I bought the new mahindra xuv 300 brand new a few months ago. I am very disappointed in this brand. Only 3 weeks after having the car my brakes starts squeeking and there was a hissing noise that came from the engine. My windscreen apparently got hit by a small rock while driving, it is completely shattered (How this happens on a brand new windscreen i don't know) i took my car into mahindra rivonia - the hissing noise stopped but the brakes are still sweeking. A week later my engine light came on {in the manual says this is very dangerous and should be seen to immediately} took it into mahindra again to sort out the issues, the engine light is now off but my brakes are still squeeking and it now sounds light something has come loose inside of the cars hood {a big clanking noise everytime the car moves} i am highly disgusted and dissappointed - this is a brand new car and i'm having issues as if this car is years old. On top of it all the boot of the car is a problem it never closed properly.

    माझी mahindra marazzo 8 str m6 हि गाडी जानेवारी. २०२० ला नवीन har kisan showroom, mulund, येथून घेतली आहे.माझ्या गाडीच्या हेड लाईट मध्ये पाणी लिकेज होत आहे.याची आज २० दिवस झाले.मी सतत त्याच्या सर्व्हिस सेन्टरला तक्रार देऊनही माझी कोणीही दखल घेत नाही.अशीच जर आपली सर्व्हिस असेल तर मला दुसऱ्या मार्गाने तक्रार द्यावी लागेल. अथवा cunsumer court मध्ये जावे लागेल.तरी आपण याची दाखल घेऊन माझी तक्रार दूर करावी.

      Poor warranty response.My vehicles differential is out of order after only 50000 km which is way too soon.The right rear wheels tread wears off much faster than the left. I find that the wheel drags on the ground in right turns and does not rotate slower as it should.I took the vehicle to an expert and he confirmed that the diff was out of order .Mahindra SA firstly wanted a photo of the open diff.Then they wanted a photo of the right rear tyre, then they wanted a photo of all the tyres, lastly they want photos of all the diff components.I have the diff oil and it clearly shows suspended steel particles The vehicle is now at the dealer.I was offered an entry level car on loan, I ask you, as a farmer, what do I do with a car. I am now without a pick- up, the repair could take weeks.All mahindra had to do was replace my diff, it could have been done in a matter of hours.

          Dear sir
          I vijender kumar sharma want to make bring in your knowledge that i got serviced in your service centre named shree durga new delhi my vehicle no. Is dl10ck1278
          At the time of service i asked them to provide fenderlining in my vehicle that time they don't have that part and asked me to provide me on next service but till now there is nothing.
          They often do not have spareparts od vehicle.

            I received a call from one lady she name is damini sharma ([protected]). She told that am calling from mahindra and mahindra ltd. Hr i received a resume from quiker. You had eligible for senior supervisor in chennai warehouse. And your salary is 22500 and u have 7 days training in madurai. For u have a paid 1990 for your uniform then u have a telephonic interview at tomorrow from archana sharma ([protected]) she interview on that day. After i pay 1990 they send a offer letter in mahindra mahindra ltd. Today one person call from mahindra company u have a training sep 24 in that training u have to paid 6200 for ur laptop and mobile. That amount will be refund in your first month salary. I have attached a offer letter and i have paid a uniform amount screen shot. Kindly help me. I need my money

              I had purchased s5 scorpio on 28th july and there was a minor fault of wire and i had to give it back to the showroom for service on 31st of july.. Today its 7th aug and till now we havent got any response from the showroom or the service deprtmnt..
              I am to pay my premium on 10th of august,,,, so why should i pay if i havent got my car yet??
              Is this the service provided by mahindra??

                I have purchased mahindra gusto 125 on 03/12/2017 from haryana auto agencies, gurgaon (Haryana) and i also take extended warranted upto 02/12/2022. Now, the said vehicle is covered only 8000 km (Apprpx), but it engine is not working properly. I take the vehicle at agency i. E. Haryana auto agencies, gurgaon on 05/08/2020. They inspect the vehicle and stated that its engine is required some work, which is about rs. 12000/-.

                They have informed my son that this type of work is not covered under extended warranty, as the vehicle is not done it service in time.

                In this regard it is submitted that my vehicle is run only 8000 km (Approx.) and due to country wide lockdown, the said vehicle is not service. It is also inform that i worked in central bureau of investigation and some time i am out of station, that's why service of my vehicle is not done in prescribed time.

                It is requested that my vehicle may be repaired under extended warranty after considering the kilometers covered by the vehicle. Haryana auto agencies may be directed to do the work in the vehicle free of cost under extended warranty. If no response from company as well as agency received, i will approach the consumer court in this regard for relief.

                      I have a interview on call and they told me that you are selected then they told pay 650 then we will give you a letter after paying 650 I have gat a letter after seen by me next day they told pay 1280 rs for courier charge I have not paid I think any standard company will not ask me money then I suppose to think I can complain to company

                          It is to bring to your estimate that xuv w8 model started showing lots of repair issues of the inside products that includes the replacement of wiper linkage motor and it is costing me more than 12k for no fault of mine. Initially advisor mentioned that some electrical corrections to be done and then later he says linkage motor is not working which seems more internal to integrated condition and shouldnt give issues in less than 7-8 years.
                          Am not willing to account this cost by me as the basic function of wiper cannot be stopped abruptly and the replacement of the cost has to be borne by the customer. W8 being the premium launch of the mahindra brand and top model has to provide uninterrupted service for a longer period. My basic santro car which is almost 16 years old is still has working wiper and no issues whatsover and infact it was used more often than our xuv. Am not able to justify the cost shared by advisor and without my wiper working i have decided not to take my car out from shed. Request your intervention and approval of the cost borne by the company itself.

