get my xuv300 back to dealer and give ma a bolero within a week time otherwise i have no alternate to approach Ho, ble High Court Jammu for Justice and also will lodge an FIR through court I have also discussed the matter with my lawyer.

                                    It is intimated that 01 no govt. Service vehicle (Indian coast guard, ministry of defence) (Mahindra scorpio, wb 32n 3584, chassis no. A2sjk2m46033 and engine no. Sjk4m17713) back left side tire was bust in running condition. Vehicle was purchase in dec 19.

                                    Therefore, it is requested to replacement of defective tyre under warrantee in your tamluk showroom.