                            I have taken my scorpio to mahindra service center (Shuhul automobiles pvt. Ltd) r/o nowgam bye pass, srinagar, j&k.
                            The response of staff was pathetic. No one is approaching the customer, i have to search for concerned persons.
                            Next i had to go one by one and get the things fixed for my car. While making the fixes, my camera installed on car stopped functioning and the staff disagreed to fix that and finally started arguing and verbally fighting with me.
                            Upset from the complete service i made my require bill payment and left completely disappointed and unsatisfied.

                              I bought kuv100 in january 2018, i also paid for extended warranty and amc for 5 years. Dl 8cat 2422

                              Its been 2.5 years, i still do not know what is covered in my amc contract and what is not, everytime i send my vehicle for periodic maintenance they just change oil, oil filter and air filetr, for every other thing they ask me to pay.

                              Vehicles need many other periodic maintenance.

                              I need all the things needed to do and written communication of what there amc agreements cover.

The local store here said to get it at own.. But why will only get it when it's covered within the warranty period. Please help

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am seshadeb jena, have purchased a mahindra jeeto on february 2019 from utkal automobiles ltd, bhubaneswar.

                                    On 24th december 2019 while driving on the road, one tyre got punctured, immediately another two tyre got punctured. After puncture of 3tyre vehicle fall into to road side where damages/bend made to body & other parts, vehicle unable to run.

                                    I have called mr prasan kumar panda, sales executive o[censored]tkal automobiles ltd who has sold the vehicle to me. He has advised me to send the vehicle to m/s midway motors pvt ltd, berhampur as it was nearest mahindra showroom from the accident place. As per advise by mahindra executive, i have brought the vehicle to midway motors by spending rs. 8, 000/- from own borrowing fund. Midway motors has received the vehicle on 25th december 2019. Insurance claim has registered, surveyor has visited the vehicle. Surveyor has approved the quotation given by the dealer. Dealer has put request to mahindra automobiles ltd for spare parts but mahindra has not yet provided necessary spare parts to the dealer.in between midway motors has demanded for rs.20, 000/- for starting work. I have submitted rs. 5, 000/- on dated 4th february 2020.

                                    On 5th march 2020, mr akash panda, service manager of midway motors pvt ltd has called me and told taking the vehicle to utkal automobiles pvt ltd, bhubaneswar as their dealership code has been deactivated by mahindra and spare parts are not supplied by mahindra.

                                    I have lodge complaint in mahindra customer service vide complaint number:

                                    I am a poor and illiterate person without land and pakka house. Earlier i was daily wager. My childhood village friend mr himanshu has helped me and arranged this vehicle for me by financing from cholamandalam. Monthly emi is rs. 9, 200/-, 8emi's already due. Insurance already expired in feb 2020 as vehicle not repaired by mahindra dealership. I have visited midway motors 15 to 18 times which expenses of more than 10k as it was more than 100kms away from my home.

                                    After lodging complaint mr sushobhan nanda from mahindra has called my friend himanshu on 6th march and advised midway motors to repair the vehicle immediately and assured us for repairing of vehicle by 30th march as per commitment of midway motors. On 4th july showroom manager of midway motors has communicated as midway motors closed as dealership code is deactivated by mahindra. Now mr susobhan nanda is informing us for transferring to the vehicle from berhampur to bbubaneswar at customers cost. He is not taking any ownership for repairing the vehicle.

                                    My submission is if mahindra is deactivated any dealership then it has to take ownership of all pending works for serving it's customer.

                                    My humble request to mahindra is to look into the case on priority for early repair of the vehicle by another mahindra dealership without further harrasment to me.

                                      Sub: problem of car brake disk changing.
                                      Sir,
                                      I am sri tuhin subhra ghara son of sadhan chandra ghara, a permanent resident of vill - purusottampur, p. S - panskura, dist - purba medinipur, state - west bengal. On 24/03//2019 i bought a car called marazzo 8 str m4 white bsiv from star india agences, h. O - 1a, nazarali lane, kolkata – 700019, showroom – ratanali, tamluk, purba medinipur. After purchase the car, i keep facing huge problems and visit the kharagpur and tamluk showrooms of your service department but they couldn’t fix the problem. When i hit the brakes, the whole car vibrates and i’m facing this problem since i bought the car. For this problem, i went several times to these showrooms and change car back side brake disk at my own expense. After changing back side brake disk i keep face same problem. At last kharagpur showroom tell me to change the disc plates of the front wheels. After i went to the showroom they told me to go to the tamluk showroom because they will change it within warranty. So the next day on 15/07/2020 i went to the tamluk showroom but after they change the disc plate they told me to pay the bills or they will not give me the car back. As i didn’t agree to pay the bills, they took the new disc plates off and put the old disk plates and give me the car back.
                                      Sir this is my kind request to you to solve this problem as soon as possible or i will take legal steps against your company and showroom and apply to the department of consumer affairs.
